Muy moderno. Limpio y muy bien ubicado. Tuvimos problemas con la conexión wifi y nos lo arreglaron muy rápido. Muy recomendable. Pagamos el parking porque es complicado aparcar por la zona. Se va caminando al telesilla el tarter fácilmente. Todo perfecto.

Lovely apartment close to lifts

Only a few mins walk to the ski lifts, nice clean and spacious 2 bedroom apartment with cook cooking facilities

Was allocated an apartment that was not the spec we payed for. Trying to change the apartment the next day proved very difficult because reception staff could not understand our needs. The change of apartment was achieved some 6 hours later. The kitchen (self catered) only had one saucepan and one baking tray but two frying panes to cook for 4 people. other than that the apartment was very good.

Everything was amazing, good apartment with all amenities you need it. The bed was the only negative point, need to be replace.

please change the way of check in.

we came after 22:00 . we didn't have no phone no. we can call. there was not manu people on the street to ask for help. after someone gave us your phone we called and recieved the code for collecting the key. after looking fir the room we realized it was not the same building of the safebox. It took us almost an hour to get to the room. please change the methood and give the guest phone number theu can call. thank in advance

Good location, nice apartment, some small issues

The chairlift is only a short walk away, which was very handy. There are also two rental shops nearby. The apartment was good overall, with a nice bathroom. However, it wasn't as clean as I'd like and the sofa had a couple of stains and hairs (including animal). They give you some cleaning supplies (washing up liquid, multi purpose cleaner, dishwasher tablets, cloths). I was told by reception that I'd have to take a bus to the nearest supermarket, 5km away. Only when I noticed someone walking with carrier bags did I realise that there was a convenience store a 5 minute walk away, which had everything I needed for the stay. It would have made sense to mention that, as well. I arrived early on the first day, so was hanging around, waiting for reception to open. After about 30 minutes, another guest came with a code to open a safe containing all the keys for arriving guests. I didn't receive a code, so it was a little frustrating to find out I could have avoided the wait. I recommend you ask for the code if you will be arriving before reception opens. The WiFi is free, but not very fast and gets worse in the evenings. Sometimes it takes several attempts to connect. Overall, however, I had a perfectly good stay and the skiing was excellent, which was the main thing.

Close to lift far to everything else!

Great apartment. Ski locker useful and large (its a room!). Bathrooms high quality with lots of hot water.

Close to ski lifts, but bad service.

The location to ski lifts depends on what block do you leave in. We've been in C, but closest is A and also there is the block right across the road from the parking which next to ski lifts. But right from the beginning the floor was dirty and under the beds were clouds of dirty staff. No any cleaning was within our 5 days stay. And we were obliged to carry out trash by ourself and make cleaning, that I is not normal for tho money and in the hotel at all.

Great Location and Residences

I rented a 2 bedroom/2 bath from this location and loved it. It is very spacious (especially for Europe) and the facilities are nice. The El Tarter Section Gondola and Lifts are a 5-10 min walk away. There is a nice bar at the bottom of the hill. The staff are very friendly and speak great English. For the price this is a tough hotel to beat. Be warned internet access is extra as is parking. Do not park out front as they ticket often. I would definitely stay here again. Also, some units have balconies or fireplaces and some have showers or tubs. TO ensure your request they make you pay a fee and you must call ahead.

Llegamos a las 20:00 para hacer el check-in y la recepción estaba cerrada, no cogían el teléfono y No me enviaron mail con instrucciones ni el código para entrar. El resto todo bien!

La literie était mauvise, après tout allait très bien

Bien, sauf la réception..

Lors de notre arrivée à 21h , la réceptionniste nous à même pas accueilli, elle nous voyait galérer devant la porte de l'accueil, mais non elle restait sur sa chaise. 5 minutes plus tard elle est sortie car cette dernière avait fini son service, nous lui avons posé des questions, comment récupérer les clés de l'appartement? Celle-ci nous a répondu de contacter le numéro de service... Au dernier moment elle nous a ouvert le coffre fort avec les clés de l'appartement nous les a donné et est parti s'en rien nous dire, ni l'appartement, ni quel bâtiment. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller seul, ce qui est vraiment abusé.. Ensuite à notre départ nous tombons sur la même réceptionniste qui nous demande une caution de 200 euros, bon d'accord mais à la fin du séjour je n'ai pas compris, sauf que nous avons été débité l'heure suivante. Encore une fois une erreur de sa part, normalement nous aurions pas dû être débité. Bref je conseille vivement à cet établissement de faire une mise à jour à cette employée qui n'est vraiment pas au point..

