This is a wonderful, clean hotel in Hanoi. The property is well kept, and the room and hallways were very clean. The checkin staff was attentive, helpful, and efficient. Wonderful choice for staying in Hanoi!

The hotel is so good if we compare with the price, and I choose to come back when I have a chance to visit Ha Noi

it is very clean and access to city center is possible simply by taxi.

A very comfortable hotel. I like its location, which is outside the ultra-crowded zone of the 'old town'. The staff has always been very helpful. They have a great spa in the basement. The one thing they could improve is the restaurant. I suggest they turn it into a Japanese restaurant - the hotel gets many visitors from Japan, and there is a lack of good restaurants in the area.

Warm welcome!

The Parkside is a hotel with many things done correctly. The breakfast is marvelous, the rooms are usually comfortable. However, on this visit I came to realize the lack of room air conditioning, The lack of air movement was stifling.

Not so cool!

It was a good stay, but the weather was warm, and the room I had was sign-up airconditioner.

It was warm, and their was no air conditioner. The room was quite adequate, except for the lack of cool air!

The staff was terrific! The breakfast was amazing - many choices, and as much as you could stuff yourself with. The rooms were large, clean, modern and we'll cared for. A great place to stay if it is at all close to your needs during the day. Oh, I used the spa in the basement for a massage. It was totally legit - and a real bargain -- about 10USD for a full hour.

The hotel is OK but not 4+ stars.

The hotel is Ok but I was surprised it has such good ratings from the community here. It's kind of old-style European, fairly spartan, fairly worn, and not all that clean. It is pretty compact which brings all of the not-quite-newness of the place into focus. I'm not a whiner but I've stayed in a bazillion hotels and know a good one from one where I wouldn't voluntarily stay there again, and this one is the latter category. The staff is kind, but as one example of the classic experience: a previous guest had obviously been smoking in my non-smoking room. After putting up with it the first night and feeling like I'd been used to clean an ashtray, I asked the front desk for a new room. They said, in their very polite way, that they couldn't move me but would have the housekeeper clean the room and remove the smoke smell. Well, you can guess how that worked out. I moved out after my second night instead of staying the full 3 I'd booked.

The first room had smell of medicine. It was so strong and vomited, as soon as I got in the room. While negotiating to changing room, at the corridor other guest passed by, he said he came the room yesterday, and changed the room. It is incredible to force people to locate in the room. They said there was smoking smell and they cleaned. I can not believe it. I think there was some insects or something in the room to kill it, they use a strong medicine. If I stay there, I might be killed. I did not need more than 5 seconds to vomit in the room.

Bad experience - the room smelled bad. smelled like sewer, and the room was small. The bathroom was dirty. would not recommend.

Hotel with Great Staff.

Great hotel and staff still remembered that I visited them few times before this. Nothing much surrounding this hotel but there’s a park where I am able to jog in the evening.

Very worth while property

There are many delightful details in this hotel. Many thoughts and effort in toilet design, shower area, shower heads, toilet bidet, show amenities, lights switches, lightings and ambience. I can go on. So kudos to this little property giving a lot of comfort to their guest.

Clean and great hotel

From start emailing hote inform my late arrive and pick up everything was great, retured emails quickly . Arrived after 2am driver there place card my name, hotel that time checked very helpful. Hotel room very nice range of prices perfect this hotel. Complete hotel staff friendly, helpful and great. Restaurant roof top super. Visit again Hanoi be my 1st choice stay at

Not luxurious but just "stay-able" hotel.

As title goes; just barely okay. Nice big spacious lobby but spartan. Clean room but heck of small and cramped. Good just to come back rest a tied head n sleep. 1 good point is shampoo abd bath soap was good quality - breakfast, good spread but taste below average. Staff were more interested to play with phones than clear tables!

I normally do not bother with reviews but this hotel exceeded my expectation. Cannot get better value for the price. If you don't need to stay in the Old Quarters, this is a great hotel.

Very convenient for spending a day leisurely at the hotel. Has a VinMart right next door. Free laundry facilities provided.

Pleasant Stay at Parkside Sunline Hotel

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful experience at Parkside Sunline Hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast and view was very good as well. service standards are good. overall an enjoyable stay.

Nice place near the city center

This place has a great staff, the rooms are clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning. The restaurant is small but has a great view with the city center and a big lake. The only thing is that between 5-7 pm the main street is full of bikes and everybody uses their horns, so is noisy, though the rooms have good isolation. This is a nice, clean and unexpensive place to stay in Hanoi, not so far from the city center and museums.

