Clean comfortable room, very good breakfast. One problem, the bathroom definitely needs a bath mat, which is lacking, the floor of the bathroom gets wet from the shower and is very slippery, there is even a warning sign there, "slippery when wet".
Room and bathroom were tight for two people. No kettle in room for tea/coffee. Bathroom floors pool water with each use, both inside the bathroom and onto the floor in the room. Shower head needed to be hand held as wall positioning wasn’t adjustable. However it was clean and reasonably close to Warsaw sights and main attractions.
This was a great place for us to stay while visiting the city to see Taylor Swift! It is not in the center of the touristy stuff but there is public transport or you could walk if you feel like it. It is small and the bathroom is tight, but overall it is a good value for the space and location
close to public transport to the airport and central station. Safe hotel, professional staff. The rooms are already showing some damage to furniture or wear and tear requiring repair or replacement
Blocked drain and very hot rooms
There was no air conditioning and the sixth floor was very hot. There were no towels in the room. Nothing was bad, but not great either.
Very dirty, cigarette smoke everywhere, room has no air conditioning, room smells with bugs spray, room very dirty, bathroom shower full of hair.
Staff friendly and helpful within limited range of services offered. Limited facility with small rooms and tiny bathrooms and no way to keep shower in stall, with single soap dispenser outside the stall. Central location but very noisy with loading dock under bedroom windows walking us early and outdoor drinking parties keeping us up at night.
The description says eco-friendly bed linings - NOTHING like that. Linings look very worn out. Staff is absolutely careless & not client-friendly!
Small annd weird bathroom, looks like cointainer in the room. Small room, not comfortable. First nad lasy time I was there.
Nice hotel.Unfortunately lacking cleanliness.
All the staff working at the reception were great at their duties. Hotel was nice, unfortunately not properly maintained in terms of appearance and cleanliness. For example, the carpet along corridor and lifts are full of stains and very strong smell of curry. The room floor and bathroom could be cleaner. There was smell of urine at toilet bowl area. The area around the toilet bowl should be mopped and sanitised after guests checked out. The main entrance to the hotel could be cleaned up a little more and have green plants to look more presentable. Should not allow smoking near the hotel entrance.
It was the worst hotel I've ever been to. On the first evening I was attacked by a drunk woman at the hotel patio, security didn't react. Second, I asked the receptionist to wake me up at 6 as I had to go to the hospital and she didn't do it, as she said "she somehow missed it". She was too busy watching youtube on her work computer. The card to the room wasn't working few times, I had to go downstairs to the reception every day of my stay and ask them to charge it again. The worst nightmare happened on the last night when I realised I've been bitten by bedbugs!!! This hotel is an absolutely awful, dirty, disgusting place with careless staff and insects in the room. Plus broken shower and no cleaner for 4 days - nobody bothered to take rubbish away from my room, top up toilet paper or change towels.
Warsaw night 1
Very cramped rop. With tiny drop on shower. Shower head needed fixing. Hot, no air conditioning or fan. Other than that not bad for the price.
The hotel doesn't deserve a 4 star rating it just looks like a 4 star hotel from outside inside the story is different the room was microscopic and empty not even a bottle of water like all other 4 star hotels and the worst part was the bathroom it was like the installed a cabin in the room it's the worst bathroom anyone will encounter if you are alone then it's ok but if you are with someone it's very very uncomfortable they wanted to accomodate as many room possible in the structure
Stay Away
Good points - location for city centre and stadium. Breakfast was OK Bad points- like an oven, no fans available. Window opens 2 cm. Noise from Fans outside when window open sounded like an underground train constantly. No sleep for 2 days. Smoke alarm covered with plastic bag. Pillow was like an empty case. Unless. Shower weak and cubicle only big enough for anorexic dwarf. Staff couldn’t give a care. Would not recommend this hotel. Unless you are a very slim dwarf whose deaf.
It’s very small room for one person ok Shower not good Breakfast nothing to eat In this price not worth Only one good thing is near center
The hotel is very well connected to the rest of the city, and the central station is within walking distance. Rooms are a bit small, and so is the bathroom. Buffet breakfast is very good, but the hall can be very crowded, and finding a seat and a table may be hard. Apart from these small details, I recommend it.
Best thing about this property is location. Room was clean, breakfast ok ( very basic but everyone will find something to eat).
The room was clean and the staff were helpful.
