Hotel was a little run down, but the staff was super nice and helpful. Enjoyed the nice quite area from the city

Location was ok, hotel next door to a industrial unit, rooms are a little tired need a refresh. Pool and beach are lovely. We found the hotel staff not as welcoming as the thai people always are. Wgen you walked through reception they just ignored you and when asked for a towel as there was only one in the room it was an effort for them to get one. Bar staff where always on there phone rather than cleaning up after people gave eaten or finished drinking. It was ok for the price but stayed alot better for the money

I enjoyed staying at Pinnacle as i was given a cabin close to the pool and beach and breakfast restaurant. Breakfast options were good. There are other restaurants nearby if you wanted a change though. The tourist info lady across from reception was brilliant in organising excursions and taxis.

The place was perfect, I would recommend this place to everyone!

Petite maisonnette confortable et très propre sur un excellent site. Parfait pour un transit ou une petite vacance. Piscine et plage excellente et le buffet petit déjeuner varié et excellent. Super bon rapport qualité prix.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful, very smooth check in and checkout process. The grounds are very average, upkeep at the pool area could be better. We were in the hotel block of rooms and the room condition was not great, it could definitely use some improvement.

Great property. Wonderful location and pool. Room was awesome. Restaurant and bar a bit lack lustre.

The resort it self was ok, but location is remote, not much around there, and a lot of stray dogs roaming around the resort kind of sketch ,the restaurant is over priced, hard to communicate with staff they do not speak good English can only book taxis at high price, anything else you have to book with thai lady across the street at least she spoke ok English

Great place for vac.and value for money.

I stayed here for a short vacation for 3days 2nights tgen i felt it's not enough. Located right on the beach; beach itself very nice and clean with soft sand; complimentary breakfast is great with lots of choices; staff is very friendly; very peaceful and relaxing resort. The pool also great views. The lomprayah pier in a 5 minute walk from the hotel. I’d definitely stay again and would stay longer as it’s was very peaceful and staff were excellent.

The hotel is very nice with good breakfast and rooms in good condition. Many squirrels are around the hotel and also in the rooms! Actually, there were 80% German in the hotel but all very kind. You´re definitely right here if you´re looking for an easy holiday without any distraction from out- or inside. But if you´re looking for a village or even town I´d rather go to Chaweng with a nicer beach and really good restaurants as well as shops.

Kph Samui

Lovely bungalow practically on the beach. Lots of loungers with umbrellas. Super massage parlour. Hotel is near to lots of small 7 elevens and restaurants..... lots of choice. Hotel sold beer and water at reception for same price as 7elevens. Down side. The beach shelves very steeply at the waters edge and if there is a wind it makes it quite hard to climb out of the sea. The restaurant was double the price of those close by- we only ate there once. In saying that, the food was very nice. Would I stay here again. Probably not, though that might be because it was my second time on Koh Samui and there are other places in Thailand that I would like to visit. The hotel was lovely and quiet- perfect for older folk not wanting the noise of late night revellers!

Comfortable stay

We stayed here 8 nights, it’s in a nice quiet part of the island with restaurant overlooking beach. Had a superior bungalow which was nice & spacious, good internet too. Reasonable selection at breakfast.

Fabulous!

Nice and quiet location away from the party scene

I stayed with a friend there. We were placed on a 3rd floor room. The room was spacious and the amenities were nice. I think this would be a great place for a young family. The pool was small, but nice. The beach was lovely, better than other beaches around the island, in my opinion. The little shop outside the hotel was great for booking boat tickets and day trips, as well as renting motorbikes. There are lots of massage parlours, laundry services, restaurants, bars and cafes around.

Relaxing, Clean and Great Beach

Overall we enjoyed our stay great beach and sea. Also a great distance from everything by scooter (a.k.a. Seaport, Airport, Markets, Day/Night Tours) We were disappointed with the reception staff when concerning first aid after an injury. Also both me and my partner didn't digest the breakfast buffet well the last 2 of our 4 night stay. This is a German Vacation Hotspot!