Modern with very spacious rooms

Situated about 5K from the old quarter, this modern hotel with its warm and friendly staff is a welcome relief from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi central. We took a taxi in and out (about $A5.00). We stayed here 3 nights then the hotel became our 'home base' while we took the bus to sapa (so much better than the train!) for a three day stay, then back to hotel for over night stay before heading off to Halong Bay for 3 day cruise! Back to the hotel again for another overnight stay before finally leaving for Hoian! We left our large luggage each time which meant we only took hand luggage..so much easier. Each time we returned to the hotel we were welcomed with open arms..I can't say enough about this hotel and the wonderful staff. Rooftop dining room is great too...we sat outside to enjoy the balmy weather and the view!

Best deal for its price point!

The hotel interior was very clean and modern although it was not recognizable from the facade. Facilities were in tip-top condition. Breakfast spread was fabulous. Vincom Centre is accessible by foot and a public park that is great for a evening jog is just around the corner. Look forward to return for future business trips!

Warm Japanese Hotel

We are supposed to stay only one night at Parkside Sunline Hotel, in the end we booked another night for extension stay due to we are happy with the services of the staff and also the great breakfast being provided. The staffs will great you and help you whenever needed. I'm sure we will stay here again if we visit Hanoi in the future.

Japanese Gem in Hanoi

Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff that bent over backward to get our laundry done in a short period of time as well as fixing a clogged toilet. Good, cheap (if somewhat limited choice) Japanese food at the rooftop restaurant, lovely spa in the basement was a real highlight as was the view of a nearby lake and city skyline from our room. Nice, high quality toiletries in the shower. Japanese standards throughout with extremely respectful staff, would definitely return. Located adjacent to lakeside park and French Quarter, both lovely and devoid of tourist hawkers. The only way to top if off would be to suggest a rooftop pool as an added bonus!

Drain for sewer is not working well, but it should be okay if the shower is sometimes turned off. Local restaurants (located on the sreets) are available and you can enjoy "real Vietnam".

シャワーの水はけが最悪でシャワー使用後に身繕いするのにサンダルをはいて水たまりの中に立つのは我慢できないひどさです。トイレの洗浄装置も壊れていて水が出るけどおしりには一滴も届かない状況でした。

Great hotel !!!!!

One of the best hotel I had in the history of hotel bookings. Well located few steps from the lake, shoopings and the old city. The room was super confy, clean with all necessary ameneties. The service was more than expected, employees were very friendly, caring and overall very professional. Bonus point the view while enjoying a nice breakfast. You can book without even thinking.

객실자체는 좋았으나 처음에 체크인 시간이 지난후에 갔음에도 불구하고 방 청소가 되있지 않아 20분가량을 기다려야했습니다. 기다려서 들어간 방 또한 금연방이었음에도 불구하고 담배 찌든 냄새가 나서 불쾌하였습니다 하지만 그것을 제외하고는 대체로 괜찮았습니다

スタッフの対応は素晴らしいです。日本人スタッフがいるので、日本人には安心かと思います。また、ホテル内の説明（注意事項やサービス内容等）が全て日本語で書いてあるので困ることはありませんでした。 唯一の欠点としたら、シャワーとトイレが同じ所（位置が近い）のでシャワーを浴びるとトイレまでびしょびしょになります。シャワーの水圧はやや弱いです。アメニティは一通り揃ってます。

통일공원 근처 괜찮은 호텔

근처에 통일공원도 있고 업무지역과 가까워서 좋았습니다. 다만 호안끼엠과 거리가 있어서 택시를 주로 이용했는데 ,, 한번 택시 사기를 당해서 기분나빴던 경험빼고는 좋았습니다. 방 청결 상태도 좋았고 마사지 쿠폰도 주어서 잘 사용했습니다.

満足出来るホテル。

全体的にはとても良いホテルでした。朝食もいろいろ揃っていて満足でした。 シャワーの水圧も温度も文句の付けようがありませんでしたが、ただ一つ困った事があったのが、浴室の排水口が詰まっていたらしい事です。水捌けが悪く、気付くのが遅ければ部屋の方にオーバーフローしていたと思います。幸い気付いて事なきを得ましたが、折角の水量を満喫する事が出来ず、シャワーを止めながらのシャワータイムになりました。簡単に問題解決できる事でしたので、もう既に解決済みだと思います。その事を差し引けば大変満足出来るホテルだと思います。もう一度ハノイを訪問するときは間違いなくこのホテルを使います。一泊だけでしたがお世話になりました。

친절하며 위치 좋고 깔끔한 호텔

전반적으로 평균 이상의 편안함과 위치적 편리한을 얻을 수 있었습니다. 특히 직원분들은 매우 친절하였고 아침 일찍 체크아웃을 하게 되어 아침식사를 못하게 되자 도시락을 챙겨주었습니다. 다만, 시티뷰 룸은 옆건물 벽이 있어 전망이 전혀 없는점리 아쉬웠습니다.

