Calling it Wilanów ( after Palace Wilanow) is a bait. It's a run-down fascility, carpets in hallways fithy, leaky shower stalls. Incompetent staff. The restaurant and bar has a very limited menu. Other closest places to eat are McDonalds and a gas station.

Probably one of the cheapest hotels i found in Warsaw, and it compared to all the other ones i stayed at which were 3 times more expensive. Perfect location near airport

Clean & quiet

Very clean & comfortable room.Quiet location. Does not offer the services of a hotel: we stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. We asked for toilet paper to be brought to our room while we were out & we were told no that we would have to pick it up when we came back..! Restaurant staff was amazing

The hotel is near the bus station, not close to old town, but is ok to get there. Condition is good, has to go to another building for check in and breakfast though.

Comfortable but could be better

The room was spacious and well lit. The bed comfortable enough for a hotel bed. There was a reasonable supply of dishes, silverware, and cleaning supplies. The only problem I noticed was with the degree of cleanness. The bedsheets seemed clean on top, but on the other side there were small stains. They did not feel like freshly washed sheets and pillow cases. In the bathroom, there was clearly visible mold on the edges of the shower cabin. The glass of the shower cabin wasn’t well cleaned.

The size of the apartment was good. Comfortable bed. The floor in the bathroom shower too slippery 😢 Parking per night very expensive. No balcony.

I have stayed in all of the platinum residences and they are all very good accomodations. Never disappointed. This location is close to everything in a nice neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here.

Most uncomfortable beds I ever slept Sleeping on the carpet was much softer

The property is all you need for 1 night. Basic but not much more needed for quick stay. Located with easy access to transportation. Very unfriendly staff unhelpful. Rooms are spacious and provide the basic amenities you need. It’s worth is priced below 200PLN per night otherwise I would recommend others choices around Warsaw.

The food was great, the staff was helpful and friendly especially for me not knowing Polish. My only complaint was the location of my room. I had the room right next to the fire escape and constant traffic through the doors at night.

5 days in Wilanow

The staff were very helpful. We were visiting our son and his family who live nearby so we really just used the hotel for sleeping and one breakfast. Our only criticism was that we couldn’t work out how to control the heating via the wall thermostat and we found it far too hot and stuffy as there were no opening windows-so no fresh air. When we come again we will ask for a training course in using the control. Otherwise the hotel was more than adequate for our purpose.

Nice and quiet place to stay

Staff wasn’t very friendly until my Polish daughter in law arrived. The requested bedding was quickly provided even though it was late in the evening.

New hotel, an excellent start . . . .

Short stopover on a 1.5k mile mile journey. A very new hotel, really polite and helpful staff, a very comfortable bed. Excellent position just off the through route! Two minor issues, the electrical distribution / breaker box emitted an irritating continuous buzz and there was insufficient paved parking resulting in my ending up in a mud patch with soiled shoes. No doubt these kinds of bedding in issues will be fixed.

Friendly, modem, budget hotel

We stayed for 2 nights; cleaning was on request & I found this out when I told staff that the room didn’t need a service after the first night. Also, the radiators were at setting 2 so it appears they can’t be turned off. Regarding air conditioning, the temperature can be set to 18 c or above. There also is a fan facility on the console. It can also be set to OFF. So my assumption is that there is no air conditioning, just a heater and a fan. It was not possible to open the window. There was a small fridge. The double bed was big and comfortable. TV was fine. Good shower. The shower/ toilet/ sink room was small but no problem for us. The hotel wasn’t busy so it was quiet and insulated against road noise. Breakfast was substantial and nice. Tea/coffee/juice was self-service. The plate of cold meat, cheese, bread, tomato and cucumber was table served as was the hot food of scrambled eggs & sausage, yogurts etc. A very good breakfast and a nice breakfast area. Friendly staff too. Very good value breakfast for €10. We picked the location as we were visiting family nearby. But if you’re interested in the city centre, it’s not that close. The area looks very safe and clean. Lots of cycling tracks and I liked the area. Very residential.