El piso estaba genial, pero la atención por parte de los trabajadores de recepción fue espectacular, y muy dispuesta. ¡Repetiremos sin duda!

Para mi gusto faltaria un trapo de.manos y alguna bolsa de basura de recambio, y quitar las telarañas de los techos por lo demas muy bie ya que tuvimos un problema con el sofá cama y nos lo cambiaron

Excelente alojamiento

La estancia ha sido muy bien, el apartamento muy limpio y contaba con todo lo necesario para pasar un finde. Lo único malo es la entrega de llaves, no está bien especificado el lugar donde recogerlas.

Not polite

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed in Andorra. I was promised an apartment with a view and I got one facing a wall although the place was half booked. They did not change our towels and after one week and when I asked for additional toilet paper (we were staying 4 people and only one roll). When I politely asked for a clean towel and check of the room I was told by the receptionist this was not her role. I cannot recommend this place to family and friends so don't book this place if you want a nice holidays day

No siempre llegas a la hora prevista

Llegamos un poco tarde de la hora y la recepcionista nos dio las llaves sin explicarnos casi nada. Con mucha prisa.

Très très inconfortable

Appartement très mal insonorisé et voitures qui passent devant jusqu’à 1 heure du matin. Literie horrible, nous avons dormi sur des ressorts tout notre séjour, on se lève plus fatigués que lorsqu’on se couche. Propreté à revoir. Ce qui est sûr c’est que nous ne reviendrons pas.

Mejorar colchones cama matrimonio.

El apartamento super bien, solo el colchón de la cama matrimonial muy duro.

Las fotos no correspondían en nada de nada con lo ofertado y comprado. Alquilé una plaza de garaje que luego resultó ocupada. Me dieron otra más pequeña y no entraba. Les importó un cacahuate!

Séjour

Parking payant 12€ par jour alors qu'il est très difficile de s'y garer. Places trop étroites, impossible de sortir ou d'entrer dans sa voiture si quelqu'un est garé à coté. Solution se garer dans la rue, payant également. Odeur de cuisine permanente dans l'immeuble. Immeuble bruyant

Magnífico en casi todos los aspectos

Magnífico apartamento en todos los aspectos, espacioso, cómodo, muy limpio y tranquilo, perfecto para pasar varios días. Repetiremos sin duda. El único 'pero'; le falta un poco de mantenimiento, una lámpara sin bombilla, un estante en mal estado en el frigorífico, alguna pieza rota o en mal estado ... por supuesto todo a consecuencia del mal uso o dejadez de algunos visitantes, pero son pequeños detalles que se ven. Otro pequeño 'pero'; la hora de salida a las 10 o las 11 ... es algo pronto ... Para el aparcamiento, fuera de temporada alta de esquí, se puede aparcar fácilmente en la calle frente al apartamento. Es de pago, pero son 3 EUR al día, 20 céntimos la hora. muy asequible. Imagino que en temporada alta será mucho más complicado aparcar.

TOP Appartement spacieux tout confort au calme

Tres bel appartement tout confort, grand avec 2 chambres et deux salles de bains, top !!! Garage sous l’immeuble très pratique. Environ 15 minutes de route du Pas de la Casa par le tunnel. Bel environnement pas bétonné, très œufs pour les pistes à 10 minutes à pied. Très bon séjour sans ski, COVID oblige ...

séjour agréable avec Pierre et Vacances

Nous avons été très content de notre séjour chez Pierre et Vacances. Appartement très propre,spacieux et calme. Pas trop loin d’Andorre la vieille environ 15 km. Juste le parking qui nous semble trop cher, 9€ par jour, nous nous sommes garés ailleurs mais compliqué! Nous avions une machine à laver, mais par contre pas du tout pratique pour étendre ce linge sur des fils au dessus de la baignoire, un étendage classique que l’on pourrait laisser dans l’entrée serait bcp plus pratique.

Lejligheden var slidt og beskidt, og levede ikke op til de finde billeder på nettet, Der var ikke gjort rent i køkkenet, håndgreb mv. var klisteret med madrester. Der lugtede surt på det ene badeværelse. Mærkeligt når der er så stor fokus hygiejne på grund af Covid-19.
