我們是包棟，整間民宿、房間都很乾淨，溫泉泡起來也很舒適。位置不錯，巷口有全聯超市，UBER EAT也很方便。老闆娘很親切，有機會一定會再來。

美味健康豐富早餐的住宿地方

環境很清淨，睡床很舒服，提供溫泉水可以浸浴，廁所很乾淨，可以放心浸浴。由礁溪火車站行到靜界只是十分鐘路程，很方便。早餐由老闆親自煮，用最新鮮的水果蔬菜，愛文芒，自家制的檸檬汁，蛋三文治都好好味，重點是自家煮的蔥油餅，真的非常美味。

We rented one bedroom in a house. It’s on the second floor. We have a couple large luggage. A staff was friendly checked us in and carried one of a luggage upstairs. It’s clean and well maintained. Love the hot spring tub large enough to soak with your partner. The breakfast was great and freshly prepared.

This was basically a house designed to be a hotel. The staff is amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed their concern for our needs. The hot springs bath was great. The room and building were very comfortable.

We (me, my wife and daughter) had an wonderful time to stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was the hot spa right in our room,which was perfect for soaking after a day of exploring. The staff and the owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, always available to help with any requests or to offer recommendations for things to do in the area. Breakfast was a real treat—delicious, with a variety of options to suit all tastes. It was a fantastic start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area; it's a perfect blend of comfort and warm hospitality. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

This is one of the best experiences you can find, especially for large group of people and family trip. Hot Spring, equipped bathroom and kitchen, and many more. Not so good

There was no hot water in the morning at all. I had to take a cold shower and it was winter!! The wifi is very bad, very slow connection, and keeps disconnecting. Breakfast at 8:30am was mostly cold food.

Amazing experience! We felt so welcome - all of the staff were so kind and friendly! They really made a huge effort to make us feel happy during our stay. The room was beautiful with an incredible mountain view, and the breakfast was delicious too.

The owner greeted us when we arrived. Home made breakfast was excellent. Complementary bike use was great. The unit we stayed in was very clean and room make up every day made our whole unit very tidy. On our departure day, we need to catch an early bus. It was raining that morning. The owner prepared a bag with breakfast sandwiches and juice for us, and drove us to the bus station. Best experience.

Very friendly staff, nice rooms. Some may find it difficult to find the resort, but we asked for directions from Happiness hotel. Nice walking town. Breakfast was similar for both days we stayed, nice if there was more variation.

버스 역에서 매우 가까웠고 온천 공원과 매우 가까워 너무 좋았습니다. 아침 저녁 산책 했고 객실에 온천도 가능하고 조용하게 잘 지냈습니다. 가족들과 재방문의사 높고 온천공원 공용온천도 가까워 다음엔 매일하고싶어요

ここのオーナーにとても親切にしてもらった。朝ごはんは、豪華でないが、とても美味しい。悪い点、ホテルの看板がわかりにくいので初めて行く場合は、少し戸惑う。また、次も利用したいと思います。

可以包棟，每棟三間房，可容納12-16人；也可以單獨住宿，為顧客品質、每棟只有兩個車位，非包棟只開放兩間客房是很貼心的考量！ 早餐非常豐盛、很用心準備，超級美味😋

家族旅遊，包棟住宿。 需要主動要求才願意開停車直通的門口，可能不像其他住客運氣好遇到老闆娘。 部分房間溫泉水非常多黑色片狀雜質，且已依建議放水至水熱後再蓄水仍持續有黑色片狀雜質，水質堪憂。 一樓廚房沒有冰箱、沒有微波爐，且無瓦斯只有一口電磁爐，有逆滲透水，但一樓廚衛都沒有熱水，即便簡易煮食也不方便。 住宿部分沒有禁煙，在一樓廚房餐廳區及頂樓開放式溫泉區都持續聞得到隔壁傳來的菸味，家庭旅遊請慎選。

晚上會一直聽到隔壁空調的聲音，對音量較為敏感的人不建議住宿。

週邊環境寧靜，因為礁溪路上行車不多，走路去火車站10分鐘左右，身為路黐 走過兩次就記得怎走了，泡溫泉去除身體疲勞，火車站週邊有很多食店，有一家烤蠔非常美味，很新鮮，但沒有記店名。

整體很不錯, 房間內wifi訊號價差

房間較老舊，勝在近山，空氣好！自駕或包車的最適合！環境寧靜優美。

停車格太小，需要在訂房時，有明顯的說明，早餐好吃，房間乾淨，但看起來是住家改成旅館，無電梯可搬行李。

駅から近い。すぐ近くで森林浴できる（温泉、足湯もある）。受付の方がとても親切。清潔感はあるが、部屋のなかが、使う人の目線に立っていないようなデザインに思う時があった。

乾淨舒適、鬧中取靜、早餐有特色，整體滿意度不錯，唯一的問題是房內溫泉的溫度，雖然客服有說明可以一直放熱水來加熱，但整體溫度仍稍嫌不足。如果想泡溫泉可能還是要另外花錢去外面泡~

值得再去的好住宿

房間蠻大間的，浴池也蠻大的，兩個人進去泡綽綽有餘，也因為旅社的位置比較遠離主幹道，所以夜間很安靜，睡眠品質很好，期待下次再去
