Acceptable Accommodations Amazing Location

Stayed in renovated room. Nothing exciting about the rooms. Drab bathrooms. Food not worth talking unfortunately (even the local food is boring) about but plentiful. No alcohol allowed on premises but smoking is allowed everywhere. Wifi only at reception area. Pool seems to have under repairs for sometime.

Overall wonderful experience. My daughter picked going here again over other vacation in SE Asia. Just after booking the trip, my wife broke her ankle. The paths are not scooter friendly, but that was not a top priority when we were picking a vacation spot. She healed enough before we left that she was able to swim, and see her favorite animal, the sea turtles. Which was our top priority. Excellent local wildlife on land and in water. Very convenient snorkeling out your front door.

The resort and surroundings could be a bit cleaner. Food is average but there are a couple of other dining options a few minutes away. Land and boat transfer were poorly arranged by the reservation office but we managed to transfer by ourselves (very easy, lots of taxis and boats available at/from airport to jetty). The best part is the gorgeous beach with crystal clear waters…a dream come true!

The location is paradise and great for a few days but the property is tired and needs a lot of work. The food at the restaurant was so average we went to the big island for dinner. If this resort was tidied up it would be a truely magical place to go as the beach is stunning with turtles straight out front .

3 night stay.

Warm welcome at reception and was allowed to checkin an hour before the official tine. Decent sized room. Could have been a little cleaner (hairs in bathroom on arrival). Towels provided. Little fridge although internet only available in restaurant area. Beach towel service and beach chair was excellent. Would stay again for sure.

Stay at paradise

The location is excellent. It is so relaxing. The beach is just few meters away. It is a paradise. The only downside is the food. There are other hotels around with much better food.

Excellent staff, everything was great. The resort is situated in an amazing spot. Really loved it.

Our view was fabulous! The restaurant was not great, we ordered prawns and they dipped snd fried small shrimp with the shell still on and served those. Awful! Most of the time we walked to somewhere else to eat. Our room was full of red ants we complained they did nothing. The beach was stunning!

This is a magical island with beautiful clean and clear waters. The resort staff are friendly and warm and facilities are clean. It is also not that far from kota bahru airport. Very accessible island paradise.

Great friendly desk staff & Location

Well maintained resort n there are still some ongoing maintenance work.

The environment is so beautiful, staff is friendly and helpful. Wifi was not strong in our room, we had to go near to the reception for use internet. And safe box was not working but cleaning staff is trustworthy. If you need to do scuba diving book a slot a day before. I went in the last hour and they were occupied.(for licensed divers have no problem I guess)

The beach deserves 5+ stars - it is absolutely gorgeous. And people will keep going just for that. Staff is friendly and helpful. But the facilities, food, and service do not even vaguely match the level of quality the location (and price) deserve. The facilities were all quite dated and basic, which would be fine if at least some minor things were upgraded. A little attention to detail would go a long way to make this place heaven on earth! Rooms were basic but okay, with the main problem the front door that had a large gap underneath that animals could easily enter (full of mosquitoes). By the way, bring an adaptor or they’ll sell it to you for 5 times the price you’d pay on the mainland. 19 umbrellas and sets of beach chairs are not enough for a resort of over 100 rooms and nothing else to do but enjoy the sea; by 9 am there was none left (rude selfish people put their towels down at 9am to keep the chairs and came back mid-afternoon - they should not ve allowed and should be ashamed!). And by 11am not even beach towels were left! Garbage bags were left outside rooms overnight so animals stormed around digging in. Food was just not edible, despite the long menu. People migrated daily to resorts nearby for meals. That said, if you don’t mind overpaying for the lack of service, and still prioritize the quality of the beach, this resort remains a good option. Food aside, I doubt they’re much more refined in service elsewhere on the island.

Beautiful hotel grounds on a beautiful long beach.

