Staff and service was excellent. We weren’t happy with our room and they changed the room without us asking. Unfortunately our air conditioning broke in the second room and they happily moved and upgraded us again. My boyfriend also had to be rushed to hospital during our stay and the hotel staff were amazing. After a disappointing start, my opinion changed drastically. The hotel staff rushed to my aid, paid for us to get a taxi to the hospital and even came with us. They helped with our translation at the hospital and came to check on him afterwards and made sure we had everything we needed with him being sick. Couldn’t have thanked the hotel staff enough for helping us during a time of need in a different country!

Excellent location 10 minutes walk from beach and area of great relaxing beach bars, 10 minutes from lively nightlife, really helpful friendly staff - responded immediately to requests for e.g. extra toiletries.

hotel is smelly and there's no lift in this hotel therefore u have to take stairs.and i paid for breakfast but the receptionist say we dong have breakfast so its kinda annoying.

Great Boutique Hotel

I really enjoy my stay with this hotel. It is very new, very clean. Located near every thing but quiet. Moreover, really love the bed, it's huge and super comfortable. Staff also nice and help you in many way. Great value for money and recommend to everyone.

clean room, nice staff. the place is quiet and there are shops and cafes nearby. The room is very clean and spacious, a good experience. breakfast is not bad, but it is available strictly at a certain time. In the room there is sometimes a smell of dampness that will get tired by air conditioning.

Lähtisimme uudestaankin. Henkilökunta erittäin iloista ja avuliasta ja sänky oli erittäin mukava. Huoneeseen kuuluu kuitenkin kaikki mahdolliset äänet, kylpyhuone ei ole kovin kaunis ja aamupala on vain vehnäleipää ja maissilastuja. Jos hotellissa aikoo viettää päivisinkin paljon aikaa, en suosittele sillä remonttiäänet kuuluvat eikä täällä ole allasta tai ravintolaa. Mutta jos hotelli on mielestäsi nukkumista varten, on tämä ehdottomasti loistava hotelli.

The friendliest service ever.

I stayed at the hotel for 10 nights. The hotel is located on a quiet side street on a walking distance from Patong beach and Bangla road. The location is nice as you are not in the middle of the hassle, but not too far either. Simple breakfast with coffee/tea, juice, toasta and cereals. On the downside the hotel has steep staircase and construction work going on right next to it. But should you consider that the room is for sleeping and the days are for exploring the surroundings neither of these really matters.

Perfect location and nice room

This hotel is totally new and everything is so beautiful and clean that makes you feel ONLY comfortable. By walking within 10 minits you could reach out where ever you should enjoy in patong area, beach , shopping mall and of course the main street of all the night life. But still you could fall asleep in a very quiet and peaceful environment . Stuff are very nice who always trying to help you out even bought me a soup noodle in a rainy day when I could not go out for eating That made feel really at home. I have to mention that the bed is so good that could be the hight light of here. Yes! I recommend this place to everyone will come to patong and I am so sure I will come back again. Thank you my good friend NING!
