TravellerThe hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms were cleaned every day. Very modern. Our room was a few steps from the pool area. It was great. The restaurant was overlooking the sea and we had amazing breakfast every day. There are restaurants, cafes, supermarket in walking distance. We rented a car because we wanted to visit other parts of Crete. I highly recommend this hotel!

TravellerStavros and Natalia @ the front desk were amazingly helpful and kind. George at the bar makes a good drink and is very nice. Hotel was clean and well kept. Beach area is small and rocky but that is common in Greece. Breakfast is very good but confusing at first. No real “order” to things, just jump right in. Closer to a US 4 star than a 5 but very nice experience. Would go again. Only recommendation is for them to add a cocktail waiter at the pool.

We got in late afternoon/ evening. Was very please with the service. Upon arrival, they gave us a wet napkins to clean our hands and a glass of champagne to welcome us. Brand new hotel just build. Service was exceptional. Rooms clean and really nice. We were 3 in a room and they had 2 washrooms which was amazing. Felt like we had two rooms. A door between the two rooms Privacy.... pool was clean beach was ok. A lot of rocks. Not the nicest.. breakfast was very good. A lot of Variety . I was their for 7 days and never got bored of the food. A lot to do in the area .. a strip of restaurants, supermarkets souvenir stores etc. Very safe. Easy to get around with the local bus. The old town is amazing.

TravellerStayed here for 6 nights with two friends. Had a room with two single beds and a sofa bed in a separate living room. Large balcony, nice and spacious bathroom, and good comfort and standard throughout the hotel. Nice facilities: great child-free beach, pool area, good breakfast, gym, and more. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend staying here.

The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania.