We enjoyed our stay at PIR with it's beautiful long white beach fronting and forest backdrop. I especially enjoyed the watching the visiting dusky leaf monkeys munching leaves in the pretty garden in the mornings/evenings. The hotel room was a bit tired but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. The restaurant food wasn't great but the hotel is within easy walking to some good restaurants on beaches nearby.

Great well maintained hotel on one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever visited. The room was great. Nicely appointed, large enough, beautiful bathroom with lots of hot water, and perfectly functioning AC. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. The lunch and dinner options that were not included were more expensive than other options outside the resort. The only thing that would make this place better would be the availability of alcoholic beverages. Would definitely recommend!

Great resort with beach so close, it’s paradise

What I love most about this resort is the closeness of my room to the beach. Pristine clear sea water, white powdery sands and the view to die for is very important to my beach holiday. The rooms could have been better serviced and cleaned, the restaurants could have done better with the food selection, but my first overall experience was nothing but praises to their friendly staffs. Everyone was all smiles and gave their best to all the customers.

Nice beach & nice view. Very near to the Jetty and the beach is clean. Is a good resort to stay especially with family members. U can just do yr snorkeling at the hotel beach as the sea water is clean & very safe to swim.

A good resort with amazing private beach

Had an amazing time at PIR which is having it's own private beach with a brilliant view. I would surely recommend for people looking for a good break on a clear water, which sand beach. PIR staff was quite courteous and supporting through our four days of stay. While the conditions of the rooms, resort and other facilities were quite poor, but a lovely beach views compensates for all. Food is really not good, but smiling & professional staff members makes up for this gap. Break fast/lunch was disappointing, so ensure you have enough food packed with you for your stay. Arrangement for snorkeling, boating and transfer to jetty was very well managed.

Beautiful beach and surroundings!

The Reception staff couldn't be more helpful and give you lots of tips for getting around the island. This hotel is situated on the best beach in my opinion and its surroundings are beautiful. The rooms are built in the style of traditional Malay chalets, they're basic inside but comfortable. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the cleaning staff and the restaurant- eat elsewhere!!

Service absent. Vermin present. Location unbeatable. Upon arrival (we are return visitors), the bell boys just looked and smiled at us, while we were dragging our luggage along - a far cry from the times they come to pick you up at the boat! I am almost certain that the room was not booked the night before, judging not least by the damp smell - but it was not made available until official check-in time, just because that is the policy. Room service was sporadic at best - including removing full bin bags from bins - and then leaving them on the floor... when I asked for the possibility of late check-out, much as for check-in, I was given the rule book: possible, but at an exorbitant hourly rate... Vermin - still not sure if that was a squirrel or a rat rummaging through the room at night - I prefer to think it was a squirrel. As for the cockroach on the breakfast buffet, those, I recognise. Food was forgettable, as always - it seems like they have a competition to identify the person least able to cook eggs (!), who then staffs the egg station... Location is unbeatable, though, so one star for that.

Excellent location. Nice restaurant with good food. Beautiful room next to the beach but you so that the maintenance is poor, some things are broken or dirty.

Hotel that is isolated from the real world

Very relaxing stay in this hotel. No TV and internet in the room will make you talk with your companion which is great. Spend my whole week looking at the sea and diving in the ocean is the best time that I have ever been. Will revisit this place for sure!

Beutiful island ...best beach Best staff and fresh air here

Fantastic location

Perfect, stunningly beautiful and relaxing setting! Amazing wildlife and peaceful landscape with spectacular beach and swimming! Snorkelling also convenient. Staff very friendly though respect for and sensitivity to turtles, especially during nesting season, should be improved through environmental education so as not to crowd so close and to refrain from touching and disturbing the mother turtle etc. Turtles are amazing creatures and the top attraction at this resort and eggs and turtles should be better protected from unscrupulous egg thieves.

