The hotel itself was good and the staff nice and friendly but the room was just too small.
The room was modern, on the small side but clean and comfortable and probably standard given it's London. Offered to store luggage even after check-out which was nice. Would stay with this chain again, but I recommend going direct for the best prices and offers.
The rooms are miniature, however, that is what you pay for. Unfortunately the walls are very thin and I heard my next door neighbor farting quite loudly throughout my stay. Furhermore, water would not go down the sink but as I was there for less than 10 hours, i did not bother asking them to fix it until checkout. Overall I would come back again.
good value for the money, however shower was dirty.
Stay in kensington
Weather was amazing staff great very clean hotel very good continental breakfast great staff
My room was improperly, cleaned, there were still poop stains on the toilet seat. There was a lot of dust surrounding the bed. There was also here both around the bed and in the bathroom. The walls are super thin – heard the people upstairs going at it all night long. Looks like the staff who are supposed to be cleaning the rooms Do not do their job properly. Would not recommend staying here, not even for a one night stay. The front staff were amazing.
Convenient area
Good stay
Good stay, rooms small but functional and comfortable. Nice breakfast.
After much research, we decided on this Point A Kensington hotel based on 3 main things: 1) it is an easy walking distance to Earls Court Underground Station which connected to the Tube both into London and to Heathrow Airport, 2) the reviews about the amazing staff (all were wonderful) and 3) the size and price of the room. By American standards, they are quite small, but if you are just a happy couple looking for a home base while exploring London and the UK, this is an excellent choice.
.
Wonderful staff, hotel beautifully done up inside a traditional terraced house. But room and bathroom very small
Everything was on point.
Lovely
The staff were wonderful and so friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for our needs.
Lovely place in a great location
It's the second time staying here and was just as pleased this time. Really nice clean room and very helpful, absolutely lovely staff. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
Great stay, superb breakfast
Stayed for one night after visiting Royal Albert Hall which was about 25 minutes walk. The hotel is well presented, clean and modern. Reception & breakfast staff were lovely. Room on a smaller side, bathroom was a bit of a squeeze, but you could easily pay 2x more for a similar accommodation in the area so no complaints here. Breakfast had a good variety, was fresh & delicious. Highly recommend the warm vegan croissant with blueberry filling:-) Will definitely stay here again.
Perfect hotel for my stay before my flight. Walkable distance from Earl’s Court tube station, lots of food and drink establishments in the neighbourhood. Hotel was clean, cosy, staff professional, friendly and helpful. Room was big, guessing two people would struggle, but for a solo traveler it was absolutely perfect.
Clean, modern, friendly and good value.
Great position for our visit to Olympia. Clean, modern & very friendly staff. Cosy room was very cosy, not a problem apart from no bedside facility on one side, so nowhere to put water etc. Also no tea/coffee making facilities. Would certainly stay again as very good value for London.
Unique: Freddie Mercury’s (former) house is 50 metres away!
Style over substance
The worst thing about this English hotel is there was no tea/coffee kettle in the room a nightmare if you personally aren't running on the same time zone as local restaurants and coffee shops. I was also very disappointed that the room was so tiny there was nowhere to leave my open case without tripping over or having to move it. The electronic gadgets, lights etc are very fancy and must have cost a fortune but my shower fitting was cheap and leaking slightly. I personally didn't find the bed that comfortable, a mattress topper might have helped. I suppose it would be OK for an overnight as the location is superb but I would never stay here again.

Tiny tiny rooms
Be ready to squeeze past your partner if you share a double room. Do not take more than 1 case into the room. You literally cannot pass each other without turning sideways Freezing cold rooms staff gave a tiny heater to solve this that didn’t. 2 nights here Ruined the end of our 10 day trip All 3 rooms should be sold as a single occupancy, Also cannot sit straight on toilet due to wall curving in very uncomfortable to sit sidewise
I had a great stay at this hotel.
