good location a short car ride from Pisa

House was delightful. The owner was charming and very welcoming. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and to give advice on places to visit and how to get there.

Lovely welcoming hotel

Lovely hotel, although the centre of pisa is 5km away, you need a car as there's no pavement to walk on. The hotel owner could not have been more helpful, she went out of her way to do things for us. Lovely breakfast, hotel is very quiet and has a nice garden that our room had double doors opening on to. Would definitely recommend.

Difficult to find

The B & B is difficult to find without a GPS. If A TV station in english or an internet connection is important this is not the place for you. The room was very good. The shower was very small, could hardly turn around. The lady that operated the inn was very nice.

Kiwi abroad

Really excellent, lady of the house could not be kinder or more helpful. You would need your own transport to stay here.

Convenient clean and tidy stopover

Pisa holidays is in a residential area only 7km from the airport and quite close to the tourist attractions. The room is spacious and very clean and breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. There is also a large communal lounge area for guests use. The only off putting thing about our stay was a large list of written rules about things you can and cannot do, the main one being not eating in the rooms. The owner speaks a little English and is anxious to please. Note that check in seems tricky after 10pm! We would use again for an airport stopover.

Family friendly.

The owners are friendly and treated us like a family. Breakfast is ok with cereals, toast, croissant, fruits but no meat and hot meals. Apparently it's something to do with the regulation according to the lady owner Daniela. The rooms were modern and good size. The only thing is you need to have a car as there's only one bus that goes there. And the bus comes three times in the morning and four times in the afternoon. Also there is a good pizzeria nearby which closes until late. All in all the experience was good.

Daniele ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin. Wir wohnen in einem alten rustikalen aber urgemütlichen Toskanahaus mit alten Kastanienbalken. Daniele bietet auch zwischendurch einen Kaffee an! Man kann herrlichen draußen sitzen. Das Frühstück ist mit Liebe hergerichtet! Bis Pisa sind es nur 5 Kilometer! Ruhe abseits vom Pisarummel! So lieben wir das! Klare Empfehlung!

Sehr gut gelegen, um nach Pisa mit dem Rad zu kommen. Sehr nette Betreiber des B&B, sauber und ordentlich. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Very friendly people. Only 15 minutes to the center by car. Only the heater in the bathroom was cold and the entry door for parking the car is very close. . It is a little dangerous to drive in and outside with bigger cars...

Utrolig hyggeligt sted med den perfekte placering i forhold til Pisa hvis man som os kommet i egen bil. Meget hjælpsom vært som også var utrolig venlig, vi kan varmt anbefale dette sted.

TOPPEN-värdar. Paulo och Daniela var otroligt hjälpsamma och mysigt ställe. Man kunde gå rakt ut till sin egna lilla uteplats och bussen gick utanför på vägen, dock oftare vid den större vägen ca 1km bort. Kunde inte önskat oss ett bättre boende för vår vistelse 😊

Stanza molto pulita, spaziosa e confortevole con mini frigo e condizionatore. Posizione comoda per visitare Pisa e dintorni. Proprietaria gentile anche se c'erano un po' troppe regole, messe anche per iscritto ma nel complesso siamo stati bene.

Sehr gepflegtes schönes Anwesen mit kleinem Garten und Parkplätzen. Wir hatten einen sehr netten Empfang. Es wurde sehr auf Hygiene geachtet. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, sehr gut gepflegt und großzügig. Morgens bekommt man ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück von der netten Eigentümerin serviert, mit frischem Kaffee, Säften, leckeren Croissants, Wurst, Joghurt,... Es wird sich unglaublich viel Mühe gegeben, damit sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Wir haben außerdem sehr nette Gespräche mit der Eigentümerin geführt und sie hat uns einige Ausflugstipps gegeben. Wenn wir wieder in dieser Gegend sind, werden wir auf jedenfall wieder hier übernachten.

The host was extremly friendly and she kept the house clean everyday. I would reccomend her to anyone that is visiting Pisa to stay at Pisa Holidays. The host gave us travel tips everyday as well.

b&b perfetto! vicino alla città, ma fuori dal traffico. oasi di tranquillità adatta anche a soggiorni lunghi. vicino a pasticceria e ristoranti in cui si mangia veramente bene!! padrona deliziosa e disponibile.