twice the price but half as good as the rest

this is the second time we have been to the perhentians, which are stunning. this hotel, however is not. 1) it's twice the price, and half as good 2) blinds didn't work in room, didn't get fixed despite reporting it, meaning limited privacy and a 6am sunrise wake up cos of the light. the guy did come but couldn't fix it at that moment. then was never to be seen again. 2) bathroom smells of you can guess what. 3) light outside room stopped working, meaning a 5 minute fight trying to get the key in as when the power went off 4 times a day your phone didn't charge enough to use the torch. 4) the power went off 4 times a day 5) they didn't provide a torch despite asking 6) no umbrella, we didn't ask to be fair, but seems remiss not to put one in the room. 7) no tv or wifi. but don't expect any events to be organised. also no wifi means reception was always jammed with people checking emails, looks really quite bad. 8 the beach is great 9) the worst aspect. despite booking a return boat and land trip, they booked a one way land trip. this was discovered on check out. where their first instinct was to tell me why I was wrong. until I showed the email, then it was to say just get a taxi for more money, basically just dumping us at the Jetty. then they called up to arrange. which although stressful solved the problem they had created. they also made 20rm for their mistake, they profited from our stress. do not stay here, even for the beach.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean

The hotel was beautiful, old but we were in one of the newer rooms- the older ones didn't look so grand from the outside! The bed was comfy, room was clean, everything worked, lovely little deck, we really enjoyed out time. The tennis court is grown over with moss and the badminton court has no usable net, and I wouldn't swim in the pool but the beach and the volleyball are perfect! Hotel staff were okay, but the snorkelling tours that were promised by the hotel refused to take us out because there weren't enough people...so they sat around doing nothing instead. A little disappointing. The hotel food isn't great (at all) but a short walk over to Barat is worth it- would recommend the seafood BBQ! Keep in mind everything is expensive on the island, and PIR doesn't sell alcohol. Bring your own/buy from the store. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing location... But little else.

PIR undoubtedly had the best beach on the Besar Island. You could swim out to sea turtles, the water was clean, blue and calm and the sand was picture perfect. Most of the people on the island (and from Cecil) came to the beach in front of PIR because it was the best spot to be. However, that is its obit upside. Food was terrible (not much better on the island though except for the Thai food on the other side of the island), rooms were run down and not cleaned throughout our stay and the service was just average. A very minimal stay on a beautiful island and that's it. Can't beat the location but I would try another hotel next time considering everyone uses this beach anyway and it is very accessible. No need to stay here.

Lovely resort on a fabulous beach. Restaurant a little pricier than some nearby and not worth the extra money so we didn't eat here much. It's just a short walk over the bridge to get to 4 or 5 other resorts/restaurants so well worth doing, don't bother with the water taxis as they seem expensive but you'll need them to go to the furthest resorts. The snorkelling off the beach is amazing but I would absolutely recommend to do the 'special' snorkelling trip (50 RM per person) and you will see them most amazing coral and assortment of fish you can imagine - it is awesome!

Nice sand beach

Room itself was so so, had few spiders in my room with ants but beach was really nice with sand. It's great place to stay with children especially as there is no corals which can be dangerous for them.

good location

The hotel is basic. Air/con with wifi at reception. The food is also basic but clean. We did not get sick eating there. Was disappointed in the snorkeling tour as we arranged a private boat and they took us to the same places as the other boats.

Very expensive for an old dirty resort

This resort is very dirty : rooms. Restaurant. Pool. It seems to be without any care. Breakfast is poor and very discount products are served.

Hotel with Nice Beach

I stayed at this hotel for only one night with my friends. During my stay there, all staffs were kind and very friendly and room was basically OK. What was great was the beach in front of the hotel. I have never seen such a beautiful sea and almost all the time in the hotel was spent there. I want to visit this hotel again when I miss the sea.

