nice beautiful griendly

I haven’t been there yet, but the pictures look wonderful. My plane was delayed, but the staff were very helpful with trying to help me get there.

Excellent everything: location, staff, cleanliness and safety

A very nice hotel. Room and facilities were all top notch. If you’re in Kyiv, you can’t go wrong staying at the Premier Palace Hotel.

No complaints! The property was practically perfect in every way! It's within walking distance of anything you could want to experience in Kyiv, with plenty of dinning options in all directions. The pool was fabulous and the sap even better. I'm looking forward to my next stay there!!

A really nice high end hotel. That even in the midst of a war does all it can to bring you a full experience of class and comfort.

A penny saved - lead to loss of future business

Hotel declined any flexibility following a last minute cancel due to COIVID eruption in the country, which has prevented any international travel; too bad - I run a media agency and host many events in the CIS.... Their loss.

It’s the second time I’m paying for a room with city view and get the opposite and a smaller room. There was no room available like I reserved . Last time there was no indication for my payment for breakfast. The service in breakfast was not good

This is a solid hotel. Really nice lobby, spa area and a good gym. Rooms are greatly outdated, with the exception of the bathrooms. The service is outstanding - attentive to detail and prompt.

Perfect spot

The property was very clean! Staff helpful and spoke good english.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional, particularly at the breakfast location. Also, the hotel has many amenities. Great spa with a pool, sauna and massage area. Gym has lots of good equipment. Atmosphera Restaurant is somewhat overpriced but has a very nice ambiance. The beds were not the most comfortable, however.

Nice, old style 5* Hotel which meant it had quirks. Cannot fault the hotel and some nice flourishes, like the day changing carpets in the lifts. Rooms were not always re-stocked but staff were brilliant and well worth the price of the accommodation to stay there. Would highly recommend for a romantic trip.

The location is great and that’s why I chose this hotel on this occasion. It’s at the end of Khreschatyk street and close to Arena city and Gullivers. The hotel has Kyiv character. It a 5 star hotel in name but not service and is over price for the value.

My third visit to Kharkiv and Kharkiv Place in past six months. Really like this place for comfort, friendliness, service and value. Highly recommended and reading between the lines the locals say it is the ONLY place to stay in their city!

Ten building is beautiful and in a good area. Problems: 1-The door man will not open the door for you 2-The mattress was worse than a sofa mattress. When I complained they took me to 3 different rooms and they were all the same and they said our new rooms have better mattresses but I didn’t see that. 4-I ordered room service with four items two of the items were wrong. 5-This is the worst the TV had a sound issue and it would cut off every five seconds then It will all completely become slurred I listen to financial news and I wasn’t able to make sense of any of the news that I needed to hear 6-The hostess in their Terrace restaurant was very rude when I arrived there at like 8:30 pm she said there’s no room and we need to go somewhere else but one of the waiters actually set up a table for us

Great hotel and location

A stunning hotel in the centre of the city. Lovely character to the place and the rooms were beautiful.

The great location, marvellous staff and service. Excellent building. But inside the room... you feel yourself a time traveller to 80-s. it was a chic for the post-SOVIET hotel, but it is very poor for the modern one.

Excellent hotel and they do the little things

Excellent hotel and they do the little things. Stayed 4 nights and loved the location. They had the NY Times every day and a London paper. In the elevator, they change the mat everyday with the day of the week written out, never seen that before. My room was comfortable and bath very nice, room 567, ok view. Better to be on the main street for view. I did have two bumps. The Wellness center was closed (was thinking about a massage) I was told on the 4th night I was suppose to be given a free breakfast the first 3 nights and was not told this. At check in, I asked if breakfast was included and was told it was not, so that was a bummer. When I tried to Uber, the driver was parked short and the front door attendant told him to move on and I missed my first Uber ride. It was very obvious that I was waiting for an Uber ride, I just ordered another one, but had to wait another 10 minutes. I would stay here again.

Ok stay

Food in both the restaurant and room service has become terrible. The place needs an update. Mattresses r poor and pillows mediocre. It’s not horrible but nothing special either.

Booked the room with a city view, but got the room with a view into the wall... was very dissapointed, considering we had an anniversary and paid quite a significant price for the room...

I choose this hotel mostly due to location. It is very well situated, walking distance from major night life, restaurants and shopping. The hotel felt like home, I spend a week in hotel and staff were very friendly looking out for me. I can’t wait to come back again. It has a great spa that was very nice.

I have stayed at Premier Palace Hotel many times and I am always happy with the way I am treated. They hotel is faultless. Its also in a great position a few minutes walk from Kreshatik and maybe ten minutes walk from Kiev National Opera House. I regularly walk from Premier Palace to Andrevski Descent where I buy reproduction art. The airport pickup service is a bit more expensive than a taxi but it is still excellent value for money with beautiful cars and safe professional drivers. I have no hesitation in recommending Premier Palace.

Very small room and very cold, heating not working

Very small and cold room, heating not working, bed was very old and extremely uncomfortable I think it has not been renewed since the Soviet times. My friend stayed at Hilton I saw the room it was modern new and very comfortable. I think Premier palace in order to live up to its name needs a major refurbishment. It is very expensive for the service and quality offered. Plus breakfast for 30 euro for Kiev is very expensive. even when we were in the bar they overcharged us for drinks and did not want to recognise that.

This property is located in the center of Kiev, near the Maidan and Bessarabia Market. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room is excellent. The pool was wonderful. The restaurant very good. Rooms in a hotel such as this in Western Europe would cost significantly more. So, this is a wonderful place, highly recommended.

