A minha estadia foi incrível. O hotel é muito aconchegante, quarto amplo, limpo e confortável, excelente conservação, ótimas toalhas e roupas de cama, café da manhã com muiras opções e estacionamento coberto no subsolo do próprio hotel. Foi uma enorme supresa a gentileza de servirem um coquetel na noite de 24/12 celebrando o Natal. Para completar, a gentileza de toda equipe, sem exceção!
Traveller외부 소음에 대한 방음이 전혀 안되는데 오토바이 폭주족이 새벽 내내 돌아다녀서 잠을 한숨도 못잤습니다. 시설은 깨끗하고 좋았지만 잠을 아예 못자서 정말 최악의 경험을 한 호텔이네요. 외부 방음에 대한 시설 개비가 필요해 보입니다.

TravellerInfelizmente a pousada não nos atendeu bem, ainda mais considerando-se o valor altíssimo da diária (1.700). Elevador quebrado, café muito fraco com itens queimados são alguns exemplos de problemas que enfrentamos.

O quarto por ter 22 metros quadrados e um banheiro minúsculo, seria classificado como uma rede Íbis melhorado, mas tem preço de um hotel 5 estrelas! O quarto não vale nem de perto o que pedem de diária! Os móveis são bonitos, mas não permite o preço que foi cobrado, da próxima vez vou buscar outras opções em Campos do Jordão.
