I like the service that provided by Pavillion Hotel. All staffs are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Amirul, who was the front desk at the time when I have some questions. He had sorted all my questions out. Strongly recommended hotel in this Bukit Bintang area

The two staffs at the lobby were absolutely amazing

Practical and well-designed room layout with aesthetically-pleasing furniture and deco. Provision of glass bottles of drinking water is very much appreciated. The separate toilet door from within the main bathroom is also a plus.

Value for money stay at Bukit Bintang

Excellent location. Service was great and staff are well trained. Room is big and spacious as described. Definitely value for money. Happy that it's on the Pavilion Mall side of Bukit Bintang and no need to cross this busy road daily.

Comfortable, super convenient (access to biggest shopping mall through the lift in the hotel), gym with great view, and nice pool , again with amazing view of the city..

Although the property is not new, it's vosibly well mantained and the service level of the staff is high. I would love to stay in Pavillion Hotel again.

Just wanted to experience Bukit Bintang’s vibe. The hotel was convenient to go shopping and visit all the restaurants and eateries. Only 3 days was good enough.

We stayed on the lounge level. The room was beautiful, and access to lounge was great. The cocktail hour (I don't remember the actual name) offered a wide variety of food and drinks every day. We had one small issue with housekeeping, but it was immediately rectified. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There was a wide array of choices, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The staff were professional and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is part of the Pavilion shopping center which offers everything and anything. One doesn’t have to ever leave the complex. Breakfast is crowded and food is just ok, but because there’s so much food in the mall it’s not a big deal. There was a bit of noise in the courtyard our first night and the staff tried to do their best to remedy the problem. Quite satisfied overall.

Everything good as usual. There are some areas to work on - bidet, bed etc. Service was great!

Returning guest, but I was disappointed with the room assigned. The king beds are not consistent. Some are obviously not king size. This time round I was too tired to try and move rooms but I regret that cos there were lots of banging and whining noises in the room all through the night and into the morning. My bathroom had two sinks but one had black specks in it like it had never been cleaned. The service standard is really inconsistent , cos my last stay was much better. Overall the location is still good b it I’m disappointed I paid for a more expense room but received this standard of stay.

Like this hotel. Always book this hotel, club room whenever we are in KL. Very friend and feel welcome. Love the scent of the hotel, especially in the room. Different smell every day. Easy access to shopping mall, even late night and feel safe.

for the past few times during our stays, it was busy, noisy, crowded, with big China and Taiwan tour groups. It really take away the peaceful, quiet and nice ambience

Dangerous Shower Stall

The shower stall is incredibly slippery due to design flaws and flooring used. Also no non slip rubber mat was provided. Stepping out of the shower the cotton floor mat was equally slippery. Do something before something bad happens

A pleasant stay!

Hotel stay and service was good. Hand towels were slightly dirty and bathtub was quite high and floor will be slippery. Traffic jam was pretty bad in the location. Shopping mall was just downstairs with lots of eateries.

Excellent hospitality at its best. Hotel is located at the heart of shopping strip of Bukit Bintang. Easy access to the Pavilion Shopping Mall. Staff are helpful and courteous. I will definitely come back again.

My reservation was club room at higher floor but unfortunately same room of club room at lower floor which was highly noisy because the rooms of club level was occupied and I got after 24 hours after my negotiations. By the way this problem happened to me almost 3 times . The other reason of uncomfortable feeling. The staff looks like they’re having untrained

Best location, near n walkable to shopping eateries around Bt Bintang. Nice big spacious room. Open and fresh view with lots of natural light coming in. Special thanks to staff, Fikri, who has effortlessly made our check in & out such a breeze. Very accommodating to our needs, excellent service indeed.! Thank you Fikri! The only downside is area is always full of traffic thus usually delay when booking grab. Only minor issue in room is the fridge is not cold. Anyways, would definitely go bk to stay 👍

The hotel is co-located within Pavilion Mall, which is one of the best mall in Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is clean and the service is excellent.

Convenient but questionnable hygiene & service

Conveniently located hotel situated ontop of the Pavilion shopping mall. Staff are friendly, and room amenities are comfortable. However, I found the hotel slippers in room are not newly replaced for each guest booking. The ones in my room were obviously used by previous guest(s) which I find unhygenic and disgusting. Most other 5 star hotels provide slippers in a plastic or cardboard wrap so you know it's new. I find it odd that a 5 star hotel would skimp on this. The club rooms are nice and quiet, and bedding is lovely and soft. I booked a club room - evening nibbles and cocktails finish at 730pm, which is a little early - most other hotels have club cocktail hour until 8pm. Getting baggage assistance upon checkout on the weekend is shockingly slow and inadequate. It takes at least 30mins for the concierge to turn up. The last time I stayed at this hotel, I ended up dragging my own suitcases to reception as they kept calling to tell me I had exceeded the checkout time, and I didn't want to risk paying extra room charges. I've not experienced this at any other 5 star hotel in KL before.

Excellent hotel, nice room and lounge. This hotel would have been perfect with a spa. They have one at another nearby sister hotel. But unfortunately they don't have them inside the hotel.

Love the deco and cake for our 34th anniversary. Staff were friendly and polite. There was no switch for the lights near the TV, in other words, must use the master switch to turn on/off.

