Nice property, studio apartment, overall clean and modern however some mould in the shower tiles

It was a nice close to the beach and a lot of places to eat

great spot close to everything you need. rooms where clean and had all the basics, we stayed for two weeks

Rooms are ok. Not the most helpful of staff. Breakfast was nothing to rave about. Pretty average and wouldnt rush to go back.

What can I say, I loved the staff at the hotel, the rooms are very nice, a little smaller than expected but no issues at all with the space. Everyone makes you feel welcome and they are always smiling. The pool isn’t very accommodating for too many people though so don’t make that your only chance for sun - though nice, it’s a bit small and not enough lounges - especially when the families show up. The restaurant is wonderful too. Will stay here again for sure

Be Careful

Worst experience ever do not book this hotel they charge for everything from soap to a pillow or blanket they have 2 buildings if you book a standard room they will put you in the second building which has no facilities they do not mention this in your booking very rude behaviour and service

Nice Hotel good facilities , location great fro the mosque could easily go to prayers daily , area is great lots of halaal food and shopping , didint enjoy the service and staff at hotel but the cleaning lady was the best she ws so friendly and amazing hats off to her , lady manager at breakfast is lady very very loud and noisy she tries to speak to guest which is great but she needs to be more suttle about if and not make a huge scene all the time. with so may arabs and muslims in the hotel hotel i would preffer the be more halaal considerate.

Descent place to stay, the check in was a little disorganized, yet the location, the staff and the amenities were good 👍

Overall poor experience for a 4 star, I would say it it’s a 3 star hotel. Reception staff is rude and unhelpful. The walls a really thin so you can hear loud neighbours. The cleaners also wake you up by talking loudly in the morning when cleaning rooms. Breakfast option was really poor, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Good place to stay

The staff was beyond accommodating. I checked in with this lady with dark hair who from the start to end, made me feel like family. The hotel itself is in great condition for the property being on the older side. We were central to everything in Patong and getting rides was easy/quick. Would recommend!

Pool pic looked bigger and small gym but room excellent really big nice

Overall a good property to stay at away from the crowds but close enough to walk to the beach and the walking street for the party scene. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices and the staff there were great. Staff at the front desk seemed to be in training or perhaps a language barrier as one day we were told to sign out towels for our tour at the front desk. The next day the rules changed and we were told to take towels from our room. Also would be great to see more smiles and greetings from the front desk staff. Hospitality training would help. The kitchenette in our room was great but not really useful as all he cupboards were empty. No cookware, dishes or utensils. Lots of restaurant options nearby so all was good.

i enjoyed my stay at this hotel staff very friendly high standard of room and cleanliness if i had one tiny issue but that could be my fault its situation is at the far end of town away from the night life and is quite a walk and the taxis mount up but that is only a person issue if your not into the nightlife its the perfect hotel for you as i said its a beautiful hotel

Premises nice but food vile

On arriving to this hotel it seemed to definitely be on the higher end of what we had been staying in. The room was nice with nice worktops and a nicely designed room. The only snag was the bed had a timber door structure that was built around which didn’t leave enough room to walk down the bottom of the bed at night on toilet runs. We went for an evening meal and ordered mango drinks and a chicken burger with fries. The juice was more than 50% full of ice. The chicken burger was the cheapest processed chicken man can buy with lumps of gristle in most bites. The chips initially tasted nice but after a handful tasted so greasy. Me and my son ordered the same and both had the same experience. We decided to share a pancake as we didn’t enjoy the food but thought this would come better. The pancakes tasted dry and warmed up out of a packet. They were that disappointing we couldn’t even finish them. This place overall for quality in the premises is good but they need to sort their chef out or their cooking skills/menu. This let the stay down big time for us.

2 Weeks in Patong

Nice Clean tidy hotel. Breakfast was good and the rooms were nice. About a 15 minute walk down to the beach. Only negative was the local Mosque which played loud sounds throughout the day.