First of all the staff seemed racist because this was the second time I stayed here and they gave me the same filthy room I requested at the reception to give me another room but he denied The room was very uncomfortable for 2 ppl the bathroom was like cabin bathroom of a aircraft very uncomfortable the bed was attached to the bedroom that means if one person uses the bathroom the other person sitting on the bed has to hear everything going on the bathroom the smell the noice everything terrible I would never recommend this hotel
Liked the bed, how big it was. Very comfortable, would sleep there again
The hotel has a very good location , with easy access to city center and very close to train station. The hotel room quality is low , almost zero facilities, poor English
showers in the rooms need to be upgradeed, fixed
never again
horrible hotel, far from anything. In the area where drunk people spend their time, tiny room, micro toilet, no English tv channels, no aircon, no cups, no fridge, no kettle, no shampoo. check in dead on time at 2 pm
Good location, helpful staff, but since there’s no air conditioning in the rooms there should at least be a standing fan. There were also no washcloths, shampoo, conditioner or body wash…only hand soap.
Overpriced, dirty, food is not much to choose from after you pay. Condition is terrible. Hot, stuffy rooms. I would give it a one star and never go back to this place.
Very kind staff
Cozy room
The only thing I liked about the hotel is the mattress. I slept really well. The hotel is good for the money.
Didn't face any issues with registration, staff not wasting your time
Very good value hotel
It was a very convenient hotel almost city centre location very ideal for public transport which is very vibrant and plentiful hotel was friend cozy too as it was extremely cold winter outside breakfast was good staff in reception very helpfull i cant fault it i look forward to staying there again
Sufficient
Pretty good stay
Good stay!
Upgrade to adjacent hotel.
Pleasant stay
We had a very pleasant stay the hotel Is very clean and nice and quiet
Good value for price and what it delivers. Handy location.
Disappointing
We arrived to the hotel very tired after 1.30am, only to learn that Premiere Hotel is not even open. The paper on the door instructed to go and check in with Campanile Hotel. At the recroption we Waited patiently for check-in as there was only 1 receptionist and a guest in front of us. We got the key and got to the room. Room itself was OK, nothing special, rather small but still clean. Shower gel+shampoo from syphon (2 in 1). The worst started in the morning - drilling at 8am, it was impossible to sleep so we decided to check out as soon as possible. We got ready and the drilling stopped. Lesson to leaen: don't check in guests next to renovation, especially if they check in very late. If you do need do drill, maybe start at 10 when less people are still sleeping.
Week in Warsaw
Good hotel not too far from the old town, about a 10 minute bus ride or half an hour’s walk. Plenty of restaurants too choose from in the immediate area. Hotel and room was very clean. Decent breakfast. The hotel can be a little hard to find as you enter through the Campanile Hotel entrance.
Good
Good value hotel. Nice and clean. Friendly staff.
Not a great feel from the hitek. Dated but in a run down way, staff were difficult to communicate with, almost came across run on receotion. Wouldn't return
All good Accommodation and food Friendly staff Good location
Small clean room, perfect for a short stay. Breakfast was fine, I was pleased with my stay here.
Very nice hotel, Good location Nice breakfast, Good facility but the cleaning of rooms need more concentration
On this price is a good choice. The location is very good, the hotel has a neat and attentive staff. The disadvantage is that there is very little space in the room and in the bathroom.
Ill back to polonia and thus hotel k got in love of kracov
Very nice overall
The rooms are small, but efficient, somewhat like on a cruise ship. Breakfast buffet was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.
No ac, constant heavy train traffic. Bathroom small (cage type) difficult to use
I like very much the local area and access to transportation
alright for the price
the hotel is fine - rooms are quite small and the bathrooms are tiny. i was given a room which smelled of tobacco smoke, reception swapped it for me no problem but without as much as a “sorry”. the breakfast is limited, nothing cooked, but what elements are there are quite tasty. overall a very reasonable budget hotel.
Great location and a fantastic value. Prompt and professional and clean.
There was no water pressure in the shower
Good position for visit to Warsaw
A great city to visit, their history is fascinating. The local food, dumplings etc are very tasty.
The room is small. The bathroom and shower is awkward and small. The hotel itself is quite nice. It is in a nice spot. It's a place to rest for a night or two.
Very hot room...
The room is very hot... no aircon or electricfan. the window is open but seems no air is coming in because of the building style. air is prevented from coming in. we didnt sleep well at night. i was sleeping with no shirt on. but still its very hot! but the room is okay. its just very hot on summer days..
Handy for a few museums
Reasonable hotel but no drinks facilities in room like a cuppa before bed however round corner snack shops and takeaways all very friendly
For one night only
The rooms are so small that two people can hardly move inside.
