Beautiful resort in Hue. Staff were well trained…every single member greeted us with “Xin Chao” ..felt very welcome. Breakfast was great with lots of choices and dinner was also very good with a surprisingly expansive wine list. We stayed at their sister property called Vedanā Lagoon Resort as well..also highly recommend.

Pilgrimage Village offered a beautiful and restful retreat, with excellent spa services and meals. It was close to temples and the countryside and with easy access to downtown Hue.

Staff was attentive for the living area.

Lovely peaceful hotel

Beautiful oasis!

Beautiful oasis in the middle of Hue. Travelled to celebrate brother birthday and awesome upgrade to bungalow overlooking the pool and little birthday cake on arrival! Had to cut stay short for changing plans but wished could have stayed longer! Thanks Thanh for everything! Kane & Corey

A beautiful hotel and setting. The staff were so kind and helpful and the food and spa were amazing!

Our favourite place. Staff are friendly, breakfast best in Vietnam, shuttle into town if you want. Dining options nearby. Only place I can truly relax & not feel compelled to "go out". Fourth visit - will be back.

We truly enjoyed staying at this hotel! The property itself is stunning, pool and spa enticing, and the room was beautiful. The hotel staff were super friendly and they made sure we were enjoying our stay. The hospitality was simply amazing. We’d love to come back and stay here again!

Relaxing and peaceful environment close to Hue

We enjoyed staying in one of the poolside villas which offer lovely accommodation. Great facilities, including an excellent restaurant, spar and complementary morning yoga. The whole complex is very well looked after in amongst lovely gardens.

Beautiful resort hotel

This resort is very beautiful, the staff is available for any request and are very accommodating. The rooms are large and comfortable and bathrooms have everything you need. You barely needs to unpack your toiletries.

Great hotel to stay in for a couple of nights of luxury and peace and quiet away from hustle of the city

We have loved our stay at Pigrimage Village. The service and staff have been amazing. Great selection for breakfast and large menu for lunch and dinner options. We used the shuttle bus which was great for getting in and out of the city. Would definitely recommend using the spa. Big swimming pools which we have had to ourselves a lot of the time. Overall a relaxing peaceful resort with great facilities and staff. Would love to come back one day. Will be hard to beat.

Customer service is the best in my experience.

Great staff beautiful property delicious food

We enjoyed the accommodation adjustment from the staff. The resort and its amenties are superb and i recommend them. Definitely a nice place to relax and enjpy the scenes around Hue.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pilgrimage village. Breakfast is truly excellent. Buffet dinner is good but quite overpriced. There is a wonderful family run restaurant directly across the road. Complimentary massages were much appreciated and really good. Free personal laundry is great and very quick. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to come again.

Really big pool lovely rooms with greenery all around lovely breakfestin separate building adjacent to trees and large lily ponds. Best place to stay but a bit outside hue itself so had to rely on taxi but only 2-3 pounds

We were excited to visit the hotel as part of our honeymoon, we had read many rave reviews and were looking forward to relaxing. On arrival, we were greeted with a cool drink and tapioca dessert. They offered us an upgrade to a villa room for a fee. The villa looked out on to a private pool area and was located at the far corner of the hotel. The grounds of the hotel are incredibly well kept and enjoyable to go for a walk around. We found that the spa was overpriced compared to vendors outside the hotel, so did not choose to upgrade. The sauna, steam room and jacuzzi are not included in the room fee, only if you have a full body treatment at the spa. The pools were quite warm and we only used it once during our stay as we felt they weren't an ideal temperature to cool off. However, many guests were enjoying them during their stay. The service was friendly throughout our stay. Overall, we liked our stay and would consider returning on our next trip.

The Pilgrimage Village Is Truly A Beautiful Hotel, Set In A Tropical Garden This Resort Although in A City You'll Feel That Your In a Jungle The 3 Pools Are Beautiful Especially The Swim Up Bar In The Slope Pool.. The Rooms Are Huge Clean And Offer Privacy But Its The Wonderful Staff Especially The Hotel Manager Mrs Ah She Made Our Stay So Wonderful I Can't Thank Her Enough And Will Return Next Year For My 3rd Visit..

