Great place to stay. Very friendly staff, nice service. Food is really great and fresh. WiFi connection could be more stable, but signal range is pretty wide. Overall very good resort for reasonable price.
Beautiful location, clean and super friendly staff
Pearl Sands has a wonderfully beautiful private beach and the hospitality demonstrated by the staff is impeccable. They were warm and welcoming, ever ready to help in all the various requests and queries that we had. If you are looking for a home away from home, Pearl Sands is the place to be and a walkaway from shops that is located in the Island. Plus point: The food is fantastic!
Have insect in room in the night.
It was awesome trip at Pearlsands of Maldives. Also, they have a good services.
A piece of paradise in the Maldives
We had a wonderful vacation in pearl sands. Big rooms with ocean view, very cooperative stuff, helped us with every need. Private sea shore, good food, good spa services.
The best place to stay in the Maldives
Amazing boutique hotel that has excellent customer service, peaceful environment, incredible private beach, generous a la carte continental breakfast! For excursions, Abdul will make all your dreams come true !!! I will come back as I feel that this is the best plave to switch off, recharge your batteries with positive vibes.
Non Alcoholic Hotel
The hotel room was great and the hotel has an amazing setting on a powdery white beach with very calm water. It is beautiful. I would rate the setting 10/10. The staff could not do enough for us - they were very friendly and professional. I would give the staff 10/10. However overall I would rate the hotel lower. As the hotel is on an inhabited island, there is no alcohol permitted. And the hotel does not make this clear on its information page. A couple going on holiday for a week without knowing the alcohol policy may be disappointed. The hotel can arrange a transfer to an off-shore boat to arrange a fix of alcohol - but that misses the point of being able to relax on a beautiful beach with a cocktail. The hotel should be more clear about disclosing this. That said, if you are a teetotaler then the hotel would be perfect for you.
I don’t know if there is a life beyond death but if paradise exist I hope it is as good as Maldives, and if Angels exist they must be very similar to Pearl Sands of Maldives staff. This place has been our undeserved paradise for 2 months. It has majestic blue waters of perfect temperature. The water is warm enough to heat your soul and cold enough to cool your spirit. The sand is soft and will never burn your feet. And the fishes, corals and other animals will entertain you with their wonderful colours and their funny behaviours. Treat them well and unless you want to eat any of it don’t hurt them. The cooks are wonderful and will do magic to please your tastes. Be nice, tip and explain what you want and how you want it and Anisa and her crew will gig the available ingredients into masterpiece of culinary art. You will sea Manicu keeping the sand tidy and entertaining you with his simple English and wonderful smiles. The rooms will be clean every day. Facilities staff will go beyond the realm of craftsmanship to make your holiday magic. Speak to the staff, tip them, be nice. This will not only help you get a better service and a better holiday experience but help you in life. Mazin is a special young man, that is as good in treating his staff as in repairing and maintaining facilities as in organising special activities for you. The waiters are lovely people. Charlene from Philippines that will work her way to fulfill all your needs. Shaiha, with a beautiful smile and a tone
Horrible Resort. Island is dirty, no room service. No food.
Great Beach, Food and Hospitality. Nice surroundings as there is a small local village on the Island with a few shops and cafes (and a football pitch). Nice lagoon in front of the hotel but unfortunately no (house) reef so not really for snorkeling but all in all great value for Money and easily reachable from Male.
Wonderful local property that feels like a boutique resort. Maria the GM and every single staff member were truly welcoming and consistently sought ways to make our stay better (special mention to Charlene!!). The beach is spotlessly clean, the rooms are of good size and comfortable, the views are amazing, the food is high quality and varied. Be aware as a visitor that this is a dry resort, so come prepared for a detox! When we visited (during the Covid pandemic) the dive shop was closed. There are paddle boards, kayaks, wind-surf board, bikes, snorkeling gear etc. all available to rent. We actually were working full days while at the resort (on Philippine time). The hotel internet was fine for the most part, but would definitely recommend buying a local data sim for backup. Between the two we had decent coverage. Only tip we would have for the owners / management would be to be far more aware of their plastic footprint. There is no need to offer plastic straws with drinks, and drinking water can come from a multi-gallon container rather than small bottled water. It hurts to see those when you know they are going to end up at some point in that beautiful ocean!
Great value option
Beautiful position and great value stay in the Maldives. Service was excellent.
Good transfers. Great location. Staff very friendly. Good variation on food menu. Great spa. Great diving facilities.
All what you can expect
We had a brilliant experience at Pearl Sands of Maldives. Staff were very friendly and very accommodating. From the beginning, Maria was very helpful answering all our queries very rapidly via Whatsapp. For example, she organized a transfer from Bandos straight to Pearl. On another note, the sea next to the hotel was full of corals and other animals. We even say 5 stingrays laying down about 200 metres to the hotel, all in a very shallow lagoon. Incredible experience which you can only experience in Maldives. We had done the resort experience (all inclusive) and it was nice to combine with visiting a local island like Huraa to experience the local life.
4 Stars. Not in this Universe.
Bit of a mixed bag I'm afraid. Location, at the end of a, much need of improvement, bumpy track. The place itself was just OK and needing a little TLC. Our room was spacious well furnished and comfortable with a decent balcony and a very very nice bathroom. Wonderful sea view with a lovely private beach. The staff were all friendly and helpful however this was described as a 4 star boutique hotel. The latter may be correct, but no where near 4 star. The food certainly was not close to this standard. A very limited set menu of rather poorly presented mediocre food. At our first meal we were presented, on cold plates, rare roast chicken, under cooked potatoes and cold cous cous. Our second meal at least gave us a decent steak, but then a plate of pasta in a tomato sauce with TINNED tuna. In the Maldives? I am sorry to say this was certainly not up to the standard that we were expecting, especially as we had just spent time in a 3 star resort and were expecting " a step up " not a step back.
Staying in a hotel with own private beach, 5-star resort like experience with a slightly lower rate. Roaming around the local village whom are very friendly. The only set back is the massive land reclamation on the east side of the island which disturbs the natural beauty of the corals.
A lovely Bali-sequel resort that had a bikini beach. Lovely and warm staff.
The staff here is super friendly and will always greet you with a smile. You have a private beach just a few metres away from your rooms. The meal preparations were great too. We had a chance to experience the spa facilities and we found them to be excellent. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay comfortable and relaxing

Really lovely location, great beach but no big house reef..staff were very friendly and helpful comfy clean modern room. Food was mostly very good, pity the sodas were often flat...
