Very nice hotel with pleasant staff, I was working in the area, I will recommend this hotel to friends and family :-)

window in back door was broken and taped together, useless gym equipment. Otherwise, everything was fine.

12.50€ taxi from Airport. 5 min ride.

Stay was fine, however at check in at 2 am reception was insistent that both me and my wife provide separate phone numbers and emails although we had provided both passports and my phone number and email. Reception insisted it was a legal requirement. We have subsequently stayed in a couple of other places where this was not required.

Affordable and convenient

Close to the airport and needed the rest before continuing our trip by road.

I traveled during road construction, so the area was dusty, and the roads were bad, with multiple closures. The hotel is OKAY, but the bathroom needs some extra care. I found some mold in the shower crevices.

Great for a one night stopover

Excellent reception staff. Hotel is incredibly close to airport but no real road or Airport noise (planes stop maybe 11.30/12PM?). Room functional and clean. Ate in the bar area which was good food and value for money

Ok for 1 night stay near airport

In general all good but there is very musty smell in the room and difficult to breathe. Rooms need renovation, walls are dirty. Staff is friendly.

Good place. Close to the airport. Its kinda out of the way of town luckly we rented a car a drove around to valencia and other towns. Hotel was good. Basic breakfasts. Didnt do dinner because we were in town. All around a good place.

They would not accept my incorrectly reserved date which Expedia set and refused a refund.

Nice friendly hotel with a free shuttle service to Valencia Airport. Check in 5* Room ...very clean but window need to be clear (felt inclosed) 4* Bed slightly hard 3* Shower good and plenty of hot water 4* Breakfast sort of canteen style room set up but great selection. 5* Staff all very helpful. 5* Location ideal for Metro into Valencia (25 minutes) 9 stops also ideal for the airport and various car hire companies near. 5* Shuttle service 5*

Great hotel for a one night stop over due to 6am flight. If needed would definitely stay again.

My room was very good with a fridge, aircon, tib-shower combination, proper closet. I liked the pool, although small, it was sparkling clean. Breakfast was really complete and don't know why people would complain about it. The area might not be the most appealing but for me it was good. Three blocks from the meyro and two great supermarkets. I also used the airport shuttle (every half hour but you must call the front desk). I would certainly stay again

Conveniently located near the airport, this space provides a safe and secure spot for those catching early flights.

Check in was easy. The front Desk person (Jorge) was amazing and very helpful. Surrounding areas was dirty and commercial. AC in my room was very poor, I report it to the front desk and they told me that a technician will check the next day, they offer a desk fan that they had at the front desk, which tells me that they were ready for that. Next day was the same, they either didn’t check or just didn’t do anything. The room felt like I was in a sauna. Pool is like a big bathtub, needs a big clean, and was very slippery.

Ideal place to stay for our early morning flight home

The area seems more industrial or commercial not retail. You need a car or taxi to get anywhere. That said they do offer dining, a bar, and a pool. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

Very nice hotel

I don’t like the connected rooms. Had a bad experience where the room next door grabbed and aggressively tried to come in to the room and gave a scare at 3am

Exceeded my expectations.

This hotel is situated right next to the airport. Short drive by taxi. We had room 220 with view to the back street which we loved because of how quiet it was. Excellent cleanliness and great outdoor swimming pool. Friendly staff.

An attractive, well-kept hotel very close to VLC airport

Pretty close to metro, walk in airport. No shuttle service in early time. Place is very good just in case of business trip for short time because located right by airport. Hotel in great condition

Convenient location, very firm bed

Hotel conveniently located for flight. The shuttle bus run by the hotel was easy to book and left on time getting us to the airport with plenty of time. We had walked from the airport to the hotel the previous evening and quickly realised that the bus was a much better option. Walking was a very convoluted route due to the construction works near and around the airport. The hotel was generally very good with efficient and professional staff. The breakfast was ample and very good. Our only criticism was that we found the bed too firm. We accept this is a personal issue but feel it does need mentioning.

Close to the airport. Arrived very late and the very friendly reception desk personnel were available 24 hours. Room was spotless! A Beautiful and delicious breakfast was available for a reasonable cost. One thing that may help travelers arriving by rental car is detailed directions to the hotel. Although you can see the hotel from the highway there was spotty cell service and some difficulty locating. Great place!!