Great hotel, service, staff - always stay here in Kiev

More training needed!

This property is very well located in Kyiv. The facilities are definitely 5-star, including a fantastic spa, gym and pool area. The personnel at the spa are highly professional and very friendly, which provides a very enjoyable experience. However, the "spark" of true 5 star service at the hotel side is sadly missing. The staff are apparently trained to try to drain the last euro/dollar/grivna from you that is possible - that is the overall feeling we took away from the stay. This is particularly true of the check in, where we had arguments at arrival and on departure regarding fees. Incorrect information was provided and in general the experience at both check in/out was unpleasant - which is very difficult to correct during the stay. The restaurant staff and executive floor staff did correct those experiences with their service ethic. However, the Ikigai restaurant did not honor the Premier Palace discount card - which was never mentioned. We also found that the wine lists boast the cheapest Italian/French and other foreign wines that are highly overpriced, when excellent local Ukrainian wines, much better in quality and taste are not available. This smacks of opportunism relating to price gouging - not the wish to give a customer a true experience of Ukraine and certainly not in any way an appropriate wine collection for a 5-star establishment.

The hotel was excellent. Had room service one night and the food was amazing. Service all the way around was excellent. When I return....definitely staying here again. Could walk to just about everywhere you’d want to go.

Every thing close to hotel ( shopping, food, transportation. Taxi to the beach 8 💶. Very nice staffs.

Nice hotel close to the city center and metro stations. Plenty of staff bathroms was nice but not very well lit. Half shower door meant water on floor but nothing an extra towel couldnt remedy Pillows on bed could have been a bit better. Nice pub down the street as well. Pool and spa area was nice but almost zero.amenities in the locker room. Guess im just used to American hotel spas. Steam room and sauna were really nice

Exploring Kiev

Stayed 4 nights and hotel has amazing traditional architecture with very nice spa facilities which I used it few times . The open air Atomosphere restaurant on the top floor also has great view of the city with excellent service but extremely expensive . Hotel staff were very courteous and friendly . The only downside side was some noise from street as windows are not double glazed . Also there was lack of convenient electrical sockets to charge my phone . Location was great and I could walk to around city easily . Overall good hotel .

Great staff that was very helpful with everything. The rooms aren't completely modern, but the charm of the place and location make up for that in spades!

Beautiful luxury hotel with great pool and rooftop

Beautiful luxury hotel in perfect location across Khreschatyk , 5 minutes walk from Metro station Teatralnaja and 3 minutes walk to Schewchenko park. Rooms are big with air conditioning. Make sure you go to the roof-top restaurant for a drink or dinner and enjoy sky view on Kiev. Also the wellness spa section is amazing - large swimming pool and great fitness.

I had reserved room with city views, they changed to courtyard view, not good, not compensation, just sorry they were booked.

Great location close to everything

They appeared unaware of the Expedia VIP program and its upgrades. The room booked on Expedia indicates in its description of having balcany and city views. This was not the case. And only is the case with a small portion of rooms. This should be clarified so one understands exactly what they are getting. And this room is what I booked. It was not an upgrade, nor was it offered or mentioned. The hotel seems very cold. Each entrances lined with several security people. I was not sure if that was for my protection, or the hotels. It seemed over the top. So I kiev for an equal price there is better. 11 Mirrors Boutique Hotel. A much more pleasant experience. Just to clarify I received a voucher for the confusion on checking out for a future upgrade. And also a hotel lounge credit. Which was an acceptable offered. Not sure I will return to kiev or the hotel. But they did offer this.

Good location - but not a 5-Star hotel

The staff here were pretty uninterested in making guests happy - starting with the fact that we were promised 2 rooms and the same floor and they were unable to provide. This problem was compounded because your room key only allows you access to your own floor and therefore, my business partner and I could not meet unless it was in the lobby. Also, though I paid through Expedia, they tried to bill my card a second time upon arrival until I showed them PROOF that the bill had already been paid. The rooms themselves are in desperate need of an update with 3-star linens. If you're looking for a true 5-star hotel, I'd certainly look elsewhere.

Public rooms are beautiful and hotel has nice spa pool and workout facility. Food in bar takes forever to arrive. Also the rooms are small and I don’t like taking a shower in a tub. Rooms need to be modernized. Breakfast buffet is excellent but expensive

Nice hotel

This is my second stay in this hotel. Really nice hotel. I like the location, close to city center, shopping, restaurants and markets. Breakfast is a bit pricey.

Hotel room quality

I found the bed to be too hard and due to the premium have we pay for hotel rooms in this place I think the beds should be upgraded. Pillows were great. Otherwise, nice experience and would definitely come back again.

Outstanding hotel in the heart of Kiev

I stayed in this hotel during my business trip to Kiev. It is absolutely perfect place to stay although might be a bit expensive.

Needs some improvements for westerners

Comforters are too small. Should extend over the edge of the bed, all 3 sides. How about sports on TV? No one can make a martini. Sports bar closed halfway through the Ukraine soccer game. 10,000 for a "drink" for the girls in the Cabaret? For what?!

Ok Hotel

The hotel is quite expensive, but good hotels in Kiev usually are. The room I had this time was pretty small, the height was bigger or very close to width or length. Everything considered is a nice hotel, but a bit dated in terms of design and organisation.

luxurious place in center of town

Five star experience. A level of luxury that I am not accustomed to. The staff was very accomodating and answered all my questions about a country and culture that I was quite ignorant about. It was all a very educational time for me. I intend to return next year.
