The staff was very friendly and the restaurants were excellent

Fantastic weekend!

From the arrange pick up at the airport to our departure this was a fantastic stay. The staff is genuinely welcoming and makes you fell special from the moment you walk through the door. They've understood the difference between service only and service with hospitality. From the receptionist to the sommelier via the bell boy to the restaurant and bar staff - we can highly recommend this hotel and we thank you all for a great stay!

I reserved a triple room through Expedia. UPon arrival, property did not honor triple room occupancy and demanded a surcharge for 3rd guest. They also offered complementary access to SPA which they did not honor.

Amé la estancia, el hotel no puede estar en mejor ubicación justo frente de las estaciones de ski con unas vistas preciosas desde la habitación y cualquier punto del hotel, y con servicio de transfer a las pistas. El staff en extremo amable y pendiente al mínimo detalle, hicieron muy agradable nuestra estancia. Fue nuestra primera vez visitando Andorra y puedo decir que fue la mejor elección escoger este lugar para nuestra estancia. 10/10

Great acomodation and the food was great !

El hotel es muy lindo, con un ambiente tranquilo, relajado, pero con buen gusto y moderno. La comida muy buena tanto en el servicio buffet, como en el lunch bar y el restaurante asiático, delicioso! Cuentan con parking al aire libre y también bajo-techo. Los servicios con el club para niños esta increíble, mi hijo se la paso genial y dijo que los monitores también son muy majos. El servicio y staff siempre nos trataron muy bien, orientándonos en las actividades por hacer en los alrededores, como también cuando necesitábamos que nos resolvieran alguna cosa. Seria genial que para el verano del 2025 ya tengan aire acondicionado en las habitaciones.

Not family frendly

amazing looking hotel, but unfortunatly we had some issues: there is no AC in the rooms so in the summer times it's difficult to sleep (they gave us a fan but when it's more than 37 outside it doesnt help much) pay attnetion that you have to pay for parking and to go to the pool at the hotel (they call it a spa..)

Really nice hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Friendly staff and great location for skiing in Soldeu. Breakfast and dinner buffet included in half board were fantastic. The hotel offers a shuttle bus that takes you to the Gondola and back. Really convenient. The kids club is fantastic. The SPA is also great but here is my only negative feedback. They charge you quite a lot of money to access the pool. I believe access to this facility should be included in the price.

The rooms were far to hot . The shower was either burning you or freezing cold . The pillows were uncomfortable. The breakfast was very good .

Make sure to ask about the parking prices, as they are not free parking.

Skiing

You need to be careful with the parking as there is insuffient for all guests and there is a charge of 25euro per night for the underground parking. Parking by the Soldeu lift is cheaper if you have a lift pass and easily accessed with shuttle bus.

One of the best hotels ever !!

Nice hotel, terrible customer service

We stayed for a weekend of ski. We selected the hotel for location and what seemed like a nice pool and spa area. While the hotel is well located and is nicely done, too many of the staff have an unhelpful and disdainful attitude. Upon check in, we learned that we had to pay an additional 22euros per person to use the pool. This was not indicated when we booked the room and on top of the 25euros/night for parking we were already charged with at check in. There was no explanation for the upcharge. Upon return to our room after our first day of ski, we were looking forward to a hot shower and relaxing, only to find the balcony door completely open and the temperature had dropped to -5* in the room. When we reported the issue to front desk and rasied concerns over basic heat/comfort and security (someone could have hopped over rail and into room), the person at front desk shrugged her shoulders and said "ok". We insisted that she follow up with housekeeping so that it not be repeated, but there was no apology or concern. We also noticed that items weren't replenished in room (paper tissues) and that trying to order a drink in the lobby was very slow. After unsuccessfully waiting for service, we walked up the street to one of the other hotels for apres drinks. We wish the hotel and service had been better, and terms of pool use better outlined, as otherwise it could be nice. But given this experience, I would not recommend.

Ski holiday

The hotel is new, well located. The ski shuttle is very comfortable. Buffet dinner is amazing and each time is different.

We really enjoy the hospitality of the employees. They help us in everything it was a very nice experience.

Ski excursion to Grandvalira/Andorra

An excellent hotel with very good service and very good food, both in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for dinner. Will certainly return. Highly recommended.

Hotel & Spa...but no Spa

So we book a Hotel and Spa...pay double then other other 4 Star in Soldeu arrive and get told that there is no Spa as it is under renovation...of course in August? I get told you can use a public pool and Spa 10 min away by Car. Sure...thats why I booked a Spa hotel. So why is this not said on booking? Unbelivable and this is unacceptable. Gym was put in a conference room with astonishing 4 machines of which one was broken. Great effort by the Hotel.

