It’s beautiful hotel in a great area. Staff was lovely. Our room was perfect for the purpose and price.
Staff was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating! It was in the perfect spot with the Spanish steps being a mere 3 minute walk. Metro was also a quick 4 minute walk which takes you to the Vatican in two easy stops. Will stay here again!!
Location was great. Plenty of dining options on the same street where the property is located. The beds were comfortable and the staff were polite and pleasant!
Good price , nice surroundings
We stayed in this hotel 4 nights We enjoyed a lot our stay ! The room was ok , clean , And most of all the surrounding area was nice! The price was reasonable We shall come back
It was an ideal spot to stay one of my favorites!!
It's in a tourist area, but it's relatively quiet at night. A lot of dinning and shopping options. Close to major tourist attractions and walkable. High ceilings, big room, a bit old but cute. Friendly staff. Allowed us to do early check-in.
Will stay there next visit to Rome.
Liked everuthing
Super location, pretty close to everything in Rome. Friendly staff. I will definitely come back.
Rome sweet Rome
The reception staff, Pamela was very nice. Excellent location. Walking distance to everywhere. The bed was very comfortable, the room spacious, the bath room spacious and well equiped, but the lavatory clogged, it kept the dirty water for some time. The area was kind of noisy some times at night specially with the delivery of water boxes for restaurants. And one night al 1:00 am there was a lady walking al around with high heels on the floor above us. I think you should tell the guests to stay on first floor if carrying big suitcases instead of going up and then down again in that tiny elevator… because the room was located in another building.
It was a magical door in the wall, right in the center of shopping, restaurants and sights. Once inside, it was like a different world. Quiet, safe, staff was excellent. You locate the address, ring the buzzer for Piazza do Spagna Prestige. You enter and go up one flight of stairs or take the small 1-2 person lift. You enter another door which leads you to the office. Check in was a breeze. You are lead to a quad area which has a sitting area, fountain and pleasant landscape lighting, which is shared, but we never ran into anyone. You have your own private room and bathroom with hairdryer, shampoo, soap, towel warmer included. The room has a safe, closet, a refrigerator and coffee keurig. The beds are comfortable, extra linens available in closet. Staff connects with you via WhatsApp if you need anything at all. They’re so pleasant. You couldn’t hear the noise from the area outside at all, it really was like your own little oasis in the middle of everything you want to see and experience. We had an early flight out in the morning and Valentine was happy and able to secure a cab for us, for our pickup at 2:30am the night before. I will definitely be back. Stayed with another solo traveler in my party. May not be suitable for families as it is one room, one bathroom. But they may be able to book more than one room for your accommodations. Very safe and secure.
Hotel is so near to almost everything and the staff are so helpful. We were able to check in early. However, the toilet may benefit from more scrubbing.
Na
Good location. Although couldnt sleep. Bed Bugs. When I left after 3 nights....my body had no bites. But a week later all the bites appeared.
Central location
Wonderful, quaint gem of a hotel nestled close to the Spanish Stwps area. Makes you feel like a local to just walk out the door and follow the crowds!
Very comfortable room,
Comfort close to the Spanish Steps
The hotel is clean, comfortable and located only a short distance from the famous Spanish Steps. It seems to me that it was recently remodeled. All of the furniture was in very good condition. There are restaurants on the street outside the hotel which provide delicious food. The only negative thing was the noise at night. There is nothing the hotel can do about it...the restaurants are open late and there are sounds of music and people talking and the clatter of dishes until everything shuts down for the night. It took me one night to get used to it, and then I slept very well after that. There is a staircase leading to the rooms, but there is also a small elevator for those who need it. It would not be a good place to stay if you require a wheelchair. The wheelchair would not fit into the elevator. If I come back to Rome, I will stay there again.
The location was great but the property is a little run down. Fine for the price.
This is a small, boutique kind of hotel. The location is perfect, close to Spanish steps, shops, restaurants. Emma, the receptionist is very welcoming, attentive and helpful. The check in was very fast. The room is spacious and clean
In the middle of the action
You can’t beat this location. Very close to all the attraction
Great location!
