Place needs a serious overhaul… holes in net curtains. Plus the bath didn’t feel too stable.

I had a horrible experience attempting to stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, it was clear things were not as advertised. The check-in process was a nightmare, with the elevator having backed-up line of people waiting over 15 minutes just to get in. Once inside, the problems only got worse. The property was freezing cold, with no heat, and none of the electrical outlets were functional. The elevator stuck twice within the first two hours of our arrival, making us feel extremely unsafe. Communication with the host was another major issue. The host spoke no English, making it incredibly difficult to resolve any of the problems we encountered. On top of all this, the WiFi didn’t work at all. With all these issues, it was impossible for us to stay at this unit, and we had to move and find alternative accommodations the same night. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Fair for the price but not exactly as advertised

Prepare in advance if you do not speak Spanish. Was hung up on twice when contacting the number provided for support before check in. Since this an appartment, services are also minimal. Ex: will not hold your luggage after check out. If you have a late flight the evening of checkout, prepare to carry your belongings with you for the day. Location is amazing but place is not as advertised in photos. Not a bad stay but appartment is definitely weathered in condition vs. photos. WiFi did not work at all. Probably a fair accommodation for the price but would spend the extra money and stay in a hotel next time around.

it was like having your own place in Santiago. Apartment had good security measures. Close to Plaza des Armes, metro, eateries, supermarket and markets. Apartment was excellent for my needs. Only minus was that TV had no signal.

Great Location / Super Safe

I loved this place! I stayed here for 1 week and I was walking distance from shops, restaurants and most important the subway!! Which can take you all over Santiago in no time. This place was clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay over here again and recommend this place to friends and family. Safety here was also great. Had to go through security to get in which made me feel great because I am a single woman traveler.

Just a one night stay over.

Just staying for one night, the apartment was clean and bed comfortable. Check in was at the entrance desk. Going to the carpark what was a bit off an hassle. We had an narrow and difficult place to park in.

I was frustrated because I booked a room that has a view of the mountain, when I got there, my room had no view at all. I didn't open the windows because my view was the ugly wall facing the other buildings. The hotel is located downtown, it is easy to get to most attractions, the building is huge and clean. My room was pretty old, and has a few things that were falling apart but they do their best to help the guests.

Excellent Location

Great location. Less than 10 min walk to Plaza de Arma, Bella Vista. 20 min walk to Central Market and Fruit/Vege Market where you can buy fresh fruit for very cheap price. The empanadas across street to the right is delicious, huge and cheap, Only $1600 Chilean Peso each.

Central apartment in Santiago

central apartment, fully equipped but a little scruffy round the edges. In large block of flats so could be noisy. All instructions for TV, wifi password, check in/out procedure in Spanish, with no English translation, so not very user friendly. Not the easiest place to find, as entrance is from a pedestrian side alley - some basic instructions need to be given

We really enjoyed our stay at Personal Aparts. It was very comfortable and clean, and it is in a great location. The price was good. I would recommend staying here.

Cost effective with great location

A comfortable overnight stay in a safe area. Affordable. A few issues with wifi but the host managed it well. If you're staying for longer than 2 days, perhaps this place may not be for you. We found it comfortable though

Santiago Appartment

This was presented as an apartment hotel, but was in fact just an apartment in a an apartment complex with entrance staff that could not, or would not communicate. When we eventually found the manager he could only speak Spanish, but could use a mobile phone to translate. The apartment was not very clean and there was no air conditioning (35 deg C, 70% humidity) which made it very uncomfortable. Towards the end of our stay the water supply to the building was to be turned off for 15 hours. The occupants (including us) were advised by a notice in Spanish posted in the elevators, with no attempt made to advise us. When we had the notice interpreted by a very helpful person and approached the manager, we were advised that they would put buckets of water in then room for us (3 persons for 15 hrs!). When we advised that that was not suitable and requested a refund we were advised to contact Expedia for the refund, even though he had collected the payment (and was very happy to do so). There is no way that we would stay at this place again.

A little confusing when we arrived as the hotel is within an apartment complex, but after we figured that out we were very happy with our unit although no A/C was a bit inconvenient. For the money it is a great place to stay.

Central but too small

It was a great location for getting around downtown Santiago but the apartment was terribly small. It was also very dark, there was very little lighting and no air conditioning. The beds are horribly uncomfortable. The kitchen was equipped with plates and such but no salt or anything like that, you have to buy everything if you want to cook.

Location is wonderful!

Great little apt. Needs some fresh paint, steam clean the floors, and some new comfortable pillows. The apartment gets direct sunlight in the morning, and gets hot quickly. The bedroom window have block out shades, but it doesn't cover the full length of the window. We liked this place, and would stay again.... Depending on the time of year.

