Family owned and operated, staff is friendly and helpful. Not fancy, just the basics. There is much to do and see in the area so you really only need a place to sleep and shower. Clean and comfortable, two blocks (steep walk uphill) from the plaza and downtown area. Would have like to have had maybe a suitcase rack and some place to hang a few items of clothing.

Nice place to stay. Recommend it. Quiet and walkable. Doesn’t have a office so you are suppose to call the noted number under the hotel name and a lady will meet you outside. Not a big deal. I gambled and knocked on a door that appeared to be the office as it didn’t have a room number associated to it, and it was the correct one. The lady was extremely nice and was happy to be of service.

TravellerLa posada Ónix es un sitio sencillo y limpio para hospedarse. Las dueñas son muy amables y hospitalarias. Está muy cerca de la plaza principal, restaurantes y el Museo de Leonora Carrington. Tienen buen Wifi.
