We had a great stay here. It is in a great location with easy access to everything downtown. Check in was very easy with a perfect parking option. The apartment was clean and maintained. It is not very spacious and is a bit small, but it served us perfectly for a one night stay in Melbourne downtown.

Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9:30am before checkout. Lack of amenities eg lack of coffee and tea. Soap.

Had to climb 38 floors TWICE because the lift wasn’t working

Excellent location only 100m from Melbourne Central Shopping Centre. Parking is about 100m away in a different building but only $25 a night with in/out. Excellent communication with staff. Room was neat and tidy, well equipped and a decent size.

Checkin was g great

I liked the location of this place. The owners were helpful and answered all our question regarding the booking and parking ect...... The down side was the condition and cleanliness of the property.

Rooms are average no major issues. The building is almost 40 levels high and has 2 lifts.one lift was out of order our whole stay. The other lift broke down on our first day which meant we couldn’t access our room on the 37th floor for 2 hours. With so many rooms and high floors it is not acceptable to only have 1 lift in order With other tenants telling us the second lift had broken down 3 times in recent weeks.

Okay place to stay

Not a bad place to stay due to the location of the property however the check in process and overall cleanliness of the property could be improved.

We booked a 2nd room apartment. Property was within walking distance to shops and local food. Property was clean and amenities replenished when requested. Would recommend.

Single split air con only with broken vent cover so no real air circulated. Dishes still in the dishwasher and a left over shoe under the bed. Great position though - ok for sleeping but not for spending a lot of time in

Main bed small, minimal space to walk around in bedroom. Bed very low to ground. Apartment is small so even though it’s two bedroom, lounge seating is only for 2 people Great communication re checkin procedure and car parking option

The check in process was weird the room was substandard and not like the pictures at all. Bedroom with double bed was so tight and had no space to walk around. Would never recommend to anyone.

Good apartment in CBD, close to everything to walk. Trams outside for exploring city. Only one lift operating at the time we stayed but good property.

Windows wouldnt close properly, aircon realy noisey and extractor fan in bathroom constently on so very noisey. Only good thing is location.

Reception for this property is actually the owners kitchen and the luggage storage is in a (none too tidy) bedroom. Access to the building requires you to call on a punch pad outside - reception may or may not answer. Staff were not all that friendly nor helpful to our party and others we met. Couch in the room had old food between the cushions and dishwasher had not been emptied ready for new guest arrival. Handy spot but there's plenty of other options .

Location Suited our needs

Accommodation was rather spartan and very compact. It lacked character and homely touches e.g. no full length mirror in bedroom or bathroom. Kitchen equipment was limited e.g. only one saucepan, no frypan. Location etc are all good. A good location but not somewhere you would want to spend a lot of time in.

Second time staying and its really got worse!

-No smoke alarm in bedroom - illegal -Shower screen would only open towards shower - illegal -sticky tape holding a/c open -dishwasher still loaded with last persons dishes. - floor was filthy- baby was black after crawling on floor for only a few minutes. - common area for lift smelt like mould and rubbish Wouldn’t rate this place at all

Overall very good, the only complaint that we could have is that the height of the kitchen cupboards was too high for the average person.

Convenient location. Kitchen crockery is chipped needs replacing

Great place to stay in the city

We stayed to attend the Ed Sheeran concert it was a great location to stay being close to lots of restaurants and trams to get to and from the mcg There could be better signage for both the apartments and the car parking locations

Room is ok but very small. Foyer area was disgusting and very smelly.

Bedroom did not have a window as shown in the advertisement. No where to store luggage before check in was available and after checkout while waiting for flights. Otherwise everything was fine.

It was very easy to commute to city and was easy to communicate with the team. They did accepted our extra request in short notice which was great.

Very clean but no hands on reception, lack of crockery etc, tea and coffee supplies very limited. No help with tourist attractions. Would not stay there again.

Only 2 lifts. 1 Lift out of order over 7 days. Coffee machine, washing machine not working. Only 2 cups no plates in the kitchen. Will never go back

Really good value for money. A well located property. Very secure building access. Excellent light bright decor, with fabulous city views. Good communication, with easy checkin process. Highly recommend if you looking for a city self catering apartment.

