Great location especially the beach side it’s not so crowded being it’s a small resort you aren’t sitting on top of other people. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We stayed in 2 bedroom ocean front and it was so comfortable with the large balcony. It’s perfect for families
The size of the resort is perfect and a great, location
Quiet property and staff were great!
Point grace is a great quiet property, with very nice staff however we did have a couple things during our stay that unfortunately i cannot give 5 starts for. We book a suite with 2 rooms and a pull out couch in the living room. Unfortunately there was no bedding in any of the closets for the pullout. When i called down to ask for sheets i was told housekeeping had left for the day and they couldnt help me which was baffling, then i said how do you expect us to sleep in a bed with no sheets or blanket. They sent maintenance up with some bedding , no pillows but thankfully the other beds had enough pillows to go around. I also found bugs in the kitchen. They were roaches thank god, i knew i likely wouldnt get a new room but i asked them to spray the kitchen with bug repellent, which they also didnt do. The rooms furniture was also extremely old, the coffee table we were afraid was going to fall apart every time we moved it, and the couch pull out was basically just springs jutting into your back. Other than that the beach is beautiful, its a small hotel so no noise, not many small children. It is well kept, clean. Breakfast was good basics, you can order ala carte if you want but i wouldnt spend the money because we ordered pancakes and it was horrible. The main restaurant food was great but service was extremely slow, took forever to get our food. Its walking distance to major restaurants and the downtown area which was nice
Lovely Point Grace Resort
Amazing. Wonderful staff. Beautiful resort. Gorgeous beach. Very relaxing.
Great location, beautiful pool, The French restaurant is excellent; the room is very spacious. A few cons: there is a Nespresso machine, but the pods are only provided if requested (we had to request twice and it took more than a day to get them). The fitness center is very small and not very inviting.
If you are looking for a quiet hotel to relax without much noise and not very many children, this is the place. Immaculately clean, beautiful cottages with plenty of room and fantastic service throughout the property. And the beach…… need I say more? It is absolutely stunning and they offer service out on the beach. Not crowded at all and none of that Silly getting up early to save a beach chair. There is always availability.
Breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly and accommodating. 2 bedroom suite was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Highly recommend this resort. Walking distance from shops and other restaurants. We borrowed bikes and rode around the island, it’s very safe.
Beautiful property on a beautiful stretch of white sand beach. We celebrated my wifes birthday over 4 nights and 5 days. Aside from the nonstop powewashing at the pool the first two days (so loud the pool was unusable) and the construction noise on days 3 and 4 (they were renovating the penthouse in the building we were located in) our stay was excellent. The staff was extremely nice, helpful, and caring. Breakfast at Hutchings restaurant and dinner at Grace's cottage was delicious and not to miss.
Beautiful well kept property. Everything was clean and well conditioned. The rooms are big and the housekeeping staff is excellent. The service staff throughout the property was great. We enjoyed our stay, liked the calmness of the area but enjoyed that there were dining options within a short walk. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommend this place!
This is one of the few resorts that looks like it belongs to the island, many others looked out of place. This resort was absolutely beautiful with A LOT of mature vegetation that gave it a very Caribbean feel. Everyone at the resort was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was awesome, and our server was great. The on-property restaurants were phenomenal, and the resort was easy walking distance to many other restaurants. Could not leave a comment without giving mention to our great beach chair guys (Eddy and Jim) that setup our chairs and brought us iced down complementary waters anytime we went out.
Nice location, good staff, very good housekeeping Gave us a great room, very relaxing
Great stay. Beautiful beach
Just like home!!! Great vacation spot
Amazing property for families looking for water activities and a quit and peaceful resort. Great Food and Staff was warm and welcoming
The property was well kept and clean and neat. The staff was so very friendly and i loved how close the property was to the beach. I loved it there and will be back.