家族旅行

朝食は種類もあって、美味しかったです。日本人スタッフがフロントにいて助かりました。ベトナム人スタッフも日本語が上手で色々対応してくれました。ロケーションは観光地から少し離れていますが、全体的によかったです。

・毎朝4時過ぎからトンニャット公園をジョギングしていましたが、夜間は玄関のドアに施錠がされていて、ロビーのソファで休んでいる従業員の方が二人にお願いしないと外出出来ませんので、本当にいつも申し訳なく思いますが、鍵を開けて貰っていました。 ・13階のレストランで夕食を取ろうと20時頃に行ってみると、お客は誰一人いませんでした。豚の生姜焼き定食とハノイビールを注文して頂きましたが、結局、食事が終わるまでお客は私一人だけでした。

価格は安いが、シャワｰ室は最悪でした。 トイレとシャワ－ル－ムが狭すぎのため、床が濡れて最悪でした。

4성급은 아닌듯 합니다

日本語対応が可能なスタッフがおり、不自由はありません。 洗濯機・乾燥機も無料で利用可能なため長期滞在に対しても利用しやすいです。

朝食のメニューの種類が他と比較し少なかった点以外は素晴らしく快適なホテルでした（味は良かったです）。

シャワーの水圧が弱め、朝4時過ぎから近隣の公園を走ろうとロビーへ降りて行ったら、玄関が閉まっており、従業員がソファーに寝ており、鍵を開けて貰い外出した。

旧市街南方に位置する日本人経営の快適かつ低廉なコストで滞在できるホテル

ハノイ旧市街南方に位置する（Hai Ba Trung District)日本人経営のホテル。比較的低廉なコストで快適な宿泊ができる。市中心部より少し離れるが、郊外の工場へのアクセスは、市中心部の朝夕のラッシュを考えれば逆に有利。ビジネスでも観光でも利用ができ得る。朝食は１３階、最上階にて供され、日本人経営のためか、和食が充実。地下２階には、相当の規模のマッサージルームがあり、これまた妥当なコストで疲れを癒せる（フットマッサージ　１時間　２４０千ドン～）

值得推薦的酒店，會再回來！

雖然我們早到了，當時只是12PM，但職員仍容許我們取房，及安排兩間房同層及相近。職員能說英語，友善。房間闊落，光猛，冇烟味！

快適でした

快適に滞在出来ました。ホテル⇒ハノイ空港までのタクシーも良心的な価格で予約・利用出来ました。13階の朝食会場からホテル周辺を一望出来、朝から気持ち良い1日のスタートが出来ました。次回の滞在時には、地下にあるマッサージ店を予約して利用してみたいです。

全体的には好評価

何回か利用しています。スタッフの仕事も丁寧かつ的確で好印象です。 以前利用していた部屋は問題なかったのですが、今回の部屋はシャワーとトイレと洗面台の間に何の仕切りもなく、シャワーを使うと全面が水に浸かります。さらに水はけも悪いため、翌朝まで水浸し状態で洗面台とトイレの使用に苦労しました。ぜひ改善を！！

고급지고 훌륭한 서비스의 호텔

[장점] 하노이에서 이 가격에 이정도 고급진 호텔을 찾기 쉽지 않은 듯 합니다. 다른 호텔에도 묵어보니 이 호텔이 아주 훌륭했다는 걸 절실히 느껴졌습니다. 모셔야 할 가족 혹은 애인 등 누구와 와도 괜찮을 수준의 깔끔한 호텔입니다. 근처에 큰 쇼핑몰이 있고 4층에 대형슈퍼, 6층에 식당가가 있는데 저렴하고 깔끔하고 유명한 식당들이 많습니다. 조식은 꼭대기층 스카이라운지에서 주는데 나름 훌륭했습니다. 이 호텔에서 가장 유용했던 점은 무료세탁이었습니다. 근처에 큰 호수공원이 있어서 걷기 좋습니다. 관광객들이 많이 안 다니는 곳이라 더 좋았던 거 같네요. [단점] 영상 25도 가까이 되는데 겨울이라고 에어콘을 안 틀어주네요. 제공되는 1회용 치솔이 좀 후집니다.