It takes more than an hour to check in the hotel. There is only 1 lift operated. No wifi, no TV. The staff requested us to down grade our room as the type of rooms that we booked was not available. Finally the manager give a total of MR300 voucher for 2 nights for 1 room. This really horrified.

We have stayed here before and it is still as good as we remembered. Breakfast is varied and good. We particularly like the club room. Staff are very courteous. They all have a ready smile and a friendly hello. We will definitely return on our next trip to KL.

My first time stay in Pavilion Hotel. Recommended by family member. No regret. Like the room size and view. Staff helpful n honest. Left a jacket in room and only when returned to SG I realised. Called hotel and a staff (Nadia)called back that jacket is with them. Thkq so much.

There is never any stress staying in this hotel. Everything you need is at your fingertips from friendly staff. Best is the location though, just exiting the hotel into the pavilion shopping centre.

Best hotel and best location ever

The check in and check out were super smooth, almost non existant. The room had a great city view as promised, it was clean spacious and the pillows were one of the best I ever experienced in a hotel. The staff are friendly, and respectful. I highly recommend getting the club room as it has great value for money. The hotel being on top of the pavilion mall is a great advantage. The breakfast has a variety that allows those new to Asian food to experience it in baby steps. If you don't want to eat at the hotel, the Pavillion food court is the largest ever and has every possible variety to ever exist. The hotel is a 10 min walking distance from plaza low yat, 5 min from Fahrenheit and lot 10, 10 min from the aquarium, 20 min from the Petronas towers and KLCC park. The hop on hop off stop is a 5 min walk. Best location ever.

A good stay all around

Perfectly located hotel connected to the mall. Very friendly staffs everywhere you go. The only complains would be the event at the courtyard was a bit loud and they stayed until around 9:30pm. The infinity pool is gorgeous especially in the afternoon/evening since it will not be facing the sun.

Beautiful Hotel

Loved everything about the Hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. If I had a choice I would have just preferred a softer mattress other that it was perfect and I would definitely stay again.

This was a highly enjoyable stay. The staff went far and beyond to ensure comfort of guests. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a large variety of food. It's also important to note how clean and modern all rooms/facilities were. We will certainly be back, thanks so much for the hospitality.

The property is suited at a very strategic location and the staff are friendly. But the breakfast spread was very depressing considering it was heavily inclined towards asian food and most items were not available as early as 9am. Most cab drivers found it tough to find the place and not sure if better signages can be put to make it easier to identify.

All good except a traumatic experience at restaura

The whole stay from check-in to check-out is pretty pleasant. However, the biggest letdown is the service level at their restaurant. It was a long crazy congested crowd waiting for breakfast and it was completely full with long queues outside. I had to forgo breakfast after waiting for more than 30min wait as I have to rush off for my business appt. As I am diabetic, it is absolutely essential for me to have food in the morning. As a result, I almost fainted later that morning during my meeting and medics came to my aid. If the hotel has high occupancy rate, the check-in staff should have provided prior warning and caution to have breakfast at times when there is less crowd. Unfortunately this did not happen, and caused my heath to suffer.

Too bright at night

It was all great. Service and all. But even with an 'upgraded' room. There's no bathtub and what made it worse is if you've got a roommate who often goes to the toilet at night. There's a frosted glass panel between the toilet and beds. And when the lights are on. It lights the whole room and wakes you up. Unfortunately so. There's a night light but that means the room wouldn't be pitch dark in the night with a little light shining in. So it depends if you're alone or with someone. If alone, this is a pretty good hotel.

Excellent location in central Kuala Lumpur, attached to the Pavillion Mall and easy walking to KLCC via enclosed walkway. Staff is superb and breakfast buffet is very good. The hotel is showing a few signs of wear and the room, which was quite large, had a slight musty smell. That was the only complaint I had.

Rude staff at front desk. I won’t be returning

I had booking issues in October last and cancelled December last. However second visit in March from 17th. First visit has already been commented upon and replied to! Second visit much better except for the morning buffet which hardly catered for non meat eaters. I must commend the front desk for their empathy and expedient attitude towards us. I will come back of course. All the best to Vicky concierge ,Jeffrey and n’irai man and friends at the front desk. Brilliant people

Bayan Tree Tradition evident at Pavilion Hotel KL

Service at the club lounge was top notch. The staff there made sure that we were well looked after. Banyan Tree tradition of good service evident throughout our stay. Special thanks to the amazing team at the Club Lounge. Concierge was very helpful to get a Grab car to take us to the airport.

The hotel was located above pavillion shopping mall, can't be any more convenient than this! the suite was clean and new, and service was prompt whenever we called for any extra bath towels or ice buckets. Would definitely stay here again.

I would highly recommend the Pavilion Hotel. Huge room with a lovely shower, fantastic pool, great breakfast and friendly staff.

Convenient to shop

The breakfast spread wasnt as wide as some of the neighbouring hotels but still reasonably wide. Service was good but it was unfortunate that the tv broke down and there was nothing to watch and on a rainy day when we decicded to stay inside cos we were tired. Otherwise, it was rather good.

Location is exceptional for Pavilion shopping mall

Haven't been here since before co-vid. So as a treat I spent the extra for a suite. It's like it was only yesterday. All hotel she staff go the extra mile to be helpful. With the lounge access and lounge staff, it made it a great experience. The location is exceptional, straight into the Pavilion shopping mall.

Quiet, safe, clean and very friendly service from staff. We also like the wide range of food served at breakfast .
