Great views!

This accommodation is in a great location and room was spacious with amazing sea views. It was very clean and comfortable. Excellent for leisure and activities overlooking golf course with lots of options for walking.

Good sized room, excellent value for money although it was out of season. Fantastic view from the bay window overlooking the golf course & sea. Will definitely stay there again.

Not staffed, but prompt instructions for checking in via keysafe. Room huge, well appointed, spotlessly clean. Easy to find too!

Excellent location. Fabulous views of the golf course and Moray Firth. The room was super. Great bed and facilities. Requested an early check in, which they were able to accommodate, which was fantastic. We will be booking here again.

Ideal for a short stay in Lossiemouth.

Great place to stay ,

This place appears to be new but the overall quality is poor. Cracked plaster, dirty carpets left covered in builders mess, cheap bathroom units coming apart and mould around bath area. It just needs a bit of effort and it’d be great. There are no on site staff but the emailed check in and key safe system worked just fine. Their affiliated hotel on the harbour front does decent food but was busy. We got lucky but I’d recommend booking as local food outlets are sparse.

Value for money, overnight stay. However I would suggest a window blind for the groundfloor bathroom.

Nice location, clean room, quaint town

Awesome location right by the water and reasonably easy to find parking close by. The room was clean and the self-check-in and out went smoothly. They left a guidebook with a bunch of nearby attractions which actually led us to discover the Glen Moray distillery, Culloden field, Duffus castle and Cawdor castle which all ended up being well worth visiting!

Beautiful West beach

Easy check in, very comfortable room. So much to do in Lossiemouth and this venue is not very far from wherever you want to be. You can watch beautiful sunsets from here or watch the golfers teeing off the first tee or puting the 18th.

Lossiemouth - great accommodation

Not by a long way our first stay at Poseidon Inn. It offers good, clean, reliable - but without frills - accommodation in a superb position overlooking Lossiemouth beach. Some parking is available; if full, there's usually space in the road outside. Highly recomended. It's only a pity that no breakfadt is offered.

Lovely serviced apartments in a truly stunning locations. Beautiful views over Maray Golf Club and the Moray Firth and easy walk into the village.

I was surprized to find that the Poseidon "Inn" is not an inn but serviced rooms. I think that a change of name wouldn't come amiss.

It was cost effective, simple and clean.

I did not see a text they sent with a key safe code. Their name was not on the text, so it was lumpy.

Poseidon let down!

Booked this hotel through Hotels.com and was very disappointed, the room was freezing cold when I arrived, and it does not tell you when booking that there is no bar, no food or breakfast you need to go out to another hotel to get these, not the best in the middle of winter!

I was in the area for a couple of days and stayed here. It was really nice and I’d stay here again.

Convent little place to stay while driving along the coast. Bed was a bit rough, and it was cold in the room. We couldn’t figure out how to make it warmer

This inn overlooks the golf course. It is near the RAF base so can be noisy if they are doing any flight training exercises. We heard planes when we first arrived around 4:00 pm but nothing after that. The contactless check in was a little confusing as the e-mail instructions landed in my junk mail. After discovering the stray message with the instructions all went smoothly getting into the inn. There is limited off street parking.

Loved the room, especially the big window with an amazing view of the golf course and the sea... beautifull! However, there was also a little window opposite the double bed where the light would come in the morning and wake me up!! Pls put a black out curtain! Everything was great. I am looking forward for breakfast being served in the building.

Amazing hotel and location

Simple but effective room only accommodation

Last minute booking, but happy overall. Perfect if you need a no frills room for the night that is perfectly located for exploring Lossiemouth. Note there is no reception or catering provided at the Inn, but these are supported by the sister hotel in Lossiemouth.

Debbie made our stay so enjoyable. The room was perfect and the accommodations comfortable. We had a wonderful stay.

Excellent stay

Stayed here for one night with my partner, we booked the exclusive double room and it was lovely. Good value for money. Included a little kitchen area and was a good sized room and bathroom. Bed was extremely comfortable. Really nice hotel next door for drinks and food.

Pleasant Stay

Poseidon’s inn is in a good state of repair. The room was spacious and had a small fridge. There was a shower and jacuzzi bath in my en suite bathroom. The downside was that the doors were auto closing and I was woken every night / early hours of the morning by other guests allowing the doors to slam. There are 14 rooms in the property but the car park accommodates 5 cars so other guests have to park on the street which can be very busy at times with the local golf club situated next to the property. There are nice views from the property with it being close to the coast. When I arrived at the property, I got my room keys from a lock box situated next to the main door. The reception is only available during working hours so I informed the staff that I would probably arrive after it was closed.

Great last minute find!

Managed to get a room here last minute night before Lossie Fest. Easy check-in, clean and spacious room with great views of the sea and planes! No on-site facilities (which we new of), but recommend Golf View (next door) for food and drinks and Beach View for breakfast. Both minutes walk away!

The hotel is basic no food and keypad entry. The rooms were clean and tidy. One window which had a sea view was steamed up in the triple glazing so no view was possible. Ok but expensive for a room not a hotel in my opinion.

Love this place but a bit disappointed this time

Have been here a few time , things disappointed with in room. Bad Wi-Fi No room care , empty bin , biscuits etc No hook in bathroom to hang clothes . No where to hang towels . I love this place because of view but a bit disappointed this time .

Fantastic propert - I love the way that you are left alone, there is plenty of help available but you just don’t need it - you have everything you need and lovely bright rooms!

Updated property overlooking a beautiful golf course and the sea. Great internet, charging plugs for all your stuff and a comfortable bed. The next time here, I am going to book a week.
