Good Stay.

Was only every second day service to your room, ie. toiletries, tea, coffee, milk and towels. Otherwise it was value for money.

Rude staff lady at front desk

AVOID Absolutely terrible experience

Arrived 7.30 pm. An abrupt check-in and had tea and coffee facilities but no milk. Not even long life milk. Went to reception to get some at 8 pm and no one there even though they say they are open until 9 pm. Door locked.

Very clean and value for money, definitely be staying there again we go up port next

I booked last minute knowing that we would check in later than 9pm. I called to inform the reception she advised in the rude tone saying she couldn’t see my name don’t know who i am. Just press the bell do not call otherwise I will disturb the whole building. When I arrived at 9:17 I pressed the door bell many times and wait for 15 minute no respond. I had no choice but to call the phone number. Phone got picked up and hang up immediately twice !!!! 10 mins later the staff appear to open the door and blaming me calling the apartment number. I said I did pressed the door bell and no response then she immediately said sorry. My first time seeing such a rude customer service.

Location is perfect , shower was excellent , great value for the price 👌

We had a lovely one night stay on our way from Sydney. Very convenient location, nice and comfortable bed and room was spacious. Good size balconies and renovated bathrooms. Only gripe is that the fridge smelt of old prawn heads.. someone must have kept their bait in there prior to our stay.

Great overnight stay. Convenient to everything. Forgot our pillows and called them. The lady at the front desk saved them for us. She was very helpful.

Avery clean and safe place to stay which is located very central to all dining and entertainment venues.

Beaut reasonable prices to accompany great tucker in their dining room. The highest ☆ category during my search, yet also the cheapest in that search. What more could one ask for?

Good quiet location. Staff were OK. Room was very dated, but offered all the amenities needed.

A warm welcome was given upon arrival at reception, room was clean and tidy. Easy walking distance to café’s and shopping centre. Very quiet at night. Bed very comfortable.

Fire alarm was trigger before 4am for around 4 minute and Double headlight stick out just on top of the bad. Very unsafe !

It was nice stay and its in CBD area so very convenient for all experience at walkable distance during vacation. Will look forward to book again. Value for money stay.

Great location

The lady at the reception was rude. The people walking outside the corrider can see you taking the shower. The only good thing is convenient location. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Too many stairs. Balcony looks onto a brick wall. Everything else was good, very good hot water and pressure.

Great Stay

The Lady that checked me in was fantastic,a lovely friendly person.The Motel was in a good location,a short walk into the shops,bars,restaurants,boat jetty,and beach.The room was clean and comfortable,and easy free parking onsite.My only moan,is that it wasn't worth the money,but that could be my fault for checking in on a school holiday weekend in what I hear is an up and coming town to visit.I loved it there,two good golf courses as well.

Good location clean room bit outdated

Motel near the beach about 5 minute walk.We only stayed one night.It was very clean a bit outdated.Didnt bother us.Plenty of parking onsite.There is a nice pub called the little shack part of the caravan park.Good Thai called the Glasshouse.

Would of liked to have a small milk in fridge to have with tea or cofffee. Service with a smile would of been nice at check in after saying I was going to a funeral.

The location was good and beaches and city centre are easy to get too from the hotel. The room was neat and beds are comfortable, the bathroom also has good water pressure and clean. We had a pleasant stay at Port Aloha Motel.

Pool was refreshing and motel reasonably close to town centre shops. Clean rooms and comfortable bed.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable and offered all we needed. The location couldn't be any better, with shops, restaurants and the beach just a few minutes walk away

Nice management

This was the second time this month I've stayed here, and I've had a warm welcome each time. This time I was upgraded and the room was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend it.

A terrific value for money motel. Parking easy and out the front of the unit. Kitchenette was handy, old school and perfect. Clean updated bathroom. Easy walk to everything. This was outstanding for the price. We'll be back on a stopover travelling to the north coast.

Unit appeared to be recently renovated and everything met our expectations only minor issue was the clothes dryer was fairly old and not very efficient

It was average at best. The noise from other guests was so loud. I was being woken at 2 and 3 am. Nothing was done about these noisy guests. Just not acceptable at all. never go there again.

The bed was comfortable with both a soft pillow and hard pillow option. Nice hot shower with good water pressure. Easy walk to the heart of Port and the restaurants. Friendly staff.

An outdated property with an infestation of cockroaches in the room we stayed in. On bringing it to the owner’s attention I was given a can of mortein for spraying. Having said that the mattress was comfortable and bed linen clean.

Stayed a night as stopover between Bris and Canberra both ways. Great little motel that is super clean and really good value for money. Hassle free check in, onsite easy parking, good wifi, foxtel, good water pressure and great spot within walkin distance to shops. Key drop check out. Will def stay again.

It was exactly what I needed. Overnight stay in Port Mac close to centre of town.

Good location city centre, spacious room with microwave and toaster. Top floor had balcony and the room was quiet.
