To check in, go to 2/78 Paradise Island Surfers Paradise To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 4:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and key retrieval information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. This property’s late check-in fee is AUD 50 from 5:30 to 8:30 PM and increases to AUD 100 after 8:30 PM. Cash is only form of payment accepted. Guests may arrange key retrieval from a separate location at no additional cost.
