Amazing! A 10min walk to the main train/bus stations and Galeria Krakowska. The main square is minutes away, lots of small grocery stores,bars,and restaurants nearby. The room was clean,cosy,spacious and well equipped. Staff was friendly and professional, breakfast was yummy and varied. I'd definitely come back!

Situated in a perfect location for sightseeing. Only a 3/4 minute walk to the main square. Apartments were extremely clean & spacious. Breakfast was lovely too. Would highly recommend staying here

The Portal House Apartments are so conveniently located in the historic district. Within walking to most places I wished to go. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only reason for 4, not 5 star rating is that even with an elevator, there were many steps to navigate to get to your room and with heavy luggage, not as easy. My fault, I know for having so much stuff. Breakfast was very nice, Room was comfortable, shower nice and big. Good storage. Clean.

Brilliant service, location and space

Location was great. Room was spacious and nice. Mattress was a bit hard. Street got a bit noisy, but that seemed like a rare event - a room facing the courtyard wouldn’t have had the issue.

We had a wonderful stay at the Portal apartements, much thanks to Rosa and her very good piece of advice on Kraków.

Beautiful apartment. Very clean and comfortable. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included and offered an exceptional choice of hot and cold food, including fruit, pastries, meat and eggs and much more. The apartment is a 2 minute walk from Krakow old town square but positioned in a quiet side street. We will definitely return.

Long weekend vacation.

The hotel is in an excellent location to the main old town square. The staff are very friendly and made our stay a very good one. The hotel rooms are of a very clean high standard. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Krakow in the future. Kind regards Stephen.

Super nice, kind and professional staff, awesome location (literally the next block over from the main square). The breakfast is awesome. Only downside is there is no parking but you can park at a nearby hotel (0.3 miles away) which costs 90 złote per 24 hours. Not bad. I’d highly recommend this place.

Great stay. Nice location in the old town and 15 minutes to walk to the central station. 24/7 reception, no trouble with check-in around 11pm. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, warm heating and hot shower. Very good Polish breakfast with hot and cold options changing daily, felt homemade. We would stay again.

Pretty good to be fair, very central to the old town, with everything easily within a five minute walk. Staff were helpful and polite - only went to the breakfast one morning more for a coffee than anything else only a small selection but it was free - so definitely nothing to complain about. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine for a couple of nights. Room was a good size and clean, but you can hear quite clearly noise from outside the apartment and also inside of an evening - it’s not too much of a problem but if you’re a light sleeper something to consider. Overall a good experience.

Amazing place to stay in the heart of old Kraków. We had a two bedroom apartment (room 9) on the top four. It was great to have that much extra space and ruined for our family after traveling for two weeks to kick back, relax. We will stay here again!

On a quiet side street, but very close to everything; a short walk from the train station too. There are several places to eat within 2 blocks, and many more if you head towards Rynek Glowny. Many good food options for breakfast. A couple of notes: If, like me, you're too jet-lagged to read the sign near the door, the place is accessed by pressing 1 on the entrance panel, and the reception will buzz you in. There are total about 10 steps up to the elevator, in case you have a lot of luggage.

Could be better without lies.

Good location, good condition.. but ... no aircondition, just lies that it will be fixed tomorrow.. we've been there for a week.... tomorrow never ends... for the price - it is not appropriate... Lies are never appropriate!!!! Breakfast also not the best you'll find.. in the bathroom you will find soap... that is all...

Mükemmel bir otel. Konumu harika yürüyerek her yere çok yakın. Resepsiyondaki Roza her konuda yardımcı oldu. Yemek yenecek yerleri bile anlattı. Kahvaltısı güzel. Internette sorun yaşamadım. Oda çok konforlu. Grohe marka bataryalar, Hüppe duşakabin, Villeroy&Bosc klozetler. Lavazza kahve makinası. Dolu bir minibar. Her şey düşünülmüş. Yatak çok rahat. Kahvaltısı oldukça zengin dumplings (mantı) bile var. Kötü veya eksik diyebileceğim tek şey terlik olsaydı olurdu. Gelirseniz mutlaka burada kalın.