A great place to stay. Convenient to the ferry pier, shopping, and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, bathrooms need a bit of updating , good beach , nice staff , good location with some really nice restaurants around , good breakfasts, nice barbecues in the evening , would definitely stay again

Great place to stay when catching ferry to Koh Tao

I booked only one night here. We got in after 9 pm and the restaurant was closed. There is nothing close by as in the form of a town or village, BUT two doors down is the ferry dock. I bought my tickets after a nice breakfast and avoided all lines.

Breathtaking experience

We did not expect our vacation to be this wonderful. Very peaceful, nice service, and good value for the money. We should have stay one more week here.

An excellent city hotel with good value

We often came to Bangkok and stayed around Sukumvit area but found that we got much better deal at this hotel. There are more facilities, better services all around, plus the price was 30 % lower. Definitely, will come back here.

ultra relaxing hotel

This truely is a "stress-free zone"! Very clean, quiet and beautiful. The restaurant food was delicious and all the resort facilities were great. Staff were very friendly and let us use the facilities on the day of our evening flight so we didn't have to wait long at the airport. Perfect location if you're looking to catch a Lomprayah ferry to Koh Tao or beyond as the ferry pier is only a 5 mins walk or a 2 mins drive away.

We are pleased with our choice. Everything was great!. Except sometimes the air conditioner was noisy . We will definitely be back here.

Chillaxing Resort

This was my first time to Koh Samui. The beaches are fantastic & the one in front of the Pinnacle is very nice. Don't be put off by the roads & view leading to your hotel as at times they look a little grubby. Once you get into the resort & settle in it becomes much nicer. I wouldn't recommend this place for people looking for that 5 star resort experience. Its much more laid back, casual, quiet, peaceful so more for chillers, which is why I was there.

Nedgånget hotell. Dålig mat i restaurangen. Tveksam frukost. Ingen bra service i receptionen.

Place is okay - the area too quiet for us, but all in all OK. The hotel management was completly out of service. When you asked for a question, you should guess the answer. Kindda strange.

Dont even bother staying here.

The bed is so hard that it gave us back pain, and we had to check out early because it was so unbearable. We are in our twenties.. The hotel is located in a dirty slum area, with no good and hygienic restaurants or shops anywhere nearbh. The hotel itself is not in a good shape, it is old and crusty, with creases everywhere for insects and lizards to end up in your room. Even with closed doors and windows. Breakfast was fine, but the same everyday. Dont bother staying here, unless you want back pain and a disspointment

Ich war schon öfters in diesem Hotel und kann es jederzeit empfehlen Leistung und Preis stimmen

Het welkom was al niet best de mensen die er achter de balie zitten kennen geen tot weinig Engels. Het hotel is zwaar onderkomen en alle kamers zijn onderhevig aan achterstallig onderhoud. Wij zijn hier 21 jaar geleden geweest toen het echt een 8,5 verdiende. Nu ken je het niet meer terug, niets maar dan ook niet heeft onderhoud gehad. De airco werkt niet, de badkamer is vies en stinkt naar urine, de kluis werkte niet dus wij naar een andere kamer. Deze was net iets beter maar ook zwaar beschadigd. De ligging aan het strand is super mooi maar het hotel met de huisjes kunnen ze net zo goed of platgooien of heel erg renoveren. Mensen boek dit niet voor dit geld mag je echt wel iets beters verwachten. Ontbijt is redelijk gevarieerd en de enige die fatsoen en netheid kent is de man die bij het ontbijt staat. Geen aanrader om te boeken wat ons betreft niet meer dan een 3 waard.

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Anlage - etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Katalogbilder entsprechen nicht mehr ganz der Realität. Wir hatten einen Deluxe Bungalow und waren bis auf den Wasserdruck beim Duschen. Das komplette Personal ist immer sehr freundlich. Wer kein Liegenreservierer ist, hat nach halb 10 kaum ne Chance, noch ne Liege am Strand zu bekommen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Alles Super Naomi vom Empfang macht einen super Job es war alles perfekt! Gerne wieder.

