For a traveler, it is very convenient to stay here. Walkable and transportable is accessible! They also have fantastic staff who happened to speak English fluently! Good options for breakfast!

Stay was okay, very small bathroom. It’s hard to get in and get out from the tube. Definitely they need to upgrade the bathroom. There was no bath soap in the shower. Location is excellent though.

Perfect hotel for a city break

Stayed here for a city break of two nights. Really liked the hotel. The location is excellent. The room we had was a little tight but was in excellent condition. Staff were friendly. Checking in and out was easy. I would recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Plus it was very conveniently located- close to shops and restaurants and the famous walking street.

Staff was amazing and the housecleaning was prompt. The building itself feels cramped and not very modern.

I appreciated the professional and friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are small, sure, but they are very well designed. The bed is super soft but surprisingly supportive. The bathroom is great. Deep tub and nice shower. Daily breakfast is very tasty. My only issue is the gym needs more and better equipment. But do not let this one thing deter you from booking. You’ll get your steps in walking. Many attractions are 10 minutes away. I didn’t take a taxi or Uber anywhere. I’ll gladly book The Phoenix again.

First - let's just say Copenhagen is a great place to spend 5 days. Clean, beautiful, lots to do, great food. We really lucked out finding the Phoenix. Very nice, stately, very comfortable rooms, beautiful lobby. Beautiful bathrooms The staff was very helpful. The location could not be better - near a lot, but not a touristy area. Some very nice restaurants nearby, and great bars. The hotel also offered very nice bikes - which really came in handy.

The stay was very nice! Soft and comfortable bed and windows that open for fresh air! The staff was very friendly and prompt. The executive lounge was well worth the upgrade. Nice quiet room to relax and have drinks and snacks. Only a 5 minute walk to Nyhavn and metro train. Great location! Bar and restaurant in lower level.

Handy location, close to local attractions, shops and restaurants. A bit noisy at night(over weekend) can hear street party nearby.

Great location - .a couple of blocks to the famous canal and the Palace and near metro.Situated on a not too busy road lined with some art galleries and Danish furniture stores. Old world charm hotel. The staff are super helpful. From restaurant reservations, directions, ordering taxis and helping us track our lost luggages. Plus emotional support practically twice a day. We highly recommend this hotel.

Everything is excellent except room is very small. I guess the size is normal for hotels in the area. All tourist spots are walkable and metro station is about 5-7 mins walk. Nyhavn is 5 mins walk and Stroget is 7mins walk. And 2 mins walk to Netto grocery strore. The hotel is clean and classy. The staff are nice. Overall experience is excellent

My usual hotel in Copenhagen was booked out so I ended up here. It was a very nice surprise! Not the fanciest hotel but quiet, clean and extremely comfortable beds. Highly recommended and I will stay again!

I traveled solo. The place was very nice and in a quiet area. One block away from the Amalienborg palace and the Marble church and metro. Three blocks from Nyhavn popular area. I’m 60 and it was perfect. If you are young and want to be in crowded bar scene area maybe look for somewhere else. This was very nice and quiet with great service. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. It is 12 minutes walk from Rosenborg Palace. I got the single twin size bed room. The room was perfect for one person European size. In America we are used to much larger rooms. There was place to hang cloths but no closets or drawers. It has a mini fridge and safe.

It’s very centric. Great price. Pillows could be better but I think it’s a danish thing.

Wasn’t easy getting to our room with baggage (up and down some stairs required)

Only downside about this place is that they refused to give me a proper cup or mug to make a cup of tea in the room. They would only give me a small paper cup. You can also only have one tiny milk pod per person per day and one dreadful perfumes teabag. if your toilet roll runs out you have to buy your own after that. Otherwise everything was really wonderful.

The hotel is perfectly located near Nyhavn with excellent transport links around town and to the airport. The staff is lovely and the breakfast was generous. The rooms were quite small.

Great hotel in Copenhagen!

I loved my stay at Phoenix Copenhagen! It is a beautiful hotel in a great location, so convenient to Nyhavn and walkable to the metro and other parts of Copenhagen! The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, my room was spacious and the bed was SO comfortable!

We really enjoyed the lounge. Not all rooms have access to the lounge.

The staff were extremely friendly. The hotel was clean and had an expansive breakfast buffet. The metro is only a few minutes away and the hotel is located right next to the canals. The only cons to consider are that there is no ramp (that I could see) for your suitcases, and there is only enough storage space for someone staying for a few days. I had to keep most of my clothes in my suitcase, but considering the positives, I absolutely highly recommend this hotel.

The staffs are wonderful! They let us check in early to drop off our luggage’s when the room is available. i would recommend this hotel to anyone!