Great location....but not so great apartment!

Great location near great shopping and central Santiago sites. Very disappointed upon arrival as the apartment was not well kept as there were broken items, dirty walls and windows, and the curtains were worn, dirty and broken. I did report this to management and, although very nice and willing to please, it took over a week to fix (I'll chalk that up to the holidays!!). The apartment was small for 4 adults and all of our gear. On the positive side, the operations managers and housekeeping staff were very pleasant, and if you asked, you would get what you needed (extra towels, fans, irons, etc). If you like bare bones, and the very modest price, this is the place for you.

Perfect location to see the sights of Santiago .

We spent a week in Santiago after 6 weeks in Peru and Argentina and we loved the location of this apt. and all of the amenities like the laundry facilities and the rooftop swimming pool. The kitchen was good and the room was nice and bright and very comfortable.

Good for young backpacker!

This is not a actual hotel. Apartment look a like what is in the picture but not clean as it look in the picture. No receptionist help you check in but guidance help to check in without English speaking. But He tried his best to communicate. However, location is perfect for backpacker. Everything is on walking distance. This apartment is perfect for the group of young backpacker but not for the business people and seniors. "No Hotel service"

Very nice view

Nice hotel, excellent customer service, the lady gave us a room with a nice view in the 17th floor. Grocery store is next door, restaurants are everywhere, main square is just a couple of blocks away.

I'm not sure if all rooms overlook the Andes, but I would definitely request this when booking as it was such a bonus for us.

Comfortable apartment/hotel

I was lucky enough to get a room on the 25th floor with a very small balcony. The view by itself was amazing and the quality and layout of the apartment was very nice. It was clean and had everything I needed to stay there, cook there and relax there. The pool was just two floors above and had plenty of room to sit out and get some sun. A good value for the money and a great view with a good location (near a few bars, some restaurants and two grocery stores just outside the building.) Also, this is between two metro stops (Bellas Artes and Plaza de Armas)

Overall a good experience. The people who you get the keys from don't speak any English. It is a small apartment in Bellas Artes which is a good area, a one minute walk from Plaza de Armas. I recommend it.

Basic, but perfectly functional

A colleague and I stayed here for a week. It is fairly basic, but clean and tidy, and a great bargain compared to other places. We had one double bedroom (ensuite) and another with two singles. There is no reception like a hotel, so you are 'on your own' with it. The apartment had all we needed, and was in a super convenient location. If you want a place with character, views, or services, this isn't the place. But if you want a central location, and something affordable, this place is great. Important information: the office that runs the place speak no English, so if you don't speak Spanish, it might be tricky. We managed with some rudimentary Spanish.

Good Value Good Location

Good location in old downtown Santiago, near sites, parks, shopping and restaurants. Hotel/apartments staff were accomodating, but the room was very basic and nothing special. It is a group of apartments within a larger apartment building, whose front door people don't really give you any special attention. The "hotel" staff are there during the day, though, on another floor. Great view from the roof top pool. Good value for the money if you want a kitchen and a good location and a pool. Two food stores on the block.

Overall review

Very comfortable apartment. It is part of a larger building in the middle of the city. We recieved the key from the apartment staff (she did not speak english) but was helpful as possible. No hotel services as this is an apartment but a great place to stay in Santiago.

Confesso que estava meio assim em relação ao todo, mas fui muito bem atendido pela recepção, dá para entender tudo que eles falam mas nada como um tradutor para tirar algumas dúvidas rsrs mas gostamos muito. Perto de metrô praça lanchonete enfim. Muito satisfeito mesmo e recomendo.

Localização excelente. O apart tem tudo para uma boa permanência. Peca um pouco na limpeza. Sugere-se a substituição dos travesseiros e das cobertas por modelos mais leves e quentes.

Nos fue bien en general, aunque al llegar no nos habían dejado la llave en recepción y tuvimos que esperar al rededor de 3 horas (después de haber viajado toda la noche) para que llegue la persona encargada. Indicaron una deficiencia de comunicación de Hoteles.com y para restituir nos dejaron hacer el check in anticipadamente. El departamento tiene lo necesario, aunque ciertos muebles, la ropa de cama y toallas estaban viejos. La limpieza del departamento hay que solicitarla cuando se requiere, sin costo. La ubicación es buena porque tiene todo cerca y a la mano. Desde el departamento se pueden captar vistas preciosas del amanecer en Santiago.

Apartamento grande e perto de tudo, no centro

É um apartamento muito grande, com dois quartos, sendo uma suite de casal e outro quarto com uma cama mais um beliche, tem ainda um sofá cama na sala, que conta com TV e uma mesa para 4 pessoas, wifi rápida e uma cozinha bem equipada.