My family enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy and fast oh and I can’t forget about he welcome rum punch so good. We booked a 2 bedroom luxury suite so beautiful. The breakfast in the morning is yummy. We will definitely be back
Point grace exceeded our expectations. All 5 of us were amazed at how beautiful the suite was. The staff is very friendly, attentive and provide great hospitality for their guests. We loved getting pampered with cold water bottles at the pool/beach or servings of sherbets to cool you off. The Grace bay beach area was pristine and always had seating/umbrella available. Free continental breakfast was a plus!! We all enjoyed the assortment of fresh fruit every morning. The resort also provided free activities such as bicycling, snorkeling and kayaking, which was a plus. The pool area was incredible and never had more than 1-2 families in it at a time. The water temp in the pool was perfect and you never felt cold. This resort helped us make ever lasting memories. Last but not least, the location was perfect with lots of great restaurants and bars at a walking /driving distance. The only negative we experienced was getting bitten by mosquitoes but that’s nature, I suppose. It didn’t happen to all of us but I would recommend to bring a bug spray, just incase. This resort is highly recommended with a 10/10 from us! ☀️🏝️🐚🐚
Turks Getaway
Wonder trip and beautiful property! Had a great time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
This was a perfect place for peace, beauty and a topical paradise experience. The cottage had everything you could need and we walked to the grocery store to grab whatever we may want to snack on. The beach was perfect. The only thing that could have been better was the pool water being cooler. I say this almost tongue in cheek because that can’t be controlled. It’s the only negative thing I could think of. It truly was an amazing location and all the people at the resort as well as in the village were so kind. We always felt extremely safe and couldn’t have been more pleased. You will not regret this place if you are looking for a peaceful getaway. I look forward to going back.
We loved the beach and pool area seeing how it wasn’t crowded. Plus the staff was very helpful and accommodating
Exceptional service, quiet, accessible to beach downtown shop's etc.
Location and room were stunning. Staff were very helpful and eager to make our stay perfect. Grace’s Cottage (restaurant) was amazing as well.
Most of the staff were very good but seemed to be very disorganized
We loved everything about this place. The private beach was so nice and they have lots of fun things to do that are free. Kayak, catamaran, snorkeling .They bring buckets of ice with bottled waters to you on the beach.. This place was a 10/10
I like that it was a small resort and the staff made you feel so welcoming. The resort is absolutely beautiful and relaxing!
We love PG! It was our second time staying on the property and just as wonderful as the last time we stayed there. There have been some nice upgrades too! The breakfast included was wonderful, the staff were so helpful and friendly and the rooms are just exquisite! Lacresha was so helpful and helped me plan our dinner and activities prior to arriving, Cosemy, pool bartender who we remember from our first visit still goes out of her way to ensure her guests are a priority! She even remembered us from 7 years ago. PG is low key with a quiet vibe being a boutique property which is what attracted us back! We will be back again, much sooner this time!
Point Grace is an amazing boutique hotel. We often felt like the only guests there. The staff is super friendly, we felt like family. We stayed in a poolside cottage and it was huge! Living area, porch, washer/dryer, separate room with king size bed and full bathroom. The beach was beautiful and secluded. You never had to worry about getting a chair- the beach guys had them ready for you when you walked down. It’s also only a short walk or bike ride into town. We will be back!
Point Grace was the perfect spot for our family vacation! Our teenage children loved the water sports options and the free buffet breakfast every day was amazing. The oceanfront 2 bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views of the ocean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and we would highly recommend the hotel to anyone and hope to return ourselves someday!
Peace and Quiet
Quiet restort stay, with excellent service from all the staff. The pool is warm, and the main area is small. The beach is private and the staff there work non stop to provide guests with umbrellas, chairs, chilled waters and drink orders from the pool bar. The beach connects to other resorts making pickup for excursions a short walk away. This resort was the most peaceful and relaxing place I have ever stayed. The boat traffic near the beach is minimal and far away due to the private beach swimming area. This added with the quiet and relaxing pool area at night makes for a very relaxing time allowing for a full recharge when returning to your daily routine.
TCI getaway
Fantastic 6 days at Point Grace! Private, Comfortable and spacious suites well equipped. Friendly staff. Lush grounds and Endless clean, safe beaches where you could walk for miles. Great location walkable to many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Wonderful overall. 20 minutes from airport so no wasted time. We’ll definitely be back.
Great place!
Very nice property. Only thing was pool bar closes at 5
Beautiful resort, very well maintained. Staff is polite and very welcoming. Restaurant is also very good. Excellent chef and good ingredients. Beach staff is outstanding - better than most 5 star hotels. Very private and pleasant property. All in the property is in good condition but some areas need an upgrade with general wear and tear - ie some older window frames in the room but not a big deal.
Amazing property. We had an amazing time. Would definitely return.
We had a wonderful stay. The property was exactly as advertised. The facilities were first class, everyone was friendly and our experience was amazing. 5 stars.
