Comfortable and clean strange access system

Clean and comfortable stay. Extremely strange door access system, I wouldn’t recommend for anyone who doesn’t have a smart phone or anyone who doesn’t have EU roaming, as you have to call a number every time you want to get access to the flat. Theres no key or anything and although it said check in until 10pm, there was no one on site to help us at any point. You have to email or WhatsApp a photo of your ID ahead of time before they will enable your ability to access the flat via the phone number. It took 20 mins for us to get hold of anyone on the phone to help us out.

Staff are helpful. Clean smart apartments. It’s keyless so you need to ring a certain number each time to get in (automated system). McDonald’s is literally next to it and then shopping mall and grocery shops in walking distance. Overall quite happy

Cozy little accomadation. Fit my needs.

Pleasant stay in the apartment, the check-in was behind schedule by around 1 hour which was a shame but not the end of the world. Adequate facilities for a short stay, only downside was that it was very noisy on the street/river facing side. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable to sit on and the low ceiling can get a bit tricky at times if you're a taller individual! Would recommend staying here if you have a couple nights in the area.

Great location, clean and roomy

Noisy place, but good overall

A comfy, clean bed. Functional AC was a life saver. Clean apartment overall. Great WiFi and amenities. Service could be improved, it seems they don’t read emails. Be ready to make phone calls. Noise problems. You can hear your neighbours behind the wall very well. There’s a McDonalds parking lot right outside, many folks playing loud music in their cars until late AM hours. And, of course, the street outside, Karalius Mindaugas street, is a racing track in Kaunas at night, expect a lot of noise.

Recommend for a city break

Very comfortable, clean, good location

The property was nice and clean. Person at the lobby was friendly and helpful. We stayed there 5 nights. The only thing is that we didn't receive room service even once during our stay. Second day I met the cleaning lady and let her know that we are running out of toilet paper. She said she will bring some. When we came back that night there was no room service done nor toilet paper. Everything was great except the room service.

Beautiful old building & lovely room! Very nice staff member Arvydas helped us check in, as the telephone code system was quite stressful for two 65 aged travellers. Unfortunately the presidential suite was right next door to McDonalds, which must be the local hangout for all young people in Kaunas all night long ... and it wasn't even a weekend 🙉

Cosy and great value

I booked the smallest room available. It’s a box room but quite cozy and en-suite. It’s got lovely air conditioning and a TV. No other amenities. The bedding was very clean and comfortable. Overall good value for money for one person for a few days.

Cute little place, very clean, great for single travelers. No elevator so keep that in mind. Very close to old town, everything is in walking distance.

Nice room with lots of electrical plugs and a good bed. Kitschy fun with the angled roof but tall people be warned.

Great location In Kaunas

Was just a overnight stopover but very good please to stay 5 mins walk to Bars and Restaurant. Well equipped apartment. Downside was booking in arrived after 17:00 had to do all by phone good job my wife speaks Lithuania or could have been a hassle. Also payed for a river view and didn’t get couldn’t be bothered to argue as had driven for 12 hours and just wanted food and rest,

Amazing place!

Everything was amazing! Apartaments staff was very friendly and once I called or emailed them - received answers very fast! Kitchen well equipped, bathroom too! Everything was clean and I literally felt like home. :) Location is very great too, its easy to access everything and if you are very very very hungry - mcdonald is on the right ( literally 20 metres ) Security is great too, you can open the doors by calling given phone number - no human interaction needed ( and I am really anxious so its really great ) So yeah, overall everything was really amazing. Thank you guys! Recommended!

Felt like home:)

Amazing! The apartment came with everything you might need for your stay including air con. The bed was very comfortable. The decor was modern and the view of the river was gorgeous. Building itself is quiet perfect for families and has a restaurant downstairs which serves really good food, don’t even need to leave the building! Location is ideal, close to the city centre where you can find more restaurants and do some shopping. Close to public transport if you need to venture out. Felt like home! Will come back to visit on my next trip. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Really great place to stay for vegans/vegetarians who are limited with food options in restaurants and are use to cook themselves :) Really cozy room, just doors were 'vibrating' when somebody from other rooms were lesving or voming back..., so i put some paper while closing the doors in order to minimize sounds; and unfortunately floor was not properly cleaned (with hair and some food leftovers). Also pillows were terrible for sleeping - too big and hard, not actually sleeping pillows, nevertheless i am fine to sleep without pillows. So was manageable. Very comfortable with check in --> my flight was at night,so i did e-checkin. Super handy and friendly service!