Best Location and Service in Perentian Besar

The location is without a doubt the best on the island!! Crystal clear waters, beautiful coral, exciting fish, lush jungle and the simple life. You don't have to go anywhere except swim, dive,snorkel and get a tan. I also want to say a massive thanks to all the staff at the resort, they really do try to make your stay special and go out of their way to help every time!! My wife loved the surprise cake and card from all the staff, that was amazing and we really appreciate it! Our regards to all the staff! The accommodation was perfect for my wife and I with the most amazing view! I believe the hotel has revised their restaurant menu recently so the food was great!! The Steaks were fantastic!! Thanks again for a wonderful stay at the most amazing island! We will be back

PIR - Pros & Cons

PIR 1) Room a) Pro - Simple decoration, excellent shower b) Cons - No WiFi & TV. Poor curtains that can't fully cover the windows 2) Environment - Depending on your unit, mine was facing the pool and hill view. a) Pro - Full of greeneries & peaceful b) Con - neighbouring unit is under renovation. Other than that, is quite an enjoyable stay.

Nice resort and beautiful beach and corals

Its was nice .liked the place and the location.the clear blue skies and the beautiful corals .i didnt like the food because it was too bland.not worth the money.

Resort overall overpriced

The most beautiful beach on Perhentian Besar, quiet for families and couples, no parties, unless you are during the Ramadam there is plenty Muslim woman with children so its loud. We got update for 1st 2 nights to the beach view apartment, later we had a standard room booked as no other rooms were avail. We moved to other apartment which was lovely as it was more modern and all standard apartments are renovated so they are very nice. They were in 2nd row from the beach and near jungle and there was more animals you could see like lizards and monkeys with babies running on or below the apartments which is extra plus if you want to see some wildlife. Overall really clean and nice. Recommend diving centre in the resort as prices are lower than in the resort opposite and Susie and Vanessa staff are great instructors. Breakfast was ok - in general Malaysian food isn't great. Normally there are French fries or wedges, some noodles or pasta and variety of eggs. Internet doesn't work great in the reception or the rooms. Dinner buffet option very expensive so we glad we didn't buy full inclusive considering that food wasn't great. Its cheaper to go to the restaurants on the opposite beach or Perhentian Kecil for 1 day/afternoon as food is cheaper and there is better choice. Also internet works in these restaurants but speed on island is very slow.

Relax

The resort is beautiful and located at the end of the line of hotels along the beach so it is quieter and with less pedestrian beach combers. Amazing sand and water right out front. The food is not great for the price. Breakfast was fine but you're better off visiting nearby resorts and restaurants for other meals. Staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Amazing place, basic hotel

Great view! 5 minutes water taxi to turtle beach which is amazing :) Basic hotel not luxury, hot water provided by solar power so the shower was cold in the evenings & Luke warm during the day at best! Not informed when booking as booking states 24 hour hot water with water heater. Breakfast limited options. Dinner buffet really tasty and good food, restaurant staff really friendly and helpful.

It has one of the best beaches on the island, but the price paid has no relationship with the services provided. Very expensive for the little, basic rooms

Rustic place behind beautiful beach

The place had everything we needed but felt s little run down. Bull ants in the toilet a/c worked intermittently pool not immaculate my son found a nappy in it one day. Staff were always very helpful and friendly. They always worked but there was a lot of rubbish around - no worse than other places we visited in that respect. From what we could tell still had the best accommodate in perhentian Islands.

Fantastic locatiion, average facilities

Fantastic location, beach is superb, and the bay is protected so swimming is idyllic. The hotel is dated, food is poor and service is lengthy. The staff are lovely but with a bit of effort the hotel could be a lot better.

This was the best beach on the island but the bathroom didn't have great water pressure which was a bit of an issue.

Beautiful Beach

The beach was beautiful and the seasports store was great offering scuba diving and snorkeling trips right at the hotel. The hotel room basic but clean. The resort does not serve alcohol and their food options are limited. The staff were not particularly attentive and very slow at the reception.

