TravellerThe hotel canceled my reservation 5 hours before I arrived to the hotel when I asked why my reservation is canceled they claimed that because my name is Egyptian and I’m not American so they canceled my reservation. I can’t believe what I heard from the hotel. This is discrimination and I’m Egyptian/American. Yes I’m African American and I am proud to be Egyptian and American. I’m very disappointed of the owner of the hotel Mr. Kamel abu Aly and I think his Egyptian too. I have lost $700 For business air fair with Egypt Air.

The best resort I have ever stayed in! During checkin we mentioned that we were having a terrible day because our flight got delayed and basically missed out on a whole day at the resort and the receptionist upgraded us to the royal suite which was AMAZING! Beautiful room we did not want to leave. The whole property is just so beautiful and felt so serene.