The hotel location and value for money are both good

Just average hotel. Nothing outstanding. The location is not very close to any bus stops but one is being built nearby so that will make the location somewhat more accessible for those without a car. The outside pathways are gravel which make it a bit messy when walking in and out of the building and also not easy to roll your suitcase on gravel. The hotel consist of two buildings that are not joined by a covered walkway. Overall the hotel is ok and I like that they have free laundry room that you can use. Just walk with your own detergent and hope that no one occupies the single dryer for too long. The staff are nice enough. I must say the hotel is not bad for the price.

Modern, clean rooms located in a quiet area with good public transport a block away and tourist attractions short walk away. Bathrooms were clean but small. Shower a bit narrow. Helpful staff. Couple problems. Bedding on a roll away bed had fresh blood stains. I can’t be sure they were not there before my family checked in since my child went to bed immediately and I did not see stains until morning. I did examine my child and did not see any fresh scratches that could cause bleeding thus blood stains. Secondly, breakfast buffet was not worth the money. Both mornings we arrived 30 min prior to closing time and many hot items were missing or in very short supply. One of those mornings was weekend when most guests do not eat breakfast at 7 am but later in the morning. Next time I will make breakfast in our room as we had kitchenette. Overall, I would stay there again.

Bed bugs!

Beware of bed bugs! Stayed just one night and been bitten a few times. Management promised a report on their findings but no contact. Would not recommend if you value your health.

Wilnaow is a nice and safe area in Warsaw! Adam at reception was very courteous and staff is professional. Nice gym and restaurant at hotel. Grocery store and more very close to Platinum Hotel & Residence.

Nicely located and very affordable, will stay there again

We loved this hotel

My friend and I came to Warsaw for two days. We arrived a little too early, but a receptionist found an empty room for us. Our check-in took a couple of minutes. People working there are nice and polite. When we entered the room, we loved it! The room was light and cosy. It is a new and very comfortable hotel located in a good area. We will come back there for a next time.

Great hotel in an amazing section of Warsaw

I am visiting from America and I am very happy with this hotel. The staff is great, great restaurant, the rooms are clean and along with the entire section of Wilanów, the hotel is just about brand new. I have a suite with a kitchen and it was stocked with a fridge, dish soap, dishes, and utensils which is refreshing because this isn't always the case with other hotels I've been to. I work remote and a major plus for me was the great Wifi. I think it is capped at about 30Mbps but it is consistently at that speed. No downtime or slow times. Also, the town of Wilanów is a Polish utopia. Everything is almost too perfect. Friendly people, no litter, no disorder - a welcome change from some of the American cities I've spent time in. Everything you need is close by - groceries, shops, Wilanów Palace, vegetable/fruit stands, hiking trail, church (one of the most beautiful churches I've ever seen). I want Polish citizenship! :)

Very good

It was a very good stay. Upon arrival we found out that there are no rooms with double beds and got upgraded to studio room. The hotel is very clean and tidy. It is designed more for a business travel but we were happy with our stay. Very good value for the money. The parking is paid but first 40 min is free.

Great value for money

We were very happy with our stay. It is not too far from the airport and was a very good price. The room was very clean and modern. We had air conditioning and it was a comfortable stay with good wifi. The only thing is that it is a little bit far from the centre of Warsaw but the taxi was around 30zl which was affordable.

Staff was helpful but company rules and practices leave a lot to be desired. For instance, guesses have to call everyday before 12:00 pm to have their room clean, towels replaced, bedsheets replaced . Carpeted floors are not vacuumed everyday or ever during my stay. Very limited menu in the hotel restaurant. Coffee and tea packets replacements have to be done through the front desk and not automatically done by housekeeping. Service is geared towards satisfaction of management and not of customers. This hotel should replace its entire management team.

Problems with check in and car parking but mostly as hotel was new and staff getting to grips.

Przyjemny, czysty, hotel z ładnymi pokojami niedaleko lotniska, aczkolwiek serwis w recepcji pozostawiał wiele do życzenia. Brak uśmiechu na twarzy pracowników stwarzał że czuliśmy się tam niechciani.

