Too Hard Mattress

We love to complex and have returned several times, but this time the bed was so hard that it brought pain to my body. We cannot return again if the mattress will be so hard.

Near the centre of the city, but Swimming pool is not very clean

The mysterious missing pool bar

The room was a good size but could have been cleaner. We were lucky, another couple had something scratching round inside the Base of their bed all night. Breakfast was ok if you are happy with Vietnamese food and sugar water posing as fruit juice. Restocking was minimal so you have to get to breakfast early. We had dinner one night which was quite pleasant and nicely served. The pool is a good size and kept clean although the surrounding area often had the remnants of last night's party and was very slippery. We saw 3 people fall. They claimed to have a pool bar which consisted of a large fridge with tins of drinks in. The only bar was in the restaurant 100 yards+ away in the restaurant. There was waitress service however. There was not enough matresses to go on all the beds round the pool and it was frustrating to find nowhere to sit because people from other hotels were using the beds.

Good hotel but avoid Phu Quoc in off season..

Unfortunately it was off season this week when my husband and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon and the hotel and the area were very very quiet which was a little boring and the weather wasn't good either. You couldn't really swim at the beach because it was very rough and the hotel pool was actually quite warm so not very refreshing. Breakfast is not good and one day there was just no breakfast at all! Apart from that it is a clean and up to date hotel, we stayed in a bungalow which I recommend and it's great value for money. The surrounding area isn't great at the moment as there is a lot of development going on which means lots of rubbish everywhere. I'm sure in high season it would have been a much more enjoyable trip.

Great hotel for the price!

We booked in advance and got a good deal.

Really firm bed (too firm), not free shuttle from airport, and they charge it 10$ if you want it, when a cab is less expensive... Not really friendly, Not a private beach, need to cross a path and another hotel to be on the beach.

big pool good breakfast

We stayed here less than a week ago. Its a great location walking distance to market ,beach ,restaurants. We had our 11 year old son so a big pool was very important. The rooms where a good size we shared a bed which was ok . The free breakfasts where really good. They have a great Kitchen there so food quality and cleanliness was of a high standard. Lots of variety. I would recommend staying here its very good value for money.

Nice stay other than the electrical power would not turn on after you left the room when inserting the room key card into the holder. This happened 3 times then they finally re-wired to bypass the switch for the rest of our stay. Service was very good. Nice pool and the hotel is located not too far from the beach. Nice view from the roof top bar in the hotel.

Close to beach

People are nice, but the rooms were not as clean as expected and the beds were really hard. Overal good location because it's close to the beach!

Nice hotel close to the beach

Great location literally 50m walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful with plenty of lovely reasonably priced food and bars. The pool was the highlight of the resort. The buffet breakfast was also good. Staff were friendly. Only qualm is that the bed was very hard, although it was massive, which was great for activities. Overall, a great experience here.

Magnifique Séjour

L'hôtel est situé dans la partie animée de l'île à 5 minutes de marche du plus grand (seul vrai) supermarché de l'île. L'hôtel est très bien entretenu, propre et très bien géré. Les bungalows, récemment construits, donnent directement sur la mer. Magnifique séjour dans cet établissement.

Trevliga rum, fin pool dock var solsängar och parasoll i u uselt skick. Frukostbuffén var dålig kan berott på få gäster.

Bodde i en bungalow som vi trivdes förträffligt i. Hotellområdet och poolen var välskött och inbjudande. Spa- avdelningen var också till belåtenhet.