Great location near the Spanish steps. Very central to everything. Excellent restaurants and shopping nearby. Very basic but quaint and clean.
Great location and friendly reception staff. Would definitely stay there again
Staff excellent Room too small (could be considered standard for that area) Will return to same property with larger room Location .. perfect for night life Water drains very slow tub/ shower Need larger coffee cups for coffee Other than espresso size No water ( again.. might not be standard for that area) Otherwise loved the staff and area and as I mentioned will return now we realize other rooms are if size
This was in a great location. Staff friendly. Clean and as advertised. Would stay again.
It is located in the perfect spot. 2 min walk from Metro and Spanish steps. The room location was such a delight to have a window with shutters to look onto the alley below you. Perfect Rome experience. Emma who works in the office is so helpful and friendly. It was so nice to have her to help us!
The property is in the middle of the busy area, close to almost all attractions. We walked everywhere. Super convenient! Check in staff was friendly. Cleaning was done nicely too. Room is quite dated. Surprisingly the noise from the street early at the night wasn’t bad. It was early morning cleaning, noise from next door and upstairs kept waking me up.
The staff was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Entrance and elevator outdated! There should be a warning You cannot get dropped off by car at the hotel. You have to walk about a block with luggage. Street is inaccessible to cars. I did like the location. The properties in the center Rome.
This property was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The room was very big. There was a lot of storage in the room. It was really well laid out. It was quiet. There was a lot of security. A very small elevator is available as well. Our room was right off the inner courtyard. It’s location is right in the heart of prime shopping area. Lots of things to do right around - and everything is very walkable. Emma was working the front desk when we would come in and out. She was just great. Super kind and helpful. Thank you for a beautiful stay. We would definitely stay again.
Everything was wonderful
The property doesn’t look like the pictures. The rooms are very old and the beds are not comfortable. The only good thing is the location.
A great location with helpful staff.
Beautiful clean hotel in a bustling area close to the Spanish steps. Second time staying there, highly recommend.
This hotel is pretty good for its price and location.
Staff was absent and the phone that is on the contacts didn’t answer and then they got upset at us the place can’t get cars closer so you have to walk with luggage on a uneven surface for about 2 blocks
Great location!!
Great stay. Pamela was fantastic!
Lovely property, wonderful staff, and a great location. Will stay here again.
Great stay
Great stay! Will come back!
The front desk hours are limited and the shower door leaks badly onto the floor !
This property is wonderful and in the midst of the authentic hustle and bustle off Italy. It felt like we were in a movie. Just magical! I read some of the other reviews and some mentioned that the property is loud. Honestly, there’s a lot of hustle and bustle on the street below, but what do you expect when you stay in the heart of Italy. We had absolutely no problems with noise since the air conditioning drowns out all of the street noise. It was an absolutely wonderful day. The staff Valentina and Emma were wonderful and very helpful.
It’s a wonderful place to stay and close to many attractions and restaurants. We loved that it was not a traditional hotel. Check in was a little confusing because of the two addresses but the staff helped us figure it out.
It’s a nice property a little confusing the lobby is in another building around the corner but aside from that I liked it
Great location, friendly staff and comfortable room. For anyone used to staying in big hotels the check in process is a bit different, just go in through the main entrance and up to the first floor to see the staff. Would definitely stay here again.
Pamela was really helpful and very kind.
Very nice clean good location .just little noisy from the restaurant downstairs.the windows are not sound insulated enough
Great location -our room was right off of the office so we heard the phone ringing and people knocking on the door which was not good. They also provided shampoo and body wash in little disposable packets. Bring your own. Everything else was fine besides that. Can’t emphasize how great the location was.
Beautiful area close to spanish steps and trevi fountain. Lots of restaurants/shops in this area. The property itself was very hard to find, thankful for the servers at the restaurant to help us find the right door. AC did not work in our room so it was fairly warm. Loved the touch of coffee machine in room. Overall very pleasant experience! Would stay here again!