Great location, terrible service

The one and only thing this resort has going for it is the wonderful location. With a private beach that is superb for snorkelling and swimming the location is excellent. The snorkelling is some of the best I've ever done. Unfortunately, this is the only good thing about the resort. The check-in was painfully slow (30 mins) only to find they gave us the wrong type of room. The restaurant is the worst thing about the resort, the service is slow and the food is terrible. The staff are young and untrained and don't seem to speak much English making communication very hard. If you want something decent to eat you have to cross the bridge over to the neighbouring beach and restaurants. The bridge, however, does not have lights so make sure to take a torch! Be aware that the resort and most of the neighbouring places do not serve alcohol, so don't expect a beer with your dinner! The rooms are very dark and dated, but overall were clean. The boat transfer from the jetty to the resort can be very rough and bumpy, be prepared if you get sea sick! I would not recommend this resort due to the poor service and quality of food, but the beach and snorkelling are a must see!! Such a shame that the owners of this resort cannot see what a gold mine they are sitting on and do something about it!

Great location with fantastic seaview

The location of the hotel is quite good with fantastic seaview. The turtle point is just outside the beach so that it is easy to look for the big turtle. Besides, the coral is very beautiful and lots of fish can be found. Besides, can join snorkelling trip to beautiful different points. Special snorkelling trip is recommened as it is very beautiful than normal trip. It is recommended not to have full board in the hotel as the food is not quite good. Luckily there are several hotels nearby so that we can try the food in other hotels. Furthermore, don't forget to have an half an hour walk jungle trekkling as the way will go to another beach which is very very beautiful. I love Perhentian island and i'm sure I will come back in another years.

Great Location, Comfortable Stay

This Hotel is located perfectly on the beach at Perhentian's Larger Island. It's right off the jetty and the Hotel staff will take the luggage for you as you get off your boat. We got there around 1 O'clock but found out that the check in time was 3. (That's how it is with most Hotels in Malaysia) So we decided to instead head straight into the emerald blue waters... Its a beautiful beach and the waves are gentle. We hired some Goggles and Masks from the Diving centre of the Hotel and snorkeled all day long. The Resort is built right around the thick forest on the Island and so one can see quite a bit of wild life within the Hotel premises. We managed to see Iguanas of various sizes, monkeys, and even a snake :) The Dive Center of the Hotel is quite good and the Staff are very friendly and warm. I'd recommend this Hotel for a good vacation.

Having been to Krabi & Phuket before, this is definitely a better destination.

Beautiful beach full of garbage!

Dirty area and rooms with little service, pricy low quality food, full of mosquitos bred in the dirty ponds behind the rooms. Exptremently unprofessional and useless staff. In the restautarant when you call the server then argue among themselves who should go to answer you. The staff started to take group photos when the clients were there.

Good for vacation

A good place for a short vacation. Not too many people even if all rooms are occupied. Access to the beach at anytime. The only thing can be complained is the wireless network.

The best location

The Perhentian Island Resort is definitely in the best location on the island, we stayed for 4 nights recently. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and although the room was a bit worn it was spacious and clean, the bathroom was also a pleasant surprise with a great shower and bathtub. The rooms were cleaned every day and clean towels, bottled water and tea/coffee replenished, the A/C also worked really well. Only negatives were a large pile of rubble left outside our bungalow and a lack of grounds keeping, also the pool was closed for maintenance for the first two days of our stay - but with a beach like this one who cares about the pool! Highlights were the PADI dive tours, eating at the many different restaurants (especially Mamas), and swimming/snorkelling in the amazing blue water - awesome!

Amazing surrounding environment

The hotel was acceptable, average condition in general but some of the rooms were in poor condition. However it doesn't really matter since the time you will be spending in the room is very few compare to the time you will be spending hanging around in this wonderful typical postcard environment: transparent water, snorkeling along the sea, swimming with the turtles, rays and many other kind of fishes. Highly recommended for a peaceful gateway!

