Staff was friendly and helpful, the property needs an urgent update, it is way more deteriorated than other at the same price range and location
The staff at this facility were amazing. Very accommodating went above and beyond. This is definitely a boutique hotel which isn’t unusual for Paris so don’t expect it to be modern. But it’s clean, good location and the staff make it a very pleasant stay. I would absolutely stay here again.
stolen belongings
My stuff got stolen or thrown away as the hotel told me. I stayed there for 11 days. For 9 days I kept some of my stuff in a corner. Bags with laundry, bags with checks and other belongings. It wasn’t touched. On day 9 we got back and some of the bags were gone. Specifically a large Louis Vuitton packaging bag. Inside there was a cotton Gucci bag and tax free checks for hundreds of euros. All thrown away. All the hotel said was “we are very sorry, the cleaning lady thought is was garbage” Also, keep in mind that real garbage wasnt thrown away there were band aids laying on the floor for days, I didn’t pick it up just to see when they’ll notice it and they never did. No proper cleaning was done. Just new towels and bed was made. And emtpy beer bottle wasn’t thrown away but a bag with belongings was. hotels .com also didnt bother arranging a full refund and told me to get police involved. when im already out of the country. ridiculous.
A reliable choice in the main shopping district
The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close the main shopping area, yet in a quiet side street. Our original booking was for the Pavillon Opera hotel located on 11 rue Geoffroy Marie, but due to some building work it got transferred to another branch of the hotel on 15 rue Geoffroy Marie. That did not make any difference, as the locations were only a few meters apart. We checked early at 11am as our room was already available. That was much appreciated. The room was as you can expect. It had an electric heater, which you had to switch on yourself and an empty mini-fridge. The breakfast consisted of 4 items - you choose them from a list which you hand in to the reception the day before - delivered to your room. Our bathroom had a bath, 2 shampoos and 2 shower gels. The hotel has all the standard amenities, good service and a great location.
Good location, friendly staff and clean room
The room is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Horrible rooms horrible stuff horrible management ! No managers available when staff doing wrong! Two doors room but only one key! Totally feel unsafe, stuff talking and asking nonsense questions and jokes! A sweaty guy on front disks who said so many time as he’s tired because he was start working since 3:00in morning! He keep locking the entrance door when customers coming in and out! And make him looking so unhappy when customers arrived!!!
Staff was excellent and accommodating. The breakfast included is very nice. Overall the hotel is clean but the rooms need updating.
just perfect
Excellent value for money
The location is really convenient and the staff were great at making us feel welcome but the room was very disappointing. It was small, basic, old looking / run down, with a window looking out into a small dirty area of other windows.. Luckily there was a fan to keep us cool through the night because it was very stuffy, it smelt too bad outside to leave the window open.
Nice hotel great location
Wasn’t what I expected. Had us waiting all day to check in
Reasonable location but generally run down, shabby and disappointing when compared with other 3 *s in the neighbourhood.
The hotel is old and the room is super small. There is no air condition in the room. I was there in the summer & it was miserable. However , the staffs were super friendly
unfortunately the room wasn’t very clean... there was mould in the bathroom, stains on the duvet etc. clearly the hotel isn’t new and it shows in its overall condition. the staff was very friendly though and it is a great location
Perfect location with transportation close. Staff very friendly and helpful only issue was it was a bit hot, not unbearable, without AC,
Average
Great location, but a bit overpriced for what it was but price high maInly due to lack of availability. Condition was ok, bathroom a little dated. Unfortunately no available iron which is always annoying as a business traveller. Didn’t have food so no comments there.
Good location and the hotel staff - Wassim very helpful and friendly
Nice hotel in great location!
Lovely hotel in great location. Staff really helpful. Comfortable beds. One room booked was a bit tired decoration wise but they are in the process of updating. Overall would highly recommend it.
Excellent location, near Gard du Nord and Opera. Would return.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Gave directions and always welcoming when we returned. Great location within a few blocks of multiple metro stops.
Room was tiny, no closet, not even a hanger to hang a shirt. I understand space is limited in Paris but you couldn’t fit two ppl in that room
Bad Choice!
The room is tiny! I can only put my luggage in toilet. The room has no sound insulation at all! The water temperature is unpredictable! Sometimes hot sometimes cold! Service?! Where’s it?
