Great Stay

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed.

The front desk staff was beyond amazing. They were friendly and helpful. I didn't get his name, but one particular front desk staff who we saw most nights went beyond with help on tours, transport, food options, etc. The room was very welcoming with lots of small gifts and a personal welcome note. The room was small but tolerable. Shower could probably use some updating. The balcony was tiny, but at least there was some outdoor space, and it was a dream when the room felt too warm. Hotel is in a nice residential area away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Metro is close by. We loved seeing the partial view of the Eiffel Tower and the full view from the street daily.

Great quite hotel near many things in a residential area

Whilst the property has a convenient location, the room I was attributed was extremely substandard: very noisy as on the ground floor, immediately next to a lounge area, the single mattresses (not a king size as per the description) were antiquated with the springs easily felt making sleeping very uncomfortable, and the air conditioning / heating not functional. Highly disappointing experience given the price point and certainly not worthy of a "VIP deluxe" characterisation. This was not my first stay in this hotel but it may well be the last.

Excellent location and close to local amenities. Walking distance to the Eiffel tower. The room itself is however very basic. The rug is old and dirty. The ventilator in the bathroom wasn’t working. We chose the hotel because we thought you could see the effiel tower from the rooms, but apparently only very few top floor rooms have that added advantage. So overall not the best but ok.

The service was amazing, the room was clean and very pretty!

Trocadero stay.

Our room Didn’t have a balcony, but did have a nice sized window to open to check the temperarure/surroundings. Great friendly staff. We like the location.

Cute boutique hotel in a great neighborhood. 5 minutes walk to Place du Trocadéro and lots of restaurants. Room was small and cozy. Staff is polite and helpful.

Ii booked a Eiffel Tower view from room and didn't get that. It was a tiny view of Eiffel Tower from a cramped balcony. Very disappointed especially for the price we paid.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The room was notably small, which was a bit disappointing. Despite Expedia's listing of a king-size bed, I found a queen-size bed instead. Additionally, the bathtub was initially blocked and required maintenance to unblock it, which was an inconvenience. However, the highlight of this hotel is its proximity to the Eiffel Tower. The location is superb, allowing easy access to one of Paris's most iconic landmarks. Overall, while the location is fantastic, the inaccuracies in the room description and the maintenance issues are worth noting for potential guests.

A perfect hotel for a weekend break

Our stay was during a short holiday in Paris. The hotel was in a quiet, safe area of Paris, yet only a few minutes' walk from Trocedero metro station. All of the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome; we particularly liked to free glass of wine offered every evening. Our room was a reasonable size (for Paris), was clean and had a comfortable mattress. There was a good selection of fresh, well-chosen quality items for breakfast; being France the bread and pastries were superb. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

The hotel was fine, rooms are quite small, even by European standard- nothing like the Expedia picture. We paid for a superior room as it indicated there was a view and balcony. There is a peek-a-boo view and the balcony is about 18-24 inches deep. I asked about having a chair on our balcony like in the picture and was told that’s a certain room - like one room in the hotel has that option. I consider that false advertising and therefore 3 stars. Expedia and the hotel should do a better job of giving customers realistic photos. :(

I got really sick while there and they wanted to take me to a hospital or call a doctor to come and see me at the hotel. They were concerned about my health. Travelling with a child is tricky. This property is so close to the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero. The hotel and the street surroundings are clean. The location is so close to restaurants, cafe, and local shops. We feel safe to walk around the area. Taxi bay is only a minutes walk. The staff are friendly and communicate quite well. We would definitely stay here again on our return to Paris.

Uncomfortable. Definitely not a 4 star.

I wish there were coffee nespresso pods refilled for every night of the 4 nights i stayed. I only got some the first night. Also, there was no drinking water availability to residents other than the one availle at the gym. The bed was not comfortable at all, and the pillows were horrible. This should be a 3 star hotel.

A nice hotel in a quiet location

A nice hotel in a quiet area and close to lots of restaurants and small shops. The room was a good size compared to other similar hotels in Paris. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall a good experience and would choose to stay again.

Excellent location. Room was very small, the bed is noisy.

Overall it was a good experience and the staff was nice and kind. However, amentities(shampoo, body wash, conditioner..) were not filled in the next day and dryer was not working. Air conditioner are also not working well.

