Good facilities. Laundry that guests can use. Pool.

The Manager was very friendly, helpful and obliging. Very clean room, comfortable bed and great shower. Well stocked with amenities and all you need in a kitchen was there. Would definitely stay again. Oh, and dog friendly too which is a huge bonus 🤗

Nice friendly owners and staff. Can walk to cafe, supermarket and other major retailers. Clean and tidy with all the amenities we required including hair dryer, electric blanket, toaster, fridge etc. Would stay there again

Excellent hotel…spotlessly clean, laundry on site and extremely helpful manager. We enjoyed meeting her dogs and apologise for the smoke alarm caused by our burnt toast!

Greated nicely, Parking was close to room. The room was clean and tidy and well equipped. No traffic noise.

Our stay was great. The accommodation was more of a house than a motel and very comfortable for my family of five. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was welcome on a hot NZ day. Will stay again next time.

Very good value for money

This is our second time staying at the Phoenix & as previous was good.

Last minute booking due to ferry uncertainty. It wasn’t clear from the booking that this was an upstairs unit which meant quite a way to carry the bags. Unit had what I needed for a one night stay. Nice range of teas and coffees etc too. There is a laundry and a pool too which o didn’t use. Owner offered to store my bike in garage. initial Greeting wasn’t that friendly though and I didn’t appreciate the cleaner knocking on the door to check when I would be leaving as I was on track to leave well ahead of check out time. No restaurants within east walking distance as the speights ale house was closed.

Loved how close the Blenheim it is but also not in the town centre

As a family we need a few things, dog friendly, a pool for Mr 10, spa Bath for me and sky for hubby. Phoenix offered all these options.

Stayed here for the fourth time. Our ferry arrived at midnight and Sharon(the owner) left the room unlocked with light on for us. Didn't use any facilities at the property so cannot comment on that. But we had a good sleep so we could move on south the next morning. Pet friendly motel and our 2 dogs stayed with us this time. Will return here next time.

Easy to find, good parking and clean. The party going on till late night not so great.

Tidy Motel

A tidy motel in a convenient location. Everything you need and quite spacious. Heat pump in the rooms which is great. Could definately do with an extractor fan in the bathroom but other than that pretty good.

We have stayed here twice and both times, we arrived really late. I contated the motel and how ask how could we check in this late(11pm- midnight). They said no worries we will put key in the door, light will be on and milk will be in the fridge. Great, convenient ,contact less check in. We had a comfortable sleep for the night. They are pet- friendly motel. It was convenient when we had our 2 goldies down South with us last travelling. Highly recommended and we will return again.

Always enjoy our stay here staff great nothing is too much trouble, will be back.

Awesome stay

Would definitely stay again. This place felt very comfortable and relaxing aswell and very quiet which is a plus for us. The accomodation was clean and tidy so no complaints from us 😍.

We found this property to be very clean and attractively decorated. The owner was friendly and helpful offering us a lift to a restaurant. It was a short walk to a shopping area. Although situated on a main road the unit was very quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Lovely motel with very spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean units. It was great to arrive into a warm cosy space with a heatpump running after a long day in the car. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. Would stay again!

Everything there for short or long stays,comfy bed lovely laundered linen great shower room with plenty of hot water. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended would stay again.

comfortable and well appointed, this location is a reasonable walk from town but there is a reastaurant and bar 600m down the road. Close to a big supermarket as well.

The Motor Inn was easy to find. The unit was very clean and Owners very helpful.

This is a well maintained property. We had a king studio with a spa bath. Very comfy bed with lovely crisp linen. Would come back.

We enjoyed the pool and the motel was clean and well run. Adding a regular chopping knife to the kitchenette would be handy.

Property was great, room was excellent. Could benefit from extractor fan in the bathroom. And the tv in the bedroom had no reception. Laundry facilities were good but the dryer wasnt very economical as had to put clithes in 2-3 times to get dry.

A great little motel on the outskirts of Blenheim. Staff were friendly, and the room was spacious. Slightly dated, but still comfortable and clean. Still within walking distance of some supermarkets, cafe, restraints/bars.

Pool wasnt heated as advertised otherwise everything was ok

Owners were friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience staying there and in Blenheim. Wine tasting very good and fun!
