Maybe during check in can explain more about the parking in out, availability of iron area.

Good place to stay. Breakfast was good. Other restaurant and 24/7 shop just a minute walk.

Biasanya saya check in kat hotel ni bila ada event company kat dewan sebelah hotel. So sangat memudahkan dan menjimatkan masa. Hotel sgt memuaskan hati bersih dan harga berpatutan.

Not worth the money you pay. Hotel budget is better.

They only serve ala carte food for breakfast. Waste of money. Better dont buy package includes breakfast& eat somewhere else.

The room meets our basic needs. We were there for an event and needed a place to sleep that is convenient.

Bad hotel

Worse hotel room and breakfast was really bad. 7.30 am and yet there was only fried rice and sotong ball.

But i hate when first tjme i check in, i got a room with plywood partition. I think i chose a wrong room.

With that price ive stayed better hotel...due to marketing class we had no other option..

Bad experience

No parking reserved for customer. 13th floor building but have to iron clothes at ground floor. Breakfast totally disappointing. Poor management Not worth at all for stay

i will say comfortable, nice and easy. for two of us, its so fine. the air cond is cold n please, u will like it!

Looks can be deceiving

Room looked a lot better than in pictures. Very cramped room, the "view of the city" was from only one small window in the corner of the room. Damaged light fittings with wires exposed. Towels with brown stains, long hairs in the bed. Not the best area I would say, plenty of cheap eateries around but no real shopping centers within walking distance.

Lousy hotel with lousy service

Door unable to lock coz it was damage. Technician repaired it and without testing the access and again the door can't be opened from outside! Requested for extra bed but unavailable and been offered extra pillow, blanket, comforter and towel. Front desk didn't mention abt extra charge but manager asked for it! Toilet not properly clean. Found a bunch of others people's hair on the toilet floor. So digusting! And the food taste terrible too.

Nice Hotels Which are close to many faciliti

First of all , finding the parking for the hotel is super easy , then the hotel itself is near to many other facilities such as , shopping complex , UITM , Petrol station Some of the staff there is quite friendly , not to mention the breakfast is quite good . For the room condition , it is clean with eventough the bed area is quite small , but the bathroom is quite big and comfy , they also spare the iron for customers in the drawer . It is quite nice and strategic hotels for me .

Dirty room and lousy food!

The bed is uncomfortable. I couldn't get a good sleep at all. The toilet is not clean. There was mold in the soap tray in the shower! The bath There are also stains everywhere! There was even a stain that looked like blood! Breakfast was aweful! There was only one dish available for ala carte in the hotel cafe. Internet is crazy slow! I was only getting 20kpbs speeds! There were only free-to-air channels on TV, most of which have poor reception. It seems the hotel is just banking on the convention participants for its business. Luckily, there were a lot of shops, food courts and restaurants serving local food nearby. I would have starved otherwise.

Thanks for the hotel upgrading my room to 1level higher otherwise the room would have so small and narrow

Suitable for a short Business Trip

Decent set up and furnishing for Business hotel. Easy access from Highway too.

Only used the hotel to sleep at night. All day out.... what else can I say ?

Disappointing stay

This will be the first time I am writing a negative comment on my hotel stay as this was the worst stay I have experienced. First, they ran out of room key card and could only provide one which was fine. The air-con in the room didn't work as in, it was not getting cold. Second, the shower area, the water wasn't draining well therefore it overflowed into the other side of the toilet. The TV channels were very limited to local channels. The Room Service, House Keeping and Reception could not be contacted at all times. There was no air dryer in the room so requested for one. Tried calling but could not get through. So I informed the reception the next day as I was leaving. When I got back, I checked with the Reception on the air dryer and they told me to check the room first. They, as in house keeping, may have left it. Got to the room, no air dryer. This time I was determined to get through to their lines. I managed to get through and they told me they will bring one up immediately. Much later, they called me to say that they do not have one. Breakfast was horrendous. The food was not replenished quick enough and they served cold food. The spread was messy and no one bothered to collect the coupons. Wifi was intermittent. This was definitely a disappointing stay. Not coming back even if it was free.

Hotel with comfort bed

Very impress with the bed and towel with 5 star hotel quality, but one of the towel provided with dirty mark. Toilet bowl with hard brown stain give bad impression on the esthetical view. Room with the no chair or desk, only can use my laptop on the bed. If only looking for good place to sleep with comfort bed, strongly recommend this hotel. But, could hear vehicle passby sound during night time. Breakfast not buffet style but with several sets to choose. Need to keep login WIFI many times as the WIFI always auto logout.

Good room for short trip.

Solo travel. standard room just fit only for 2 person. toilet got cockroach, difficult to flush after using it and the water flow of the toilet is not that good. overall is okay. more better if they includes movie channel for the television. however, i love their toiletries.
