We had booked two rooms. Some of the things to note about the rooms is that it took to long to cool down. Booked suites and it didn't look like the photos at all. The shower floods and it would leak out to the rest of the bathroom. None of the drains worked properly. Breakfast buffet was terrible. The reviews on that was not lying. Eggs were premade and left out cold. The staff was great but i would not personally stay at this location again.

My experience from check-in to check-out was exceptional. Each hotel attendant was courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The room was large and clean. The hotel itself is located in an area with lots of restaurants and stores, and conveniently near the beach. Overall, I enjoyed my time here.

Location of the hotel was excellent, very close to the beach and restaurants. However the room was dated and dirty and needed a revamp. Breakfast was disappointing, very limited options and no western options. Staff were unhelpful.

Not 4 star, limited english, unclean

Hotel was ok. Advertised as 4 star but barely a 3 star. The air conditioning wasnt working in our 1st room so after many phone calls to the reception we where reluctantly moved to another room. Staff could speak little english. Breakfast was awful. They had warm sweet milk to have on your chocolate covered balls, only thing left to eat. No bread for toast, no butter and no jam. Ended up leaving the hotel and buying breakfast elsewhere. Oh and we ended up becoming ill with flu caused by the dirty air conditioning in the new room.

Good hotel, nice and helpful staff. Breakfast, however, is not good. Rooms overall nice and spacy, but we missed places to dry wet swimming gear. In room only 3 creaks for towels. Also we thought it strange with the partially frosted doors to restroom and shower.

Nice staff, Good pillow big room, simple room facilities, but brown print on toilet seat and weak lighting. Seafood restaurant next to hotel, wet and fishy.

Main reason for giving 5 stars is the lovely lady in reception Thuy, she was extremely helpful during our stay and went above and beyond to help out.

Breakfast

Hotel excellent. My only complaint would be the breakfast caters mainly for Chinese guests and you could not get a seat for breakfast before 8.00 am

Good quality hotel.

The hotel it self is amazing and the service is fast. I was sleeping 4 nights of 9 when the cleaning lady came and whenever I woke up. I just called them and said that i would like them to get me new towels, they came within 5 minutes and cleaned the room while i took a smoke in the balcony and gave me new towels. Everything was really good! The breakfast is not "EU" friendly... The breakfast fits most the chinese and russians which is understandable... (Nha trang is little china and russia) If you need any help just ask them and they will help you. The only bad think i can think of is that there is a lot of noise outside of the hotel ... you don´t really hear if you close the balcony but when ever you go out... OBS: not the hotels fault but still...

A pleasant place too stay

The bed was fabulous they even gave us a free upgrade, very good only thing we found we didn’t like was the breakfast, not much too choose from, and the eggs were always cold they seem too cook plates and plates of them and just leave them sitting there

Hotel with helpful and friendly staff

Nice hotel with strategic location, helpful staff, nice breakfast. .

The room and hallways had a very bad odor. You can see water stains on the wall and ceiling within the building so it's easily suspected to be molding. The room's air conditioning was not as cold as we would have liked it, but now that we're staying in another 4 star hotel in Da Nang as we typed this with the same problem, we have concluded it's just the norm for Vietnam hotels. The service was pretty great though, the staff really did try to cater to our needs and readily offered to change rooms for us.

Great location

Poseidon Hotel is located at the heart Nha Trang, there are lot of local restaurant nearby. Everything is great, except only one thing that the glass of bathroom is translucent, thats kind of awkward for me and my friend...

Comfortable stay

A comfortable stay and the staff were friendly enough however communicating in English was a little challenging. Would have liked to have had an ironing board in our room and when asked for one they only option they provided was through their in- house laundry facilities (with the usual fee). Room says Sea View but could only sea a patch of water between buildings.

