Property and pools were nice. Good area of the island with lots of shopping & dining a little up the way. Bathroom a little outdated - religious services next door early hours of morning over speakers. Staff was good.

Clean and comfortable

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Accommodation perfect as you only need to sleep there, this place is so beautiful!

Not a great stay. The rooms are very basic and limited amenities at the property. Most of the hotel on the side of the street and is very open. Upon arrival we were strictly told to put everything in the safe and to use the key (this did not fill us with confidence), especially when the balcony doors were difficult to lock. The walls in the room are paper thin, staff walkie talkies were so loud that they would wake you up very early and located next to a mosque with a loud call to prayer. The pool itself is ok and the restaurant was good, but there was a lack of sun beds for the amount of guests staying. Staff would also enter room to clean without knocking when you were in the room.

Shower head was broken and pulled away from wall, no water pressure, very uncomfortable and hard bed, dirty pool, tiny selection of food at breakfast; also ended up with food poisoning after eating breakfast here, extremely noisy, can hear everything from neighbours in near rooms. Also missing the professionalism other hotels seem to offer.

Almost all toilets were broken, the bathroom was terrible, AC does not work very well making the room very hot but staff was very nice and area is very nice!

Terrible bed and pillows

Enjoyed the property loved the pool area. Sadly showers was a bit weak. But we enjoyed our chilled out time

The staff here are very lovely. We came by ferry to the island and there was someone waiting at the pier to transport our luggage to our hotel. I didn’t even organise this, the hotel organised on our behalf. The hotel is beautiful and clean and right on the beach with a lot of restaurants around. Easy walk to the centre of the island. This stay was so great we extended it by one night.

Andaman was a nice resort on the edge of town. It was close enough to walk to town but far enough away for peace and quiet. The resort is a bit dated and the upper pool had cloudy water. The morning breakfast had a huge and delicious selection of options. Nice enough for a quick visit to Ko Phi Phi.

Safe did not work. Poor linens, one pillow, no outlet in bathroom, tour through company said 20 max. Had 35 on trip. Flimsy front door. Mattress was hard and tilted to one side. Shower water trickled out. Do not recommend for anyone to stay. Breakfast buffet was terrible. Eggs tasted bad, cofee was bitter.

The Hippie Bar and rooftop pool were awesome, but we were disappointed with our room. The sheets smelled sweaty, and there were two huge dead cockroaches in the room when we arrived. We didn't have hot water or wifi in the room. Both were supposed to get fixed, but it ended up not being possible. They did offer to move us, but it would be to a smaller room, and we decided it wasn't worth the trouble. The breakfast was limited- I ended up just getting the fruit and then finding breakfast elsewhere. It was really cheap, but there are much nicer and cleaner accommodations nearby for the same price. But again, we LOVED Hippie Bar and the staff there. When we extended our stay on Phi Phi for three more days, we moved to a different hotel.

The hotel told me when I checked in that they would transport my bags to the ferry. I asked them at 1:30 checkout day if they would do this they said at 2:30 pm my bags will be taken to the ferry I called at 245 to see where they where they said on the way I called at 255 to see again on the way I was told ran back and got there at 310 to see my bags sitting and no one was gonna get them I had to haul them but missed my ferry

The pool view was awsome. The pool on top of the roof was amazing.

One of the worst hotels I have ever visited. Poorly kept,, the advertised "beach" is only a water-taxi parking lot, noisy and smelly. Not a beach to relax on. Adjacent the hotel is a mosque, blasting it's speakers from 5 AM. A/C cracks every minute, denying sleep. Pool shown is 20 cm deep. The pool on the roof has view to the

Pool was closed for repair. Staff was great, breakfast was lackluster.

We stayed here for a few days great location can’t go wrong with finding great food .annas was our favourite .this is the quite side and the party side is only a few mins walk from the port.its a great stop over place.

Hotel photos on Expedia are not the same as the real hotel; not green area. Location is good, close to all the restaurants. Reception staff should be more friendly,

Great value for money

We had a great stay. The hotel is clean and modern. A short 10 minute walk to the middle of it all. The only drawback would be the breakfast buffet was swarmed by flys as they didnt have covers for the food.

The rooms don’t really look like the picture on web site. Is quite dated now. Breakfast is in a cafe next door. I didn’t try mind as didnt wake up in time. Is quite a walk from the boat station and there are no motor transport on the island so you have to walk it.

The staff was very uncooperative... And not helpful at all in anything. The lo jet in the room was not working. There was no phone in the room and the light fuse blew during the day so my room had no light for 3 hours and the staff refused to change the room.

Very nice and comfy hotel

They waited for us at the pier to take our luggage and we walked to the hotel, which takes around 15 min. As we got there, we were kindly welcomed with a tea and a wet towel to get fresh. Our rooms were nice and spacious, with a all the amenities necessary to have a nice stay. Unfortunately we stayed there just one night. The pool was clean, breakfast was simple but good and the location was perfect. There’s a mosque close to the hotel, so you might hear the prayers in specific moments of the days, but it was not a problem for us.

Plesant, good location

The room was clean and the beds were ok, nice balcony. I stayed in 4 hotels in phi phi this one was second best out of the 4. The main down side is you get woken up by prayer calls from the mosque below.