Not much going for the resort, beach is great

The pool was a filthy green bio hazard and was closed, this should have been disclosed to us while we were booking. The room was run down, mouldy shower curtains and drippy air conditioner. The only good thing there was the beach.

Did not live up to our expectations

This hotel was a real disappointment - certainly not the island paradise we had been expecting. We arrived early in the day and the hotel did kindly let us check in but the room they gave us was disgusting - old, dirty, unbearably hot. The air conditioning unit (so essential in this heat) was ancient - it did not work and was very noisy, and the vents were filthy. The bathroom was dirty, there were insects splatted all over the wall. The swimming pool had clearly not been used in a long time, it was green, smelly and full of insects. Despite the problems with the rooms, the main issue at Perhentian Island Resort was the complete lack of atmosphere – there did not seem to be many other guests staying there and many things weren’t available e.g. the bbq dinners were not running. I’ve already mentioned the swimming pool was not available. This meant that it was a depressing atmosphere and not somewhere we wanted to relax and spend time in the evenings. It was also very expensive to eat / drink at the resort. We ended up walking to nearby resorts for dinner every night and found a much nicer environment and better and cheaper food. Finally, I could not believe how rude and unhelpful all of their staff were to us during our stay. We did not understand why – Malaysian staff elsewhere on our trip were wonderful. It really felt like they did not want our business. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to others – there are far better options on Perhentian Besar.

Good hotel with minor weaknesses.

The hotel's location is really great, and with one of the best beaches on the Island. If you get too tired of the ocean, you have the opportunity to do some nature exploring in the sorrounding area. The condition of the hotel was ok, but it could be a bit better when taking the price into consideration (guess you pay for the location)! The restaurant is pretty expensive compared to other places i Malaysia and on the Island. They mostly serve buffet (do have other dishes) and they then charge 10% extra for service - we almost had no service, so being charged this amount + 6% tax was a bit "greedy"! Overall, the hotel is good (clean etc.) but the staff could be improved.

We stayed there 4 nights. Towels were not clean and a cleaner lady stole my flipflop and when i went out i saw her my flipflops ans asked then back. Rentaurant service was bad! Nice beach but i wouldn't stay there anymore.

Best hotel in Perhentian

It's the best hotel in Perhentian. There are big territory, flowers and a lot of animals. you don't need to go anywhere to see squrrels, gecos, birds, turtiles, sharks etc. you can go snorkling near the hotel (corals, a lot of fish, turtils), no need to go anywhere. Clean room, everything in the room you need. Tea, coffee.creamer is complimentary recharged every day. you can take drinking water from dining room freely, no need to pay for water. it's big plus. There is teapot in the room, you can make tea and coffee for yourself. very calm and nice to rest with children even with very small one. we staied with our baby (1 year 9 month) and it was good, no noise, everything ok. we saw all hotels in this island and Perhentian island resort is the best. We visited it second time because first time we like it very much! I recommend this hotel, but you need to book beforehand because it's full on weekends. On weekdays it's almost empty, on weekends it's full. The price in expedia is better then in the hotel itself. Book and enjoy nice holiday.

今回二度目の訪問。 とっても素晴らしい時間を過ごせた。 到着してすぐ部屋のエアコンが動かなかったので、別の部屋への移動を覚悟するも、迅速に修理してくれてありがたかった。 シュノーケルスポットが目の前の海にあるので、存分に楽しめる環境。 ただ、日の出と夕日は地形的に見ることができないところだけが残念。 滞在中、野生の猿やリス、水トカゲも現れて楽しかった。 夜のバーベキューは、レストランの目の前でグリルしてくれるが、食べる時に冷めてしまってるのが残念だった。でも、味は美味しくて満足。

Hotel en un paraíso que debe mejorar mantenimiento

El lugar es un paraíso si te acompañan días de sol. Cuatro días son suficientes para relajarte y disfrutar de la isla, ya sea a través de jungle trecking o con los taxi boats. La gente es muy agradable y sonriente. El hotel tiene que renovarse, las habitaciones están avejentadas en su mobiliario y requieren mejor mantenimiento, aunque son lo suficientemente cómodas para dormir que es el único tiempo que pasas allí. La climatización en nuestro caso funciona perfectamente y hay frigoríficos con agua de cortesía que enfrían perfectamente. El buffet es muy limitado y no es de calidad. El paraíso del lugar y su ubicación en una playa paradisíaca disimula las carencias del hotel.