Decent hotel in a good location

Nice hotel for Nha Trang. The location is good. Only negative I have to really say is that the hotel staff struggled to understand English but I think that is due to the high amount of Russian tourists in Nha Trang, furthermore the room is quite strange as there is no door separating the bathroom section to the bedroom section. Only stay here with people you are very comfortable with.

Hotel not finished. Could be nice when eventually finished. Advertised gym but nothing. Very slow elevators. On check in I was asked for 500,000 deposit which I didn't expect. Balcony doors would not close properly.

New hotel, nice rooms, the rest could be improved

The hotel is new and hence not fully finished... the rooms and the lobby are nice the rest so so! Breakfast was disappointing, a lack of quality and western choice the hot dishes are poor, and the restaurant looks like a wedding hall. Service was ok but nothing special. At the promotional rate we paid (35 usd) it was good value.

Хороший отель,чисто,в номере(1508) всё работает,жаль,что только один стул и нет вешалок,некуда разместить одежду,а в шкафу места мало.Холодильник слабенький.Убирались ежедневно.Завтраки замечательные.Персонал приветливый.В-общем всё понравилось.Рекомендую.Дата проживания 18.09.19-30.09.19 г.Михаил. из г.Владимира.

Erstes Zimner sehr unsauber. Nach intervention von Expedia hat das Hotel sehr schnell reagiert. Habe neues, grosses und sauberes Zimmer bekommen. Super. Trotzdem ist das Haus in sehr schlechtem Baulichen Zustand. Das scheint mir das Grundproblem zu sein. Es werden auch Heerscharen von Chinesischen Touristen durchgeschleust. Ich war nach dem Zimmerwechsel zufrieden!Aber das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen. Dank noch mal auf diesem Weg für Ihre ungefagte aber wirksame Hilfe.Spricht für Expedia!

Good place for trip

시내중심, 해변근처, 깨끗한 시설, 친절한 직원

전체적으로 만족합니다. 직원들도 친절하고 도움도 많이 주고요. 그런데 마지막날 비가 엄청왔는데 정전이 되어서 조금 불편했습니다. 태풍이 와서 그랬지만 날씨에 대해 좀 알려줬으면 좋았을 것 하는 아쉬움도 없지않아 있습니다. 전체적으로는 만족합니다

Хороший отель, отличное расположение, рядом много кафе, один из них Москва, торговый центр, у отеля хороший собственный пляж, есть пляжные полоьенца, отличные панорамные окна. Жили на 11 этаж в улучшенном номере, все очень понравилось, прекрасный бассейн на крыше с панорамным видом на море!

Nice hotel. Great and helpful staff. Small gym and swimmingpool at top floor. Did not get the chance to use. Reseption were quick and smiling. Staff understand english. I will return.

Hotellet var fint i sig med fina rum, men rummen var inte väldigt rena. Personalen är väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Hotellet var fullt med högljudda kineser som gick upp tidigt på morgonen och skrek i korridorerna. Vid frukosten satt de fortfarande och skrek och pratade hödljutt.

에어컨이 성능이 너무 안좋았고, 조식은 별로 였다...화장실에서 냄새가 좀 많이 났다... 전반적으로...가격대비 만족 스럽지 못했지만 , 그에 비해 직원들은 친철했고, 청소 상태는 좋았다.

Nyt flot hotel med baggrundstøj

Poseidon er et nyt hotel beliggende 300-400 meter væk strandfronten. Hotellet og værelserne er dejlig nye. Personale og morgenmad godt. Det eneste minus ved hotellet er at alt støjen fra alle de nabo grunde, hvor der opføres nye bygninger. Det er ikke lykkedes mig at opstøve ørepropper nogen steder i Nha Trang i en uge. Dejligt hotel men det er hårdt at vågne hver morgen kl 6 pga støj

設備、裝潢其實離四星還差一點，可取的是員工的熱情和積極。早餐有點單調第一天吃完隔天就不想碰了，位置不錯，市中心，離海邊約300m，住高樓也看不到海被其他飯店擋住，安全性不錯