We didn't have high expectations of a three star hotel in Paris but this property didn't even meet those expectations. The property is in need of some maintenance/cleaning. In the room we had the hair dryer didn't work, the safe worked intermittently and on the last morning there was no hot water despite running the water for 20-30 minutes. We reported the first two issues to the front desk but no repairs were completed. Sound penetrates through walls of adjacent units but overall the property was quiet.
great short stay hotel in a buzzing part of Paris
This hotel is a great find in the Montpelier part of Paris, but just a few minutes from the heart of Paris - overall the staff were very friendly, Breakfast basic but ideal nonetheless - only minor complaint is that the beds were hard - other than that it is an ideal base for a few days and would happily stay there again and recommend it to anyone. The location is perfect to experience Paris and also enjoy the locality in the evenings!
Great location, clean room and very friendly staffs. Also a free internet mobile phone was provided free of charge during our 4 nights stay. We used it like GPS and able to navigate us around the city of Paris. Free call within France was very helpful as we can contact our family friends during our stay.
THEY CAN TO HAVE A MORE BEAUTIFUL HOTEL
THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN A VERY QUITE STREET-- THE METRO STATION GRANDS BOULEVARD IS CLOSE.. TWO OR THREE KOSHER RESTAURANT IN THE AREA-- THE DECORATION IS HORRIBLE- THEY CAN MADE A MORE NICE HOTEL - IS THEY REMOVE THE RED COLOR IN ALL THE HOTEL--THE HELP IN THE DESK WAS NORMAL- THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD BUT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE COLD WATER BOTTLE AT BREAKFAST
Clean room but poor facility
Strategic location. Room is clean but poorly facilitated.
The hotel was well located to local metro and attractions we only used it to sleep but when we were in the room it was clean and tidy and the shower was great.
Nice hotel, convenient to everything. Wifi is brutal!
Well-located quiet hotel
Pavilion Opera Grands Boulevards is a great, affordable choice if you want to be central enough to easily get around Paris, but in a quiet enough road that you can sleep peacefully. The room was on the smaller side but didn’t feel claustrophobic, and the bathroom was a good size. The bed was extremely comfortable, with a sufficiently firm mattress and enough covers for the winter. Staff were helpful, friendly and very welcoming. I would definitely book here again.
Small but we'll kept hotel.
Clean.lots of restaurants close by.Rubbish air conditioning. Very helpful reception staff. Room walls need redecorating but all our 3 rooms were very well presented.
A very enjoyable stay!
A kettle and some tea and coffee would have been great, and bottled water, as that is a standard I think. Staff was outstanding, the gentleman handling breakfast did a fine job. Breakfast was delicious! It was the smallest toilet room I've ever encountered, but I assume that it must have to do with the age of the building. The balcony/catwalk was great, and the view of the streets below through the course of the day was always a pleasure. African motif is nice, unexpected but it works well!
In a great location to the opera and Grand Blvd
Great place to stay, easy to get around and friendly staff.
Overall a decent compromise for Paris
The hotel is very well located, the rooms are quite small with little space to move around, the breakfast was rather poor.
This was probably one of the worst hotels I tried in Paris and definitely not a 3 stars. We didn't sleep at all because you can hear everything from the street and from other rooms. The beds were horrible and the sheets were even a little ripped and if that isn't enough, the wallpaper was stapled to the wall. The staff was mediocre at best and the only advantage to this hotel is its location. Do not book this hotel!
Great Location
Hotel is run down but is a great location, staff are freindly and mostly speak English. Great smelling shower products. Aircon doesn't work - so could be a problem on a hot day. Housekeeper was excellent and helpful. Got to check in an hour early. Wifi was patchy.
Comfortable, quiet, good location
Hotel was very clean and more spacious than I expected. We were on the th floor and it was very quiet. The elevator was broken, so that was annoying. Room was comfortable, showers warm, staff was friendly and spoke English. Didn't eat breakfast there, but there are plenty of restaurants/bakeries/grocery stores nearby for all your eating needs. There are 3 Metro stops within a 5 min walk (we usually used Grands Boulevards to come and go), and is an easy 5 min walk from Gare du Nord and the EuroStar. The outside isn't well marked and we actually went into the wrong hotel at first, but reception kindly pointed us to the correct hotel
Perfect pre Christmas mini break
While the hotel could do with some TLC the rooms were kept very clean, if not on the small side. But considering the central location - walking distance to a great selection of small independent restaurants, cafes and bars we didn't spend much time in the room. 20 - 25 minute walk took us to the Louvre, Notre Dame and the Chatelet les Halles metro and trains station - with all major lines running through the station it is conveniently located to allow you to go to all major attractions outside the city center and also the airport.