Ett helt okej boende

Ett helt okej boende med luftkonditionering på rummet, prisvärt, med frukost. Det som inte var toppen var ljudisolering det hördes samtal från anda rum under hela natten. Det fanns även tecken på slitage på rummet. Rummet var varken rimligt eller jättetrång. För mig var det något att acceptera men vi alla har olika behov.

Perfect for a short stay

We were three friends traveling from Norway/Denmark for the Eras Tour in Warszaw. Thebstaff was vey friendly and welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacefull and modern - nothing fancy, but minimalistic and good quality for the price. We requested an extra bed, since there was no rooms available with three actual beds. The extra bed was probably 80x200cm and a bit softer than an actual bed, but I found it very comfortable to sleep in during our three nights stay. I could easily sleep in the bed for a whole week or more if necessary. I am 161cm tall and average size in generel. The nearest public transport was 10min walk from the hotel. Here you could catch busses to Chopin airport og to Warszaw city center. It was also very easy to travel by Bolt to and from the Hotel. The location was nothing speciel. A few shops and cafés near by, but no shopping stores. Would recommend the hotel, but because of the location I give ir 4 stars.

2 netter opphold

Innsjekking og utsjekking gikk fort. Vann var inkludert, men vi fikk kun en flaske for 2 personer på 2 netter. Det var ikke nok toalett papir. Fult av flekker på teppene på rommet. AC blåste kald luft og bråkte hele tiden. De ansatte smiler ikke.

Das Hotel wird gerade umgebaut und gleicht in Teilen einer Baustelle. Vielleicht nicht schlecht, denn der Teppich war voller Flecken. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, weshalb es frische Luft nur über die Klimaanlage gibt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist enttäuschend. Zwei Sorten Wurst, zwei Sorten Käse, nicht gerade schmackhaft. Das Brot pappig, keine Brötchen. Rührei hatte eine seltsame Farbe, von daher habe ich gleich darauf verzichtet. Kaffee scheußlich, kein Wasser oder Saft.

Rent och sjysst hotell till ett bra pris. Helt ok frukost, som man tyvärr inte kunde boka som inkluderad i priset på hotels.com utan som man bara kunde köpa på plats och då var den inte helt prisvärd. I övrigt väldigt trevlig och serviceinriktad personal i både reception och restaurang.

Good Hotel

The facility itself is clean and well organized. But the lady staff was kind of unfriendly and looked tired. It doesn't mean the staff was agressive or had bad attitude

Das Badezimmer ist viel zu klein und unbequem, das ganze Studio eher zweckmäßig und lieblos ausgestattet. Es gab kein Frühstück, die Reinigung des Zimmers muss man extra bestellen, die allgemeine Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, einige Gegenstände nicht funktionsfähig (Lampe am Bett) oder abgenutzt. Das größte Problem war die Belüftung, die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, irgendwann war die Luft im Zimmer komplett verbraucht. Wir werden das Hotel mit Sicherheit nicht wieder buchen.

I had a small apartment with double bed, bath and a small kitchen with fridge. The fridge was not in super good condition, but it worked. The room itself, the view and service were very good and nice as usual. i have used it a lot for business trips and I am always happy to come back

Przynejmy hotel, dobra lokalizacja. Nie byłem zadowolony z czystości (zwłaszcza części wspólne - korytarz itp) oraz z pościeli / ceraty pod prześcieradłem. W przypadku spotkań w okolicy jednak chętnie skorzystam jeszcze raz.

El hotel correcto, aunque va los cuartos les falta ventilación natural , las almohadas olían feo , las chicas de limpieza sin cubrebocas , digamos que por ahora en tiempos de pandemia no es el hotel ideal, no cumple con los protocolos de limpieza necesaria para evitar riesgos de contagio

Zwei Betten aber nur ein Stuhl. Kaum Möglichkeiten etwas aufzuhängen. Im Bad keine Haken, die Koffer konnten nicht ausgeräumt werden. Es gab keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, schrecklich. Die Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden.