Helt klart riktigt bra ligger lite enskild, lugn och ro. mycket god och billig mat på små resturanger på vägen upp

Leider ist das Resort sehr angewohnt und nicht sauber. Am Pool findet man Müll(Dosen, Strohhalme, Zigaretten und Joint Stummel) ebenso am Strand. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, aber leider ist das Bad nicht sauber gewesen. Es gibt kein warmes Wasser und der Wasserdruck ist sehr schwach. Lange Haare sind kaum zu waschen. Abends bietet das Restaurant im Hotel kein Essen an. Das Frühstück ist jedoch Abwechselungsreich.

Freundliches Personal, Grosser Bungalow, allerdings im Bad keine Ablagen, kaum Wasserlauf, schon älter. Gehwege-Stolperfallen. Sehr abseits gelegen, aber Restaurants u Massargen auf Strasse u Fussläufig zu erreichen. Sonst Taxi. Strand ganz nett. Für kleines Geld halt Urlaub.

Un cadre verdoyant et belle pratique

Un bel ensemble de bungalow dans un joli cadre luxuriant très bien entretenu et au calme ! Du coups pas grand chose aux alentours mais avec une mobylette on est proche de l'animation. Belle plage mais a déconseiller pour les enfants car très vite profond. Face à l'hôtel, une mini boutique avec une dame très sympa pour louer une mobylette ou prendre les billets pour les autres îles.

Charmant, un jardin magnifique dans un bel endroit calme. Personnel au top de compétence et de gentillesse. Les bungalows sont vastes et confortables.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier, dann ging es weiter nach Koh Tao. Empfang sehr nett, gute Lage, nettes Personal. Wir hatten ein einfaches Zimmer, das schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Sauber und ordentlich! Es gab aber auch Bungalows. Die Gartenanlage, Pool, Strand sehr gepflegt, Wir wären länger geblieben!

Dauerthema deutscher Urlauber ist ja die Sonnenliegenfrage. Hier war die Anzahl am Strand leider etwas knapp und die überwiegend deutschen Touristen haben ab den frühen Morgenstunden schamlos reserviert.

Mega schönes Hotel! Sehr freundlich Personal, top Services. Das Hotel ist auch gut geeignet für Leute die nicht so gut englisch sprechen, der Manager kann deutsch.

Abgelegen aber toller Strand

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind nichts besonderes, aber für den Preis Top! Einzig die Dusche gehört mal renoviert. Aber sonst war alles super. Der Strand war unserer Ansicht nach der Schönste auf Koh Samui. Das Hotel ist perfekt für Leute die Ruhe suchen und Lärm und Menschenmassen vermeiden möchten. Wer das sucht, ist in Chaweng richtig. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es einige gute Restaurants. Auch ein kleines Geschäft ist in 5Minuten erreichbar.

Alles hat gestimmt ☀️

Das Pinnacle resort ist ein tolles Hotel, direkt gelegen an einem super Strand. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Zimmer Service top. Für 3 Sterne kann man nicht erwarten.

Nettes Strandhotel für Leute die Ruhe suchen.

...für uns als Urlaubsabschluss, bevor es von Koh Samui über Bangkok nach Hause ging. Nochmal verwöhnen lassen mit Massagen und Thai- B.B.Q. direkt am Strand.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cet hotel du 10 au 25 mars 2018 et ce dans un bungalow vue sur mer . A ce titre je tiens à remercier le directeur actuel Mr DRAUMANN Joakim qui a fait tout son possible pour nous attribuer le bungalow que nous avions l’habitude d’occuper, en effet c’est la 4 ème fois que nous allons dans cet établissement et toujours dans le même bungalow . Que vous dire du personnel ? Il est toujours souriant et toujours prêt à rendre service . Les petits déjeuners sont très corrects . Quand au directeur c’est un homme tout sourire qui s’implique vraiment dans son activité .Par exemple un week end il a eu une perte de signal WIFI et il n’a pas hésité à nous donner d’autres codes de connexion . Autre exemple de sa gentillesse cette personne nous a offert les transferts aéroport/hotel aller+retour . Il ne se passait pas un jour sans qu’il vienne nous voir pour nous demander si tout allait comme on le souhaitait même quand il était occupé par une tache. L’établissement en lui-même est idéalement situé à l’écart du tumulte de Chaweng et si vous aimez le calme c’est là qu’il faut aller. Imaginez des bungalows noyés dans un long jardin tropical ( très bien entretenu quotidiennement ) qui donne sur la plage. Pour parler de la température de l’eau, elle est vraiment « bonne » et quand au nombre de baigneurs j’en ai compté 15 au maximum simultanément. Faites attention à la plage car la pente dans l’eau n’est pas du tout progressive et il y a un léger courant