Great price, clean room
Great price! Rooms were small, but very clean! Easy access to public transport. Hotel staff were approachable. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a space to put your head at night.
Close to central station
I guess you get what you pay for! However our room wasn’t cleared of rubbish and the bedsheets weren’t changed, within the 4 nights we spent there. All the cleaners did was made the bed and put towels on top, one morning the cleaner walked in without knocking first! At arrival there was 3 staff on reception but only 1 seem to be working. We waited about 15mintues before we were able to check in. Hotel room was very small and didn’t offer any extra pillows or air conditioning, considering British are the majority of tourists to Warsaw, I’m surprised there isn’t 1 English tv station. Hotel is 1/2 he walk to old town
close to where we wanted
was in easy reach of all the museums we wanted, however shower was hanging off the wall, otherwise great
Very Basic Accommodations
The room was very poorly arranged for its small size (my husband and I would have to announce our exit from the bathroom so we would not hit each other with the door). The staff were not rude, but did the minimum to assist/answer questions. The breakfast was simple and did not vary from day to day, but had at least one option from each food group. The location was quite a distance from the Old Town and not in a particularly exciting area. Overall, it served its purpose, but I would say to keep expectations low.
Reasonably priced hotel which is convenient for ai
Considering the low cost this is hotel is of a reasonable standard - clean and serviceable. I was a bit disappointed that there were very few bars in the vicinity - no bar in the hotel - but we used the bar in the Campinelle - which is part of the same building (but seperate entrance). If i was staying again (and visiting Warsaw rather than just passing through) i'd spend the extra and stay at the Campinelle
Hotel ok
Staff were not helpful. Breakfast is awful. Bathrooms were horrible, like an aeroplane toilet!!! Good for a cheap hotel base but not for comfort
Basic But Clean Hotel
Our triple room was very tiny without many amenities, but it was very clean. We had a layover in a Warsaw and chose this hotel due to its convenience for transportation to the airport. The hotel is almost right next to the train (SKM) station.
Just enough for a good night sleep
Clean although small. If you are looking for a bit more space look somewhere else. If you are looking for a good night sleep and do not mind the size of the room you will probably not find anything better for the price.
Staff doesn’t have the best English but overall a pleasant stay. Rooms are a bit small but clean and comfy
The location of hotel is good. Close to everthing. You can get to old town within 20mins by train. It only takes 15mins walk to a shopping mall and Warsaw Central station. There are some restaurants near the hotel. The room was a bit small, we can’t even open our luggages. But I would still recommend it to everyone who want to stay in a nice hotel with resonable price.
Very good for the price
Wry good for the price, not so keen on wet room bathrooms but they are fairly common in budget hotels
Didn't sleep well
We stayed for 2 nights and the bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The room had a nice modern design but it meant that it fell on the comfort factor. Lack of AC meant that I suffered pretty badly from hay fever, but the room wasnt too hot or too cold for late June. We were also hearing other guests and there was a door to the room next door from which we heard even more noise. And then another noise from the light next to the door. The toilet paper was also of very bad quality. Not quite soviet, but close. The lid of the toilet bin was also broken. Good things are that we had two bins, one in room and one in toilet, the location was close to shops and train station, the price, and the design.
Why to offer a twin room when there is no one?
I have booked a twin room on the site, but in the hotel it was told me that all rooms are the same...more like double.
Nice and clean hotel in Warsaw. Value for money
Nice hotel room. Simple and basic. Very clean. The room was small and toilet/shower was tiny. If all you need is room to sleep in and place to shower this is right for you. Comparing what you pay for room it is value for money. No kettle in room and hair dyer is available at reception for 20 zloty deposit. Breakfast was ok for 25 zloty unlimited drinks and the usually affair: bread, meat, cheese, boiled eggs, hotdog sausage, fruit, cereals, yoghurt etc
Warsaw Visit
It was worth the price. The cleaning crew didn't really clean. They just replaced towels. We were there for 3 weeks.
great value for money, clean and friendly hotel
my third stay in this hotel. always clean and friendly staff. definitely gonna book again and recommend to others
Nice hotel close to city centre and transport
Nice hotel to stay in Warsaw on the budget. Very close to Palace of Culture and Science as well as shopping centre and transport - bus, tram and train are just a minute walk away.
Reasonably priced hotel in good location
My partner and I stayed at the Premiere Classe for five nights. The room was clean and tidy although we did expect it to be a little bigger! We had the breakfast a couple of times, which costs 25 PLN (about £5) and offers quite a good selection. The hotel is in a very good location near the central train station, the Palace of Science and Culture and public transport to the Old Town and beyond. Would recommend for a short stay.