The rooms where very very small. If you have two luggages it's hard to fit everything in the room. They also take money to store the suitcases. That has never happened to me before. You also have to pay for adapters in stead of borrowing them. And when you stay for two nights, they don't clean your room so you have to ask for towels and toiletpapers yourself. If you don't like all of those think I would suggest you to pay 50 extra and stay at a hotel with a better service.
The first
I really liked this property. My room would not have accommodated two pax. It was room 1 on the lower ground floor. The only problem was it’s directly below the cafe / bar area and some late arrivers were moving chairs and tables and was very loud in the room. Staff were great and it’s about a 7 mins walk to Earl’s Court tube and lots of dining options on Earls Court Rd. I’d stay here again but not in that room.
Great little place - super value for money
Fantastic little place that is just perfect for jumping on the tube and heading into town. Super clean, and super friendly staff
Overall it was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly all of them. Breakfast was tasty and the room was relatively nice, especially for the price. It could have been a bit bigger it was very small but that’s the only thing I could criticize. I think I will return if I ever go to London angain. Best regards
Love it
I love this hotel and the people that works there very nice
A few blocks away from the tube. This hotel has friendly and amazing staff. Although they clean once every three days, mood lights stopped working after a few days. Overall the stay was amazing and loved that it was convenient.
Great place will be back
It was very beautiful inside. My Travel partner was very sick. They help us find a doctor as soon as we got there. They were amazing.
Really great situ, close to tube at Earls Court. Not so happy with room 51 as a solo traveller, so close to main door, backs onto a public toilet, housekeeping cart always blocked 51 door. Great breakfast, clean room, friendly staff though.
Staff really friendly and accommodating
Smaller room than expected and no housekeeping for the 3 nights we stayed, staff very friendly and helpful
Pete @ point A
Very friendly and efficient staff. Room was pretty small and basic but made a good, fairly central base.
Room is small but good location and easy check in/out process. Theres no in room coffee bar or mini fridge and no room service in the hotel. There is also limited storage space to unpack. There is no housekeeping within 72 hours of check in unless requested. However this only means that they will give you new sheets and towels and will not change the bedsheets, take the old sheets and towels from your room or empty the waste bins. Good option for a quick overnight stay but would not recommend for longer than that.
I really love this place when im in london 😍
Luggage Storage with fee
Place is okay. Pricey for a tight room. And dissappointed for the luggage storage fee.
Metro- type hotel, with old type furniture in reception areas, modern rooms in old buildings. Lift, accessible if required, smallish room and bathroom but functional. LED lighting and good climate control. Hot shower, small step, good lighting in bathroom. An exhaust fan would be good, but may not be possible. Large open space at foot of bed/s which could be great for luggage if a bench shelf went from side to side. Could double as seating too. Otherwise it's luggage on the floor which is a pain. Can't comment on breakfast. Very little hot water in the basin taps. This has been reported. It is on a busy road but we didn't hear much traffic at night, and did not hear neighboring rooms either. No fridge or tea making in rooms which for us was a nuisance, however hot water is available via staff and is free. Be sure to ask for x2 cups each cos the water is scalding hot. I feel it is far less safe walking back to rooms with a hot cup of water than a small electric jug in rooms. But space is limited. There are little cubby holes to put things in your room, and some hanging spaces on walls. Plenty of power points which was great.
Shay, Afisa, and the rest of the staff were wonderful and so welcoming! They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect from the moment I arrived until I checked out. The rooms and property were very clean and well maintained and the location is perfect. I would definitely love to book another stay here in the future.
Staff were very efficient, pm professional and polite. Special mention to Thilly, Paulina and afilfa.
The Hotel was located near a metro station and numerous shops/restaurants. Every staff l member was pleasant! The room was small, but worked perfect for a 3 night stay.
The room was really ridiculously small, no tea making facility and no proper bar.
