Very close to train stations and just a 15-20 minute walk to Namba Park/Dotonbori. 7 eleven right by the entrance and a good amount of options for food. Lovely staff that let us check in earlier at no extra cost and very peaceful and quiet stay. They also had laundry and dryer available if needed in the common room on second floor. We enjoyed our time there. Only thing to note is, majority of hotels 3 star do not have netflix in built in TVs.

Good

There is no breakfast so you have to fend for yourself in the mornings. The staff were kind enough to sort out a taxi to the station even though its difficult to get a taxi in the area.

Far and close enough away from the hectic areas of Namba and Shinsaibashi. Even though they have microwaves on the second floor free space area, I wish there was a sink area there as well. I think the room needs English details on how to work the AC unit an humidifier also. The rooms lighting is very low, so if you need bright lights for any makeup prep bring your own though perfect for getting ready for bed.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Convenience store nearby and close walk to subway.

This hotel is great. Super clean and new! There’s a 7/11 right next door and they give you bath salts as a free amenity.

Amazing hotel and actually pretty spacious. Love that you can store your luggages under the bed too! Just wish the TV was smart so we could cast from our phones but it’s all good, we just connected an HDMI cable to it. Everything else was perfect.

I liked that it was close to everything. There is a convenience store next door and the train station is very close. You can walk to Dotonbori and Osaka castle.

With transport on the door step and a 7/11 next door, the location is an ideal hub for any trip. Dotonburi is just a few stops away and Denden Town is not far off. Links to Osaka station are easy for trips to Nara,Kobe and Himeji, which is a nice bonus! Hotel staff are friendly with varying levels of English, and the room was comfortable. Tea and coffee were at the desk and taken as desired, and room cleaning was at our discretion which was handy for days we didnt need it. On days we requested no room cleaning, a bag of new PJs and towels would be left on our door handle - seemed a bit unnecessary but a nice sentiment.

お部屋は狭めですが、すごく良かったです。

駅近で交通に便利、徒歩圏内に難波や新世界があり良かった

3泊しましたが駅からも近く、隣にコンビニがあるので大変便利でした。 部屋は決して広いわけではないですが不便なく過ごせました。 個人的にマイナスだと思った点は、浴室の洗面台の上にコップを置く簡易的な棚があるのですが、絶妙に場所が悪く洗顔する際とても邪魔でした。 あと、TVの下にデスクがありますが、照明もなく暗すぎるので使い物になりません。 比較的部屋は暗めなので、メイクする時はブラインドを開けて、丸テーブルを使用する必要がありました。

離車站1、2分鐘距離，雖不是在方便購物的區域，但離退房後要前往的近鐵車站近，房價也不太高。 人員親切，可以代寄送行李至其他飯店。

駅からも近く快適に過ごすことができました。

サービスレベルが低い

フロントスタッフが極端に事務的対応であった。サービス業としての教育がされていないと感じた。アルバイト以下のレベルという印象。

朝食があれば…

朝食付きがあればいいなぁと思います。 去年宿泊した時はあって良かったので。

谷町9丁目から近い心地よいホテル

大阪国際センターへのイベント目的で、帰りの動線を考慮して最寄駅に近いこちらのホテルを初めて利用しました。ひとりで利用しましたがお部屋は狭さを感じず、清潔で快適でした。

チェックインした日に浴室の排水溝が詰まっていて、部屋を移動する事になりました。荷物も広げていたし、入浴中の状態からホテルのパジャマを羽織っての移動はとても嫌でした。

Very good location and nearby the Metro Station. The room is clean and quiet and provide bottle water everyday. Maybe better to provide two room key card next time, as two more were guests bit inconvenient to share one key card. But out of all, the staff service is good.

역과도 가깝고 객실 및 시설조 깨끗하여 쾌적하게 숙박할 수 있었습니다 인근에 맛집도 많고 센이치마에선, 타니마치선이 가깝고 닛폰바시, 난바, 우에혼마치 등이 가까워 교통도 편리하고 놀기에 좋었습니다

Very Clean and the staff were very friendly. Value for money! Just few blocks away from station. The only thing to comment is the pillow is too hard to sleep on.