Toller Strand und super Frühstücksbuffet

Ruhige Lage, sauberer toller Strand (zum Glück etwas grobkörnig, somit bekommt man bei Wind nicht alles in die Augen geweht), tolles Frühstücksbuffet, nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Leider sind um ca 10 Liegen zu wenig. Dies ist sehr schade, denn wenn um diese paar mehr wären, könnten auch bei Auslastung des Hotels (fast) alle Kunden eine finden. Es wäre auch toll , wenn im Sand ein paar Holzbretter als „Steg“ zum Meer angebracht wären...denn durch den grobkörnigen, heißen Sand bis zum Meer (und natürlich auch zurück) zu gelangen ist manchmal eine Challenge. Jedoch ist das vorwiegend österreichisch-deutsche Hotel wirklich empfehlenswert.

従業員のみなさん、本当に親切です。 ホテルは壁が薄いので、結構周りの音が聞こえますが問題なくなれると思います。 機器の故障でお湯が出なかったですが、それ以外は問題ありません。 もう少しゆっくりしたかったです。

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel direkt am Meer

Direkt am Meer gelegen, Strandliegen und Sonnenschirme inklusive, Pool und Zimmer sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt - würden jederzeit gerne wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

Schöne Zimmer, nettes Personal und Strand OK

Beim Ankommen wurden wir sehr nett empfangen und fühlten uns gleich wohl. Die Zimmer (Standard Bungalow) sind ausreichend groß sauber. Sie werden täglich gereinigt. Wir hatten nur mit Frühstücksbuffett und das war ganz gut. Lediglich die Abwechslung hat etwas gefehlt. Aus meiner Sicht könnten auch noch mehr Thailand typische Dinge zum Frühstück serviert werden. Der Strand hat sehr grobkörnigen Sand und das Wasser war leider während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr trüb. Von Vorteil ist allerdings, dass hier relativ wenige Verkäufer unterwegs sind und ausreichend Liegen mit Sonnenschirmen zur Verfügung stehen. Das Personal war immer freundlich. Egal ob Gärtner, Küchenmitarbeiter oder am Empfang. Alle hatten stets ein Lächeln parat, haben nett gegrüßt und standen mit Ratschlägen zur Seite. In der Straße in der das Hotel liegt gibt es einige Restaurants die sehr gut sind. Besonders zu empfehlen ist aus unserer Erfahrung "MyPlace" für leckeres Thaiessen.

Hotel für 3Nächte

Schöner Pool und schöner Strand, es ist ruhig. Hotelzimmer sind etwas altmodisch, jedoch ok. Personal ist freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum, jedoch gut erreichbar zu Fuss..

Schönes Hotel am Strand

Ein schönes Hotel direkt am Maenam Strand gelegen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer gebucht, also keinen eigenen Bungalow. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, vor allem das Bad und man hat einen sehr großen Balkon. Die Sauberkeit war auch sehr gut, man hat im Bad Pflegeprodukte und sogar Zahnbürsten, Rasierer usw. Die Einrichtung ist tatsächlich nicht mehr die neueste, aber es war alles sauber und nichts kaputt, sodass man sich trotzdem wohl fühlen konnte. Von den benachbarten Zimmern hat man nichts gehört und auch nicht, wenn jemand auf dem Gang zum Zimmer gegangen ist. Das Frühstück ist absolut in Ordnung, es gab für uns genügend Auswahl. das hoteleigene Restaurant haben wir nicht ausprobiert, dafür war es uns zu teuer. Dort war am Abend auch immer nicht viel los. Wir sind lieber in die 50 m entfernte Strandbar gegangen. Am Strand gibt es vom Hotel Liegen, die allerdings jetzt in der Nebensaison an manchen Tagen etwas knapp waren. Der Strand ist eher feiner Kieselstrand, man findet dort keinen weißen feinen Sand. Der Pool ist auch direkt am Strand gelegen, sodass man auch vom Pool einen schönen Blick aufs Meer genießen kann. Wirklich zu empfehlen ist der kleine Laden direkt gegenüber vom Hotel. Dort kann man zum einen Roller mieten- haben wir gemacht, absolut keine Probleme - und man kann dort auch Touren buchen. Die Frau, die den Laden betreibt ist super super lieb und so herzlich. Sie freut sich selbst am meisten, wenn sie Rabatt auf Touren geben kann.