Wonderful hosts, a great location. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel. Very clean. Loved it! We will definitely stay there again!

Staff at front desk give us Excellent service

Not bad, but not great either.

Great service from the employees, who were consistently helpful and spoke sufficient English, which I appreciated. I give a mediocre rating primarily because for the price per night, I should not be nickeled and dimed for relatively common included amenities like coffee pods and bottled water (which were provided daily at every other hotel where I stayed in France). Also, the "king" bed was 2 twin beds pushed together that were made separately, which certainly isn't the same sleeping experience since the middle of the bed is useless. Nice hotel, but if you charge a high end price, I expect it to be exceptional, and it fell a bit short.

Very good location closing to the Place Du Trocadéro, so we can see the Eiffel Tower easily. Many restaurants and stores around hotel, few minutes walking to Metro. Hotel room is small and bed is sinking. The front office people are very nice and helpful, they all can speak good English.

Housekeeping not so great

The Good - Bottle of Champagne welcome, Front staff are good and welcoming. The breakfast was great. The not so good - Housekeeping failed to do the basic job of housekeeping. Housekeeping let dirty glasses and cups accumulate in the room. Did not replace new cups and glasses everyday.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Friendly staff, spacious room, great location just minutes from literally everything.

Perfect Paris.

Our stay was perfect, location, service, staff and everything in between was just absolutely perfect. A request for foam pillows would be my only suggestion to improve. Thank you for such a great stay.

Don’t like

Our stay was great, staff were friendly and the breakfast was very pleasing, the area was clean. However we didn’t get a room with view as it was in the photos and the little tabac store in front of our room was causing a lot of noise and cigar smoke at night. Due to some construction the adjacent room was making loud noises in the morning but we told the staff the next day and it got more quiet the next day.

Excellent customer service from the staff. Great location. Super clean room.

Perfect hotel in every way

close to everything, clean , rooms big for Europe, no room service though but not needed you have a lot of options right beside the hotel for food. Staff were super nice and super helpful, great breakfast I recommend taking the room with breakfast included. You can buy all your tickets for museums on line if not the front desk will help you buying it. Definitely coming back :)

It had rooms for 3 people which most places didnt have and a little patio with views of the Eiffel!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The location was perfect with local restaurants and cafes. Just a short walk to the bus and Eiffel Tower. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very helpful in that they got us early check-in and held our bags as we had to shop for a suitcase as ours was damaged

Great stay

We had a nice stay. Friendly and helpful service for all of our questions. Our favorite part was walking to the metro every morning and coming back every night with a great view of the Eiffel tower.

Ideal Eiffel location/ Hotel with Service + Comfor

Optimally positioned with an easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and surroundings. A comfortable hotel and room, …we were upgraded as part of hotel.com VIP status as an added bonus. Nice touch also a free bottle of good French wine. It can’t go without saying that the service personnel were outstanding and very responsive in every regard.

I needed a larger room at check in and instead of offering me a free room upgrade being a Gold member they made me pay for it. Honestly what’s the point of using expedia if you don’t get what you deserve as a customer

I recently moved to Paris and stayed at the hotel for three nights while looking for more a permanent place. What made my stay the most pleasant were the staffs of the hotel. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Especially, Kiran. He was kind enough to help me out when I was trying to get the health pass. As I live close to the hotel now, I will have my family and friends stay there when they visit Paris.

Plaza Tour Eiffel was amazing great location next to everything. The room was amazing Top floor view of Eiffel Tower it was offered as an upgrade and it was super clean and comfortable. Had my best night sleep on that bed..We were given a free bottle of wine and 15€ to use at bar as an Expedia vip offer. Mr. Rangoo Kirian front desk Manager was very professional and informative and made us feel very welcomed. The amenities were great and the breakfast amazing. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel and will be going back...

The staff was lovely and they were so kind since my husband and I didn’t speak French. The room was great and we had a wonderful stay.

Excellent service and nice breakfast. Room is clean and tidy but a little bit small just like the other hotels in Basel or old cities. It's very close to subway station and barnhof. At night you can enjoy wonderful view of Effel tower.