Apartment in a very strategic location.

The apartment is located at a very good location for going sightseeing. You have both walking distance to the castle and old town parts but at the same time pretty close also to the main avenue. Now on to the apartment itself. Had number 38 that is right beside the reception (that is on the 3rd floor). It's pretty small, but enough for staying a few nights. The room is pretty good in terms of standard, but it can also be a bit better since furniture had marks on them and looked used. A plus is that you have a washing machine and kitchen besides the normal amenities. One of the biggest problems we had with the apartment is the noise and that it gets really hot. Noise is mainly from the traffic that goes on the big roads just utside. So if you stay here then have a room on the parking side. About the parking, then they have 5 spots on the backside of the building. But they cost 10€ per day, you also have street parking nearby but it costs 15€ per day (08:00-20:00). A well known resturant is also in the same building on the ground level. Didn't personally go there but have heard that it's a very good restaurant on the higher price range.

Siisti ja mukava asunto. Ohjeet saattavat kuulostaa monimutkaisilta, mutta käytännössä kaikki sujuu helposti. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. Parkkipaikkoja oli hyvin ympäristössä. Ulkoa ei pahemmin kuulunut meteliä asuntoon, eli sai olla rauhassa. Miinus, että ulkoa saattaa tulla pahaa hajua, jos sataa (eli kannattaa pitää ikkunat kiinni sateen jälkeen/aikana). Asunnossa ei myöskään ole roskapönttöä.

Recommended place, very nice, clean, affordable, welcoming and to the point. I’ve been to other more expensive options in town before, but this one is great and good enough, especially for quick work travels

Room was clean and nice, but traffic sounds was loud. Parking was good in a private area 7€. Staff was friendly when guide us in.

Plussaa siististä ja modernista majoituspaikasta. Sijainti oli hyvä. Pyykinpesumahdollisuus hyvä lisä. Miinusta pysäköintiohjeistuksesta, hieman epäselvä eikä maksutonta löytynyt lainkaan. Vilkkaan tien äänet kuului melko selkeästi huoneeseen. Tyynyt olivat kehnot, vain yksi tyyny, joka oli melko littana. Hieman vaikeuksia oli saada ohjeistukset, kuinka huoneisiin saa tarvittavat koodit yms.

Hotel advertises sofabed and we needed two beds. We got some sort floor matress, which had a lot of hair and dust in it. Also hotel is next to busy street so there was lot of noises. Hotel did not answer our messages about floor matress. We needed to book another hotel to move and therefore could not stay together. We Will not go to this place again.

部屋は狭いが、タオル、暖房、wifiなどしっかりと整備され、綺麗。部屋の鍵が、スマホからの通話で開くので、データsimは使えないのが、難点。管理人がいる時間だったから助かった

Siisti ja kohtalaisen hyvin varusteltu, hieman ahtaasti sänky ja tv aseteltu mutta muuten yritetty saada toimiva huone. Wc tila oli hyvä.

Hotellihuone oli siisti ja kaikki näytti uudelta. Varustelu oli hyvä; kuivaava pyykinpesukone, iso tv, tilava jääkaappi ja kaikkea mitä keksimme tarvita. Sijainti oli myös loistava, tykkäämme kävellä paljon ja siitä pääsi näppärästi mm. bussiasemalle, Akropolis-kauppakeskukseen tai vanhaan kaupunkiin. Ainut miinus tulee isoista hämähäkeistä, joita vilisi hotellin ulkoseinässä ja sisääntulossa. Ne sai matkaseuralaisen kauhun valtaan :)

Fik desværre et af de meget små værelser..... Der var ingen parkering, som der stod da jeg bookede, og det er et problem, når man rejser på MC. Men alt er nyt. Der er ingen elevator.