交通方便，住宿房間以這個價位也算大，乾淨度也OK 。

離車站很近，3號出口有電梯很方便，離鬧區難波、道頓堀、黑門、天王寺都不遠，交通很方便，到遠一點的梅田也不用轉車。

位置絕佳 飯店房價也很優惠又新 房間比較小，洗臉盆較小 但浴缸設計為圓弧狀，洗澡泡澡很方便 在谷町九丁目出站1分鐘 樓下7-11非常方便 鄰近交通要道但隔音不錯 床下有設計能攤開行李箱放置行李箱 窗簾遮光效果佳 櫃檯能協助處理問題 房務人員打掃很乾淨貼心 床支撐力不錯偏硬 枕頭是顆粒感，比較硬的枕頭， 希望飯店能提供軟的枕頭 謝謝

新しく清潔感があり、思ったよりお部屋は広い感じがしました。フロント前に置いてあるアメニティサービスにクレンジングやスキンケアがあればもっと嬉しかったです。 HPのお部屋の設備に冷蔵庫が記載されていなかったので、下のセブンイレブンで翌日の朝食に常温保存のパンを買いました。冷蔵庫があるとわかっていれば美味しいものを色々買えたのにと思いました。 すぐ近くのラブホテル街は思ったほど気になりませんでした。 大きい通りに面しているので夜中に車の音で目が覚めました。

Close to Metro station and 7-11, quiet environment, clean room

Le personnel était super gentil et la chambre super propre. Le lit super confortable sauf l’oreiller qui était dure comme une roche. Il n’y a pas de sécheuse dans l’hôtel. C’est une laveuse qui lave er sert également de sécheuse mais cela ne fonctionne pas très bien. Nous étions au 4 ième étage et malheureusement c’était très bruyant on entendait les voitures dehors comme si la fenêtre était ouverte. L’hôtel est à côté d’une station de métro et un 7 eleven juste en dessous.

駅からはとても近くアクセス良かったです。 カーテンにシミがあったり、歯ブラシコップがくすんでいたりしたので、清潔感の評価が少し低めです。寝るだけのホテルにはちょうどいいかな。

Einige Personen vom Hotelpersonal sprechen verständliches Englisch. Das ist in Japan nicht selbstverständlich. Hygieneartikel des täglichen Bedarfs werden kostenfrei in der Hotellobby angeboten und auch sonst waren die Damen und Herren der Rezeption stets bemüht uns unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. So unter anderem auch als wir nach zwei weicheren Kopfkissen fragten. Diese wurden uns sofort besorgt und machten unseren Schlaf nochmals besser. Die Zimmerreinigung war ebenfalls tadellos und das Hotal hat eine gute U-Bahn Anbindung an die Tannimachi Line.

洗面台で顔を洗う時、ちょうど顔を近づける位置に棚があり、顔を洗いにくい。 清潔さは◎でした。

新しいホテルで快適でした。 お水が無かったのが残念です。

上本町、谷町九丁目駅近にもかかわらず、コスパ抜群でした。お部屋も綺麗で、快適な3泊でした。

きれいだけれど、出かけるときも帰ってくるときも何も言ってくれない。普通はいってらっしゃいませとかおかえりなさいといってくれるのに無視。笑顔もないのがちょっと嫌だった。

역이랑 가깝고,숙소가 너무 깨끗해서 좋았어요!!생각했던거 보다 방도 좁지 않아서 편하게 쉬었습니다

アメニティは受け付け脇より部屋に設置してて欲しかった。

清潔感がありとても気持ちの良い感じでした。利便性よくまた利用したいと思ってます。

できて1周年のホテルできれいなのにコスパよかったです！ 駐車場があればもっと良いと思いました、、