Whoever checked us in was incredibly rude to us. Kept referring to us as ‘walk in’s’. We did not think they were going to allow us to stay there. We were there as we were bumped from our flight home and chose to stay at Point Grace for the night. A receptionist took over and was very polite and nice to us but we felt like we were a complete inconvenience to them.
Beautiful property. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly. Emily, Lokeisha, and all of the beach hands were really great. They always had a smile on their face and were eager to help. The property is uber quiet with quiet signs posted around the pool area. Some nice island music would great. The wait time for food delivery at the pool and beach is 1 hour plus.
Point Grace is very close to the town of Grace Bay. You can walk for shopping or to small restaurants if you want to. However, even though it's in town, there is not much going on and everything closes early in town. Point Grace was a very quiet and relaxing place. My husband and I go to sleep early, so it was a great place to stay. There is only one restaurant on-site because the place is very small but cute. The staff was very helpful with our trip in Turks, and overall, it was a great stay.
Small property not a lot people
1st time to Turks. Anniversary and was not disappointed with this boutique property. Ataff was very attentive and fun loving. Cant wait to go back!
One the best trips I have am ever taken in my life.
Great pool and great beach access. Everything was picture perfect.
This is by no means a 5 star hotel. It's run down and the first room they put us in smelled. Further to our disappointment, we actually have never experienced such an incredibly rude and resentful hotel staff. They are far kinder and friendly at a Holiday Inn. We were greeted by a belligerent desk person who was unable to smile or say hello when we arrived. After she took us to our room and we asked if we could pay for a room upgrade, the reservations manager was visibly annoyed and irritated. We felt very unwelcome on this island and will not return. There's no real beach service. Don't expect anything like the ritz Carlton or Four Seasons here. If the people who worked there were nicer I wouldn't have bothered writing this review, but if you look at recent reviews, most everyone says the same thing. The staff and service is horrible.
One of the best island resorts in the Caribbean. Mary, the GM, knows everyone on the island and will arrange transportation, jet skis, boats, snorkeling, dining. A classy operation all the way.
Difficult to get into and park in the garage due to limited space, but overall the property was laid out nice.
Perfect balance between private and supporting staff.
The hotel is small, quiet and the beach is the best section on the whole Grace Bay. Strongly recommend! Super water, great sand, sweet staff. Their restaurant Grace’s Cottage is very noce as well.
The quiet beach, the spaciousness of the room. My only criticism would be the so and so quality of breakfast.
Property was very nice, quiet and convenient for dining and shopping. Staff was very helpful. Had a great time with our family
The property and room were amazing. The staff was attentive and friendly and the beach and pool were never crowded. It was an easy walk to Point Grace restaurants and shopping.
This resort was a great place to relax
Peace and tranquility. The views and ocean access was amazing. Felt like our own private area with only a few others nearby.
Such a beautifully maintained, classic, quiet and relaxing scene it was. As a family of 5, you cant often say (if ever) you’ve had a relaxing vacation, and I can say it was the most peaceful and enjoyable spring break I’ve had as a parent. The staff was so accommodating, personal and friendly. After only one day, I felt like I knew most of them around the property which quickly led to a feeling of familiarity and security that grew as the days went on. Locresha was as amazing as you can get and assisted me with each and every request and she delivered fast! Within an hour of our arrival, she had us booked for dinner each and every night and planned our excursion! She also made my teenage daughters smile each morning, and that says a lot! We had our first nights dinner at Grace’s Cottage, and it proved to be the best meal we had on the island, and we ate at some pretty amazing restaurants every night! Windy and his beach staff were the best! These 5 guys were prepping umbrellas and chairs the minute you arrived and had the ice bucket with waters ready to serve immediately! They were so gracious and wonderful to engage with each and every day! I also loved our daily housekeeper. Margharete! Lovely woman from Haiti who serviced our room each and every morning with fresh sheets and towels and towels were again replaced at turn down service. The crew at the pool bar served lovely cocktails and delicious lunch daily and made our stay even more special! Thank you!