Punto strategico per chi vuole visitare quella zon

Bread e breakfast a conduzione familiare con titolari simpatici e cordiali,posto magnifico per chi come me ama la tranquillità e non vuole avere problemi di parcheggio,perché riceverete un telecomando che potete aprire e chiudere il cancello d'ingresso,una volta entrati nel giardino dell'edificio non avrete più problemi di scaricare le cose dalla macchina per paura di furti. In più io avendo portato una cagnolina non ho avuto problemi di guardarla perché poteva fare quello che voleva. L'edificio è ristrutturato in stile rustico con travi a vista in castagno con salone che da sul cortile,stanze ampie e bagno privato con tutti i confort(aria condizionata,tv,Wi-Fi) e molto pulite,colazione abbondante. Un posto da ritornarci assolutamente. Consigliatissimo

Leider an einer recht belebten Straße gelegen.

Das Hotel ist einfach, aber hübsch. Die Betreiber sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bedauerlicherweise wird die kleine Straße vor dem Grundstück anscheinend als Umgehung der gebührenpflichtigen Autobahn in einigen 100 Metern Entfernung genutzt, so daß früh am Morgen Autos und LKWs recht flink vorbeisausen. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Das Frühstück untypisch reichhaltig. Kaffee aller Variationen werden von der Besitzerin zubereitet. Das Bett ist bequem und nicht zu weich. Wir haben dort eine Nacht verbracht um am nächsten Tag schnell zum Flughafen zu gelangen.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, sia per la posizione del B&B, vicinissimo a Torre del Lago, a Lucca e a Pisa, sia per la disponibilità della Signora Daniela. Colazione abbondante, camera e bagno puliti, parcheggio privato, circondato da giardino. Direi da consigliare.

Perfect one night stop

We had a one night stop at Pisa Holidays during our Tuscan road trip. The room was clean and nice, just like the whole place. The owner was really helpful. The breakfast was good, there were even some savory food which is not necessarily the case in Italy. You might have the feeling that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but if you have a car, it is an ideal place to visit Pisa, which is really close.

Bed & Breakfast molto carino situato a distanza strategica tra Pisa e Torre del Lago, gestito da Daniela una gentilissima signora del posto che ci ha accolto cone in famiglia mostrandoci la deliziosa struttura con 4/5 camere, breakfast room e un bel salone con TV. Camera confortevole con bagno privato e aria condizionata, anche se la casa è di pietra spessa e non c'è bisogno di utilizzarlo dato che mantiene la temperatura. Il mattino seguente una buona e abbondante colazione preparata dalla Sig. Daniela ci attendeva. Lo consiglio a tutti

Accueil chaleureux de Daniela qui s'est montrée d'excellents conseils pour visite de Pise et ses environs et pour nous recommander de bonnes adresses de restaurants. Etablissement à recommander tout particulièrement : le calme de la campagne à 10' en voiture de la place des miracles. Idéal pour un séjour romantique.

Not to long away from Pisa Tower, quite and clean. Garden and very private surroundings. Good breakfast in a nice kitchen,safe parking.

Assolutamente da consigliare

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni in questa graziosa struttura per impegni familiari. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la padrona di casa disponibilissima, cordiale e simpatica e sempre pronta al dialogo ci ha resi il soggiorno molto piacevole. La struttura è una casa colonica ristrutturata interamente con molto gusto, la stanza bella grande e anche il bagno molto bello, unico neo la doccia con la tendina che personalmente ritengo fastidiosa. Non essendo un hotel ovviamente le porte non hanno l'apertura comandata dalla scheda elettronica e se gli ospiti sono chiassosi quando rientrano si sente il rumore della chiave. La colazione è più che sufficiente. Ovviamente si ha necessità dell'auto in quanto Pisa dista diversi km. Che dire? Straconsigliato a tutti!

Camera pulitissima e ben disposta con giardino. Posto molto tranquillo ideale per un po di relax durante la visita di Pisa e dintorni. Personale molto cordiale ti fa sentire come a casa tua. Colazione ricca e abbondante. Assolutamente consigliabile sia di passaggio che per una vacanza di più giorni vista la posizione strategica

Ideale per rilassarsi

Personale molto cordiale e ottime indicazioni di ulteriori itinerari/mete e ristoranti locali. Stanza molto accogliente, bagno un pò piccolo. Noi eravamo al piano terra e potevamo usare il giardino molto curato. Posizione strategica e silenzioso, l'ideale per visitare Pisa che è raggiungibile in auto in 10 minuti, e Lucca tramite una strada panoramica collinare raggiungibile in 30/45 minuti.

Ottimo per tutti

Struttura ben tenuta, pulita e tranquilla. La titolare è cortese e sempre disponibile. consigliabile a chi preferisce un soggiorno al di fuori dei classici anonimi hotel. La distanza da piazza dei Miracoli non è eccessiva, ed il centro è facilmente raggiungibile. Unico piccolo neo, manca la connessione Wi fi , ma se ne fa volentieri a meno!