Not bad price-quality in downtown Paris, within walking distance to Eiffel Tower. the guy at front desk used his Uber account to hook a ride for me on 13th Jan morning when taxi is difficult to get.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, and very convenient location. Bit expensive, but definitely worth it.

Kiran, the Manager, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions and needs. We have stayed in the area several times before and this is our first experience at this hotel. This will definitely be our destination hotel on all of our future visits. It is worth 10 stars!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very professional. And the location was great. But, the room was somewhat damp and dingy and the lamp had frayed wires. It was apparent that things were a bit old and not well kept up in some places.

Very comfortable hotel well located for my business purposes. Nice, modern clean facilities in a quiet neighborhood. Staff friendly and eager to help; at ease with English. WiFi good. Only complaint (as is the case with most Parisian hotels) was an early check in was not an option (which is always a shame after an overnight flight). Lots of jet-lagged travelers waiting in the lobby around noon waiting for rooms to be cleaned. And I didn’t receive the promised call for when my room would be ready when I went out for lunch. Small complaints though given the overall very pleasant stay.

Property was within walking distance to Eiffel Tower, Tour buses and Metro train station. Hotel was located in a quaint neighborhood with quick access to restaurants and tourist sites.

Great location and great property. Just a couple minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and about 20 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe. Room was a great size and we could see the Eiffel Tower from our window. Would definitely stay here again.

After hearing about how small all the hotel rooms are in Paris, I wasn’t expecting much from this one. I was pleasantly surprised that the room and bathroom was pretty roomy! At least for Paris standards. My 6 year old daughter and I were very comfortable. The bed and pillows were fantastic. The air conditioning was just right and easily adjustable. I love that the room also had a safe that you set your own code to. The staff was so friendly and helpful! There was always someone at the front desk and they were more than happy to answer any of our questions and give great tips. We had an amazing stay and would love to return to this hotel one day.

This hotel is magnificent. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, with suggestions and assisting with tour bookings. Location is fabulous, 10 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower and loads of cafes and restaurants close by. Would definitely stay here again when we next visit Paris.

Great location for a visit to Paris

Nice hotel, well placed for Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower area and easy access to metro. The room we had as in the top floor so quite and you could see the top of the Eiffel Tower is you leaned out of 5n3 window a little. There is a local super market right opposite and a Casio about 200 m away.

This was a very nice hotel! Within walking distance to the metro, food, Eiffel Tower and the aquarium! Our flight got extended by one night and the original hotel we were staying was booked so I found this place for one night. I wish I had found it sooner and stayed my entire trip here!

Location and access to nearby restaurants. Staff was courteous and friendly. Buffet breakfast was overpricesd.

Very nice place to stay

Clean, convenient and comfortable hotel at a good price

Great friendly staff, fantastic customer service. We were greeted promptly when we arrived and after a prompt check in, the staff assisted us with our luggage to our room. We selected the junior suite and was very happy with the room. We had a small balcony with a beautiful view of the eiffel tower. Only complaint is the shower/bathtub does not have a shower curtain, it has a partially covered glass panel so after you shower the floor is wet and can be quite slippery. The water drenched through the small mat each time we showered. Other than that, we were very happy with the room for the value paid. A very special thanks to their night staff team member, Guisseppe who went above and beyond to lend me his personal phone charger since the hotel did not have any available and I left mine on the train by accident. We appreciate the amazing customer service and great central location of this hotel. Within a 20 minute walk, you are close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is very good. Overall look and feel of the hotel is that of a boutique. Staff very friendly on the front desk and willing to help. The lady running breakfast was very polite and attentive. If there was one thing I’d change it would be the good offering for Breakfast. It’s quite limiting. It would be nice to have at least a couple more cooked options available.

A lovely hotel - well situated near landmarks and (importantly for those coming via Eurostar) an easy Metro ride away. My particular room was an oven -it was surprising to sleep with the window open in January! - but all in all a charming experience. I’d definitely return.

Very nice hotel in a great location

This hotel is really a lovely place to stay in Paris. The location is amazing for getting around the city easily and the views are great. The breakfast each morning was simple but tasty. Do to a plumbing issue (which was handled well by the staff) we were able to stay in both jr suites during our time. I would recommend the 605 suite to anyone as a preference - it was a good deal larger and felt more like a suite than the other room. I would have preferred to spend the entire stay in that room.