One night summer hotel
Most of reviews say about size of rooms and the need to be renovated. This is true. Moreover, I would add that it's incredibly cold in the room. There is a heater in the room, but if you leave it on for a night, you'll end up dying thirsty and with serious headache. When you switch it off, the temperature drops to 10 degrees in 10 minutes. Staff was okay in general - even though we could not get a kettle to the room, restaurant was kind enough to give us cups and a tea pot with hot water. Location is great! We almost never used public transport to get around. It's okay to stay here for a night or two, but i would not recommend it for a longer stay
Good for price
It was ok. relatively nice hotel compared to price. Walking distance to gallery lafayette
Nice hotel
Overall ok stay, small room, good for price
Basic room - helpful staff
Basic hotel close to bars, cafes etc. Staff were helpful.
Wonderful accommodations yet affordable
Pavillon Opera Grands Boulevards is a great choice of hotel in central Paris. The bed was comfortable and the linens fresh and clean. Toilet and bath areas are separate and the tub is spacious with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. Bath gel and shampoo (no conditioner or razor) provided and there is a hair dryer. Room came with a safe (though I couldn't get it to work) and a small fridge, which I don't remember being included in the advertised room details. Wifi in the room was free and I didn't experience any significant problem with it. There are numerous grocery stores very near and a launderette only a few doors down. You can walk to major stations (Gare du Nord - approx. 25 min. walk and Paris Est about 30 min.) Metro station Grands Blvd. about 5 minutes away. Can walk to the Louvre in about 25 minutes as well.
Great staff
The staff let us check in early because we had a baby. Everyone at the hotel was lovely and the rooms are great value for the location.
Too noisy, too basic, too small
The only good thing about this hotel is reception. They were very friendly, helpful, some of them multilingual. The cleaning personnel either didn't speak neither French nor english not was willing to speak. The cleaning took part at various parts of the day so there was no way of knowing when we could come back to a clean room until about 4-5pm. The room itself was very small and very basic. For two nights I spent there I didn't have a single night of undisturbed sleep. The first night was from Saturday to Sunday and that was obviously a night out with people talking outside of our windows until early morning. Next night from Sunday to Monday there was a loud metallic machinery sound which must have belonged to a garbage truck and it was at about 3am and another time at 6am. I didn't have breakfast so have no knowledge on that. The hotel itself is very outdated and requires a make-over to look more appealing.
Lovely hotel, very friendly staff + great location
Had a lovely stay here, would definitely stay here again. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was great, about 20 mins walk from the louvre. Plenty of restaurants close by also. Really enjoyed our stay, Thank you :)
Okay for a city hotel
The staff is really friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the sheets not being changed from the previous guests. I won't go into it, but they could have better taken care of the matter. Location is great, rooms sufficient, but hotel definitely needs a makeover. The walls must be sound-proofed because I never heard another guest.
Good location for travellers
It is very close to station and few minutes walk to nearby places of interest. Room is not big but ok, and service is quite nice.
QUIETLY SITUATED WITH GOOD ACCESS TO METRO ETC
STAYED 4 NIGHTS - GOOD VALUE FOR A BASIC, CLEAN HOTEL. EXCELLENT BATHROOM - ROOM A BIT SMALL BUT FINE FOR A BUSINESS TRIP WHERE BUDGET IS IMPORTANT
Value: Expensive for what it was; Service: Polite; Close to multiple metro stations.
Nice little hotel, perfect for a weekend away
Perfect location, very close to everything including metro station. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room ok, bed was a bit small but comfy. Huge bathroom. Only downside was you can only get wifi in the lobby.
Outdated but very convenient and good for budget
Hotel is pretty outdated but if you spend all day in Paris and only come there to sleep it has all you need: bed shower hair dryer and you are up in am to go again. The hotel stuff is sweet and very helpful that's what I really appreciated. It is also in great location with lots of local restaurants and shops. I would definitely say good return on you buck.
Good service
Very friendly staff, but small and dated rooms. Optional breakfast was marginal, but the area offers many places to eat nearby. Overall a good hotel, but needs an update on the rooms.
Good hotel in lovely arrondissement.
Stayed here in October. Was on my own for some of the stay and felt perfectly safe walking around the area at night. Lovely bars around and not too touristy so felt getting a real Parisian experience.
Facilities: Basic; Value: Economical; Service: Courteous;
Hotel requested excess tax fee from us whom have already paid online. The room finishing was old and not really comfortable and even a little dirty. The staffs would request the customer to leave the keys in the hotel with strict manner.
