Great stay

Nice clean hotel close to the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice option for solo travelers.

We were very pleased with their friendly staff and our room was upgraded to a top floor with the ocean view window. We'll be back to this hotel again if we come to Nhs Trang.

1. Female staff is friendly and speak good English, bravo. 2. Except for the private pool at 7th floor, nothing much to warrant the steep price for the room which fortunately I booked it at a discounted price, which is still more expensive than some reasonable hotels around the same vicinity. 3. Room is clean but small, balcony view is forgettable, so narrow and facing next building so not really useful other than occasional smoking session. 4. Writing desk is small difficult to work on, dim and no lights on top of it. The electrical outlet is so loose, my laptop/phone charger kept disconnected. Had to check the charge occasionally. However, there are ample electrical outlet near the bedside. 5. Instead of giving 2 bottles of mineral water, the hotel provide drinking water in glass bottle so a bit skeptical on the source. We decided to get our own drinking water from convenient store. 6. Airport transfer from hotel to airport is 350k, 100k more expensive than the usually rate I gotten so far. Most hotels charge 250k - 300k so you are better off negotiating and making personal arrangement with any Grab drivers to come and pick you up to airport. 7. Overall I would say average hotel.

Average hotel

Average hotel one street back from the beach. Message not received about the change for one of the rooms to be changed to a twin room. Had to pay extra. Staff were good but a bit pushy to book tours through them. Beds were very hard but we found most of the hotels we stayed in Vietnam were firm.

Nice hotel in quiet side street. 5 minute walk to beach. Room was good with a really nice shower. Staff were very efficient and helpful. Was leaving on late train and they said I could leave my bag and when I came back to get a towel from reception. I could have a shower and change before going to the station. It was very much appreciated. Breakfast was great. A buffet with lots of choices and very good food. Would definately stay hete again.

Great room

This is a nice hotel. Very comfortable. Very friendly staff and restaurants and the beach are just a couple minutes away.

Great location, within walking distance to everything you’d want to see. Street (alley) has great food and little shops on it. Breakfast is pretty good, and reception is very helpful. Although it promotes a spa there isn’t actually one; I went to a different hotel for a spa day after a negative experience at one of the spas across from the hotel. Lots of random outages: first the internet was out for a day, then our lights were out for a day, then the cable went out and never came back while we were there. Our room had a broken lamp (electric short) and was missing the A/C remote. Felt like I was always asking the front desk to fix something. But it was very clean and well maintained otherwise, and the staff spoke good English (this was extremely helpful to us as we speak zero Vietnamese). Get a balcony room if possible: although the Novotel is right in front you still have good views of the beach/ocean!

Positive experience for a short stay

I ended up arriving to Nha Trang at 4:30am, which really wasn’t planned. I wasn’t sure what to expect at the hotel when I turned up at 5am, but the door was open so I went in (a man was sleeping at reception) and sat down and waited. I think they took pity on me because I was allowed to check into my room at 8am, which was an absolute heaven sent. I loved the room, it was by far the best stay in my entire Vietnam trip. It had a little balcony, and although the window and balcony faced the hotel next door, the sea was visible inbetween the buildings. The bed was really comfortable, I loved the room. A/C worked fine, there were snacks available (for an extra fee), the bathroom was a lovely size and well equipped. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and a block away from many restaurants and small shops. Receptionists were very helpful, assisted me in booking my bus to Dalat. Wifi works really well throughout the hotel and breakfast was the best selection I’ve seen on my trip. I wish I could have stayed longer I really liked this hotel.

Nice hotel , beach just across the street . View from balcony room 1003 is so amazing and weather also a bit cold , Hotel is in city center area you just can walk to reach nigh market , tower incense , Nha Trang beach ,alexandre yersin museum and along the beach is really nice place to relax .

Nice hotel in good spot

This hotel provided just what we needed; a comfortable bed and some where to freshen up. Its a short walk to the beach and a short stroll to the night markets and other popular nightlife. The staff were very friendly and quick to help with requests.

Do Not Stay Here!

Awful! Staff was not friendly or welcoming. The first room was not the one we booked. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. The bathroom was more like a wet room. Sink was leaking, the slippers were worn out, not enough toilet paper. We were promised the room we booked the next day, however we got the run around with excuses. Not worth the money. The only nice thing was the breakfast and leaving. Not worthy to be on hotels.com website.

Reasonably-priced Hotel

This hotel is nice for where it was situated. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were helpfull and pleasant. The million dollar question, would I stay there again? Yes.

It's good place to stay in the city and I booked the car to pick up me at the airport ,So when I arrived to airport no car pick up me ,I have to find the TAXI go to hotel by myself ,I'm really disappointed the staff don't ever said sorry anything.

