The property is in a vary inaccessible and remote feeling location which was my first observation. The building is old and has a rundown quality. Bed is hard as a rock… shower was below average. I paid $47 total for it including a parking fee which was a nightmare finding. On the plus side the 2 ladies at the front desk was friendly and helpful

Good and can be better

The location of the hotel is very strategic. The only weakness is the aircond is very poor and not cold enough especially during hot weather.

Room was bad n even the dressing room lights not working

Decent hotel stay for a night sleep.

Convenient location near shopping. Little sad that hotel room a little run down, with furnitures chipping off, wall paints peeling. The wardrobe & fridge cabinet have a strong old stale smell. Service was good though 😉 Breakfast spread was acceptable for price paid. I still think its one of the better hotel near Masjid India area. Can improve more 👍

Hotel near main road and shopping centre - Sogo and Jalan TAR. Just within walking distance to go shopping and eating places. Next to Pertama Complex and MARA building. Every Saturday evening you can go at the night market, spoil for many choices - food, drinks, clothes, fruits, and many more. The view so beautiful BUT the window have not been cleans so many months, almost like you watching "dirty aquarium full with green algae". To bad that beautiful city view from above cannot be fully appreciated.

Nice room, great view and worth price compare with other hotel in same area. Strategic location. Just need to improve the car park direction because of sharing car park with other company.

Good location but terrible hotel room

room aircon got error code J3, we called the technician and he came to reset the error code. We told him with error code reset cannot resolve the aircon issue. We continue suffer with hot air in the room. Eventually they changed another room for us. After we came back from dinner, we found the same error code again and this time happened to our second room as well. We move both rooms to lower floor and the aircon seems like slightly better but still not cold. Since it was midnight and we only stay 1 night, we do not want to change again. Even though the hotel location is good and hotel staff is polite but the hotel room aircon was terrible experience to us.

Dirty toilet

The condition of the toilet is rather disappointing. Stain on the glass, tiles, shower head. The shower head is rather disgustimg with dark brown stain

Good location for Hari Raya shopping. Public transport is nearby. Traffic is crazy during peak hours.

Good location

A good location for shopping with SOGO nearby and the famous Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman and Masjid India Ramadhan market that virtually is operating 24 hours during the fasting month. However the aircondition in the room seems to be not working good and was quite warm. Sahur or early breakfast choice is good.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city which was convenient for me to move around. The hotel staff are overall OK but some of them lack of experience in providing the right information to the guests especially the staffs located at the ground floor ( 1st floor ). The staffs at reception area was performed exceptionally.

Good for Short Stays

Plus 1. Service from hotel staff was pleasant. 2. Overall cleanliness of the room was decent. 3. Beds/pillows were comfortable. 4. No bath tub but hot water pressure from rain shower head was fantastic - like in a Japanese onsen - just standing up. 5. Room wifi was decent. Minus 1. Parkson shopping centre beside the hotel has been closed down. With it, the supermarket and food court was gone. 2. Room service was sketchy - very good on the first time (everything was replenished, like towels and coffee), but second day was just litter clearing. 3. You'd need to pay for extra coffee sachets, unless you ask for room service (but see #2).

Too expensive

For the price myr 340 per night, the room is too expensive. At the website i should get ezecutive suite but what i get is superior room that price 189 per night. I dont know whether expedia overcharge me or the hotel. REALLY DISSAPOINTED!!!!

Conveniently located near city centre

At the edge of Jalan Sultan Ismail, this is one of the value for money hotels right at the edge of the city yet connected to public transport like monorail. Always polite and accommodating, love the service by the team as well.

A good Hotel to stay

Old hotel , need upgrading.

Had never experienced such a poor hotel system before. Although the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. 1. Checkin did not provide us with breakfast coupons. We were told by restaurant next morning to get the coupon. 2. Room with broken mirror. 3. Bathroom glass door cannot close properly, flooding every time we bath. 4. Toilet choke 5. Bathroom with small ants. 6. Lost our body powder, missing the next day.

Everything is fine except breakfast. Breakfast menu should change.

Average hotel

Nice hotel,it would be better to improve the parking area & the lift to level 1(only 1 lift function).Cleanliness is average,toilet is dirty.Not so much variation in the breakfast buffet.The advantage is its walking distance to Sogo, Pertama Complex & Maju Junction.

Decent hotel with great view. Could improve more on breakfast selection. But the stay was pleasing and the hotel is near to many attraction.

Perfect location

From this hotel you can walk easily to many places ( shopping, spa, train station etc ). During my stay, From level 29, I can see beautiful view of Kuala Lumpur. To level 1 for lunch and then 1 min walk to reflexology centre. In fact, so many things you can do in 1 day if you based here.

Stunning views

Premiera was a great hotel. Centrally located Stunning views. Hotel is the top 6 floors of a tower. Breakfast was great. Such variety. A lovely hotel. Would recommend and stay again if in this area.

The location is everything!

This was my second stay at this hotel. Aside from the water tank issue which resulted in dirty tap water and flushing problem, everything else worked out fine. The parking was a little confusing, as the hotel shares space with the Mara building. Overall, good stay!

Hai i've been stay for 1 night at this hotel..everything was good..bfast wif yummy food..n comfortable room..however im regret about parking..we ned to pay @ other parking because the hotel was sharing basement wif MARA staff..need to wait till they finish work plus da time we re c.in there is qu puteh event..just improved ur parking..tq..

Hotel gives you an excellent view of petronas twin

Housing keeping staff were so good to us. They helped us pack all things before leaving. The food was good though the menu seemed almost every morning. We had requested an excellent view from out room and yes they did give room that helped us view the personas twin tower. The hotel is just beside SOGO mall which helped us shop some excellent things. Overall and excllent option

the stay was good BUT the booking process with Expedia via Trivago was TERRIBLE! selected with breakfast included and WITHOUT pay later option but when checking in was asked to pay at hotel and breakfast NOT included.

The bathrooms needs serious makeover. Lots of water leaking and drainage issues. The furniture looks old and the carpets look unclean. The rest, however, is all fine.

Disappointed with this hotel!

I just stayed at this hotel three weeks ago on a trip thru KL and Vietnam (just got home last night). This hotel was extremley disappointing. We booked a 'superior twin room' that supposedly had 2 twin beds. We arrived to find 2 single beds, and when I asked reception they told me we can either move the 2 single beds together (free of charge - how nice of them!), or pay for an extra childs bed for our young daughter.. Wasn't too happy with that. The cleanliness of the bathroom was shocking. There was paint literally peeling off the ceiling from water leaks on the level above, and just general 'filth' everywhere. The location was OK, but not great - it felt like in a commercial/business area, with a couple of average shopping malls closeby. Overall, I would definately not recommend this hotel. Spend another 50% per night and go somewhere good in KLCC if staying in KL.

Fair hotel, not good enough. No facilities.

only a few floors are used as hotel. Lobby is on 25th floor. The security is not good enough. The bathroom is tired and found some hair. Yet, the view is good.

There is still room for improvement.

Premiera was business hotel and lack of some facilities, such as swimming pool. Restaurant was inside the shopping complex. Overall was fine, however there are some inconvenience like parking, service and etc.

Disappointed

Arrived form JB late evening to find no gym, no pool, no minibar and no bar. This is a Bumi hotel and therefore not suitable for a business traveller looking for the basic, simple comforts you would expect from a hotel. I switched hotels.

Good location

The maintenance of the toilet was rather upsetting as there was a stench coming from it. Apart from that, the hotel room was in good condition. The location of the hotel was also very good with easy access to the monorail and KTM.