This property was very nice, from the room to the staff. It’s worth every penny. Felt safe and staff were very helpful. Patong Beach. Literally down the road.

The rooms were extremely comfortable and well put together. All if the staff were genuinely kind, caring, and helpful. If I return to Patong, this will be the hotel that I stay.

The new side of the hotel is the better side, it’s newer so makes sense. Food was great. Staff very good. Rooms cleaned everyday, so great. Excellent value for money.

Cheap and cheerful

I would not consider this to be a 5 star hotel as advertised however for the price we paid it was definitely good level of quality. However it does miss the beat when I comes to 5 Star amenities. The hotel room doesn’t have a mini bar and there is a kitchen with no cooking utensils (no cutlery nor pots and pans) My one main issue was the soundproofing of the windows and balcony door, the hotel is situated next to a road which you can clearly hear all night, even on the 8th floor which was a slight down side to the hotel. There was also a large LED billboard across the road which our curtains failed to stop brightening our room up through the night. Everything is ok, but it does feel a little economic. More of a motel than a 5 star hotel. However as mentioned for the price you can certainly overlook some of these with ease. Also when we checked out we had to wait in the lobby while the attendant took the lift to our room to make sure it was ok, which we felt was a bit odd. Overall everything is fine and is better than other places at this price point. But compared to other 5 stars we stayed at during this trip it simply didn’t compare.

Clean. Great staff and not too far from everything

The hotel is clean and staffs are really very helpful & polite. There are only 2 minus points. 1. The choice of breakfast is limited. 2. Because my room is facing the direction of a massage shop,in the middle of the night, I can still hear those girls keep on talking so loud and laughing so loud.

Staff were great, helpful and polite. Breakfast was fine and the room cleanliness was outstanding. Walk to the beach was ten minutes if old or infirm a bit tricky but otherwise a nice walk. Would use again without hesitation.

New and nice hotel

Booked a family room. Unfortunately, this hotel does not have any family room. And the staffs claim that there is an error with the system. Thus, we were given 2 separate room as we are travel in a group of three.

I found the property to be very good value, its good location and staff are more than happy to help with anything.

Deceitful hotel listing

The amenities clearly state for this hotel the kitchenette area has "Cookware, dishware and utensils" in the room, but there are NONE!!! I took this up with reception and got absolutely no where, just fobbed off with pathetic excuses. Apparently none of the rooms have Cookware, dishware and utensils in them but they just don't care. I then took my issue up with Hotels.com (who were very professional) where I booked and they also got nowhere with the hotel. I was going to cook a meal for friends on my stay here but it was made impossible by miss-leading hotel information. Even 2 weeks on from my complaint this is still clearly offered on their listing. I then took a close look at the rest of this hotel and made the following observations.....the breakfast was just basic food, the supposed hot dishes were always lukewarm, the food was of the lowest tasteless quality, no fresh breads, rolls, pastries, croissant, pastries, cakes, yoghurt, just 2 fresh fruit choices, often no coffee, no choice of cooked egg, no tablecloths or linen serviettes, no food description labels on self serve dishes, basic toliteries and cheap toilet paper. This is NOT what I am used to in so say 4* hotels, more 2*! I will admit the this is a beautiful new building but the management CLEARLY are running it on a shoestring budget and we are paying 4* prices. Please DONT BOOK AT THIS POORLY MANAGED, UNTRUSTWORTHY HOTEL

I asked several times for an iron and board, and deaf ears. No one could fine one, one time I believe they forgot and so on. Secondly, could not get a change of towels. As someone who lives in a freezing tundra, the heat of Thailand was unbearable at times, which let me to take a shower, up to 3 times a day, and staff refused to give me a new set of towels for the morning when I used the ones they gave when the room was cleaned. One huge problem, was that there is no such thing as a queen or king bed, what ever it was, it was just two single beds joined in the middle, kept falling through the crack in the middle. But I mean for a cheap 3 start hotel, suppose I really can’t conplain much. Expected.