Wonderful staff and service! Although they did not respond to my request to pick me up at the airport, but the drop off was easy to arrange and it was smooth. The front desk staff spoke English and were helpful. The restaurant was fantastic! The server was really nice. The room though took a little bit more time to be cold and it wasn't really that cold, just a little lower than your normal room temperature. Despite being very near the airport, the noise wasn't really bad. You can only hear faint sounds unless you open the windows.

This is a place to go when you have a quick stop over at the airport and they understand their role and play it perfectly. We got in very late and they still had the restaurant open for us, and they arranged for and paid a taxi for 4 AM the next morning so that we could easily get to our flight, the best we could've asked for comfortable place to sleep at least a little bit

We choose this hotel because of the location and free airport shuttle only to find out at checking in that the shuttle was only available starting at 6:00 AM. Our flight took off at 6:20 AM and we had to be there at 4:20 AM and the hotel did reserve us a taxi that did arrive on time and did get us there on time for only 10 Euros.

I picked this hotel because I was only in town for a night on my way back home and it said it had an airport shuttle. That alone was my reason to stay here. Well the shuttle does not run until after 6 AM and my flight was leaving at 6. So I was not able to use the shuttle. Everyone talked about how close it is to the airport and it is, but it is not possible to walk. The hotel is in front of a highway, its blocked by cement barriers and there is no sidewalk. It would be easier to just stay at a hotel on the metro line and get to the airport that way. I had to take a 12 euro 5 minute taxi ride. The aircon also does not go below 25C/78F so it was warm in the room as well. The staff was always very pleasant but I was disappointed in my stay.

Great hotel for an overnight stay. Super close to the airport. We had a suite and it was very large and clean. Breakfast and dinner okay. Not much else in the area but that is to be expected as it’s very close to the airport.

Close to metro for easy ride to city centre.

Thé hôtel itself was fairly good, clean and relatively close to the airport. Reception staff was quite helpful with directions. However, , the AC did not work and with the temperature 30 outside we were roasting in the room. The fan provided also did not help, unfortunately.

Decent airport hotel

Good hotel for an early morning flight. Reception team friendly but seemed to have a fairly major miscommunication regarding booking taxis for a big group of us which included large baggage (bikes) plus suitcases, despite us triple checking that sufficient number of taxis were booked for people and luggage. Half of our group (5 people) had to walk to the airport at 4 in the morning.

Staff at the hotel are amazing especially the guy on check in who give great directions to places & advice on how / where to get tickets for the metro. Comfy bed . Quiet room but bad view. Wi-Fi bad.

Property is a stone throw away from the airport. It has all the amenities you need for a hotel with an added pool area.

The hotel's worth the money. Conveniently located to the airport. The only downside was they didn't answer my message about the transfer and it turned out that the shuttle was available till 12am.

The prooerty is beautifl and comfortabe. A pleasure to stay within a short walk can or shuttle ride to the airport. The surrounding neighborhood is industrial. But if you need a family transport van shuttle rental car rental tour guide or even a bus or train they are so close to this hotel and this will enable you to get to the city in a quick drive. Highly recommend

Clean and near to VLC airport

Hotel located very near to the airport (15min walk).There are two big supermarkets and a metro station five minutes away. Hotel is roughly 25min away from the city center by metro. Hotel was in a very good shape. Room was clean and the food at the restaurant was not bad. Minus one star only because the gym was small and the gears were old.

It is 1km from airport so very convenient to stay. Otherwise it is an industrial area with not much to see. Overall, excellent place if you are overnighting to go to the airport.

We stayed at the hotel just because it was very close to the airport. It was about 15 minute walk and they also offer a shuttle service. Otherwise the hotel looks tired. It needs to be upgraded. But the front desk staff was very helpful and the breakfast was quite nice. And the room was comfortable but had old furniture and walls with stains. Nevertheless, we would stay there again just because it was very convenient and other options didn’t look that good either.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly and competent service. Enjoyed an excellent meal with great service at their restaurant. A little noisy because of proximity to airport and roadway, but not overly intrusive

My only down-side was the lack of air conditioning in the room. I would definately recommend

Convenient airport hotel with secure parking.

We stayed here for a couple of nights in a suite with jacuzzi bath. This was after we had our hire car broken into and all our luggage stolen. The staff were very helpful and it was good that we could leave the car in their secure garage.Room was clean and comfortable. No English channels on TV. All food options for dinner only started at 8pm. So dinner was a bit late for us. Although this is basically an airport hotel, we found the area in the small town behind the hotel very interesting with its history of ceramics.