Best hotel in Phi Phi

This was our 2nd time in Andaman Legacy. First time we stayed there 2015. Nothing has changed really😊 Room is still nice and clean, hotel location is the best, front desc service and breakfast are still as bad as i remembered, but if i ever go to Phi phi again, i make sure, i get room in the same hotel again. This is for sure one of the best locations in the island! No street noise and quiet to sleep. My favourite Long Beach is just 100baht away by long boat or in walking distance. All the best restaurants are just around a corner and you dond have to see drunk and waisted young party people, because they stay on the other side of the island

don't waste your money in this hotel

. The staff at reception are not nice but just okay. The resort looks so good from out side and nice but when you get in the room is so terrible. The room is so smelly (heavy humidity smell) and the towels are so bad for using. The shower in the toilet is bad, weak and annoying. The room has mosquitos and the beds are not comfortable to sleep and finally the breakfast is not worthy, better to eat outside.

My fiancé, young child and myself all got a bacterial infection from showering in this hotel, the water stank like raw sewage! My fiancé has been hospitalised from the condition over night! I am angry and disappointed that you would even have this "hotel" on your website. I have been extremely happy with the other hotels on your site and booked two in Phuket which were both lovely! The hotel in phi phi was an absolute joke, got into our room and had no toilet roll or towels, the shower didn't work at all at first and then when it did it was the worst smell I have ever experience. We could flush toilet roll which we could live with... if the hotel had clean the bin every day like Thames said they would, overall worst experience of my life and has completely ruined a trip we have been saving for over a year for! Rewards points isn't really something I want for this!

Sehr nettes Personal, Pool sehr schön, vom Pool auf dem Dach hat man eine schöne Aussicht. Ja, die Moschee 🕌 ist direkt daneben, und hat das jedoch nicht gestört. Man hört dafür nicht den Bass von den Bars der anderen Seite ( Loh Dalum )bis spät in die Nacht .Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und würden jederzeit wieder buchen .

No he visto en la web de hoteles.com ninguna foto parecida a lo que en realidad nos dieron al llegar. El complejo es un resort que está al lado (adama resort) y estos están en un edificio colindante en una calle pegada a una mezquita que no tiene ni ascensor. Un tercero con las fotos que adjunto. En cuanto a la recepcionista se rió cuando le dijimos que queríamos que nos ayudasen con el carro del equipaje porque eran dos mochilas y dos bolsos (las mochilas pesan casi 15 kg y hay que andar hasta el puerto con una cuesta y un ratito como para cargarlas si hay un carro... es un servicio que tienen gratuito para los huéspedes, pero parece que tienes que llevar mucho para que les parezca lógico). Nada, de verdad que por el precio que pagamos 70€ reservándolo con antelación (nos hospedamos en febrero y reservamos en noviembre) no merece la pena. Hay varios resort cercanos como el Phiphi village que son... espectaculares aunque te pongan en el edificio que tienen detrás (estuvimos la noche anterior)

Hotel limpo com duas piscinas e perto de tudo visto que a ilha é pequena. Há chegada no porto alguém nos esperava para levar as malas e nos levar ao hotel.

Helt ok!

Hotellet var bra, sängen var lite hård och frukosten kunde varit bättre, men bra läge, bra pool och väldigt trevlig personal. Väldigt prisvärt, overall väldigt nöjd.

Genel olarak çok sevmedik, özellikle duş pek hoş değildi. Dışardaki her ses içerideydi. Ama çalışanlar çok yardımcıydı

Kommer gärna tillbaka

Väldigt trevligt ställe, bodde i bungalow vid polen och det var perfekt. Frukosten var av det enklare slaget. Moskeutrop störde några gånger per dag. Perfekt läge med närhet till restauranger och affärer men inte mitt i så man har ändå lugnet

Hyggelig lille hytte, ligner det man ser på billederne. Poolen var fin. Morgenmaden var meget kedelig, intet var på køl.

Peaceful location 15 minutes walk from Tonsai pier. I loved their rooftoppool.

Goede locatie, naast de moskee, hoorde elke keer het gebedstijd, vind ik geweldig. Zwembad is heerlijk. Ontbijt is niet bijzonder, maar prima te doen. Bed matras een beetje aan de harde kant. En veel gekraak in de kamer, leek net alsof het er spookte. Dit was ook bij de twee andere kamers die wij hadden geboekt. Leuke pluspunt zijn de twee katten die daar op terrein zijn. Vriendelijk katten die je aandacht geven in ruil voor wat kattenvoer.

Bien positionné sur l’île, un peu bruyant au soir due au bar devant et à la mosquée avec les prières, installations ont bien besoins d’amour mais les îles sont ouvertes depuis peu ( covid)

Empfehlenswert, Beschreibung lesen

Alles o.k. Man wird von der Bootsstation abgeholt ins Hotel gebracht, Anlage sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Management sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Markel wegen C19 kein. Frühstücksbufet was auch klar ist, aber etwas wenig und für Käse Aufpreis 30 Bath ca. 1 Euro. Erste Linie Strand und 2 Pools einen im EG und einen am Rooftop. Abendessen im Restaurant am Strand preislich Top, Klima, TV, Tresor, Föhn, im Zimmer, sehr gutes Gratis WLAN kann empfohlen werden. Haben um 1 Woche verlängert.

Innovative and spacious

Considering the circumstances of Covid19 not all facilities were in use but the hotel staff was extremely helpful in any cases you needed help. For example, we had an accident while snorkling and one foot got a deep cut on a reef and it had to be treated at hospital with several stitches. Every day for 5 days we got free ride from the hotel to the clinic (about 1,5 km) for changing the bandage. THANK YOU! The breakfast was average but the pool area was innovative and very spacious, mostly because of lack of tourists. But a some parts of the constructions were not completed yet.