"Dated"
We stayed at the Grand Boulevard for 3 Nights. The only nice thing about the hotel is the location which is close to cafes and the Grand Boulevard Station but everything else was disappointing. The hotel needs a face lift immediately as the rooms are dated and so is the reception.
It was ok but small
The room was small,. Not a great deal of room to walk round the bed. The paint in the bathroom was flaking off. The room was clean but lacked tea and coffee making facilities. Good location, only a 5 minute walk to La Fayette department store and Opera. It was expensive for what it was, probably paying for the location as opposed to the hotel. Noisy at night, with returning guests, not the hotels fault.
Convenient location, cramped stay.
The location was great, only about 2 blocks in from the grand boulevards metro entrance. Top sightseeing places are within a comfortable sistance. The surrounding area was decent, good stops to grab a quick bite or a sit down restaurant; the hotel itself was nothing special. Our room was very tiny, my girlfriend and I could barely open our suitcases without having to put on top of bed. The bed was okay, the covers looked like they hadn't been washed for a long time. The sheets were clean however. On our checkout, we were charged for breakfast we didn't know there was a surcharge, honestly it was good but not great and it's probably worth it just to go out and get breakfast in town anyways cheaper and more delicious.
Great location and staff
The hotel is very good in a great location, close to the subway and neat restaurants and coffee shops. Staff was extremely helpful, the room was in great condition, clean and very roomy by Paris standards, and the price was very reasonable in the 9th district. I would definately go back.
Miserable!
Stay away from this hotel!
value for money
good location
Good Location, Although Needs Renevation
The Pavillon Opera Grands Boulevards hotel benefits from its central location and reasonable room rate. We were somewhat disappointed with the state of the room, which requires renevation including new furniture and a bathroom overhaul. Having been placed in a twin room which smelt of cigarette smoke, after specifically asking for a double non-smoking room*, we quickly asked for a transfer, which was met with acceptance and in turn we were placed in room 305 - a larger than average room for Paris. The hotel is located in the Opera district, easily placed to access the Metro and reasonable walks around central Paris (20 minutes to the Lourve, 30 to Notre Dame). * Apparently the whole hotel is non-smoking, however I was encouraged to smoke in our room by the on-duty receptionist - 'simply open the window', after she misunderstood my question about the smell of smoke in the room. Not too happy to be encouraged to break the law!! When I raised this with other members of staff, it was simply laughed off.
Great Hotel, Great Location, Clean !
The hotel was great. The location is perfect, they are right next door to a grocery store, laundromat and many restaurants. The metro is really close as well and in a few hops your in the tourist area. The staff was very helpful, they suggested hotels and had information about a lot of the attractions. Very clean, the washrooms were great. the only complaint is the air in the room, it was too hot!
Okay, but could use improvement
The hotel is located a block away from the Folies Bergere with plenty of restaurants, a laundromat and a metro station nearby. Considering the price and the location, it was a good deal. Unfortunately, the room was dank and a little moldy, and the bed was uncomfortable. There is free wifi access in the lobby, but the signal was very weak, suitable for email or instant messaging but not much good for skype or voip. If price and location are more important to you than comfort, this hotel is well recommended. If cleanliness and comfort are more important, you may be disappointed.
NO AIR CONDITIONING
The hotel claims to have air conditioning, but all we found in our room was a fan. The hotel was decent for the price, but if you are staying in Paris during the summer I would consider finding another hotel.
Not Impressed
I know Paris hotels are small, but this was much too small. Plus, there was no air conditioning and the fans were not enough to help. Worse still, the front desk service was terrible. I requested a taxi twice and he still forgot - I was almost late for an important meeting. I ended up going to a hotel around the corner (Hotel Alex?) and they got a cab for me.
Ugh this hotel was terrible. The AC didn't work the entire stay and it was unbearably hot, and I'm from Miami so for me to say it was hot! The staff didn't really care they just kept saying it may be fixed tomorrow. Well tomorrow never came. You think after that they would have given me a discount...or at least not charged me for the water I took from the room! But nope! Full price anyway. The bathtub handle was scummy and covered in sope scum and mildew..I mean really!! It's a hotel!! It was so gross. The toilet ran all day and night and the bed was surely made of stone. It was impossible to get from one side of the tiny room to the other since it was so very small that the bed basically took up the entire room....Never would I ever stay there again, nor do I reccomed anyone else to.
Satisfactory
I stayed at this hotel in January 2011. I was satisfied with the service the hotel staff provided.