Overall everything was as close to perfect as life gets, and we had a wonderful week. We are a family of 5, with 3 kids ranging from 16 to 10. We stayed in the 2 bedroom ocean view suite, which was very spacious. The hotel provided a rollaway bed that was comfortable. Upon arriving we were greeted immediately, didn’t stand in line, and were personally escorted to our room while a bellman took care of the luggage. There is no real lobby. There is an outdoor covered area for sitting with two concierge staff waiting to help anyone, with anything. We were given a tour of the grounds, drinks, and then some downtime to acclimate. Shortly after we were provided with a list of possible dining ideas and excursions, all of which could be arranged by the concierge. I received several texts and calls throughout the week on the hotel phone to make sure were had everything we need, if we had any questions, or if they could help with anything at all. Our 2 bedroom ocean view room was immaculate and spacious, with a bathtub and two showers, plus three bathrooms with a bidet, and washer and dryer. The very best part of the room was the incredible ocean view! If you want lots of people with you at the beach & pool or a nightlife scene onsite, or childcare options, this probably isn’t your place. Point Grace is if you want tranquility, what feels like a private beach with attendants and drinks, lots of attention to details and beauty, and to hear primarily the ocean sounds.
Point Grace was perfect for our family vacation with kids aged 7 and 10. Pool and beach were both quiet as the resort is boutique sized and was truly relaxing. We stayed in the two bedroom suite which was gorgeous and the housekeeping staff were wonderful as they changed towels and cleaned the room twice a day, once while we were out and once during turndown service before bed. Breakfast included was bountiful including both continental items and hot food. We will definitely return some day!
The property itself, location was amazing, but our unit was dated and many items were broken and I don’t know if it’s a cultural thing or they don’t like Asians, but many of the staf
Beautiful spot with low key and relaxing atmosphere.
Amazing last minute getaway for the holidays. Our wonderful experience with Point Grace started all the way from booking to our goodbyes.
We loved the welcoming staff and the quiet elegance of the property.
The Beach was off the chart beautiful! The unit was gorgeous and clean! And Mary at the front desk is Amazing!!!
I can’t say enough about Point Grace! Beautiful property, well kept and staff are amazing!!
This is a beautiful property on an absolutely beautiful beach on beautiful Grace Bay. It is a very quiet location, and shopping/dining is not that close. It could use some updates in amenities, such as a gift shop for basic necessities, and an indoor option for dining. However the staff was most friendly especially Larry at breakfast time, and i believe Pamela came to our room to provide a table.
Pure Relaxation
Pure Relaxation! All Staff (especially Mary) was extremely helpful and professional. The pool and beach were world class. The beach massage? OMG! Cannot say enough about this resort and our stay, Just cannot wait to return!
Wonderful team on the property. Genuinly warm and hospitable.
We loved our stay at Point Grace! The property was absolutely beautiful, intimate and away from the hustle and bustle. The staff was AMAZING and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We will absolutely be back to Turks & Caicos and will only be staying at Point Grace!
Great staff. Very accommodating. Very clean. Beautiful beach area. Relaxing environment
Peaceful and clean
It is a quiet proprety, walkable for shopping and good restaurants. Directly on the magnific Grace Bay Beach. Very good restaurant on site Grace Cottage! Excellent service on front desk, breakfast ( Béatrice and Larry) and at the beach.
Classy facilities, boutique logic
Staff very attentive Grounds maintained
Point Grace is a relaxed, and quiet luxury escape. The staff are personal, attentive and friendly. The spaces are tasteful and just right. We will be back!
It was very peaceful and tranquil. Private beach was amazing and staff outstanding.
Went ther wtih my husband for a relaxing week. The hotel is beautiful. We stayed in a 1 bedroom ocenafront suite and it was very nice. The shower/tub was a little daunting as it has a step to get down to floor but we managed without any problems. The grounds were beautiful and the beach is amazing. After seeing some of the larger hotels with their beach chairs crowded together, it makes you appreciate the spaciousness and privacy afforded at Point Grace. The included breakfast was good--eggs made to order and the lunch menu was great and the food was very good. What makes Point Grace so special is the people. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. After a day they recognize who you are and remember your preferences. The guys at the beach are awesome. So helpful and friendly. The breakfast crew was a delight . The star of the show is definitely Cosmey. She is the bartender at the pool/restaurant. Her wit and charm make her the favorite of everybody. We would return to Point Grace just for her. To sum it up, would highly recommend Point Grace for its beautiful grounds/beach, small personalized feel and great service.
The friendliness Of the staff !
Tranquil gorgeous property with one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
Spacious, clean, friendly staff , beautiful beach
Beautiful suite. Breakfast was included but when asking for an expresso instead of the regular coffee, we were charged $6 per cup (we have never experienced that in any other hotel- even on Turks!) Why put an expresso machine in the room and have no capsules available to buy? When we told the manager, we thought something would happen...?? nothing! Food at the swimming pool is far from good! For all these reasons, we did not even try the hotel's restaurant...