For this type and rate of hotel usage of SPA should be included in price of the room snd bathrobe must be in the room.

Ideal Hotel for Sliing Soldeu

Lovely stay with Family on Skiing Trip. This hotel is in a great location for the Soldeu Gondola. Spa is expensive and not included in the rate but nice after a days skiing. Food was buffet style with lots of choice and good quality. Will be back .

This is our 2nd time in the hotel and I couldn’t recommend more!!! It’s amazing, great value and the food is amazing!!! Soldeu is such a great resort and very cheap compared to most ski resorts!!!! We will defiantly be returning next year ❤️❄️⛷

This property is overrated. It does not have a four star service. Example: the bathroom does not offer all the amenities. Had to call a couple of times to get towels because when cleaning the room they forgot to put them. Had to call because box of tissues was empty, etc. I am the guest not the staff person. Gym did not have towels nor anything to disinfect the sweat.

Good but ....

It was a nice hotel in a beautiful area (nice food, lots of variety on half board) but mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable and little children made a lot of noise late at night. I also don't think they should charge extra for the pool.

Highly recommended

Fantastic hotel, highly recommended. Very spacious family room, great facilities in hotel. Quite a few bars in local area were closed in summer, but it is a beautiful area with plenty to do.

Spa & food

Loved the hotel , food was 5 star- but very disappointed when we discovered that none of food was included??? This wasn’t clear at all. Also disappointing to discover use of pool wasn’t included - a charge for adults 16 euros and 9 euros for kids. Each!! Everyday !!! Not good for a family. Def book via travel agents next time not hotels.com

Very functional hotel.

Very friendly staff and hotel rooms are well designed for a ski vacation. Although the hotel was not right beside the gondola, the shuttle service worked very well and when out of ski boots, hotel was really quite close to the centre. The hotel is large and modern. As a result, it did lack the European charm that we as Canadians crave when we come to Europe. The restaurant was buffet style for both breakfast and dinner. There was a selection for every taste.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was lovely and the food very good. The only negative was that we booked a double room and were initially given a twin room. This was changed

Ski Trip 2018. Group of 7.

This is our second visit to this Hotel, and on both occasions I have found little to complain about. The rooms are comfortable and kept very clean. The choice and quality of the food was excellent, and the facilities were also good. The only thing I would say is that after paying nearly 250 euros for a room per night, I was a little shocked to find out we would have to pay a further 16 euros to use the Spa facilities, even just for a swim, but it wouldn't stop me from booking here again. We were skiing and the hotel is just a 5 minute walk to the gondola, were you can store ski equipment. Also try 'La Calletta', a small Tapas bar less then 100 yards from the hotel. Fantastic Tapas and the Best Beer in Soldeu.

Probably the best hotel in Soldeu

Very nice Hotel with large lobby/bar area for a quiet drink in the evening. A short walk to the Gondola station for access to a fantastic ski area. The rooms have been recently refurbished and feel very up market with a great bathroom. Room was a little small for three sharing though. Didn't use the spa as it was 16 Euro per day each - 2 years ago it was free! Food was very good and plenty of variety. Highly recommend a visit to Fat Alberts.

Hotel is ok for short stay

We had higher expectations . Hotel is ok. But doesn’t give welcoming, homey feeling. It was recently renovated and there is still smell of fresh paint.

Perfect for slopes

Lovely hotel, stayed in premium room large massive bed and comfortable facilities. Great breakfast and close to the ski are.

Fair but expensive spa access

Not an exceptional 4* hotel. Room convenient, not more ... Unacceptable Spa access rate: 14 Euros/person/day and parking fees: 16 Euros/day Buffet: food of good variety and quality

Hotel excelente. Concierge diferenciado. Vista incrível da estação de esqui de Soldeu. Serviço de traslado automotivo para que vai pegar o lift(a 350 m) impecável. Excelente restaurantes e acomodações. Serviço e atendimento de 1a. Café da manhã 5 estrelas.

Lovely genuinely attentive staff. Bathroom a bit basic. amazing views, great restaurants. Big Spa but no staff checking for used towels, (lack of) cups for water.

Habitaciones amplias, camas cómodas, desayuno muy variado, bueno y de calidad. Personal amable

excelente atencion al cliente. buffet desayuno y cena muy variado y con mucha verdura y buena comida saludable. amplio comedor con bonitas vistas. limpieza impecable. personal atento. amplio hall con terraza y una especie de salòn con sofás para estar tranquilamente y tomar o comer algo. céntrico en Soldeu y parking privado y a cubierto. limpieza de la habitaciòn excelente. la única pega el tamaño de la habitaciòn demasiado pequeño para 3 personas. y balcòn como con un muro alto que daba sensaciòn de agobio. no era la terraza de calidad que me esperaba. estábamos alojados en 2ndo piso justo encima del comedor. mucho ruido de los ascensores y carros de la limpieza. para estar con un niño de 3 años me esperaba mejor habitaciòn y en zona mas silenciosa. si me hubieran dado otra habitaciòn en zona centro 4rto piso, la estancia hubiera sido de 10. pero lo dejo en un 8. saludos.