Spotlessly clean but tiny room perfect for an overnight stay. Great bed, quiet room, great blackout curtains and mood lighting. The staff were extremely friendly. I didn’t do breakfast but it looked good. I will definitely return as it’s great value for money.
Nice staff. Poor service - room got cancelled .
Staff were lovely but room was dirty, had been smoked in and the shower dripped all night which made it hard to sleep. We also booked 2 rooms and at 9:30pm they called my son and cancelled my his room (he hadn’t check in in yet as was playing a professional football match and we had to go straight to dinner from there). That meant he had to stay in another hotel which was an hour away from this one walking or 45 mins by train. That really messed up our morning as it meant we couldn’t see him and had to send his birthday gifts over to the other hotel by Uber in the morning. Although the staff obliged and were lovely, it was a poor effort on behalf of Point A. Cancelling that late in the evening when you are already out is not good. How do you double book a room? He had already paid for it. We almost always use Point A hotels when going to London. Not sure we will use this one again.
The property was okay altogether but the beds are uncomfortable. Even though the rooms are like little hub hotels, i still felt as though the bathrooms were way too small. No room to manoeuvre. It is a decent hotel if your stay is for only one or 2 nights.
The Point A was a great basic hotel (but it had everything we needed) in a perfect location (Kensington). The lobby cafe was convienient (with a fresh, yummy menu), bright and welcoming. The rooms were small but very clean, technology friendly and quiet. Staff were always available and very helpful. The hotel is in walking distance of a big grocery store and the metro station. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you don’t need a full service hotel. Fabulous experience and great value!
Ideal location for The Great Christmas Feast! Quiet, clean and comfortable.
Rooms too small
A bit further out than I usually stay and rather a small room for two twin beds but buffet breakfast in the lobby was nice . About a ten minute walk to a station to head in to the city. But a pretty area and rather eclectic.
Small but clean room with comfortable bed. My room was right by the main road and it was quite noisy. Recommend bringing earplugs.
Excellent new looking modern clean. Great staff
Nearby Earl’s court underground train station, walkable to museums, shoppings and food
Nice but small
Like many modern hotels, the room was very small with only one bedside table and no dresser. We had to walk sideways at the foot of the bed to get around it. The location was brilliant. We walked to dinner and Earl's Court Station. The room was very quiet despite facing a major road.
Great place to stay :) Friendly Staff would stay again
10/10 London Stay
An amazing place to stay, close to public transport & many food options. Very reasonable price for the city, given the high quality. I will be choosing to stay here again for future visits.
My husband and I stayed for 5 days. We had a double bed in a small room without a window. It was small but I knew it would be when I booked the room. The staff was excellent. They were attentive, pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect because of its proximity to the subway. The breakfast was tasty. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Very modern hotel and well equipped. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Be prepared for an extremely tiny room with no space for luggage, but it is workable short term.
Tidy, convenient hotel. Excellent front desk staff!
The property itself was nice and in a good location. The room however was so small I couldn’t imagine if I had stayed more than one night. There is literally no place to put anything. My husband and I had to take turns opening our suitcases to get out the essentials. I stored my suitcase in the shower overnight so we didn’t trip over it and put the other against the door and could still barely move. We had to put our clothes on the floor and I had to climb over the bed to get out. The bed was comfortable and the area around the hotel is in a good location and felt safe.
The staff are exceptionally polite & very helpful. Will come back here for sure

Great location! Perfect for a place to stay while enjoying the sighs of London. Great underground route & plenty in the area also. Room was cosy but perfect
Great boutique hotel but it’s definitely only suitable for one person & please don’t bring exlarge luggage because you have no space to move around. Blessings
Only stayed for 3 nights and I have to say the front desk was amazing .You can walk to all the restaurants my only complaint how far it is from historical venues if that's what you're trying to see in London like say Buckingham Palace .
Great staff that make you feel welcome and a great place to stay.
Really lovely hotel, close to Earls Court tube and ideal for the Royal Albert Hall. Shay on check in was super friendly and helpful. Will stay here again when next in London. Excellent value for money.