Hyvä kokemus

Hotelli ylitti ehdottomasti odotukset! Meillä oli uima-allasta vastapäätä oleva mökki, joka oli hyvin tilava. Hotelli on täydellisellä sijainnilla - parin minuutin kävelymatka rannalle (järjestetty toisen resortin halki). Rannassa kivoja ravintoloita ja hotellilta alle 5min kävely suosittuun Rorys beach bar illanviettopaikkaan jossa voi ottaa drinkit ja jäädä tunnelmoimaan musiikkia. Hotellilta saa vuokrattua skootterit (7eur/pvä) ja skootterilla pääsee keskustaan 5 minuutissa, receptionista voi myös tilata taksin ja ne tulevat hyvin nopeasti paikalle.Uima-altaan vieressä on pieni spa mökki, josta saa edullisia hierontoja. Tulopäivänä huoneemme lattia oli aika hiekkainen muuten ok. Lakanoissa oli kulmissa jotain pinttyneitä PIENIÄ tahroja, jotka eivät pesussa lähteneet pois. Sänky oli VALTAVA, mutta tosi kova. Meitä eniten haittasi että aamiainen loppui jo klo 9, niin kävimme siellä vain kaksi kertaa koko viikon aikana... Muuten oli kyllä tosi kattava aamupala mutta halusimme nukkua lomalla pidempään.

Tolle Bungalows für wenig Geld

Perfektes Hotel Tolle Bungalows direkt am Pool und nur 2 min.bis zum Meer alles andere ist auch in direkter Nähe. Frühstück ist für asiatische Verhältnisse sehr gut.

Très bon hotel proche plage et restaurants

Séjour très agréable à phu quoc. Le personnel est très sympa, l hôtel est très proche de la plage et des restos de plage pour admirer le coucher de soleil

Hyvä ja laadukas hotelli. Allas oli iso ja vesi miellyttävän lämmintä, ja rantaan oli vain n. 300m. Aamupala oli monipuolinen ja tasokas.

Beds are really hard which was not nice, although outside pool is big and the beach is also close by

Rekommenderas absolut!!!!!!!

Det var bland det beste vi bott tycker vi, sett till helheten med pris och vad du fick. Bra pool, bra facilitater med bl.a gym o beach-towels. Fanns inget som storde, kanske tuppen som gol tidig morgon... Gick att gena genom nedanliggande resort till stranden. Lite dyrare behandlingar mot vad som erbjods pa stranden. Valde en pedikyr som varade i 65 min inkl lack kostade 60 kr.

Lugn o behagligt

Är perfekt ställe att koppla av på och fin pool och nära till havet är det hålligång man vill ha ska man nog välja nåt annat.

Отель находится, во второй линии но совсем недалеко, 3 минуты пешком до пляжа. Помимо этого есть замечательный бассейн со всеми удобствами, включая бар. Небольшой СПА салон с вполне вменяемыми ценами. Отличный шведский стол на завтрак, а и конечно отзывчивый и очень вежливый персонал. Намера большие и чистые, ежедневная уборка, бесплатные чай и кофе в номере. Вполне достойный выбор для комфортного и расслабленного времяпрепровождения. Рекомендуем, даже стандартные номера обеспечат вас всем необходимым..,

Hotellin vastaanotto osasi huonosti englantia. Kylpyhuoneeseen ei viikossa saatu vaihdettua lamppua palaneen tilalle. Huoneen tallelokeroa vaihdettiin kolmasti, mikään ei toiminut. Lupasivat hankkia Saigonista uuden ,mutta lomamme loppui kesken, emme nähneet tuliko toimitusta. Mikäli asiakkaalla kommunistinen mielenlaatu, varmaankin oikein miellyttävä maa ja ympäristö...

Erholung pur

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in top Lage. Schnell am Strand und in der City !! Frühstück sehr gut, für jeden was dabei.

Poolanlage sehr groß und einfach nur super. Strand zu Fuß ca 2 min entfernt! Bungalows unglaublich!

雰囲気はいい

普通にのんびりするには、海までも近いのでいいと思う。 シャワーの調整が上手くいかないので、不便だった。 朝食は、卵料理は美味しかったけど、パンはあまり美味しくなかった。

Bra hotell med bra standard.