The location is amazing, will be staying here next time I return to Rome
A nice place to stay in for individual traveller. I do not recommend for elderly people. The staff was nice A waking distance to a lot of the major cites. And to shopping area
I was placed in one of their annex locations around the corner from the main building. This actuality worked out better IMO because the main doir was sandwiched between two very busy restaurants. The room itself was spacious, water pressure excellent, very deep and long tub/shower combo. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. AC worked perfectly. Outlets were at the desk or you needed to unplug the bed lamp. Very safe, secure, and quiet. I will stay again in this location.
Nothing fancy. Location is great. Be careful after hours you need a key to get out of building. Don’t leave your keys in the room when you check out after hours. You will be locked in the building with no way out.
Great value and location, I’d stay again
Excellent location a few blocks from the Spanish Steps, shops and restaurants. Good size room, full bathroom, whimsical birdcage elevator to get upstairs, and a private entrance (green door right in the middle of restaurant outdoor seating) to enter. All for a fair price. My only critique is that the walls are not terribly soundproof- there was a guest next door who woke up each morning hacking up a lung to the point of vomiting, and it was a daily alarm clock. But likely just bad timing being next to this one guest because it was otherwise quiet.
We had a wonderful stay! Such a vibrant area and easy to walk around. Fantastic food right outside the door!
Great location right by Spanish Steps, lots of restaurants and gelato shops only steps away.
This is a fabulously located property, in the heart of the historic city. Highly recommend.
Location was great.
It’s in the heart of the Piazza di Spagna district. Great location to walk to all the major sites. It is right over one of the streets so there is restaurant noise but the windows were pretty thick so it wasn’t hard to fall asleep. Great room!
Very nice, clean, comfortable and quiet area and hotel. Nice staff.
Loved everything about the place. If I’m ever able to come back I will use them again.
This is not a typical hotel, but a very authentic small property experience. The door to the hotel is in between two out door restaurants. The taxi couldn't drive to the door and there is no sign so I wasn't sure where he was letting me off, and neither one of us could communicate with the other. A waiter at one of the restaurants was able to help. My wife lost a few items, make up and perfume so we guess the maid helped herself. We didn't say anything at the time thinnking that maybe it was misplaced in her luggage but after getting home a through such was conducted. She was able to replace the perfume at the duty free on the way home. I would stay there again just not have any room service.
This was an amazing location to walk around and has alot of dining options close by! It’s super close to the Spanish steps and trevi fountain! The staff were really friendly too! Only negative was that the elevator wasn’t working and we had to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs
Property itself was in a great location the hotel was very middle ground. It wasn’t very impressive but the overall location is what made the hotel worth it since it’s close to the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps
Property was in great location, lots of restaurants and shops on this street. Walking distance to Trevi, Spanish steps etc. Had nice clean room at front with Balcony. Coffee machine and kettle provided, and some lovely pastries to. Everything suited our needs for our stay. Would stay again, great location.
We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s steps away from Spagna station and the Spanish steps as well as shopping and local dining options. The hotel itself was clean and the bathroom was very spacious. They have a few rooms in the building that’s listed and another property just around the corner which is where we stayed but I preferred this one better. No concierge or receptionist but when I called, the receptionist came pretty quickly to check us in. Both buildings have elevators too. Highly recommend this accommodation!
convenient
Aufenthalt war 11. bis 15. April Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet
Rooms really need to be cleaned better. Inches of dust on wall and cobwebs hanging from ceiling. Not describes in ad that hotel room is in a different spot than where you check in. Upstairs apartment were extremely loud at all hours. No air conditioning.
Great
The room was excellent but very noisy because they dragged furniture upstairs
Great stay
Excellent apartment, friendly host. Location perfect, near Piazza di Spagna, in the walking distance to Spanish steps, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Venezia, fontana di Trevi! Would recommend!
