While I am not disabled I liked that it was well appointed for someone who was.

Excellent facilities, comfortable and clean. Shower needs attention...lining wrinkled and coming away from bottom....could pose a health and safety issue...nearly flooded bathroom.

Excellent value for money. Our stay was for two nights. On the first morning a pluming issue occured. As soon as the owners were notified of the problem they gave it urgent attention

The unit was absolutely spotless, well equipped and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. It was quiet. The bed was so comfortable. The only drawback for me was the very busy road that had to be negotiated when entering and leaving the motel during the morning rush hour. Would definitely stay again.

A little toad noise but not too intrusive. Convenient location from CHC. Friendly staff, easy to find and close to shops. The kitchen facilities are good, the lounge not that comfortable. Great TV and bathroom.

The property was fine, a little run down in areas but comfortable and lots of space inside.

Light and heating on to welcome us on our late night arrival was excellent and very much appreciated. Very thoughtful and obliging owners. We've stayed here before and we'll stay again.

Property was ok. Room was clean. We had an altercation with the owner over some confusion regarding payment through expedia. Owners wife had apparently checked us in incorrectly which lead to the owner liam appearing at our room door demanding to see our credit card details. He was rude and abrasive which left a bad taste after that. We will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Easy to find; friendly contact; units clean, convenient and well serviced every day. A totally painless experience - will happily use then again.

Very clean and comfortable

I am a cleaner, I thought it was nice and clean and lots of kitchen facilities, but I wanted laundry service as I had been in qstown seeing family and then chch, I had to handwash everything, and I’m sorry but you need to sort the water problem in the shower, I put my clothes on the floor and water was everywhere

A few things needing attention- bathroom floor damaged, outside decking dirty. Inside clean and well presented.

Travelling for a few weeks this motel had the best bed and pillows we have experienced. The shower was also a stand out with great pressure and heat. Lounge furniture a little tired but a spacious area. Would happily stay here again.

This was an excellent place to stay. The room was large and there was plenty of free car parking available. Staff member was friendly at check in. It's right next to a busy road, however I didn't find road noise to be an issue. I could hear it, but it wasn't excessive. Lots of Sky TV channels on the TV, and the free unlimited wifi was handy. I'd stay there again.

A quite tay in a large unit

We were concerned about potential noise from the adjacent hi-way, but found our unit to be very quite. A good sized 1 bedroom unit which I would consider rebooking again if our travels take us in that direction

Clean, comfortable and convenient. The room was spacious and had a separate bedroom snd living room/ktchen. It was modern and had sky etc. Would stay again.

Comfortable room, good value

The unit is spacious, decor up-to-date, and of good value. We really enjoyed our dinner at the tavern, The Good Home Pegasus, recommended to us. Will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

Good motel, convenient location just on the outskirts of Christchurch, and shopping near by.

Nice stay and lovely owners. Bed was a bit hard and TV in bedroom very small and too high for neck.

We did not think the heating was efficient for a mid winter stay. It took a long time to heat the unit

Good size modern and clean

Despite the motel being on a very busy and noisy major highway, the room was incredibly quiet and comfortable. Very spacious with a supportive bed (had a great sleep) and modern bathroom. Really lovely hosts.

Clean, Spacious and Comfortable

Good simple accomadation at a fair price.

The rooms were very quiet even though the motel is close to the State Highway so noise insulation was excellent. Everything was very clean and there was a TV in the bedroom as well as in the lounge area. Only let down was that there was no soap or shampoo provided and the liquid soap dispenser was empty. Bathroom door could use a bit of CRC on the hinges to get rid of the 'squeaks'!

Set back from a busy main road, quiet, and good off street parking

Check in was easy and they provided a park for our trailer. Nothing was a problem, we will stay here again and will recommend to our friends

So much space here and everything was really clean and tidy. Lovely, easy check in and check out. Would recommended!

Great Motel

I would truly recommend Pegasus for anyone wanting a spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable motel unit. The location is ideal for travellers who don't want to stay right in Christchurch city. The staff were great and really helpful.

We arrived very late from Auckland but i spoke to the manager beforehand and he gave instructions of our checkin. He gave us an upgrade which was very much appreciated. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The place was well equipped and very clean. Thank you