Vi hade bokat 3 nätter i ett deluxerum. När vi kom fram hade vi blivit uppgraderade till en stuga vid poolen. Mycket uppskattat! Bra service, rena och fräscha rum, frukosten är bra. Nära till stranden (tar ca 5-10min att gå).

Bra beliggenhet og fint basseng

Veldig bra område å bo. Fint og stort basseng, samnt 50m fra stranda. Dyrt å leie moped fra hotellet, lei heller fra butikkene rett utfor.

Ok trestjerners, bra beliggenhet

Hotellet har både rom og små bungalower. Vi hadde bestilt et rom inne i selve hotellet som var ok, men badet var svært slitt og luktet vondt. Det var enkelt å få byttet til en bungalow som lå ved bassenget. Denne hadde imidlertid masse maur på badet. Bassenget virket ikke helt rent. Ok frokost. Restauranten hadde også god mat, men litt dyrt. God beliggenhet til strand, samt andre restauranter og puber.

Priima valinta, tähtien lukumäärä valehtelee

Varma valinta. Ei suuria yllätyksiä. Allasalueella lepotuoleja oli niin auringon kuin varjonkin puolella. Hotellin kokoon nähden niitä oli riittävästi, eikä ollut tarvetta nousta viideltä aamulla varaamaan omaa aurinkotuolia. Rantaan pääsi pikaisella kävelyllä naapuri resortin läpi. Hotelli sijaitsee kohdassa rantaa, jossa on ehkä eniten rannassa olevia pieniä ravintoloita ja baareja, joten valinnan varaa riitti. Hotellin aamupala oli maukasta ja monipuolista. Iltaisin ravintola tarjoaa laadukasta ruokaa hieman korkeampaan hintaan kuin muut lähiravintolat, mutta ruoka on ehdottomasti sen arvoista ja peittoaa esim. Tripadvisorin kärkikymmenikössäkin keikkuvat pikkuraflat joita testasimme. Korkeampaan hintaan kuuluu alkupala ja yksi lisä lisäke, joten ei pidä sortua erehtymään satatuhatta korkeamman hinnan olevan ryöstöä - euroiksi muuttaminen suhteuttaa problematiikkaa.

Flott resort!

Fantastisk flott resort i utkanten av Duong Dong. Du bruker ca ti minutter i taxi til sentrum og night market, og ca 35 minutter i taxi til Vinopearl Land. Fra flyplassen er det ca 15 minutter. Litt misvisende info ang. strand og hvor man skal gå da alle deler av stranden er tatt opp av andre hoteller. Vi endte opp på Rory's beach club som var fantastisk. Deilig lounge musikk, gratis solsenger mot kjøp av mat og drikke. Fantastisk pizza og service. Tre minutter å gå! Hotellet hadde bra frokost, med kokker som steker egg/omelett. På resorter bør frokosten vare lenger en 9.30... Jeg kan varmt anbefale hotellet, og jeg reiser gjerne dit igjen.

Отель очень понравился! Зеленная территория, большой бассейн, отличные завтраки, номер (бунгало) большой и уютный, персонал отзывчивый, море просто супер. Но есть 1 небольшой минус: дорога к пляжу! Пляж находится в 50 м., но идти нужно через чужой отель, который иногда нам запрещал через него проходить!!! Это было не очень приятно...

Strand ist in fünf Gehminuten zu erreichen. Auswahl zum Frühstück sehr groß. Asiatische und europäisch. Selbst bei einer Übernachtung von nur drei Nächten haben wir ein Upgrade in ein Bungalow erhalten.

Good hotel for beach hang out

We had a good stay at the hotel but was first assigned a room with different (poorer) specs than we had booked. After a long discussion wiht hotel management we were assigned a room that fulfilled the specs in our booking. The location was good 100 m from the beach with many restaurants around. I got food poisoning one day. The resason for that could have been the hotel breakfast or a beach restaurant I went to that same day.