Stay was good. Room was clean and huge. However, there is no way to walk to the Airport even though it is just across the street.

Usually great

Always stay here. They are great. But, couldn’t sleep with kids running up and down hallway after midnight and couldn’t get seated/served by breakfast staff in empty breakfast buffet. We left hungry.

I think the biggest feature for this hotel is the proximity to the airport. It's less than one mile (I'm not aware of too many airports you can walk to!). The location is in what looks like a business or industrial park, so it doesn't feel like a posh resort. It is clean and the staff I interacted with were friendly and spoke English. The beds are quite firm (which is a positive or negative depending on your preferences). It isn't pricey either. My stay was quite brief, so I didn't get to check out any of the other amenities. Overall, it's an excellent choice if easy airport access is your priority. If you're looking for a hotel to use as a "base" while doing touristy things in Valencia, I would recommend doing a little extra research to determine if this location meets your needs.

The hotel is a good place close to the airport to stay for one night. The room was large and clean. It was dark and raining so hard to find the parking. Would be great if the reception desk could print a map, as it was difficult to follow instructions in the rain storm. Being near the airport, it is not an area to go walking or checking out restaurants.

Excellent location next to airport with shuttle. Staff was kind and extremely accommodating. Fantastic relaxing environment with large comfortable rooms, and conversation pool large enough for a cool dip. On site restaurant and the morning buffet was a welcome surprise. We will be back!

Everything was ok but garbage from previous stay in our room had not been picked up

Staff was nice. Room was comfortable enough but fridge wasn’t working and no attempt was made to replace it or my room. Toilet leaked and window was broken, sink didn’t drain. But otherwise convenient and reliable for early flight.

Phenomenal breakfast and hotel staff. Walk to metro was a little long

Wonderful stay. So clean, staff very hospitable, and the pool is small but clean and relaxing - loved it! The area is a bit industrial and jarring at first since it’s close to the airport. If you’re looking to stay more city central it’s about a 25-30 min drive.

Too nice and big but smell of cigarettes. Pool too small. Breakfast and staff were fantastic. It is located in an industrial area and feels unsafe.

The “hotel” is most like a motel, is located in an industrial area sorround it by warehouses, the staff was not friendly at all. I could not rest at all, the cleaning people start cleaning rooms around 7 am making a lot of noise. The restaurant food is terrible. I would definidly not recommend this place to any one.

Super convenient VLC airport hotel

Super convenient hotel at a 10-minute drive from the airport. Clean, calm, has a free shuttle to/from the airport every 30 minutes between 6am and 10pm. The food at the restaurant was really good with sizable portions. Will come back for sure.

Amazing staff and very close to airport

Good business class hotel, very convenient for airport. Comfortable clean rooms. Couldn’t access the (very small) car park as it was blocked by roadworks - not the hotels fault, but no advance notice and no external notice of what to do. One of the reception staff very unhelpful in explaining where we could park. Other hotel staff were generally very helpful and courteous

Frustrating experience

I stayed one night, but felt so frustrated, I was expecting it to be a nice experience. The Swimming pool closed,due to only being open during "Summer" and the day was super hot, 09/04. Then I tried to go to the gym, but another disappointment was that it was so small and not for ppl who do workout, the room did not have good machines, weights, only runners or spinning .. so I gave up on going to the gym. It is just to show up. The most frustrating experience was the bedroom, room 305, as soon as I opened the door, it smelled super strong and I have an allergy, my nose is blocked and my son has the same allergy, we both got it ill. I could not enter the room before 4:00 as the receptionist informed that would not be able to enter due to they were cleaning the room and I could leave the luggage in the locker area, but what type of cleaning and I had to complain about it and was ashamed for them as they sent a staff to put a machine which in my opinion did not work as the machine was only for 5 min not enough to remove the strong smell of tobacco and could not sleep with my son and I blocked nose. The other bad thing is, they say we can use the free shuttle but I had to take a taxi as the free shuttle was not working at the time I had to leave the hotel and the taxi just charged what they wanted as the hotel is super near of the airport for the driver to charge 12 euros, nonsense. The hotel is super far away from the city

Hotel close to Airport, but away from City Centre

Lady on check in was lovely and very helpful. Rooms, could do with a lick of paint, and Air con was not working correctly.
