TravellerThe place and staff are amazing. We had a wonderful time in Florianopolis and staying at this pousada was a highlight. Laura and Cristopher were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It was a pleasure talking to them and they helped us in many ways, including working through a difficulty we had with an Uber driver and helping us arrange an alternative transportation. The breakfast was very delicious and fresh and served in a wonderful atmosphere. It was really a pleasure each day. Sorvete, the dog, was super cute and friendly and nice to see walking and lying around the property. Our kids loved to play with him and they still talk about him weeks later. Cristopher taught our kids about the local flora and fauna, showing them the birds and monkeys that live in the wooded area behind the pousada and telling them about the plants in the garden and even letting them pick some papayas from a tree in the yard. These are really special people with a special property. Whenever we find ourselves back in Florianopolis we hope to be able to stay here again.

We had blessed moments at Pousada Casa da Lagoa. The bedroom was cozy, quiet and clean. The air conditioner was a plus for sure. The common area was a great addition, with cozy and local decor, and the breakfast was really good. Christopher acted like our Local Guide, with lots of great tips about where to eat, what to do and best beaches to visit. Overall was an amazing week vacation thanks to them!

Excelente, Pousada ao estilo “esteja em casa”. Os proprietários, Cris e Laura, foram muito prestativos e solícito, sempre prontos para todas as necessidades. Café da manhã bom e com um toque dos ovos mexidos feitos na hora pela Renata que disse ter aprendido com os donos. Café gostoso com biscoitos e bolos caseiros e sem exageros mas com diversidade nutritiva e apetitosa, das frutas ao pão de queijo. Suítes aconchegantes, limpas com banheiros limpos, duchas higiênicas novas, roupas de cama e banho na medida certa, limpas de bom gosto e qualidade! Parabéns ao casal!

Amazing Time
Everything was pretty amazing. Chris & Laura were very nice! Just sitting on bed/ mattress it made a lot of noise and Netflix lost internet connection every single night. We were able to connect our laptop so that helped. Over All everything was amazing & I will definitely recommend.
