Good property. Have separate breakfast buffet with Indian cuisine. Although limited and repeated vegetarian options. Infront of Patong beach, in the main market

Good hotel near the beach, but nothing too special

We thought we was booking a high class hotel but it was not that much, the furniture was a bit old though in good conditions, some of the staff with no the best standards, we ordered 3 coffes in the swimming pool bar, and the waiter took 15 minutes talking untill he started to make them.. Swimming pool closes at 7pm,Why so early?, but again the staff takes you out like if you was a thief making a crimen.

We loved staying here had every think we needed its close to the beach ,shoping and bangala rd but still very quiet inside would defanitly stay there again and staff and service was great and so was breakfast couldnt fault this hotel at all

My favourite hotel in Patong

This is a hotel I always return to when I visit Patong. The staff is very friendly and service minded and always trying to find a solution if there is an issue. The rooms are large and brightly lit. There is also a very good parking lot.

Only place to stay in Patong. Great value for money and perfect location

stinky and dirty carpet, needs to change and upgrade.

Though reservation been Prepaid, still need to collect THB1000 for incidental charges which is understandable. However if deposit via credit card, 1 month is required to have the amount revert back to the card which seems to be ridiculous. Have to deposit by cash to avoid such a hassle. The hotel every day have groups. If you are light and early sleeper, hopefully your next room neighbour will not be at the balcony at wee hours on the phone as they are behind Thailand by 4 hours which is very annoying. Generally the property is dated but well kept. Bfast though is not much of a varieties but adequate. To avoid partying music from Bangla Road area, allow me to suggest room to be located in the main wing despite noise still can be heard at least the still a distance comparing to the Garden Wings area also when it rain, there are no shelter to the Front Desk and Emerald Cafe for your breaky.

The resort is central with plenty shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance. The beach is 5 minutes walk from the resort. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accomodating. We have stayed here before and enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you

Decent.. no expectations

The location is great. The rooms are clean but the beds need an upgrade . There like sleeping on an ironing board.

No problems here a very good stay with the great access th Bangla Rd. Good breakfast reasonable variety with a great egg man!everthing you need beautiful gardens and 2 pools , could be a bit more shade though beach 5 min walk .Would happily stay again

Staff were extremely friendly and check in was a breeze. This is the 5th tme we have stayed here and will do so again.

The room where I stayed had a good view, but the furniture was old and the room definitely needed renovation. Breakfast was great but in breakfast area staff wasn’t so friendly. Hotel position, it’s garden, easy access to Banglo Road and Patong Beach, safety and transportation were awesome.

This is an excellent hotel with back door access to Bangla walking street. Very good security. Good pool and central location. Huge lobby and fast laundry service.

Need remodeling - Breakfast Poor with limited range

The room was large and gorgeous with a balcony. The location was fantastic and in the middle of everything, yet my room was quiet. Highly recommended!

Awesome room, great service, good spread at breakfast. Good location, near shopping area, eateries everywhere. Made a good choice staying here. Gym was adequately equipped too

Loved our stay

Absolutely loved my stay. The location is everything. It has three exits : Bangla, beach and towards the mall and yet the rooms and hotel are quiet and peaceful. The pools are clean, the staff can't do enough for you. We had interconnecting rooms which was perfect with kids. They even gave us an early check in at 11 am. Would highly recommend this place.

Reception was very friendly and welcoming we have been staying at Patong resort many times before some staff are not able to speak English sometimes is very hard to communicate with them we will be back again very soon

They don’t have enough people To carry that luggage

I loved how close the Patong Resort was to everything. Great dining and entertainment options. Wonderful staff. Loved the breakfast, a wonderful environment to start the day. I'll certainly be coming back.

I love the location. It’s in the middle of everything you might need plus the beach is only 3 mins walking.

Enjoyed my stay at PR. Clean, great staff and location. Minor issue: the shower would leak past the curtain making the floor very wet.

The best located hotel at Patong Beach. Direct access to Bangla Road and my favourite restaurant the Eurasian Restaurant plus easy access to the beach and Jungceylon Shopping Centre. The room are comfortable and large and the staff are helpful.

It’s my 8 time in Patong Resort, and the reason is because you don’t change a wining Team, I love the place it’s very clean, the staff from top to bottom are very friendly and good, the location is the best of all you need for vacation in Phuket…. My family and friends think the same as me… Thank you Patong Resort Hotel I will be God willing Back 🙏

Great location with two pools and a short walk to the beach. Good wifi and excellent food. Take the breakfast option as it’s well priced and an extensive buffet.

The shower in the bathtub was difficult to get in and out of also to deep every thing else was very good

It's not too far from everything and staff's is very nice and helpful 😊 very clean too

The location is amazing and convenient, has massage service in house which is cheaper and better than others in town. Food in the hotels restaurant is 5 times better than holiday inn down the road. The rooms are spacious and the the beds are comfortable, plus the rooms have a bath tub which i loved as i soak and relax after a long days of walking and sightseeing. The the customer service is awesome... I loved this place ^_^

Great location and large rooms

Love the central location near to beach, restaurants and shopping. Have two large swimming pools. Would have rated hotel higher except that there are too many flies.