Property was beautiful, peaceful and green. Rooms very spacious, immaculate and well-appointed. Staff friendly and very professional. Could not have asked for more. It is an easy shuttle bus (free) or taxi trip from central areas and I would not choose anywhere else in future.

The resort is beautiful but is beginning to show signs of aging. It was unfortunate that a large group was also staying at the resort dominating the facilities, such as the pool side setting and dining experience. What was supposed to be a zen and peaceful environment felt more like a regular resort in a regular beachside town.

The pool areas were lovely ... it was a bit odd for every single person working there to shout out Xin Ciao everytime you walked past but everyone was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that the hotel made an effort with eco friendliness with refillable water and non single use amenities... it was very thoughtfully laid out and a lovely place to relax after the hustle of Hue and other towns

Pilgrimage village upgrade my room to the traditional pool house, to avoid noisy from karaoke. This is very professional bussiness. Thank you for your thoughtful. Will come back next year with friends.

We loved our stay at Pilgrimage Village. We stayed here for 3 nights but could have stayed 1 month, it was so wonderful. The staff, especially Ms Hông Trang and Ms Thuy Trang, and the staff at the bar - were so kind, helpful and accommodating. Pilgrimage Village is beyond relaxing, the pools are fantastic and should be rated 5 stars for service and the ambience. The rooms are beautiful and cosy, with a super comfy bed. We recommend staying at least a few nights- there are several amazing sites to see around Hue and the food in Hue is incredible. For some reason if you can’t make it to the restaurants/ markets in town the restaurant at Pilgrimage Village is exceptional too. start with the Banh Beo <3 Oh BTW the bar staff make the BEST mojitos.

We had a beautiful, restful stay at Pilgrimage Village. All the staff were very friendly and we had amazing treatments at the spa. A very peaceful place to stay.

we found underwear from the previous guest in the room. You don't have to be in a rush to eat at their restaurant. Also, there are cigarette smells in their car services to the airport.

They made a surprise for my wife with nice decorations and a cake. The room is nice and clean. Buffet breakfast has a good varieties. I and my wife also have a good time at the spa as well. Friendly staffs and skills masseurs.

This was a beautiful and peaceful property, with wonderful staff. We got room upgrade to private villa in front if the secluded pool, it was very relaxing. The massage at the beautiful spa and afternoon cocktail were beyond our expectations! And we loved complementary yoga! Also it was convenient to have free shuttle into town although it would be nice if it ran mire than 3 times a day. Morning breakfast was excellent and they really helped to make sure there were vegan options for us during breakfast and cocktail hour. Also there is a nice vegan restaurant across the street where we went for dinner. The only issue we had was that both treadmills in the gym didn’t work well, they kept stopping after 5 min of running with error message, so hope the property can fix this, otherwise absolutely wonderful stay and we would definitely come back and recommend to others!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is not too far from the city center and the royal tombs. The room was decent and the ambiance was great. Staffs were friendly and can be trained better. We also loved the foods here.

We had a wonderful stay here, unfortunately cut short by typhoon. The hotel was beautiful, the pool exquisite, food was good and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The staff helped us leave Hue and reimbursed us for the night we could not stay. The daily massages were a real treat and made such a difference to our stay. We loved our stay here.

A gem of a place. Relaxing and luxurious

Amazing gem of a place near Hue. We absolutely loved this hotel. We had booked a villa with pool access and it was amazing. A huge room with the most enormous ( and high) bed ! You have your own veranda with loungers and chairs and then directly around the pool. The direct access villas have a separate pool to the larger ‘ slope’ pool and it’s quite and lovely- just don’t expect it to be cool with the Vietnam heat. Staff are very friendly and cannot do enough to help you. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and the breakfast was just gorgeous. I have no idea where they source or bake the bread but it was so soft and fresh. It’s a great international cuisine and choices with attentive staff Spa treatments - wow amazing. The head massage is lovely. Well run with a great team we took advantage and had multiple massages. Professional. Clean. Relaxing. The hotel is set amongst the greenery and a perfect get away. They come and Light aromatherapy burners to minimise bugs and spray the resort. Despite being in such a lush green area we were bitten less here than the last 4 weeks ! Each night you get a little story on Vietnamese folklore. Very cute. Happy to arrange transfers for you and we had an amazing drive to Da Nang A really luxurious place to chill and be spoilt. I could have stayed much longer then 4 days.