Abbiamo avuto una camera nella parte vecchia dell'hotel con splendida vista su deposito immondizie (wc rotti ed altro).Camera inutilmente spaziosa visto che non c'erano ripiani per appoggiare le cose.Bagno cieco con luce bassissima, per cui era quasi buio.Buona,varia ed abbondante la colazione a buffet.

食事のおいしいホテル

ビーチまでは7～8分くらい歩くので敷地内のほぼ中央にあるプールで泳ぐのが楽です。朝食付きのプランだったのですが、日本人の私がつい食べ過ぎてしまうほど、どれを取っても口に合うおいしい料理ばかりでした。最高の評価を付けられなかった唯一の理由が、バスルームのシャワーの湯温と水圧が低くほとんど水に近く冷たかった点です、まあ日本人が温かいお湯を求めているだけで、世界のお客さんはこだわらないのかもしれませんね（笑）

Très agréable séjour

Bra hotell med bra poolområde

Bra hotell i övrigt, stort rum, dock så var badrummet väldigt litet till skillnad från hela rummet och duschen var mitt i rummet vilket gjorde att hela badrummet var blött när man hade duschat. Väldigt tunna väggar och vi fick det första rummet i hotelllobbyn och jag störde mig något enormt på det tidigt på mornarna när man ville fortsätta sova men hörde hela personalens konversationer. Skulle bog föreslå att man bokar en bungalow som även har egen terass mot poolen. Mycket bra frukost, bra städning, bra poolområde. Ganska dyra priser i restaurangen. Det som var sämst på hotellet var att de inte hade någon egen "strandplats" med solstolar så om man inte ville ligga direkt i sanden så fick man hyra stolar längre bort. Detta gjorde tyvärr att vi uteslöt stranden väldigt ofta. Bra med restauranger längs stranden och längs vägen.

Fin pool bra frukost med valmöjligheter. Nära till stranden bara några minuter.

Big pool in quiet area

Had a nice stay at this hotel. Good location, close to the beach and with a great swimmingpool. We had a litte "hustle" with gettting in a 3rd bed for our daugther as the rooms are small. Big bathroom with rain shower is a +. We had to ask twice for bedsheets for the extra bed, (paid 30 Dollar pr night for the extra bed - very expensive), the lock on the door didnt work, so we had to change room after our luggage was left unattended in an open room for 3-4 hours. In the new room we had problem with the refrigiator, but we got it working the next day. Also had to ask for 2 chairs for the terrace as there was only 1 chair (no table). Breakfast was OK with good selection and very nice staff

Bra hotell med promenadavstånd till strand, restauranger o barer. Stor pool med bekväma solstolar. Bra läge nära staden för den som vill besöka nattmarknaden, taxi ca 40 000 dong.

Fint hotel anlegg

Bra anlegg ,.. god frokost ,..de fleste ansatte var trauste latsabber ,.. manko på service og vennlighet ,.. oppholdet var litt utenom sesong så de ga "litt blaffen" ,.. her kan mye forbedres ,..slitte solsenger og ødelagte parasoller ,....Generelt fin plass,.. kort avstand til strandbarer,..

Хороший отель 2-ой линии

Отель небольшой, домики на два номера с отдельными входами и небольшой верандой; на 2-ой линии, без собственного пляжа, до моря 150 метров - попадаешь прямо на Long Beach. В отеле бассейн с лежаками и полотенцами, небольшой спа-комплекс, ресторан. Домики/номера опрятные, просторные, чистые; санузел просторный, все принадлежности в наличии, есть даже халаты. TV, сейф, минибар, кондиционер, 2 бутылки воды ежедневно. Завтрак небогатый, но в-принципе всё есть. Бесплатный трансфер в обе стороны, для встречи в аэропорту нужно написать об этом по эл.почте в отель. До ночного рынка - 30 минут пешком, или 40.000 донгов на такси (120 рублей). Рекомендую для отдыха !