Late check in was simple, text contained detailed and easy to understand instructions. Would have liked more than 2 coffee pods, 2 teas and 3 small milk for a two night stay

View were good, location was good. When booking a room for 3 people, there should be bathroom supplies left for 3, if more than a day provide sufficient towels etc. Our room hand 4 towels but then only 2 small hand towels and not face washers. We had also been left 2 x shampoos 1 conditioner, 2 soaps. 3 of each should be left. TV in room, but no TV Controller. In the kitchen did not have 3 of everything and the rubbish bin fitted in the cupboard under the sink was too big. The cupboard was unable to be closed and stuck out several inches (unsafe). Loud noises directly above us, sounded like furniture being moved around (occurred late at night)

The Building Manager was friendly and helpful. Location is great. The downsides are: 1: the sink was draining extremely slow we had to brush our teeth over kitchen's sink. 2: the shower was draining properly the first day and was totally blocked the 2nd day. The water was everywhere in the bathroom outside the show place. The manager was luckily acted in a timely manner to fix both issues. 3: strong smell in the room 4: only Chanel 7 is available for the TV. all other Chanels were freezed. 5: the rubbish collecting tunnel was not working on the floor we stayed. We had to leave the rubbish in the room and took them with us when we go out and dump them in the rubbish bin from the street.

Central Location

A convenient accommodation at a central location in the Melbourne CBD.

It’s very clean and Quiet Also very nice view

Clean tidy and well stocked with all the essentials. The location was perfect for getting around the cit, tram and train stops located right out the front. Excellent communication and access to parking.

It was close to the places i needed to go. Not well mantaine. No one was there when we arraived. They charge us more than it was said in the deal.

The apartment is very close to Melbourne Central. The place is very small but has got everything we needed. Check in and check out was easy with their instruction. Bed was comfortable. Cleanliness can be a bit better. Overall it was great.

Arrived at the property to be buzzed up to 'reception' which was just a dodgy hotel room with a desk in it. given our room key that was almost impossible to unlock the door to get in, couldn't lock the door from the inside which we contacted reception to ask them to fix, and they stated they would get housekeeping to fix it the next day. No one fixed the lock and the next day we were unable to get into our room as the key wouldn't open the door for 4 hours, we were stuck out on the street until the early hours of the morning until we finally unlocked it (after almost 4 hours of trying to open the door) attempted to contact the staff with no answer. Got inside and the door wouldn't lock from the inside again, we spent 2 nights in a room that wouldn't lock. We told the manager the next day about the lock who disregarded our problems and was refusing to give us a refund and argued with us for 30 minutes in front of the room about why it was our fault that we couldn't work the key and that he believed it was safe for the door not to lock because they have a fob system in the lifts. The manager's first language was Chinese and he couldn't speak hardly any English and was talking to his staff in another language in front of us. We had to argue with this man for over 30 minutes and get wotif.com involved to get a refund, after all this, the manager was trying to deceive us into leaving before they refunded us. Do not stay here whatsoever book somewhere reputable! this is not a hotel

nice place, close to shopping

Close to everything.Bathroom could of been a little bit cleaner.

Great location, air conditioning/ heating function didn’t work too well meaning the flat was often cold. Lovely stay otherwise. Very good communication throughout.

Unit was cramp but, served all needs for 4 adults. Able to walk to the footy and parking not too far away. Staff very helpful.

Couldn’t get past the bad smell of the room. Found black hair through the bed which is weird for two blonde hair people. Staff very friendly!

Cute little apartment

Great little place to stay and a perfect location with easy enough access to everything in the city. Quaint little apartment, which was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Check in and out was super easy and good communication!

Property is close to Melbourne central and trams. The floor is dirty and bathroom had a very strong urine odour. The bathroom door hand was loose on inside, not safe. People in the apartment next door were smoking weed. There was no hand sanitiser in the lifts or foyer. By 5pm the sliding door to the front of the building was broken - anyone could get it which felt unsafe.

One of the cheapest for the location. We booked the two bedroom apartment which was great. The rooms are quite small - we had planned to set up a portacot but found it wasn’t going to fit in the room. There is a bit of wear and tear in the place, it’s not pristine but has everything you would want (kitchenette with fridge, nice bathroom with soap etc. TV) and location is great and quiet. Communication around check in was very good and clear.

Foyer smelt of garbage. Unit was filthy. Floors were sticky and looked like they had not been cleaned in ages. Dirty sticky handprints on windows, microwave and table. Clearly nit cleaned properly between guests which is a worry with COVID. Glad we only booked one night here. Would not recomend.

I am soooo grateful for this accomodation. Smack in the middle of Melbourne and close to everything you do and dont need. The views from the room were unexpected and mind blowingly amazing! The communication and friendliness of the staff was exceptional and I cannot thank them enough for everything. There are things that are outside of their control that was less desirable but the pros far outweighed the trivial cons.They made my trip memorable and I will definitely stay with them again!

