TravellerWhile a bit away from the old quarter, it was nice to try a different location in Hanoi. The lake was beautiful and we found good restaurants and shopping easily. We stayed just one night before heading north, but our room was clean, large and comfortable, with excellent staff service. The sky bar restaurant is overpriced and was extremely smoky, but breakfast was good. Overall recommend the stay here!

Traveller1층에서 세탁기를 돌리고 방에들어가서 잊어버리곤 한참뒤에 와서보니 제빨래가 건조기까지 돌려서 차곡차곡 개어져있었습니다.마치 엄마가 해놓은것처럼. 아마 호텔스탭이었겠죠. 어느날 방에 에어콘이 안되었습니다. 즉시 더 크고 좋은 에어콘이 되는방으로 교체해주었습니다. 그다음날 호텔매니저같은분이 큰접시에 여러과일을 세팅해서 주었습니다. 전날의 불편함에 사과드린다면서요. 밖에잠시 나갔다오면 몰래 청소를 해놓습니다. 설겆이부터 시작해서 널부러진 제옷가지들은 개어져있었습니다.

Traveller일단 크기도 좋고 주변에 식당가도 좋습니다. 근처 롯데몰이 크게 있어서 쇼핑하기도 좋습니다.