The staff were great. The breakfast was very good. The room was too small. You should get the largest room possible if you are staying here. Breakfast area was small so go early or late for breakfast.
Great location, close to restaurants, museums and shopping area. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.
Lovely rooms, small but efficient. Had a private bathroom which was clean and had supplies.
Highly recommended 👌
The staff were amazing, the rooms were comfortable, clean and modern, the location is perfect for both the airport and central London! Highly recommended!!
Room is small, but all we needed was a place to sleep at night as we were put during the day and evening. Very clean. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful.
It was wonderful! Clean rooms, friendly staff and great location. Rooms are small but for a short stay it was perfect close to the underground. Would definitely stay here again.
Great stay
I like where the hotel was located, near subway station and laundry facilities as well as place to eat. I plan to go back to London and was going to pick this hotel again.
Amazing cute little spot to check in

I enjoyed my stay. I loved the fact that there were a variety of restaurants in the area and within walking distance. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again.
Rooms were extra small. No daily towel service or room cleaning. No free coffee.
Lovely staff. Very accommodating
Amazing staff, great breakfast and accessibility
Tiny and noisy
Terrible stay, both mornings we were woken up by a member of staff drilling in the corridor outside our room. I know we chose a cosy double but you do not expect a room so small you cannot have two people moving around the room at once. It is so small you can't pass each other anywhere in the room.
Really good neighborhood with Earls station close by as well as variety of restaurants
Like the free breakfast, great staff, and accessibility to commute. Very limited amenities, hope they have a public microwave and cleaner remote(that’s it for the whole hotel room). Otherwise it’s a 4/5 hotel.
Smallest room in London
Very very small room, so small that my husband and I couldn't pass each other in the room and we aren't big people. We got it with a big discount meaning we paid £25. Anymore than that and I would have cancelled and got somewhere else. It was however clean with a comfy bed and ok bathroom. Just impossible to function in unless you take turns sitting on the bed
Limited selection of food to purchase
This property is nice and well located near the Earl’s Ct tube station in Kensington. The “cozy” room is very small so be aware. Rather tight for 2 people.
I had a really pleasant stay here! There is an extra cost for breakfast, but the breakfast looked fresh every morning and the breakfast area was always full of guests, so I’d take that as a good sign. I wasn’t concerned with breakfast and really just needed a nice place to stay. My room was very quaint, quiet, and clean.
The people were great. The rooms were smaller but good. It was a short walk to bus and underground and to a shopping area.
It was a very nice hotel and served our purpose fairly well. I only wish there was a bit more room in the room.
It was good
Great area to stay at. Quick access to Earl’s Court subway and not far ride to a lot of the popular tourist spots. Don’t use subways at home but the subway was easy to use. Area has a lot of food options. Hotel room very clean, and staff very friendly.
the rooms are so smàll as are the beds that the experience is one of feeling severely restricted. there are no facilities in the room. we paid for 4 nights but left after one night. i suggest a place to be avoided.
The only thing you have to realize is the rooms are small. Fully functional, but small. No refrigerator, no ice. But a good hotel within walking distance of shops, restaurants, pubs, and the Underground. The breakfast buffet is limited but good.
Great little hotel with very friendly staff. Perfect location for a break in London. Rooms are small but comfortable
The staff are extremely friendly and courteous. Rooms are small but very clean. Highly recommended.
Other than the bedrooms and bathrooms being very small and cramped we really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff was great, hotel was very clean and the free breakfast was good.
The staff were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. The rooms were small but cozy.
Great location. Quaint.

The hotel was very fresh, it seemed like it had been renovated recently. The room I had was a bit unsual because it was a handicapped accessible room. They offered to switch it out after a day or two but I just decided to not to bother. It was fine just a bit sparse of furnishings. The hotel was in convenient location, about a 5 to 7 minute walk to the Earl's Crossing Tube Station. I would say at this property again