ハノイ工科大学へは非常に便利．市中へはやや遠いが，徒歩，ローカルバス，タクシーで移動できるのでそれほど不便は感じない．フロントはもちろん，ホテルで働いている人が楽しそうにされていて，フレンドリーなのも好印象．

First time good. sec time soso.

When I first stayed here, It was very comfortable and a good experience, so I visited again this time. However, in the course of the room assignment, the non-smoking room smelled terribly unpleasant. And when the guest first entered the hotel, the front managers other than the manager did not say hello and the customers were not welcome. My girlfriend said she felt that way. This definitely needs improvement for a better image of the hotel.

スタッフも色々

チェックイン時のスタッフは、2名の予約にも関わらず1名の予約なので、追加料金の請求、旅程表で説明し了承。別の日本語が解るスタッフは親切であった。バスタブはガラスで囲まれていて、バスタブに入らないと湯を出す栓に外から手が届きません。

公園に近く、清潔なホテル

日本人スタッフの対応が素晴らしく、信用できる安心なホテル。 価格がとしてリーズナブル。 清掃が行き届いたきれいな感じがいいホテル

ハノイにある日本のビジネスホテル

旧市街からは少し離れていますが、ハノイ工科大に用がある場合には、場所的にも質的にもベストです。 日本のテレビも各局入りますし、スタッフにも日本人がいます。 地下のマッサージがお勧め。

個人差があると思いますが、ホテルの前面は交通量の多い道路に面していますので、騒音が気になりました。 Exective roomと名付けられた部屋は道路際にあり、眺望は良いのですが騒音に関しては不利と思いました。 騒音対策として耳栓を付けてベッドに入りましたが効果がなく、持参したノイズキャンセリング イヤーホンを装着したところ、明らかに騒音が低減されて、睡眠に入る事が出来ました。 ハノイ市内の道路では24時間の通行が続き、夜間でもクラクションを目いっぱい鳴らす事が 珍しくありません。 旅行の後半は別のホテル(同クラス)に宿泊しましたが 、騒音が気になりませんでした。 最後に、このホテルのコンシェルジュは機能していません。 私の評価ではmitsuboshi クラスと思いました。

宿泊費が非常に魅力的。フリーキャンセルとなれば、ハノイの常宿として決定的である。13階レストランの営業時間が午後9時までとなっており、やや短いところも若干残念。

WiFiの繋がりもよく日本人フタッフが駐在しており安心して泊まれます。

due to many clients of mine ever stay in this hotel, i took a chance to overnight with clients, too. the staffs are friendly, talkative & good at English, Japanese. there's a roof dining hall, environment is nice & the breakfast taste good., i enjoyed a good meal with clients. BTW, room is clean, equipment works well, there's washlet in rest room, it's unusual in Vietnam. I'm quite satisfied with this hotel, highly recommend.

公園すぐ側の便利なホテル

フロントに日本語が理解できる人が一人はいるようなシフトになっていて、とても助かりました。 タクシーを呼んだり、地下のタイマッサージを予約したりと、フロントの対応もとてもよかったです。 キッチン付きの部屋にしたので、広いダイニングテーブルがあったり、おおきな冷蔵庫がついていて、部屋飲みがしやすくてよかったです。

フロントの皆さんが親切．質問に丁寧に答えてくれるだけなく，プラスアルファの提案も．夜に質問して翌朝確認しに行くと，人が変わっていても昨夜質問したことが引き継がれていたことに感銘を受けた．ハノイを訪ねることがあれば，必ず利用します．旧市街まで距離はありますが，健脚なら歩ける距離で，近くには落ち着いた雰囲気のトンニャット公園もあり，環境も悪くない．

出張で利用しました。スタッフの方も慣れていて、日本人でも問題なく利用できました。wifi環境も大丈夫でした。

移動しやすい立地にあるリーズナブルなホテル

立地条件もよく、移動しやすかったのがよかったです。 ホテルも清潔でネット環境も揃っていたので、ビジネス目的で利用した私にとっては非常に快適でした。 唯一残念だったのは朝食のラインナップが微妙・・・朝からこれはちょっと食べるの辛いなというものが多く、飲み物も有料のもの以外はぬるいジュースとコーヒーなどしかない。

慣れ親しんだホテル

今回のベトナム出張もこのホテルを利用しました。今までホテルのまわりで食事をしたことはありませんでしたが、以外に夕食(焼肉)と昼食(ブンチャ)のおいしいお店があり更に気に入りました。
