Paying less wasn't worth it

The location is amazing for Disney and Knott's. The room was very outdated with broken furniture but that wasn't the issue. The problem was you could feel and hear the springs of the mattresses (unable to get a good night rest). There was hair on the floors, even after housekeeping. I suppose if you're staying for one night it might be okay. But if you're staying for several days as I did, then pay more for a better hotel.

It was close to Disney and other things. I didn’t like was the staff don’t understand English well. Also walls need insulation you can hear people next door. All night our roof had a loud clicking sound which was weird. Unit looked clean however toilet paper was like 3/4 used. When booking any hotel it’s always new. For a cheap stay not bad but be prepared for noises and bring your own soaps.

Dirty bathroom light don’t work

We lived staying here on our trip to Disney! What a great little spot with parking right outside your room and near Target and other shopping. Wish rooms had a QR code to leave a tip for the cleaners as we never carry cash and appreciated the new towels and fixed bedding!

Don’t stay here, spend the extra $10

Bedbugs, cockroaches, thin walls. Just spend a little extra and stay somewhere else. Insane road noise and you can hear evvvverything going on in the connecting units.

It was a basic no frills motel. Clean.

1 story is convenient with parking right out front. Okay for a few hours of sleep and that’s it. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. TV was dirty, bathroom was not very clean, hair on the floor, dusty, moldy baseboard, unclean surfaces, and stained mattress.

During the time we got a “disability room” we didn’t know we’d be getting one nor did the website state we’d be having one, once we tried to change it due to the bathroom being structured differently. The person in the front told us he’d charge us more. While using the bathroom, the shower would flood the whole floor making it difficult to walk in!

Stay was good and clean. Only thing I would like them to improve is to add coffee cups when they are used.

Great spot to stay

We reached out to the front desk about their Wifi not working and all they told us was to "keep trying". It never worked. Also, the walls are so thin you can literary hear everything from the other rooms.

The property was fine. We checked in late, so they were courteous enough to call to see what time they could expect us. Check in was super quick and easy. The rooms were fine. There was no light switch for the main light, so we had to call the front desk to figure it out. You have to take the key out of the spot where you put the key in to turn the power on…but we weren’t leaving it out long enough. Leave it out and it will shut off after 30 seconds. The towels must’ve been brand new because they left disgusting amounts of lint on your hands and body when drying off. And we had a 2 inch long cockroach in our room which we killed ourselves. You get what you pay for. If you’re just using the room for a place to sleep for a few hours, it’s good enough.

A nice clean room that has been renovated in the last couple years. Easy access to Anaheim and conveniently located right off of the freeway.

The property owners were rude and the maid came into our room without knocking twice. I was asleep and startled by her coming in. The owner and employees are very rude and disrespectful. The toilet clogged and the owner said it was my fault and kept deposit.

When it comes to find a good Inn, hotel/motel , Stay its very difficult since the stereotypical ones are whats mostly available and overpriced. However, Parkside inn, Both outside the property and inside are very clean simple but with a tastful class. Beds and clean neat and to my own personal comfort. Shower is amazing with the option of literal rain dropping from the ceiling . perfect for those imaginative personal solo music video moments. iykyk. highly recommend for solo travelers or group. staff pleasant and professional.

Pleasantly surprised. The outside of the motel is sketchy looking but when you walk in the room it’s well cleaned and sufficient for a night’s stay. Kind of noisy at night but for $68 dollars on a Friday night you get what you pay for.

Bed was super uncomfortable, mattress sagged, walls super thin, people partied all night long, loud speaker playing music, among other noises....Can't blame the hotel for the ghetto party in the room next to us. You get what you pay for. It was clean but bad experience if it wasn't for that it would have been fine.

My daughter refused to spend the night in that room! We walked in and had an overwhelming smell of smoke then black spider crawled down the wall. One of the light fixtures was falling off the ceiling and then we noticed another bug crawling on the floor. We were so exhausted from our Disney trip but ended making the 1.5 hour trip back home. We were there for maybe 15 minutes then checked out. The front desk person was nice but we just could not get past our first impression.

Great stay for a overnight disney trip with a good price for what you get. if you're picky don't stay here, but if ur cheap like me it was more than enough.

The ice machine was not operating but other than that, the place was nice and clean and in a great quiet part of the city. Close to liquor stores, dollar tree, and a mexican restaurant thats open until 12am which was also really good. The staff was polite and helpful when ever i needed something. Hotel is not walkable distance to disneyland but where the location of the hotel is, uber was pretty cheap. Will definitely be coming back!

Booked the property because it looked decent on the web, however, it was a bit deceiving. At first glance, when we checked-in the room looked okay. There was no hand soap available, we had to go and ask for some. As we are getting ready for bedtime with bathing the kids, 2 out of the 4 available towels were dirty. Again, we went and asked for some and were told to come back in 20 mins and take the dirty towels back to the room. We ended up sharing two towels for the 4 of us. The walls are definitely poorly sound proof, we could hear everything around 3 neighbors (to our left, right, and behind). The service definitely was the last push to get us out of there and book another last minute hotel elsewhere. Would not recommend this place.

