The staff was amazing and attentive. The hotel was excellent, this was one of my best experiences, and I went with my family and my 2 year old.

Great Hotel. Absolutely clean, cozy, modern and luxurious. Staff was very professional and the hotel has a wonderful bar and restaurant inside. I would definitely recommend staying here if you can afford the budget. Pricy, but worth its value!

This is the best hotel stay that I have experienced in New York City. From the service to the food and drinks, it was first class all the way. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The location. Is perfect for short train commutes as Penn Station is steps away.

This is the best hotel in New York! To me the most important thing when booking a hotel is cleanliness and this hotel exceeded my expectations! clean bed, clean bathroom and overall the suit was clean. The customer service is superb! Thank you Pendry staff!

This hotel exceeded every single expectation I had. It was so convenient being only a 3 minute walk to Penn Station, had an amazing coffee shop right next door, had some great shops right behind the hotel, and had the greatest staff. We also ordered room service multiple times and the food was not your typical hotel food. It was delicious. We will absolutely be staying there again on our next visit to NYC!!

A nice first visit.

The full and well equiped gym was a real plus but I would suggest having water bottles available for patrons. I love the location - near Hudson Yards and other great restaurants. I do wish there was a way to keep foods from Whole Foods or left over take outs from restaurants refrigerated in the rooms. The stocked and weight sensitive refrigerator doesn't allow for extra free space. I appreciated that the rooms were very quiet but next time I would request to not be by the elevators. There is a distinct mechanical smell that is apparent every night and I am guessing it is from the elevator shaft.

Exclusive clean and quiet property, next to Penn station and Madison square garden. Personal care and service from a dedicated, professional staff. Wonderful skyline views on the high floor. Definitely want to return here.

Great Family Spot

This is a low key five star and that’s the way we like it. The staff was attentive and friendly but not fussy. It felt very private. I’d give the staff experience an A/A+. The location was further from where we usually stay but we learned to appreciate the benefits of Manhattan West. You just have to embrace it. The hotel itself is very well designed and brand new. We stayed in both the studio suite and one bedroom suite. The one bedroom is a substantial upgrade and worth giving heavy consideration depending on the price difference if going with kids. The breakfast is white table cloth menu-only. This is different from the typical club spread which would have been welcome pre-kids, but with kids I’d suggest skipping it. Room service was exceptionally good quality. Most importantly, the black fox coffee can be accessed from the lobby without going outside and is excellent. It’s across from a Whole Foods which is super convenient and Daily Provisions is very convenient.

Loved this place!!! Staff is so friendly, rooms are large for NYC and it’s in a great, easy fun area!

Our stay for our 6 year anniversary was absolutely incredible. David G checked us in and he was very accommodating. Our room was so comfortable and the view was incredible. We really loved the Green Tea in the lobby.

Modern Hotel

Beautiful hotel centrally located in Midtown Manhattan. New age chic that is beyond my understanding and may be very appealing to some but discomforting to me. Dim lighting in hallways and elevators where it is tres chic to color the buttons, numbers and backgrounds in black made it near impossible to avoid calling the fire department versus your desired floor! Overly complicated lighting switches either left you in the dark when they chit off automatically or in ultra bright lighting with all lights lit. Not nearly enough space in the bathroom sink area though the shower and toilet rooms were great.

Family visit to The Pendry

Staying at The pendry with our family was a great experience from start to finish. Room was excellent. food at breakfast and room service was excellent. Great location to be based. We looked at several options but The Pendry won our vote. We wouk have no hesitation in recommending the hotel or indeed, coming back ourselves

I love Pendry Hotels and prefer to stay at them whenever they are available. This time around though was not up to the standard typically experienced. Everything was solid but the Concierge service. No help was provided despite requested bookings behind brief suggestions via text message. I hope they can get back to above and beyond amazing hospitality.

Wonderful stay. Wonderful staff

This is my go-to hotel for work trips. Can’t beat it. You can’t beat the location. As a female traveling solo to nyc for work, I feel safe on the property. It is across the street from Moynihan Train Station… next to whole foods, 3 coffee shops near by, several great restaurants footsteps from the hotel… and if you’re like me and sometimes forget to bring your work top that matches your outfit, Hudson yards is a block away, easy spot to pick up last minute items or get a fresh mani. As for the rooms, I sleep well there, the rooms are comfortable and spacious for a NYC hotel room. Going to Chicago later this year for work and can’t wait to check it out, hope it’s the same experience I’ve had with manhattan west!

Staying here is a splurge

Booked this place for my 50th bday celebration. Mainly picked this based on pics and reviews. For me cleanliness was of the upmost importance. Indeed it was. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff are very helpful. Someone is always there to open the door for you. The front desk are patient and professional and warm. The location is a complete score! One block from the train station and one block from Hudson Yard mall. It's close to subway stops. It's perfect. The only draw back is the cost. You have to pay a bundle of the quality room, service and location.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pendry. It is located in a cool area that also happens to be very convenient. The rooms are modern great amenities, and we slept great in the beds. It is on the expensive side, but if you want to splurge it is recommended.

The hotel is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood that is conveniently placed next to the Hudson Yards for shopping and dining as well as many subway lines that makes traveling throughout Manhattan very easy!

We love staying at Pendry hotels and this one didn’t disappoint. It was modern and guest services were good. The only issue we had was that a package was noted as being received but we weren’t able to collect it. It could have been the crazy time of year we travelled. Overall however, the hotel was beautiful, the hotel restaurant had amazing food and room service was excellent.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay.

The Pendry Hotel exceeded all our expectations. We arrived at 6:00 am after a long flight and we thought they wouldn't give us the room until the beginning of the afternoon but surprisingly they gave it to us right away. The hotel is modern with a very pleasant clean atmosphere and its fitness center is equipped with the latest gym equipment. They are very generous with the amenities as well as with water and other supplies. The people are very friendly, always willing to help. They have the hospitality concept very clear. I will recommend it a million times.

This is second time staying at the property, I must say it is always a pleasure to stay there due to the staff and amenities they offer.

Beautiful hotel in the new Hudson Yards development. Rooms and interior spaces were beautifully decorated, comfortable and well thought out, with plenty of wonderful small touches, especially the turn down service. Service was second to none, I feel guilty I can't recall any staff names to properly thank them here but every single person we interacted with was lovely and genuinely helpful and attentive without being over the top. Room was great, well sized (rare for NYC) with a good view a comfortable bed and powerful shower. The separate bathroom and toilet room is also a nice touch. The chairs by the window are great for a morning coffee watching the sunrise over Manhattan, and the pods were the best coffee pods I've ever had. Lobby bar was cool, unfortunately couldnt check out the other bar as it was closed for a provage function when we were there, and the coffee shop downstairs had excellent coffees and pastries. It was the best hotel I've ever been to and its not even close. The worst part about it was that I had to leave when my trip was over.

Originally the hotel put us in a tiny room. We called the management and they quickly put us in a larger room.

We loved the various options in and around the hotel for food/shopping/entertainment. The views from our room were amazing as well! Definitely recommend the Pendry and will be staying here again!!

Didn’t even get to stay in my room

I Had an exceptional experience. The one recommendation I would make would be, to have more space in refrigerator. Some guest, bring their own beverages from outside. Those guest, would like to refrigerate those beverages with out running the risk of being charged for moving the contents of the refrigerator around.

Stylish , clean , well decorated property , enthusiastic and joyful personnel . Definitely a new option to enjoy visit in NY either for business or pleasure.. Well done