Localização incrível, falta manutenção.

O apto é muito bem localizado no centro, tem um mercado de frente e fica uns 300 da praça das Armas. As acomodações são boas, porém, faltou aquecedor para os quartos (tinha apenas um aquecedor portátil na sala) e fez muito frio início de agosto. Falta manutenção nos banheiros com vazamento nas banheiras que deixavam os banheiros bem molhados, e falta utensílios na cozinha, só tinha o básico. Não tinha limpeza diária, só se solicitar e pagar a parte. No geral daria uma nota 7.

Direi bene, unica cosa che dovete rivedere i servizi; questi appartamenti non hanno l'aria condizionata a differenza di quanto avete scritto. Meno male che non c'era molto caldo.

Centro é centro. Vantagem de estar próximo aos pontos turísticos/históricos... Desvantagem de não ser região mais bonita ou segura. O apart-hotel é bem completo, roupas de banho e cama boas e ter um serviço de limpeza/arrumação diária é muito bom. Parece casa de temporada que se aluga por dia, com serviço de hotel pra limpeza! Gostei e ficaria novamente!

Ficamos por 5 dias nesse apart, que conta com 2 quartos, 1 com cama de casal e outro quarto pequeno com cama de solteiro. Piso de carpete de madeira. Com cozinha (fogão, geladeira, microondas, utensilios).

Aluguei o apt porque dizia que havia AR CONDICIONADO, mas não tinha, o ventilador so veio no segundo dia. A geladeira estava sem a tampa do congelador quebrado. A banheira do chuveiro muito perigoso, não tem apoio nenhum. e não para no lugar.

Apart hotel bom em Santiago

O Apart hotel - Personal Aparts Bellas Artes é uma boa opção em santiago para quem prefere ter uma certa privacidade. Com quartos confortáveis e todo uma estrutura de casa, aproveitamos Santiago de uma forma diferente. ( cozinhamos, nos sentimos em casa) O que na minha opinião não foi perfeito , foi a questão do estacionamento que precisa ser reservado com antecedência e tem custo. o wifi funcionou bem a recepção apesar de não ser 24 horas , tinha recepcionistas muito solícitos voltaria ao hotel.

Chuveiros não funcionam, lâmpadas fracas, terrível

Chuveiros não funcionavam bem, ora esquentavam a ponto de queimar ora eram gelados, reclamamos, disseram que dependia da hora de uso e não podiam fazer nada, reclamei que o apartamento estava com lâmpadas extremamente fracas, deixando o ambinte escuro, disseram que iriam resolver, nada fizeram, mas o pior foi o banho, numa cidade de inverno frio a temperatura equilibrada da água é fundamental

No estoy satisfecha con la atención del personal de recepción. Cuando me dieron el sobre con la llave y leí sin estacionamiento, les dije que lo había reservado porque tenía estacionamiento. Ante esto uno de ellos me preguntó ¿son argentinos?. Sentí que fuimos segregados por ser argentinos. No me dieron ninguna solución y con mi familia tuvimos que salir a buscar un estacionamiento cercano. No lo recomiendo por la atención. El personal dio por obvio que sabíamos cómo se manejaban en los departamentos porque no nos aportaron ninguna explicación. Al momento de salir no nos preguntaron nada. Creo que no es un lugar para recomendar.

El apartamento es pequeño pero sirve para una familia de 5 personas. Ubicado en zona centrica permite visitar a pie muchos puntos de interés.

Boa, tranquila. Banheiras escorregadias e perigosas para quedas instaladas nos banheiros. Armário com dificuldade de abertura em um dos quartos devido ao espaço pequeno entre a cama e o armário, impossibilitando a acomodação de roupas, tornando-o inutilizável.

No nos gusto para nada el edificio, en la publicacion figuraba con estacionamiento, pero al momento de llegar nos dicen que si tiene pero que no esta incluido y hay que pagarlo a parte, la pileta era imposible usar, el agua turbia y el ambiente de gente dejaba mucho que desear, la zona donde esta ubicado es muy fea, no es recomendable para familias, el departamento bastante dejado le falta mantenimiento, abrimos el horno para cocinar y lo tuvimos que cerrar por el feo olor que salia de una asadera que se encontraba con restos de comida. La atencion del administrador lo unico rescatable.

A la première réception, 1 réceptioniste désagréab

Très déçu par l'attitude d'un réceptioniste quadragénaire à lunette à la réception du rez de chaussée, qui était toujours à droite du comptoir vue de face, Il était très très désagréable ex: on lui demandait un renseignement pour une visite, et il ne vous répondait même pas, il vous ignorait. Quand on lui disait "bonjour" ou "aurevoir", il ne vous répondait rien, c'était un grossier personnage.