El hotel está viejo y encima la piscina en obras sin avisar. Hay hoteles por los alrededores mucho mejores, lo único que tiene muy bueno es que está a pie de la mejor playa de la isla

L’hôtel est idéalement situé (la plage de l’hôtel est superbe, il y a des transats en bois à disposition). Les chambres sont propres et confortables. L’hôtel n’est par contre pas entretenu, c’est dommage. La piscine est toujours en travaux

Le cadre est magnifique mais malheureusement les chambres sont délabrées. Tout est à refaire et ça ne vaut absolument pas le prix.

Horrible à éviter à tout prix !!!

Le pire séjour de ma vie,pas d’eau chaude, pas de Clim (ou bien elle coulait sur les draps), linge non changé, fuite d’eau du plafond (oui il pleuvait dans notre chambre), fausse informations fournies sur les prix des buffets ect et pas de piscine. Rapport qualité/prix horrible. A éviter le plus plus plus possible!! Des logements frontalier dans un autre hôtel pour des rapports qualité prix 100 fois mieux.

Hotel super bien situé sur la grande île avec une plage magnifique. Mais la chambre n’a pas été a la hauteur de nos espérances. Petite, sale et pas entretenue… Dommage car gros potentiel.

Hôtel sur une belle plage mais mal managé

L'hôtel a un super potentiel car il est bien situé (très belle plage) et les espaces sont bien pensés (restaurant avec vue sur la mer/belles chambres). Cependant la piscine est hors fonctionnement depuis le mois de février 2024 et cela n'est pas mentionné sur les sites de réservation. Globalement cela manque de gestion et de maintenance. Le jardin à l'arrière n'est pas entretenu (déchets non ramassés). Un management laxiste qui forcément apporte un manque de service et ne donne pas satisfaction.

Magnifique

Sejour parfait. Nous avons eu 2 chambres collées comme demandé et en plus face à la plage. Personnels d'une gentillesse incroyable !! Chambre confortable et propre. Plage magnifique, restaurant très bon soit self soit à la carte ( meilleurs je trouve que le self et beaucoup plus de choix que le self) Nous sommes restés 4 jours, nous aurions dû rester plus longtemps. Taxi Boat sur la plage mais assez éloigné pour ne pas être un point négatif. Activités pour enfants et grands.

Hotel tres vetuste, pas d eau chaude pour se laver, les equipements sont délabrés. J avais hate de partir. Seul point positif, le personnel est adorable. Il est regretable d avoir laissé l hotel tomber en désuétude car il y a un tres bon potentiel. Belle plage avec une nature luxuriante

Hébergement qui laisse à désirer hormis sa splendide vue et son emplacement. Chambre avec cafard, douche qui ne s’écoule pas et bouchée. Pas de wifi qui fonctionne. Personnel très lent pour les demandes surtout au restaurant. Ce pays mérite vraiment une amélioration au niveau du service hôtelier.

Agréable Resort dans un environnement paradisiaque. La plage est magnifique, l'eau transparente, les poissons et coraux à quelques mètres de la plage. Chalet sympa bien situé à proximité de la plage. Seul bémol la salle de bain est un peu petite mais ça va quand même.