das hotel ist in mae nam direkt am strand. es gibt nicht viele strandverkäufer und man kann sehr gut entspannen. aussenrum gibt es einige massage salons und restaurants. in mae nam selbst ist nicht so viel los und taxis sind meiner meinung nach für thailand überteuert. der strand ist eher grobkörnig. das meer ist aber ruhig und gut zum baden. das frühstück ist lecker und die auswahl ist in ordnung, es gibt aber jeden tag das gleiche. die mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und sprechen meistens gut englisch. das hotel ist außerdem hundefreundlich (es werden spenden für dcrs gesammelt und die hunde am strand werden nicht vergiftet (was leider manche hotels tun!!)) sehr erfreulich! das spa hat angemessene preise, direkt am strand ist es etwas günstiger. etwas negativ ist, dass der pool etwas mehr chlor vertragen könnte, da er dank der ganzen sonnencreme doch etwas trüb war. ansonsten preislich echt ok und man kann sich gut erholen!

Hotel near the beach

We stayed there 4 nights. The garden is very nice and stressless. The staff at the reception is kind. The room is okay. It is an old resort and we had been in the hotel.,but there had been no lift and we had been in the second floor.Our suitcases had been very heavy. But they helped us. In the restaurant the food had been expensive, we had at midday when we arrived. The hotel is very loneless. So you need a taxi to come anywhere.We found a very good restaurant nearby outside.

weg vom Standard Bungalow

Wir hatten ein Standard Bungalow gebucht. In der ersten Nacht haben wir bemerkt wie laut die Klimaanlage ist und das sie nicht normal läuft. Sie war extrem laut und hinter den nicht zu verschließbaren Badfenstern angebracht. Danach haben wir in ein Superior B Bungalow gewechselt. Da war zwar unsere Klimaanlage besser angeordnet, jedoch die vom Nachbarn war wieder in der Nähe der Badfenster, die prinzipiell keine Glasscheiben haben, sondern nur ein Insektenschutznetz. Wir waren der Meinung dass die KLimaanlage des Nachbarn auch defekt war, denn sie hat beim Anspringen sehr laute Geräusche von sich gegeben und da sie anscheinend auf Automatik lief ist sie fast jede halbe stunde in der Nacht angesprungen und hat uns geweckt. Ich würde eher mehr Geld ausgeben und in ein 4/5 Sterne Hotel, wo es ruhiger ist. Im Hotel sind hauptsächlich Deutsche. Wasserqualität ok. Sehr trüb.

Top. Sehr schöne bepflanzte Anlage. Standard Bungalow typisch Thai eingerichtet - dunkles Holz. Bad sehr groß, Dusche begehbar.

ruhiges Hotel

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön als letztes Hotel bei diesem Strandabschnitt. Es gab keinen Willkommensdrink.Wir hatten einen traumhaften Bungalow mit Blick zum Pool und Meer - herrlich! Die Räume waren angenehm von der Größe her mit einer begehbaren Garderobe. Alles war sauber und das Zimmerpersonal sehr diskret und freundlich. Beim Frühstück haben wir uns nicht so wohl gefühlt, wir sind da Personalmäßig, schon freundlicher bedient worden. Das Frühstück selber war nicht sehr abwechslungsreich aber gut. Die Massagen direkt im Hotel haben wir genützt und waren sehr zufrieden. Wenn man hinaus geht hat man genug Möglichkeiten gut und sehr günstig zu Essen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem wirklich netten Hotel, so wie wir es wollen. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.