The room was great size, the shower was awesome, but the walls seemed thin and we could hear our neighbors. There were a few spots where you could see they'd made repeairs, patching walls and such but had not painted etc. So although clean, it wasn't fully set. Our room also didnt have a door number, but we could tell it was ours because we could count. Person who checked us in maybe could have been a bit more personable, she seemed as if she was bothered by our coming, but maybe she had a rough day. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable for the night. Would definitely consider staying again if the pricing is still within our budget next time.

Overall we were pleased with our stay. My husband and I were able to park right in front of our room, so it was nice to keep an eye on it. We felt safe and slept peacefully. Would stay here again.

Paper thin walls & mold

Never again! Walls are so thin you hear everything, even the neighbors sneezes! Then dripping noise inside wall explained why I was coughing all night! Having been exposed to mold for extended time previously, I'm super sensitive to it! Found the visual evidence on the ceiling around the water dripping noises. Office ignored me when informed them of this

The water in the shower never stops dripping, was so annoying, the room was dirty, also linens looked dirty we found hair, lashes under the covers

Cheap but dirty

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff was unpleasant and incredibly unhelpful. The room was dirty. The GFI outlets didn’t work and any electronic tripped the breaker so I had no power. When telling the staff, they blamed me for the use of my electronic and I had to tell them to fix it so I had power twice. The deadbolt didn’t work. The WiFi password wouldn’t work and the staff told me they couldn’t help. Overall, I hated this place and wasted a ton of money to stay there. Stay away from this hotel!!

PLEASE DON’T STAY HERE! Worst experience of my life!!!! The property looks nothing like the pictures. They sent us to a separate building from the inn that was in the back. The room had spider webs inside and that was the first sign. The pillow had red stains on the cover! I undid the bed and the sheets had black shoe stains. As I walked out of the room, there was a GIANT spider web in the wall way and a HUGE spider. I ignored and then I saw a man peeking through the top of the fence next to the property looking straight into the room. That was the last straw and left the property. It was so sketchy. The area is so unsafe. There was a police helicopter looking for someone right above us and police officers. They didn’t give our money back for that night. Only for the next day. Worst experience ever.

I felt extremely unsafe here. There were screams and shrieks randomly throughout the day from the room right next to me. The walls are very thin and it made me and my partner very uneasy. The room wasn’t cleaned very well either. Somebody’s purse was left in the room when I checked in and my feet were black after walking around. The sheets were itchy and the bed was a spring bed that felt like you were in the 1980s. The Tv also wasn’t working properly. The TV programs would be constantly interrupted by static in the center of the TV. To top it off the bathroom didn’t have a regular wash area. I was provided a handicap bathroom without a regular shower head

Cockroaches. One huge one and a couple of tiny ones. They only offered to clean up and switch us to a full size bed room after we booked a king. No chance of a refund, though. That so-called rain shower head just sprayed water all over the place. I’d definitely tell people to steer clear of this place.

Very poor. Stains on room and shower walls as if it was not cleaned at all. Stains on all towels. The door deadbolt did not work at all and we did not feel safe. The waterfall shower head did not work and water was leaking from the ceiling as soon as you tried to turn on the shower and continued dripping afterward. When speaking to staff they were not friendly or accommodating. We checked in late, around 11:30pm and had to suck it up for one night but left without staying for our second night. We had previously stayed at the property in November 2023 with none of these issues, so I was surprised to see such deterioration in less than 1 year

The room was overall not bad, but the shower was broken and sprayed water all over the ceiling. The sink faucet was also loose and wobbling.

Toilet had long strand of hair stuck to it, beds had hairs on them when pulled back the sheets, towels had stains on them and so did comforter

Enjoyed our stay and the guy at the front desk was very helpful and friendly

Stayed for 3 nights and the distance from both Knott’s Berry Farm and the Anaheim Convention Center made it easy to do all our activities without worrying too much about travel time. It’s also very close to Disneyland, which can be a pro or a con since late at night, the fireworks are very apparent. The room was neat and tidy when we first came in and parking was very easy since they have spaces all along the peripheral. Our only issues were figuring out that locking the front door required us to lifting up the door from the handle to completely insert the lock in, and the sliding glass of the shower was unable to stay closed.

This is close to Disney mess then 10 minutes drive. The room was very clean, the shower and bathroom worked. Nothing was broken, it was very comfortable. There was even every refrigerator. The check-in process was extremely fast and easy, and there was only a $100 deposit which was able to be paid with debit card and I always appreciate that do that. so just leave the key at the front desk. I would stay here again. Very quiet, clean, accommodating. Surrounding area was just OK but for what you’re paying, the property itself was great.

Do not waste your time! The pictures make the room look clean and they are digitality edited. The furniture is very very old, stained, broken, chipped, bubbled up wood from water damage. The bed spread had wholes from cigarette burns and the sheets and pillow cases had so many stains. Terrible!!!