Nous avions lu les avis qui disaient qu’il s’agissait du meilleur hotel sur l’ile, nous n’en avons pas fait d’autres pour comparé lais : ok belle vue pour les chambres mais plage privé laissée sans entretien, transat depourvu de matelas. Chambre : matelas dur, peu de service, avantage bouteille d’eau chaque matin. Petit dej : franchement vraiment pas terrible, peu de choix, du monde pour le seul stand qui fais des oeufs.. sinon pas grand chose de bon à manger. Le buffet du soir idem pas beaucoup de choix, cher pour ce que c’est, Extra bed surfacturé.. 90rm par jour, Personnel tout de meme sympathique, mais pour diner le Barat un peu plus loin est sympa La plage est chouette aussi, la superette hyper cher preferez celle vers le barat moins cher

Ho avuto una camera diversa rispetto a quella presente nella foto quando ho prenotato. Ho scelto Expedia solo perché sapevo che c’erano camere vecchie e nuove e contavo sulla serietà del sito, invece mi è toccata una camera con un bagno veramente vecchio. Zero manutenzione

PIR is probably the best hotel on the perhentians, considering the wonderful beach closeby populated by the most beautiful wildlife and the nice location of the bungalows themselves. There are many activities available. The room is well-equipped and beautiful, very-well cleaned, although not perfectly. The only defect of the structure is the restaurant: the prices are quite high compared to the rest of the island and the food is average

그럭저럭 잘 이용 했습니다.

객실 컨디션은 나쁘지 않았는데 전기가 자주 방전되어 좀 답답했어요. 그리고 화장실에서 벌레 많이 나와서 좀 당황 했구요.. 특히 화장실 하수구 냄새 많이 나서 좀 불편했어요..

立地は良いです。前の海が海亀の遊泳ポイントですし、ビーチも広くて綺麗。ただ施設の古さは感じます。何より食事はダメ。10分歩いて他所のレストランに行っていました。

Paradijs op aarde. Een prachtlocatie afgesloten van de bewoonde wereld. Eigen privé strand. Kleinschalig gevoel met elk een eigen huisje en terras. Prachtig snorkelen met o.a. schildpadden, roggen, tropische vissen. Eten in restaurant wel aan de prijzige kant. Personeel is uiterst vriendelijk. Voor ons hebben ze heel veel geregeld mbt vlucht omboeken en reis naar KL door Corona. Top

Resort immerso nel verde e direttamente sulla più bella spiaggia dell’isola...personale sempre disponibile e sorridente. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Nuestra experiencia en el Pir después de leer los comentarios fue mejor de lo esperado. Tras leer las opiniones de otros huespedes ibamos preparados para pasar hambre y dormir entre ardillas pero nada mas lejos de la realidad. Lo mejor: la playa, sin duda la mejor de ambas islas. Hacer snorkel y ver tortugas, tiburones pequeños y miles de peces a unos metros no tiene precio. Tambien destacar a los trabajadores: amabilidad, sonrisas e infinita paciencia (la liamos con la caja de seguridad) Lo peor: la calidad precio es muy muy justita. El sitio es una pasada pero ni las cabañas(a pesar de dormir en una renovada) ni las instalaciones se ajustan al precio A mejorar: El restaurante. La comida no es una delicia, vale, es cara, si, pero no es tan mala como he leido por aqui. El desayuno bastante bien. En resumen: al ver la playa se olvida todo

Hôtel très agréable et propre, Le personnel est très serviable attentionné et à l’écoute. Très belle plage sable blanc et propre.Nous étions dans un bungalow un peu en retrait de la plage nous avons pu observer des écureuils des warrants des singes qui venait manger tout près c’était fort agréable pour le petit.

El buffet del hotel es malo, y el restaurante tiene poca variedad. La playa del hotel muy buena aunque había obras. En general la estancia buena y el personal amable.

Nos tocó una habitación muy vieja y muy destrozada y para colmo con una falta de limpieza exagerada.... Si no llega a ser por la playa y el entorno que rodea este hotel no lo recomendaría para nada, ya que las habitaciones y el servicio de limpieza deja mucho que desear.