A Very Bad Experience with the hotel! Firstly I ask for a late check out but they are unable to give and we were charged an extra of 1050 baht for an extra 3 hrs. I do not have such an issue with other hotels for a late check out. Secondly, they wanted us to pay a dirty floor mat which they have gave us a stained floor mat instead. Thirdly, they do not allow us to take away their bed room slippers and wanted to charge us money as well if we are unable to return the bedroom slippers. This is my first time in my life that i have experience this. And they should have put a notice on their recep desk or rooms to inform guest of such rules. Lastly, breakfast was not up to standard too. Never will i come back to stay in this hotel again. Im sure there are many better quality, service and standard in other hotels in Phuket.

Okay

The hotel is new so it's very clean. However, showers do not drain. We had 2 rooms, one on the 2nd floor and the other on the 3rd. Breakfast is very basic, not suitable for a long stay as some days we couldn't even eat it except for the fruit. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Awful

Checked in and had problems with the room straight away, aircon not working, 2 single beds, balcony door wouldnt close properly, and no chairs on balcony. Rang reception about these issues in the room and her reply was it's not her problem and hung up. I went down to reception to ask for a refund as I no longer wanted to stay in this hotel due to issues in the room and the manners of staff. They didnt try to resolve this issue as they said I couldn't have a refund even though I had paid cash upfront about 20 mins prior to this. We left this hotel and checked into another even though we lost out on money

This property was very nice! Very cleanly and the staff was very helpful. They give you free water everyday which is a nice touch. However, it was not as close to the beach as we thought it would be. It also is in a very noisy area so be aware of that as well when booking if that will be an issue for you!

Die Dusche war mit Schimmel befallen. Die Klimaanlage hat jedes Mal beim anschalten extrem gestunken und das Frühstück war überhaupt nicht gut. Es gab Garkeine Auswahl wir haben immer draußen gefrühstückt.

Las habitaciones son amplia, las encontramos limpias. Todos los días cambiaron las toallas, el servicio en la habitación fue bueno. El desayuno es costoso, para los precios de Tailandia, no lo tomamos. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, tiene en frente una lavandería 24 hrs. con precios super accesibles. No hubieron ruidos molestos, pudimos descansar bien todos los días. La piscina es grande y bonita.

Insonorisation insuffisante des fenêtres donnant sur la chambre causant d'importants problèmes de vent. Climatisations au plafond de la salle de restaurant très rarement nettoyées avec présence importante de poussière. Sinon les chambres sont très correctes. Petit-déjeuner très satisfaisant.

Superfräscht!

Väldigt fräscht hotell! Stora rum och en enorm samt skön säng. Vi är i Phuket i två veckor och ska resa runt lite, tror vi började med det finaste hotellet först. Trevlig personal :)

施設の設備等には不満はなく、海までも徒歩圏内なので非常に利用しやすかった。 チェックアウト時、バスローブが一個無いと言われ確認をするように言いましたが、持ち出したなら私たちはわからないと言われ、泥棒扱いをされたことが非常に不満でした。 監視カメラを確認してくださいと言っても確認されず、デポジットは返却しないとまで言われ清掃したスタッフに確認してもらったところ補充していなかったことが発覚。 最後は謝罪もなく終わり、最初の対応が良かったのに非常に最後が残念だった。

Otroligt dåligt läge och service!

Otroligt otrevlig personal som inte ville vara tillmötesgående. Hotellet ligger ute i slummen och det krävs taxi eller tuk tuk för att ta sig någonstans. Kuddarna var Stenhårda och gick ej att sova på. Rummen är mycket mindre i verkligheten. Ett tips är att inte heller dricka vattnet på rummet som man tror är gratis, det kostar 50 bath styck. Kan inte rekommendera till någon!