Bad hotel experience
When I booked for this hotel amenities was included AC.[...] Well, there is none. Rooms smaller than you think (I have been in Paris several time and I know hotel rooms). No shower or bath tub just a curtain. Not enough towels for 2 people. Just dont stay there.
Great location, good clean room
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The room, whilst small, was clean and the bathroom was nice. Beds were comfortable. The only criticism is that, as other reviewers have attested, the aircon is terrible. In mid summer, with the temp at 35 degrees, it's cooler to open a window than use the aircon. Hotel is in a great location - close to Grands Boulevards metro., plenty of good, cheap bars, cafes and restaurants close by. I'd recommend this hotel.
Terrible Place... Beware
The pictures are nothing like the real thing. There is NO Airconditioning, no free internet service, the room is so small I had a hard time finding a place for my suitcase, The bathroon is so small I had a hard time turning around in it. The shower is made for midgets. If you are 5 foot tall you cannot stand straight in it!
Great Place
Small cozy room with a stylish and larger than expected bathroom. Close to the Cadet and Grands Boulevards metro stations, which put you close to everything. Friendly staff that put up with my poor French. Several places to eat nearby, including two grocery stores which came in handy.
Perfect Paris Hotel
If you're looking for a decent hotel to stay in - this is the one for you! The rooms were fairly dinky but clean and comfortable. Beds were huge - dominating the room. Service was charming. Area was great with lots of little bistros, boulangeries and suchlike in the streets around the hotel. We'll be back.
bad impression
This Hotel can not be considered a 3 stars hotel. I had to change the room because it was to hot the first one and at the end, on both rooms the A/C didn't work I would not imagine this hotel on summer. the only thing good is its location. You can get metro station and bus nearby
my stay
The hotel was satisfactory. Clean, people were friendly,a little farther away from the main sites than i liked,There was alot of street noise sometimes as early as 3am. But for the price it was fine.
Mixed feelings
We went to Paris with my best friend and this hotel was good for the price but when we arrived it was raining and the area looked a little seedy Some of the staff were incredibly helpful and the room was nice but extremely small shower. The view was nice. It is close to the metro and trust me I did not know if I was going to get it but it is safe and it is the best way around. There is a supermarket two door down in the vicinity, a pharmacy, a boulangerie, a couple of restaurants La Comete which is always full looks fun, and a creperie near the metro for budget shopper with extremely good value. The locations is almost ideal for tourist because from that metro stop the 8 or 9 you can hit place de la madeleine, place de la concorde, notre dame, galerie lafayette and all major atrraction. and post office blocks away it was a great stay but f you can get a nicer hotel do but if its budget this is a great hotel. And remeber most of your time will not be in the hotel it will be in Paris Enjoy it is absolutley a wonderful city, it was for me and I have been wanting to go all my life and I did I do love this hotel for the memories
Cute boutique hotel!
The hotel was beautifully decorated. The location was superb: just up the street from the Follies Bergere, next door to a supermarket and a bakery, and about 3 blocks from 2 Metro lines. There were several excellent restaurants on the same block. Breakfast was included in the price of the room. What got added on to the end of our stay (and we were not aware of this) was a city tax. Also, outgoing calls (even local and toll-free calls) get charged 1.10 euros. Overall, I would happily stay there again.
Fair Price for an Average Hotel
This hotel was in a solid location to walk to almost every major spot in the city. It is in a nice neighborhood, where you can feel pretty comfortable walking around at night. The bathroom was relatively large and new. However, the rooms were small (expected) and our AC did not work. We visited in late August and it was very warm in Paris that week. Solid sleep was very difficult to come by because of the heat in the room.
Good value
The room was small as expected in Europe. It was clean and well maintained. The staff was excellent. They were very helpfull and very pleasant. Bring your own bathing items. They only supply shampoo and a bar of soap. They also do not have wash cloths. It was very nice for a 3 star hotel.
An okay place
Extremely small room with a comfortable double bed. The air conditioning was "broken" in the entire hotel therefore it was quite hot. Great location in Paris with easy access to just about everywhere. The front desk clerks were all terrific! They were VERY helpful and spoke perfect English. The hotel breakfast was not worth the money. It was a very basic continental breakfast. All in all the hotel was clean and the maid staff tidied up our room and made our bed every day. The hotel was fine just to sleep, shower, and change then head out to beautiful Paris!