Heart of city no need to travel everyday, walk out food is every where great location

The Patong Resort is the very first resort I stayed in, in Thailand approximately 20 years ago. As soon as I walk into that magnificent lobby, I feel at home in Thailand. I love the place💕

Very close to beach and Bangla road

Central location to everything. Air conditioning worked well. Rooms are a little bit outdated. Bathroom had a funny smell from the drains some days. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall would return.

We had an amazing stay here. It was perfectly located just a short walk to the beach and near many amazing bars and restaurants. Staff was incredible!

Best value hotel

Staff was very helpful. Location was excellent. They upgraded me without asking. Surely will go back.

The hotel does the old bait and switch. They advertise staying in a nice tower but when get there it's closed and they put me in an old building across the street and the manager was very rude when I complained. One positive is the pool is nice and the cleaning staff did a great job but there are dozens of better options on Phuket

This property is located right near bangla road so is very convenient. Dont ask the staff for anything they just dont help. I asked for some ice, and they said no then said it would cost 70bart but still didnt bring any. Beds are rock hard. Breakfast is great

Great location to walk to most things. Staff are wonderful. Property is a little tired but they are about to start refurbishment.

Very handy to shopping, the bars and restaurants on Bangla Rd. Have always stayed at this venue and love it.

The hotel is in a great spot and close to the action but not close enough to hear any noise.

Walkable to every think

Great place for having a good time.

My arrival wasn't good, staff was very slow and barely looked at me, provided very limited information, I didn't even know there was a rooftop bar until the day before I left and already had dinner plans that night. My room wasn't very clean, hair all over the place. The credenza doesn't show menus or spa info. The spa was great and breakfast buffet was a nice variety of food and friendly efficient staff. My big issue was the place had heaps of staff and they smile but stand around doing nothing - reception never once were helpful so I booked my own tours, transport and found answers myself. Pool bar staff all stand there waiting, I did say if they walked around with a tray people would ask for drinks and food and sure enough they did on my third day and then they charged a delivery fee which seems crazy when there's 5 people doing nothing. Great location but I wouldn't stay there again.

Patong Resort - 2 minutes walk from Bangla Road

The location of the resort is ideal if you are in Patong to visit Bangla road. There is a small gate that opens towards Bangla road which makes Bangla road just a 2-3 minutes walk away. Besides this, there was ample parking space available. The reception staff was nice and helpful. Housekeeping was so-so as we had to chase them to get things done.

Had to constantly call to have house keeping done was untouched for 4 days in a row even though make my room up was on the door

Good space and

This resort is centrally located which makes it ideal for anyone either wanting Bangla Rd, Beach or shopping access. It is becoming dated and some areas need a freshen up, especially around the garden pool area. Staff should be a little more assertive with guests not adhering or considering other guests. e.g. excessive noise, multiple guests reserving sun beds then not using them and the pool being used for private swimming lessons interupting other users.

Pretty good for the money but don’t forget places like this will have other fees and like to hold additional money upon check in plus they prefer cash for the deposit. They’ll hold 2,000 baht until you check out. Gym is half outside and there is no water. Food is ok. The real value is in how close it is to the indoor mall, Bangla street with all the clubs and even the beach. It’s a short walk to just about everywhere.

The motel was in a great location, between Bangla Road & Otop markets. Whilst in a busy area, the motel was off the road & very quiet once you entered the property. Large variety for breakfast. Friendly staff.

First time in Phuket. wasn’t sure where to stay and after some research, decided on Putong Resort. Friendly staff and close to many attractions. One of the best vacations we ever had. Planning on going back and staying there again.

The property was very well kept. The rooms are a good size and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only problem was we had a leak in the ceiling the first night we were there. Maintenance came to fix it but it continued to leak a lot of water. The water was all over the floor. Finally after the second call to front desk they fixed it.

Downgraded

On arrival had been checked-in to a room less than booked. Clearly downgraded. They denied our claim and was only finally moved after two days once we were able to prove this using photos through their own website and not through Hotels.com Be aware of this as room placed in was fairly poor standard and not worthy anywhere near the price paid

We stayed here for 4 nights, good and friendly staffs, very convenient, close to all the activities and actions, I would recommend this hotel for anyone who comes to Phuket, I will definitely stay here again ! And PLEASE guys ! Tip house keepers and all drivers and your guides , they will all appreciated very much!

A really nice hotel right in the heart of the action. Quiet rooms. Pleasant staff. Two ( or more?) large pools with plenty of lounge chairs and the grounds are immaculate

Pool areas looking tired. Pool staff need to be more stricter on enforcing smoking, drinking in the pool and requesting some users to be considerate of others. i.e. it's not a playground for kids and adults should be quiet and respectful. Breakfast needs to change options and many foods were only just warm (often cold). Coffee (machine type) should be available all day. No other food service past 10am.