停電が何回かあり、自家発電でまかなえる限界がある為少し残念だった。 セイフティボックスが使用できる状態にされていなかったので、わざわざ呼んでロック解除してもらう必要があった。 シャワーのところの電灯がきれていた。

ビーチに近いプール付きホテルです。　ホテル前には食堂、スパ、商店があります。　朝食も豪華でベトナム料理フォーやベトナム風チャーハン食べ放題、ベトナムコーヒーが飲み放題です。ドライヤーなどのアメニティも日本製を使用しており、充実しております。1週間快適に過ごすことができました。

安くてきれい

エクスペディアの割引も利用しましたが、一泊2000円代でした。どんな宿か気になりましたが、きれいで、朝食もおいしかったです。一点だけ、朝食ビュッフェのスタッフが非常に無愛想だった点が気になりました。

체크인시 여권을 맡겨야 한다. 체크아웃 때 돌려받음. 절대 룸에 있는 유리병의 웰컴워터 먹지 말아라. 무엇인가 살아서 움직이더라. 유충 같은게... 와이파이가 안된다. 계속 연결실패. 화장실 샤워기의 보면 한숨나온다. 엄청 더럽다. 걸어서 3분 거리에 해변이라 장소는 아주 좋다. 그리고 면도기, 비누는 없다. 샴푸, 바디샤워,칫솔,치약 만 있다. 수영장은 아무도 이용하지 않는다. 보면 알 것이다. 직원들은 봐도 아는체도 안한다. 체크아웃 할때 미니바 사용한것이 있는지 조사하고 끝날때까지 여권을 안준다.

Angenehmes Hotel, sauber, guter Service v.a. auch bei Weierflug vom ca. 40 km entfernten Flughafen. Will man originale vietnamesische Küche genießen, muss man sich aus dem Touisten-Viertel entfernen.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen. Das Spa besteht aus einem winzigen Pool und das wars. Die Aussicht beschränkt sich auf das nächste Hotel, da das Gebäude einfach zwischen andere Hotels gequetscht wurde. Die Zimmer sind winzig und es laufen kleine Ameisen durch. Ab 7:30 Uhr beginnen Bauarbeiten, wobei es klingt, als würde der Presslufthammer direkt im Nachbarzimmer los hämmern. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht international. Der weg zum Strand ist zwar nicht weit, führt aber durch eine schmutzige Gasse und dann über eine 4-spurige Hauptstraße.

В целом неплохо, останавливались на сутки. Основной мину- трансфер от отеля не всиретил (хотя предварительно был запрошен и подтвержден отелем). Пришлось искать такси сразу по прилету.

Quarto pequeno, mas confortável e limpo. Café da manhã saboroso. O único problema que tivemos na estadia foi a dificuldade do staff em controlar alguns hospedes que estavam fazendo barulho e festas durante a noite. O hotel fica próximo a praia e possui vida noturna agitada na área, o que pode afetar o conforto noturno de pessoas que buscam paz.

기대 이하의 사진빨. 풀장은 최악.

사진이 너무 대단하게 나왔는데, 막상 가보니 삐죽하게 솟은 빌딩이었습니다. 한 층에 방이 서너 개밖에 없으니 답답한 건물이고, 진입로도 좁고 찾기가 어렵습니다. 실내는 깔끔하게 잘 관리되고 있지만, 풀장은 정말 실망스러웠습니다. 야외 목욕탕이라고나 할까. 그 물에 들어가 수영할 생각은 전혀 들지 않았습니다. 아침식사는 깔끔하고 맛있었습니다.

Very close to the beach.the staff was really helpful. They did not have two beds even we reserved room like that but they gave us an extra bed so it was ok.the swimming pool was nice.

Вокруг отеля стройка, ужасный грохот стоит беспрерывно с 7 утра до 19 вечера, в номере находится невозможно. Номера крошечные, не соответствуют фото. Никому не советую данный отель

Хорошо и плохо

Хорошо: за шум в отеле администрация подарила фрукты и вино. Спасибо. Плохо: Мы заказывали трансфер, за нами никто не приехал. Это обидно.

部屋にカーテンが無く外から見えます。 Expedia の評価は素直に書くと通らないことが分かりました。 良い評価しか載せないのは本当にユーザーの事を考えていないと思いました。 今までレビューをあてにしていたので残念です。 情報として 場所が見つけにくい。 カーテンが無い。 程度なら大丈夫なのでしょうか…

Замечательный отель

Отличный отель. Расположение крайне удачное. Номера на январь 2015 новые, чистые. Вида из номера нет никакого, но это и не важно. До пляжа и ночного рынка две минуты пешком. Отель находится ближе к морю, чем многие 4-ки. Персонал всегда готов помочь. Приятно удивил комплимент в виде фруктов. Рядом с отелем есть отличное место, где моно покушать - кафе у Ханны. Там же можно поменять валюту или купить фрукты и ром.

There was a construction site next to the hotel so the noise was horible. They are building a new hotel and should be noise atleast a year forward. Choose another hotel.

Overordnet set et dejligt hotel som ligger tæt på stranden. Pæne lyse værelser og god bruser. Sengene var behagelige og rengøringen var fint. Morgenmadsbuffet var fint og med udvalg af æg og grøntsager, samt vietnamesisk mad og brød. Den store udfordring var byggeriet omkring hotellet. Der var larm fra morgen til aften

地点非常不错，近海滩。房间很小，而且楼层低的话看不到海滩景色。总的来说还不错。性价比高的一家。