Relaxing spacious hotel

The hotel was a relaxing oasis. We were upgraded to a large triple room. We enjoyed the breakfast, jacuzzi, sauna, and had two good massages. The beds were very comfortable and the hot water was hot. The restaurant had a menu that catered well to kids and the Vietnamese dishes were very delicious. The down side was the coffee....for 79,000VND I would expect very good Vietnamese coffee. The other let down was the wine available by the glass. The cocktail menu could also use a upgrade. We will come back though. It was great value for money and the pools were lovely.

Peaceful retreat

This hotel was part of a three month trip to Asia. We enjoyed being out of town a little away from the madness. I loved the hotel. We had a room next to the private pool that was shared by only eight other rooms. The spa was beautiful but the massage was just OK. The staff was fantastic the manager went Out of her way to make sure everything was to our liking.

Really nice property -- it is only two story and spread out over a much wider footprint than the typical high rise hotels in vietnam. Spa and breakfast buffet were very good. The new Year's Eve buffet was truly amazing. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

So professionally managed with well trained and charming staff

The staff and facilities at Pilgramage Village Hue were top notch. I would highly recommend staying here at the people are very honest and helpful, the building immaculately clean and beautiful, and the experience was a delight. Their breakfast was delicious, included local and western cuisine, and had a great variety to make everyone happy. I only stayed here one night and wish to come back soon.

From the beginning of our stay to the moment we set off waving our goodbyes to the wonderful staff everything was wonderful. Nothing, from the check-in process, room, pool, bar, restaurant, breakfast, room service to the rolled up bedtime story left on our pillow every night could be faulted. Special mention must go to Cristy who was our point of contact for our stay. She was fantastic as were each and every other member of staff. If the management of the resort are reading this, you should be very proud of your staff

Beautiful hotel and fantastic staff

Top class service and beautiful rooms. We stayed in the quiet area - 10 bungalows located around their own 25m pool. The staff have gone out of their way to make sure our visit was memorable. Great spa treatments too - we have visited a few times and the staff have been highly skilled and attentive, leaving us feeling extremely pampered! The hotel is a taxi ride out from town (or free shuttle bus), making is a relaxing haven. Loving it here!

The Pilgrimage Village was one of the most delightful places we have ever stayed. The service was amazing with staff who were exceptionally polite and helpful, we left some belongings behind and the resort arranged to have them sent the same day to our next hotel. The resort is beautiful in every respect - an oasis with a tranquil atmosphere. We would absolutely recommend a stay at this property and intend to return when we come back to Vietnam.

Stayed here for 2nights. Staffs are very friendly and polite. Facilities are well maintained and clean. It's amazing you can have such a great hospitality in Hue city with this decent price. Some of staffs might need to improve their English skill though, good enough to enjoy most of activities; day-trip tours or spa inside. Personally recommend to try their pool inside.

Beautiful and peaceful resort

It is a very beautiful and peaceful resort. I liked everything because the room is spacious and has balconies. All the staff are kind and the swimming pool is very wide and it feels like healing in the jungle. It's just that the water pressure in the bathroom shower is weak, and sometimes the red water comes out as if it's under construction. Overall, I was very satisfied and would like to stay again.

This hotel was our favourite in Vietnam. We loved the well maintained tropical gardens, the beautiful, massive swimming pool and the gym. Free yoga and Tai Chi classes in the morning added to put experience. The free foot massage was a real treat. Breakfast was really good too! Added bonus was great value family restaurant called Eco just over the road.

