Great great hotel. Clean, friendly staff, I shall return.

The staff and managers are very customer service oriented, especially the night manager MOSES and the Reservation Manager, Lillian. WAY TO GO!!! ASANTE SANA SANA SANA!!!

It was clean and good. I had issues with water temperature, had to bath cold water on a cold night!

Excellent Service and Staff

Excellent hotel. We had a small issue with a restaurant experience and the staff went way out of their way to make it right - which they absolutely did. We are very grateful for service professionals such as these. Food was excellent, rooftop bar was fun, great gym, and incredibly friendly staff - from the security team at the front gate, to reception, to the housekeepers and waitstaff on the roof - thank you to them for all their amazing kindness! We will be back!

Excellent staff, excellent price.

This is a great choice for backpackers and folks doing a brief stay over in Nairobi. I can’t stress enough how excellent the staff is and we really enjoyed the bar and restaurant. Again, excellent staff and really tasty food! The only issue for us was that there wasn’t air-conditioning and a rather weak fan but as long as you ask to stay on the side where the sun rises as opposed to where it sets, the rooms are nice and cool in the evening. For the price, this is an excellent option in Nairobi.

Fantastic stay. Lovely people. Very clean safe and enjoyable dining.

Was told to remove ourselves from the breakfast dining area because we were wearing house coats (actually provided by the hotel) nevertheless regarded as "not proper"

Good value hotel with excellent amenities. Staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. Close to Serit centre and easy connection to the airport via expressway. Good insight restaurant and rooftop bar. Rooms a tiny bit dated but very clean and comfortable. Would for sure stay again when back in Nairobi.

Good breakfast options which were tasty, ans a spacious room. Lighting in the room could be a better, but despite being close to a busy highway, rooms were nice and quiet. Room service menu could be improved - very limited options available.

Expensive but functional

Expensive for what is was. The pool was really small with only four sunloungers! The roof top bar lacked atmosphere or views. The staff were friendly though.

We had such a pleasurable experience at this hotel. The staff were amazing! They were accommodating and friendly. The food was good and so were the drinks. It was also a very clean hotel. We received room service multiples times and they were fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Kenya. They are also very central to nice restaurants, shopping and the safari.

Location is great but you have to cross a dangerous street to have access most services in the other side of the road in Westlands. Food preparation times were too long, and the gym was poorly equipped, so I had to pay for a gym outside. WiFi is weak in different parts of the hotel. The rest is all fine (though not excellent)

Comfortable hotel located near shopping. Safe area. Nice staff in restaurant and breakfast area. Did not have hot water my first few days until i complained downstairs. After that it was fixed. Food in restaurant is limited and over priced

Clean, spacious room. Large shower area. WiFi was solid, but could use some improvement. Staff was very friendly. Nina, who is a part housekeeping, was especially nice. Great security team. Many restaurants/bars just a short ride away. I would stay here again.

Not staying again.

The front desk never had money to exchange despite asking several times. There isn't any water for general consumption, you have to purchase any water you want to consume (also, all water is in glass, so wasteful). The breakfast is $25USD and not worth it. They did not help me with my bags to my room. The card did not work several times. The space is nice, the cleaning staff and restaurant workers are helpful, but the front desk staff did not listen to my needs several times.

Good hotel, good value for the price if you are able to book enough in advance. Last minute prices were higher than what you’d expect from that price point. Rooftop bar is a nice touch, staff were friendly and helpful. Central as well to many fun things to do in Westlands. Would stay here again.

Brilliant to say the least

Staff is extremely helpfull, nothing asked was too much trouble. Rooms are modern and clean, and the have a beautiful rooftop bar

When I walked into the hotel, I noticed how friendly the staff was. Check-in went so smoothly, and I was up in no time. The room was clean, and everything was in its place. Best experience ever!!

Clean, safe and centric. Food should have more variety. Not to many choices on food. Always the same.

Great clean property with all amenities. Currently, the access road is damaged and the access to the hotel is slightly difficult.