Extraordinary Boutique hotel we highly recommend..authentic feel of being in the British West indes...beats the other standard hotels hands down
The property was quiet and there was always room on the beach. Guests weren’t stacked in
This resort is absolutely gorgeous. The ambiance from the moment we arrived to the day we left. Our room had a gorgeous view of the beach. The restaurant had a luxurious setting at night, that we would have taken home if we were able.
Beautiful rooms and great people.
Thoroughly enjoyed the suite. Had a nice view and was very clean and spacious. The only thing I would change is the bulky dressers and armoires. Takes up way too much space and with flat panel TVs, those units are overkill.
Point Grace was a beautiful property. Our suite faced the ocean and we were able to look at the turquoise water all day. The property was very clean and the staff were helpful, kind and always happy!!
This was our second time staying here. Although the property is beautiful and quiet and rooms were very nice, it’s not safe to stay there. We woke up at 2 am to a security guard crouching at the foot of our bed. It was the most horrifying experience I’ve ever had. We screamed and he ran out. We barricaded and waited until morning to leave. We stayed elsewhere. Hotel has not contacted us since we reported it and left the country.
Small quiet luxury boutique resort with attention to details & service. All the staff took great care of us all week.
It was very peaceful and quiet as well as very clean. Staff was amazing and beach was perfect!
Point Grace is an ideal vacation spot for adults looking for a beautiful and serene setting. We loved having both the ocean and pool to ourselves. The restaurant Graces Cottage was exceptional in both cuisine and ambiance. Just to note, feel free to access some of the amenities at the Grace bay club down the beach like outdoor yoga.
This is a hard review to write. The staff, property, location, food, beach: outstanding. Beautiful & relaxing. However, our original accommodation did not include all the amenities we booked. It took three days, Expedia (who wasn’t much help) and resort management to resolve. The initial refusal by Reservations to admit they were wrong was very disheartening. And I want to be very clear- they were wrong, this wasn’t a misunderstanding. Waiting on Reservations Manager to fulfill the post trip promises they offered. There was also a snafu with a requested welcome amenity and dinner reservations to celebrate our 30th anniversary. These items were resolved only because Ms. Higgs stepped in and took over. Ms. Mary Higgs, Point Grace Front Office Manager, was the sole reason our trip was saved from disaster. Mary was the only person that listened to me, heard my concerns, treated me kindly, acted professionally and made the situation right. She is the crown jewel of Point Grace and they are extremely lucky to have her. A shout out to Beatrice whose smile lit up our breakfast each morning. Leslie whose dinner service at Grace’s Cottage was sublime. Krislove(sp?) whose warmth made our temporary lodging a home for a week. Windy, the Mike, & William who were just the most perfect beach mates anyone could ask for! Royanne, Anlesha & Kiana our concierge- so quick to respond and help us with our needs. Thank you all. Point Grace is luxury because of each of you.
Such an incredible place. So peaceful and quiet. The views are stunning and the welcome when you arrive is amazing.
WE love how small and private this hotel is !
Beautiful, quiet property. Absolutely loved our time at Point Grace. Beach is incredible!
Beautiful property and service was wonderful! We will definitely return!
great boutique property, beautiful view. awesome beach
if you like an extra salty taste on your food from your waiter's forehead, this is the place to stay! No kitchen or service hygiene, not covid friendly. After complaints to the manager the first day, we got the same thing the next day. It was my second time staying at Point Grace, loved it the first time, but obviously not coming back. It did change a lot to the worst service I ever had, paying $900 per night
What a beautiful boutique resort! We were so happy with our room - close to pool and beach! Grace’s Cottage - an amazing restaurant - located right on the property. Within walking distance to shopping area. Service was absolutely top notch!
Relaxing at work!
Stayed at Point Grace for a full week. Breakfast included price. Loved it! Staff were outstanding. Always helpful. Food was fantastic. Great choices. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I would absolutely tell anyone to check it out. LOCATION I FEEL WAS PERFECT. Walk to shopping. 5 min maybe. Many options. Even a grocery store
Point Grace is a very quiet property, which we really enjoyed. Staff could have been a bit more friendly upon check-in, but did warm up once we got started.
Loved the small feel of this property. Beautiful views and clean white sand beaches.

A perfect choice for our 25th wedding anniversary.