Estancia excepcional !! El staff fantástico, desde que llegas a recepción, restaurante , todo increíble ! Cena variada y deliciosa ! Desde el hotel te ayudan a organizar todas las actividades , el transporte del hotel increíble !! Sin dudarlo volveré a hospedarme en Park Piolets! Súper recomendable !!!!

certes suite a une erreur de date de reservation du 31 08 au lieu du 30 08 j ai repris une chambre identique a 195 euros la nuit esperant faire valider mon paiement je me suis fais envoyer.... se debinant sur une reservation internet et ne voulant rien entendre aucun geste commercial sur les 2 petits dejeuners pris lamentable a eviter....de plus hygiene de chambres et service ne sont pas a la hauteur de ce qui est annonce a fuir ce genre d etablissements....

Imposible una mejor experiencia en un hotel de ski

Excelente servicio de principio a fin, una maravilla. Park Piolets es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de un fin de semana de esquí sin preocupaciones: shuttle directo a pistas, posibilidad de ducharse el día de salida... La comida es excelente, no recordaba un buffet así. El único pero sería el café del desayuno, por lo demás, superlativo.

Menos de lo esperado, mucho por mejorar

El hotel esta en un lugar privilegiado. La montaña de Soldeu se encuentra muy cerca y con fácil acceso usando el transporte del hotel. Los choferes son increíbles, sin duda lo mejor que el hotel ofrece. Lamentablemente esto se ve opacado por la mala atención del resto del staff. Ademas, el internet falla constantemente y es imposible en ocasiones mandar un mensaje. El estacionamiento se cobran aparte y varia entre 10-25 euros por noche. La primera impresión del cuarto es fantástica, pero deja mucho que desear. Las camas son individuales y al parecer no hay una cama doble para parejas (gran error). La tina del baño esta sucia y el agua se estanca al bañarse. Nunca cambiaron la taza de café, y tuve que utilizar la misma durante toda mi estancia. Cuando uno reporta esto al staff, se encuentra con una mala actitud del personal. En conclusión, no volvería a este hotel, todos los extras que uno paga al finalizar su estancia, termina haciendo que el costo sea igual al de otros hoteles de mejor calidad.

Tres bel hotel

Un hôtel tres bien placé à la déco bohème/chic récente les chambres sont superbes et le personnel compétent et à l’écoute (mention TB pour la jeune dame de la réception qui parle un français impécable) un bémol pour les chambres côté route donc vue montagne car c’est la route principale donc tres bruyante car l’hotel n’est pas doté de la clim et nous avons eu un we tres chaud en laissant la baie ouverte pour rafraichir la chambre le bruit des moteurs sur la route juste en bas de l’hotel est i nsupportable L’hôtel était complet et nous n’avons pas changer de chambre Le spa super Le buffet du matin et soir super aussi

Hotel espectacular, el personal es muy amable, el servicio de desayuno y cena genial. Las habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas. Cien por cien recomendable.

La experiencia ha sido excelente de hecho repetiria , en cuanto a la limpieza correcta pero el ultimo dia encontre detras de la cortina en el suelo ropa de algun otro huesped anterior, entiendo que si limpias a fondo esto no deberia haber pasado

A éviter !!!

Mauvaise expérience!!! Chambre avec voisins bruyants, pas de coton tiges, ni de brosse à dent, ni de peignoirs, ni de chaussons à notre disposition! Nous avons fait beaucoup d’hôtels mais c’est la première fois que nous avons été reçu avec aussi peu de services! On nous annonce un tarif pour une balade avec chiens de traîneau mais le lendemain au paiement on nous annonce un tarif plus élevé! Une honte! Même lorsque nous avons pris l’apéro, nous avons payé les 4 olives qu’on nous a proposé! Très très très déçue alors qu’il s’agit d’un hôtel 4 étoiles !

l'hôtel est propre à côté des remontées, le spa est beau mais l'eau était froide dans la piscine avec un enfant ce n'est pas agréable. la chambre bien hors 2 lits au lieu d'un grand lit c'est dommage

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour une nuit réservée à la dernière minute malgré que l’acces au spa n’était pas compris dans le prix de la chambre comme c’est habituellement le cas en Andorre. J’aurais aimé en être avertie lors de la réservation.