42 story building. 1 out of 2 elevators not working. Working elevator made banging noises. Long waits each time. 2nd bedroom legally not a bedroom. No opening window and no A/C. False advertising

Great location and views for a weekend getaway.

One week booking for daughter in Melb for work. Property well below your standards and did not meet standards guaranteed under Australian consumer law. Allocated room had a strong smell from the bathroom. Described it as an open drain/sewer, and it may well have been sewer gas. I texted the managers and asked to either fix the problem or find a new room. They offered a new room. When she arrived from work she was told to pack all her things and bring them to reception where she could get the new room key. No assistance was offered. This would have meant repacking a 25kg suitcase and groceries. Eventually agreed to give her the key instead and she made many trips to transfer unassisted. New room - no hot water in shower. I reported this by SMS and asked the managers to fix. They went to the room, reported hot water OK and would be happy to explain how to use the shower. On return from work she put the mixer in position and let the water run. No hot water. My daughter has travelled extensively/knows how a shower mixer works! We had little option but to move out, she packed up and left that evening 23 June. We had use of the property for four of the seven days we have paid for, and are out-of-pocket as a result. We ask you give consideration to a credit/refund. We have dealt with WOTIF for many years and are very unhappy. Not least we are unhappy because I couldn’t find any way to communicate more fully in writing nor phone, so hope someone at WOTIF reads this and responds.

Place was good and convenient and all that but it was a little confusing to get into (being a serviced apartment, no offence) and the heater didn’t work too good. But all in all it’s a good place to stay at.

Great place very clean . But very hard to check in . As reception was on 3 rd floor had to go up and down 4 times to get key then to get backs then move car . So very hard . And the lady could not speak English that made it hard also

The apartment was conveniently in the centre of the city, close to attractions and services such as shops. Very close to the free tram service. An enjoyable stay.

It was fine, good location

Image for the listing does not match the property. The apartment was also quite unclean, needing a good vacuum.

Fantastic location just a few mins walk to Melbourne Central. Well priced for location, standard and all the amenities required. Although property does not offer onsite parking, they offered to pre book with nearby carpark at a very reasonable price. Overall a great stay and would definitely book again.

Difficult check in

The apartment service desk didn't acknowledge my pre-payment at check-in and it took a long time to resolve until I was given access to my room. The bond was almost twice the room rate and takes 7 days to be refunded.

Great views from room and location was great for our needs

Bed and pillows are very comfy. Found the shower to be not very clean, there was mold around the base. There were slippers provided but didn't look like brand new so there was no way we would have used.

Bed is not clean

Although bed sheet is clean, The blanket is not clean. Must be never washed after being used for long time. It has smell from human.

Great location, convenience to CBD. However, the bedroom amendies are not in very good condition. The bed linen are dirty, and the housekeepers are not clean the room properly while we're asking a housekeeping service.

Disappointed that I called to ask if I could checkin at 1pm and was told that was possible but only to find out that the room was not ready when we arrived. We then proceeded to wait until 2 for the room to be ready (stated checkin time for the apartment) however was also once again told that it was still not ready. In the end we left baggage there and came back after a night out. I subsequently received a text at 5:36pm to say that our luggage had finally been moved in to our room. Rooms were also a lot smaller than the photos and not as clean.

Not worth the $$$, Location good, Contact poor and Room very dirty!! Blood on sheets on arrival and sex toy under my sons bed which was very disgusting.

Bit of a squeeze, ok price for 4 people

Very small apartment! The photos don’t show how small it is. Barely any room around the bed in both rooms- only just enough to open your case. Nice views, noisy aircon unit and work started in the building site next door and across the road very early on the Saturday morning. Windows were grubby on the inside where people had been looking out- but ok overall.

Great location, decent amenities. The property was close to Melbourne central and lots of public transport. The building and elevators were clean and well-kept.

Excellent location and decent size

Excellent location and decent size for the 2 bed apartment. Minimum house keeping done daily and no aircon/heater in the bedrooms. 1 heater in living room cannot warm up the rooms during winter time. Bathroom with no heater also and can get very cold. Do note the $200 deposit upon check-in.

Was a lovely view, good location and clean apartment. However customer service was poor. Asked for early check-in, which was confirmed. Ended up not being able to check in till 3;20. An hour and 20 min after the listed check in time. And a long time after our requested and confirmed check-in time.

Great location with trams within walking distance,Vic market within a short walk.Quiet location easy to find ,It was my 3rd stay here and have been pleased every time.

Great location and quick responses via email. House keeping can be improved but might be the norm for apartments so no worries. Heater a little tough to use, couldn't get it to warm up. Easy check in instructions after 10pm. Loved everything here!