Similar to IBIS in europe
this hotel is similar to IBIS in eorope .The staff were very friendly and helpful dominik and nicholas very good to me .
Basic, not great location for tourism
Room felt very small with 2 people sharing, 2 suitcases etc. 30+ mins walk to old town.
Functional Hotel in convenient location
The hotel is situated not far from the centre of town. It is 10 minutes walk from Rondo Daszynskiego, the final stop on the Red M2 Metro line. Staff are friendly. The rooms are comfortable, although they can be hot in the middle of summer, and there is no temperature control in the room. There is an opening window. No tea making facilities in the room. Good internet reception, and lots of TV channels. I can recommend the breakfast in the modern dining room. All you can eat buffet for zl 25. A functional but comfortable place to stay, at a reasonable price.
Comfortable Budget Hotel in Warsaw
Staff was very pleasant, room was very clean and neat. No air conditioning, but no big deal as the window opened onto a courtyard.
My stay at VARSOVIE Hotel
My stay was okay but for my six nights I stayed there my bedding were never changed the room wonder if they even cleaned the floor because I could from a sticker I dropped on the floor stayed on the floor for the rest of my stay..I expected better service than this especially that the hotel is in Europe and I came from Africa
Stayed 3 days room only had very early check in, there was a room ready so no problem, wonderful! Close to tram/bus to center or 20 minute walk.
Warsaw
Good value and decent location !
luxury hotel for a budget price
Close to city center. Great price. Nice hotel. Free Wi-Fi. 24h Reception!!!
Good Hotel.
Hi. Room and every thinks is good but only the problem my room is very bad smock smell.
The price and value was second to none.
Hotel worth its price
Good hotel, very basic without any extra facilities. Overall quite comfortable, however the small bathroom and no kettle / tea making facilities made it rather disapointing. My partner had a very uncomfortable pillow that was very flat. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.
Bad room no ventilation very hit room like sauna
No ventilation no AC very small room no space for the bags
Early check-in at 06:00 is allowed
Comfortable sTaylor, friendly staff.
Hotel rooms tiny! Camper living!
Room clean, but tiny! Wi-fi broke down. No climate control. Bed comfortable but barely enough room for travel bags.
Cheap hotel but no sleep
Had a very bad experience at this hotel due to very loud parties from dozens of teenage tourists who refused to be quiet and kept everyone on our floor awake. No one was at the hotel front desk at night to do anything and no one would answer the phone to go tell them to be quiet, so we had to suffer through a night without sleep.
Good location but small room; difficult to access
cleanliness could be improved.
Good Hotel but bad billing means you may pay twice
Beware , i made a non-amendable ,non feundable booking which was paid for at the time of the booking . On arrival at the hotel the reception was adamant the booking had not been paid for ,the credit crad was just lodged against a no show. On arrival home , checking my account i had paid for the room at the time of booking and have now ended up paying for the room twice ! Hotels.com are being very helpful chasing this up but it"s something you should be aware of when booking this hotel - probably partly their bookings system isn"t very good and the reception staff aren"t properly trained to be able to check this out. The room was clean , modern and tidy ,the payment system being the only problem here
Cosy and convenient hotel
We stayed in Warsaw for two nights and although the room was quite small, especially the bathroom, it was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. Would recommend to anyway for a budget stay perfect for exploring the amazing city of Warsaw.
Base for Poland v Scotland football match.
Bit out of town but easy to find on main routes and comfortable accommodation etc.
painfully bad, small room, no heating,
Do you like to be treated a dog? Well then this is the hotel for you. Where the rooms are smaller then a Mexican prison cell and were heating seems to be not included in the price. When me and my wife complained that the heating didn't work, They actually told us that they think its not cold and this was in the whole hotel. Quote " Reception: It is not cold i think so.... me: But we are cold. Reception: we can't help you. we can't change it. and it's really not cold, it is very warm for this time of the year. Unquote. So in short do yourself a favor and just take another hotel.
Good services
Good in general for the price requested ... Just internet connection needs to be improved in the rooms
not with this bathroom
Room is super small, stuffy (the window was not opened and it doesn't open too much) and there's no AC. Bathroom looks more like a one on camping, not a hotelroom. It also smelled bad through our entire stay. No, thank you Premiere Class Varsovie, not again.
Pleasant hotel
This hotel was very pleasant with good facilities. It was close to local transport for city centre and airport. The local transport was within walking distance and gave access to tourist attractions, but the attractions were not within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay.