Difficile trovare di meglio

Una soluzione ideale se vuoi conoscere Pisa senza essere sopraffatto dal turismo dei pulman o degli hotel anonimi. Un alloggio tranquillo, stanze perfette, "vere", curate, silenziose. Prima colazione italiana con cornetti appena sfornati. Padrona di casa garbata, discreta ma sempre presente se necessario. Certamente, avendo un'automobile tutto funziona al meglio: occorrono 15 minuti per giungere in centro e il posto non è molto servito da mezzi pubblici. Ma col taxi funziona lo stesso... La prossima volta a Pisa so già dove tornare.

Het is een perfecte plek om te overnachten voor weinig geld in de buurt van de luchthaven. Niet echt geschikt voor langer verblijf. De kamers zijn verder erg ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien

B&B molto carino e in ottime condizioni...il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile....e intrattengono con piacevoli chiaccherate. La colazione è abbastanza abbondante...percheggio nel giardino interno...a pochi minuti in macchina dal centro di pisa...Caldamente consigliato se si vuole passare un weekend in piena tranquillità.

Für ein oder zwei Übernachtungen ok - nicht mehr!

Wir hatten leider länger gebucht und waren an dem "Hotel" (es ist ja ein B&B) gebunden. Was am meisten stört ist, dass die Inhaberin sich mit den Italienischen Gästen, oder die Italienisch können ab ca. 07.00 Uhr Morgens recht lautstark im Frühstücksraum unterhält. Da die Anlage nur 5 Zimmer hat und die Türen eher Zimmertüren normaler Art ohne jegliche Schalldämmung sind, wie man sie in einem Hotel normalerweise erwarten darf, stört das schon sehr. Es sei denn man möchte jeden Morgen entsprechend früh durch das laute Gequatsche geweckt werden. Das Zimmer war einigermaßen sauber, ein oder zweimal mehr feucht wischen pro Woche hätte sicherlich nicht geschadet. Die Betten gingen so, meist recht unbequem wie in Südlichen Ländern üblich. Duschen war absolut nervig, da ein Duschen ohne Überschwemmen des Bades nicht möglich war. Nur normaler Vorhang, kein Fußbodenablauf im Bad selbst. Frühstück war absolut Bescheiden. Es gab nur Toast (Weizen), keine Brötchen, kein Baguette, kein Brot. Dazu die "lecka" in Plastikbeuteln eingeschweißten "Croissants" die man ja so von den Discountern kennt und mehere Wochen haltbar sind. Marmelade war dagegen echt lecka. Wurst und Käse gab es jeden Tag nur eine Sorte und abgezählt:-( Joghurt Natur, Cornflakes, Milch, Kaffee oder Cappuccino, etwas Obst. Nutella gab es dann ab dem 5.Tag auch mal. Es sei noch zu erwähnen das es im Zimmer und auch im gesamten Gebäude leicht muffig riecht. Dies kommt von der aufsteigenden Feuchtigkeit an den Wänden im Innen- und Außenbereich des Gebäudes. Offensichtlich hat man versäumt das Gebäude gegen Aufsteigende Nässe aus dem Erdreich zu schützen. Deutlich zu erkennen an den abgeplatzen, feuchten Putz der stellenweise aufquillt. Der "tolle große" Aufenthaltsraum, in dem man außer Sitzen laut Hausordnung nichts darf (also nicht Essen oder Trinken) wurde nie von den Gästen genutzt und diente in erster Linie der Hausherrin zum Fernschauen, während Sie darauf wartete das die Gäste mit dem Frühstück fertig sind bzw. das Haus verlassen, damit Sie dann die Zimmer reinigen kann. Statt diesem Raum hätte man besser dran getan, die Zimmer etwas größer zu halten. Um zum Schluß zu kommen. Als B&B für eine Nacht ok, allerdings gibt es für den Preis bestimmt auch besseres. Für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt für länger absolut nicht unser Standard. Aber das muss ja jeder für sich selbst entscheiden.

Hotellet litt utenfor Pisa. Hyggelig sted med en grei pizza resturant på andre siden av veien. Hotellet var litt vanskelig å finne.

Das Hotel liegt ca 5km von Pisa entfernt. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Klimatisierte Zimmer. Neubau.Supermarkt und Pizzaria in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ohne Auto etwas problematisch, da die Busverbindung nach Pisa dürftig ist, vor allem abends.