All very good - an oasis out of the bussle of Hue. The food and drink prices are expensive - but there is a convenience store opposite the hotel that you can buy all your drinks from at 15% of the hotel prices! Will also do all your laundry for $2!

Service is good...naturr is good...but near is nothing

Really very good and very nice. Best resort we have seen in a long time. Only con was that the dinner buffet is a bit too pricey.

We have stayed at this property twice and both tie the service has been amazing. The staff are friendy, the sevice like I said is amazing and the property beautifull. Can't wait to visit Vietnam again and stay longer at the Pilgrimage village in Hue.

Pure bliss, heaven on earth.

This was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed in and just didn’t want to leave. The Village was so peaceful and serene, the facilities are outstanding and the room was better than we could have imagined. So comfortable, spacious and clean. We loved that the resort prides itself on sustainability and being eco friendly. The restaurant and spa were also very very good, the staff were all so friendly and very accommodating. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice grounds. Nice staff. Pretty room. Only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom floor got all wet every time you showered.

The deputy manager Romela sent us to message to check when we will be arriving, efficient as our rooms were ready on arrival. The place is a haven from the traffic and city bustle, with the pool,spa and various taichi and yoga classes being the highlight. I thought for what we paid, we got serious value for money and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone. The kids didn't want to leave!

Nice place but too noisy

The place overall is nice, the pool is beautiful, in the greenery. Good spa but pricey. Food is nothing special and pricey. The worst thing is that I was awake at 5 am because the resort is on a main road so you can hear buses, horns and cars, definitely if go to a resort I want to get relaxed but I couldn’t sleep because of the noise and this is not good

Romela was assigned to me as a personal representative, and she was fantastic at advising me on how to take advantage of the property’s facilities and services. Pools are enormous and great for distance swimming. Breakfast was excellent. Massage was best I received in Vietnam.

Very tranquil & serene setting, excellent breakfast, very helpful staff who offer a personalised service. The manager met us personally on arrival & departure to make sure we were taken care of. The hotel is located outside the main town with easy access via taxi which are available outside the hotel at a reasonable price & also a shuttle service from the hotel to the town at regular frequency. The hotel & the setting was perfect for our holiday.

Was pleasantly surprised to find we had been upgraded upon arriving to the hotel to a beautiful honeymoon cabin. Room was lovely and clean with beautiful attention to detail. Pool was incredible! Only downside was the meal in the restaurant on site was very overpriced and was unpleasant. Overall the hotel was a 5/5 with only a slight disappointment in the meal (this would not put me off visiting this hotel)

Nice amenities

This si an expansive resort with a lot great amenities (beautiful pool, sauna/jacuzzi, meditation yoga building). It is located a little out of town but not too far. The architecture is well designed and feels like soemthign from the past which pairs nicely with the vibe you find in Hue.

It is paradise just outside the busy city of Hue (free shuttles daily to and from town). The free bicycles were a nice amenity that allowed us to ride to the local tombs, a local attraction. This place offers a true sense of local Vietnamese culture and also the tourist options and attractions. We also stayed at the Vedana Lagoon resort (sister hotel). It is very remote but absolutely stunning with spacious seaside villas & a gorgeous infinity pool with world class views. Cristy & Romela at pilgrimage hotel were most helpful and accommodating as well as personable. Ni Na at Vedana was also very pleasant and welcoming. We look forward to booking these properties again in the future.

Wonderful place to stay

We all loved staying at The Pilgrimage. It was a great place to relax in a peaceful setting.

I’ve been to Sapa, Hanoi, HaLong Bay and now HoiAn. Pilgrimage Village was by far the best hotel/villa experience. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to the Honeymooners suite and so if I didn’t feel like I was on a honeymoon already given the ambiance, kind staff, hotel facilities, great food and cleanliness... I certainly felt like I was in perfection once I was in the suite. I truly did not want to leave and would definitely go back in a heart beat. Thank you to everyone in Pilgrimage for making it an unforgettable experience for me!