Good location, but no AC
I stayed at the Grand Pavillion for 6 nights. Great location in the Opera district. Very convenient to Grand Pavillions metro station, which can you directly to Eiffle Tower. The hotel staff were very nice and accomodating. The rooms are extremely small. We are talking 300 sq ft, but remember this is Paris. This is an typical Parisien hotel. The bathroom was excellent, great shower. The only unfortunate part was the lack of Air conditioning. In August, the room temp at night got to be toooo hot to sleep. Had to open the windows, unbearable. Luckily I was outside the hotel room during most of my trip, so it wasn't a major concern, but if you have kids or large family, you may want to re-think this hotel. Location was the best thing about the hotel. No issues.
I can't Orbitz recommended this hotel
We checked in the hotel and had to stay there one night at least to sleep. Then we left as soon as we could make arrangements to find another hotel. I can't believe Orbitz endorsed this hotel. It was truly a dump. The a.c. hardly worked, things were broken in the bathroom, by the time we hoofed it out at 5pm the next day, our room wasn't even made up. It was equivalent to a clap trap US hotel in a bad neighborhood. I had to shell out another $1,000.00 to book another hotel. Thanks Orbitz, I will not trust you again.
Good location, Nice Staff
Overall, my experience at this hotel was very good, but the overnight front desk guy forgot about my wake up call. The location was very good, near all these jewish specialty food stores. The television in the room didn't work so well. The toilet seat in the bathroom was broken. But, generally a good experience. One of the biggest issues was that the surchage for the internet use. It's about time all hotels include it as part of the stay, like a bed.
Quaint - Good Location
The hotel location was pretty good - centrally located so it's possible to walk to many sites. Also, very convenient to Metro stops. Overall cleanliness wasn't the best. The main reason for choosing this hotel was the price.
good value for the money
location was really good. close to several restaurantes/cafes, etc. the hotel has been partially renovated...but it had an old room smell inside the guest room. it was good value for the money.... but it is not as nice as what it shows on the pictures.. i had a good experience overall...though.
best value for your bucks
the room has the look of a typical parishien room
great room for the money
The hotel location is ideal for being in the city. You can catch a show at the nearby Moulin Rouge or another theater, which was great. Good cafes in the area and we're able to walk to go shopping or eating. Taxi stands and bus terminals are also nearby if you'd rather ride than walk.
Awesome Stay! Rooms were very clean,
First-class Service Great Fitness Center Great Pool Quiet and Restful Spotless Rooms Super Location Great area to stay Close to good local food Walking distance to sites Local Paris shopping
Perfect room for a vacation
Yes, the hotel rooms were very small, but we had a full size bed, closet, desk, tv, fridge, and safe. What more do you need? The ceilings were also very low, but as we were on the top floor, we also had a skylight! The rooms and bathrooms had been recently updated, so nothing about the room seemed old. There is a great breakfast every morning with all types of food and juices. I think the chocolate croissants were my favorite. The front desk staff were very friendly and were willing to help us figure anything out. Overall, this hotel was a great find with a reasonable rate and had lots of character. I would definitely recommend it to others. As many have probably stated, this hotel is very close to the Grand Boulevards metro stop making it easy to get anywhere. Get the Paris Visit metro pass for zones 1-3 so you can enjoy all the sites in paris without walking for miles. You can purchase the pass right at the Grand Boulevard stop at the ticket window and get passes for however many days you will be there.
Pariisin matka
Respan toiminta alaarvoista.Syötiin pari päivää sämpylät marmelaadilla, kun kukaan ei kertonut että jääkaapissa on kinkkua ja juustoa.Ei liikunta rajoiteisille.Hissi rikki puolet loma ajasta.Muuten hotelli ok.Sijainti myös.
Thanks a lot, we enjoyed very much our stay at Pavilion Opera Grand Boulevards Hotel!
帰宅すると床がびちゃびちゃ。
A rafraichir . Moisissures, taches au mur, condensation, deco vieillissante
Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
Could vary by room but mine was quite old equipped - broken towelwarner/dryer and not working fridge and no air conditioning - was very hot since it was on the top floor. Could be a pr and was very hot since it was on the top floor. Could be a problem if you are there during a heat weather. Was not so clean from an north Asian point of view but mainly due to the oldness and much smaller compared to the photo shown. Had barely a space to open my suitcase. Though it is in a conveninet location, 696Euro for 3 nights personally felt overpriced but maybe this is normal for Paris during the weekend.
A éviter.

The hotel was nice, however I think they should consider getting better internet service. And sound proof windows if you get a room that faces the street you will hear everything that happens outside. Also breakfast is not worth the add on. There is a couple of good shops where you can get breakfast around there for less than what they charge per day per person.