The hotel service opens after 10 am. Otherwise it is closed. The hotel has 3 location.
best place to stay
it’s great spot. so clean and big close to everywhere by walk. only bad thing is there is no glass or ceramics cup in room.
It was a very comfortable room. Being so close to the center it was a little noisy. The neighbors played their tv everyday until 3:00 in the morning a little too loud.
I like the location as everything is walking distance specially for shopping and dining. The wifi doesn't work and even if it works,it's on and off and super slow with 1-5mbps.Though the receptionist who assist us during our check in was very helpful but her replacement, the receptionist on monday morning was kinda rude for yelling at us for not closing the door going downstairs bec she specifically followed us for few steps, yelled at us and slam the door.Really rude.
Affordable, comfortable and quirky
The set up is unusual as my room was in a different building to the main reception but Emma on reception explained things clearly and showed me to my room. The room had everything I needed in a compact fashion. Coffee machine and kettle were appreciated. Very comfy bed and pillows and mini fridge. Firesticj gives access to your steaming services. Would defo recommend.
Perfetto
Decent room and location. Nice to have coffee and pastry waiting in room. Only thing that could have been better was that wifi was poor, each othbour devices would show "connected without internet" every few minutes.
Great place but front desk ends at 8 pm
The receptionist was excellent and accommodating for a late check in very quiet and clean.
Nice, but make sure you know how to check in.
Didn’t know you had to check in at a different address than the room. They were phone numbers outside the room but nobody answered them so we have a difficult time getting into the room. We had to come back later and somebody that was staying there told us that we had to go to a different address to check in. She was very pleasant and said they sent us instructions on how to check in. However, when I went back to my emails there was nothing there about going to a different address to check in. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.
5 min walk from metro. Close to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and kinda middle between the Vatican and colosseum. Nice busy street - lots of difficult to find. Reception leaves at 8pm.
Super cute place in great location. Only lower star ranking for staff just because there wasn’t someone available during business hours. Most days we would go without seeing anyone. Which is fine if you don’t need anything but we had a couple instances we needed assistance and couldn’t get it. Otherwise beautiful place to stay.
Photos are very deceiving. Room was clean but very old furnishings and steps in many areas. Elevator was tiny. Check-in was awkward because the employee/owner was not in the premises when we arrived. Property is somewhat hard to locate because it is inside a building on the 2nd floor-other businesses occupy remaining floors.

Tutto perfetto , posizione ottima , stanza perfetta e pulita , molto confortevole , personale gentile e disponibile
We loved this place, Allesandro was awesome. Impeccably clean, beautiful and comfy!!!
A short stay in Rome.
Location was excellent! Cleanliness was lacking. The whole place needs a good cleaning. Gross mold in bathroom. The bathroom fan is soooo dirty. There needs to be a thorough dusting everywhere. Staff was good to deal with.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff was excellent!
Cool place. A little tricky for us to find the check-in area but the staff person was texting me to help us. We stayed in three (3) hotels during our trip to Italy and this was the only one that we felt shielded from street noise. Would stay here again!!!
Everyone was friendly, comfortable, bed bigger than expected. Great shower. Fyi, saturday morning trash collection starts at 4am and continues all morning 😜
Excellent location right by the Spanish Steps. Walkable everywhere, easy check in, big room, comfortable bed and full size shower… lucky find! Would stay here again
The place is fine. Being in a walking area makes it a bit challenging. On site staff is extremely limited for check in and assistance.
Super friendly and helpful staff! Arranged a ride to the airport at 5am for me and suggested good restaurants around the area. They also kept my luggage before check in time when I had to get to a tour. Would stay again!
We loved our stay. Afraid we found it difficult to locate originally. Small plaque outside. We were looking for a larger sign. Hotel with the same name minus the word Prestige around the corner. Staff helpful. A few minutes from the Spanish Steps. Very close to the Spagna Metro Station on the A line. Noisy down below on the street(restaurants), but close the shutters, then silence. We loved the location. Very clean. A great find!
