Very nice and clean hotel. Front desk staff helped us get a taxi to go to the bus terminal Hanoi. She even called Interbus Line to ensure they will wait for us. Highly recommended!!!

Room was good although had a few signs of wear and tear. Staff were awesome and breakfast was great! Laundry service was super fast! Great deal!

Unfriendly and very dirty. We planned 4 nights but left after the 1st night. Wont recommend this place

Great views and location

Great location, seconds to main streets in town, and good for everything, good views of mountains, staff polite and helpful, rooms kept very clean. Only down side, both the rainfall and normal shower leaked and sprayed water everywhere, but for the price I couldn’t complain, bed was very comfy but could do with better pillows

Hotel was ok. Door locks don’t lock properly. Hot tubs were not filled or in use during our stay as advertised. Hotel staff were friendly. They helped store our luggage while we were out on last day.

The view from the balcony was very nice. Staff was friendly. The area around the hotel was very busy but lots of great dining options and close to the city centre. One surprise was that you have to pay for the pool/whirpool per person.

View from room was fantastic. Get the panoramic room two walls of windows. Close to everything you need in town. The road it’s on leads down to cat cat village so it can be crazy busy at times.

Staffs were really rude & they are not able to understand our needs

Amazing mountain view from the room, breakfast is enough for starting the day. Helpful staffs, easy to communicate. Walkable to town and many restaurants nearby.

The picture does not describe the room that we booked. Although the picture showed that, the booked room has two views (one on the left and one in front of the bed), they gave us a room with only one view. When I complained, they asked for an addition of 200,000 VND to upgrade to two-views room. That was so bad!

We stayed for one night. Our stay was pleasant, the room and facilities were good. Staff were helpful. We stayed in the panoramic room which felt slightly underwhelming as it seems the photos have been taken from an angle / or manipulated to make the room look massive - so upon walking in there was a slight feeling of disappointment. We were getting the night train back to Hanoi and the hotel we’re helpful as they allowed us to store our bags all day.

Super duper place, comfy, warm, pleasant and clean. Great views!

Hotel was in a great location! Staff was super friendly really helped us when it came to booking treks and Fansipan excursion! View from our room was great! Only recommendation I have is better breakfast menu we would've loved to have a bit more protein before trekking. Fruit had fruit flies, fried eggs had egg shells, pho broth bland, french fries fried in same oil as everything else fried so tasted gross. Restaurant didn't seem open for any other meal so plan on eating out.

Koldt med koldt påklædning på

Vi ankom til vores værelse som var åbent ud til udenfor, dvs værelset var omkring 10 grader uden mulighed for at lukke af fuldstændig til udenfor. Der var altså hele tiden omkring 10-13 grader. Da vi efter en lang dag med trek ville tage et varmt bad for at få varmen igen er vandet iskoldt. De forsøger at fikse det og siger det er fikset. Der kommer ikke varmt vand vandet er isvand. Da vi påtaler dette igen bliver vi rykket til et nyt værelse hvor der er lukket af ud til og varmt vand. Det var sødt af dem.

Excellent location. View from the balcony and top floor amazing. Rooms need a bit of love (paint not redone, scuff on the walls, worn out trimmings. Spa advertised not available. Breakfast is one of the best we have had in Vietnam. Staff not very attentive and welcoming.

조용해서 좋고 밖에서 보는 풍경이 너무 좋았고 호탤근처에 모든게 잏어서 좋았음

Une vue exceptionnelle

La vue depuis les chambres est superbe ! La salle de bain est bien équipée même s'il manque une petite serviette pour les mains. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très varié avec une excellente soupe de nouilles.

Near station and restaurants

Très bien

Hotel agréable avec très jolie vue, un peu à l'écart des rues principales très bruyantes, calme appréciable tout en étant à 5 minutes à pied de tout. Location scooter sur place possible. Par contre petit déjeuner très limité si vous ne mangez pas vietnamien.

다른 비싼 호텔들을 예약하려다 보게 된 푸옹남 호텔, 전망이며 위치며 모하나 빠지는게 없습니다.

Gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Zimmer sind in Ordnung und die Aussicht ist wunderschön! Hotel personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, haben uns beraten, was wir tun können und uns ein Bus Ticket gebucht. Wir würden wiederkommen. :)

Great location. Walking distance from pretty much anything. Nice people, very helpful.

Super vue tout comme sur les photos. Spa sur le toit disponible. Grand balcon pour admirer la vue. Bon buffet déjeuner. Faire attention, peut-être parce que nous n'étions pas dans la grosse saison, mais il fallait 2h pour réchauffer le spa avant d'y entrer...

The place is exactly like the picture.

Nice hôtel with good service even if breakfast is basic. The room is convenient with nice mountain view (Fansipan). The rooftop jacuzzi is great at sunset or at night. The location is good; you can easily walk to the down center. The place is also quiet.

딱 숙박비만큼이었음

뷰도 괜찮고 테라스도 좋음 침대시트가 약간 더러운 편이지만 괜찮음 여기문제는 문이다 화장실문도 그렇구 테라스문도 그렇고 방문도 그렇고 제대로 된 문이 없다 화장실에 있다가 문이 안열려서 어이가 없었다 문좀 제발 고쳤으면 좋겠다. 위치는 약간 안쪽으로 들어가야되서 불편했지만 친절하였다.

Nice and held it’s promise

Overall the hotel is very nice. The staff was very helpful. One thing that is not mentioned is that it is only a breakfast restaurant. You can’t get anything after 09:00 in the morning.

최악의 호텔

옆 호실에서는 공사를 하고 공사 먼지가 나는 복도와 와이파이가 안터지는 객실 주변환경 빼고는 최악이 었습니다

뷰가 좋아요

Panorama View로 숙박했는데 깨끗하고 좋아요 리모델링 한건지 인테리어도 독특하고 예쁘고 뷰가 참 예쁜데 저희 방 배정을 낮은층수로 주셔서 아쉬웠습니다 주변에 공사하는 곳이 있어서 커튼 치면 눈 마주칠정도... 파노라마뷰는 꼭 윗 층으로 배정 받는게 좋아요
