It’s family hotel
Bad
Very very very bad staff in cooperative Uselessly selfish like exploitative
Staff and service No upgrades done
Hotel was great and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
Distance from haram was misleading Great variety of food
It is a family-friendly hotel.
It was a pleasure to be with you and your team
Good hotel
مجمع الفنادق في هذه المنطقة ممتاز ولكن ينقص هذا التجمع وجود مطاعم مختلفة بخلاف مطاعم الفنادق.
Property was clean but staff did not know English knowledge much at all does not enogh knowledge about my booking. carpet was torn in the room there is no telephone line it was disconnected bathroom was not really good . Restaurants for breakfast was great. It was not Raddison it was Park inn by Radisson .in Makka., they do not enogh information about booking. I stayed in Delhi it was real.Raddison blue, very nice, professional staff. Now i am going Agra Radisson today. I will give you feedback
Good hotel but shuttle a bit difficult for haram not suitable for umrah otherwise very good.
Excellent
Very good
My experience with this hotel has been deeply disappointing due to severe communication issues, leaving me feeling deceived, stranded and financially exploited. I discovered I couldn’t arrive due to Hajj only restrictions, a critical detail the hotel failed to inform me about during booking. This oversight felt deceptive and put me in a difficult situation. I contacted the hotel seeking assistance and a refund, but after over 48 hours of persistent efforts, I still received no response. As a young traveler alone in a foreign country, the lack of support and communication had made my situation even more stressful. The absence of prior notification about the visa restrictions, which prevent me from entering Makkah, indicates a severe lapse in customer service and potentially violates consumer protection laws. Why issue and charge me for a booking when they had my visa information and knew I couldn’t enter the city? The hotel's failure to address this issue promptly is unprofessional and suggests ill intent. I’ve been left in a very vulnerable position. I feel misled and financially exploited. They have not given me any refund, nor attempted to respond any communication, bare in mind expedia also tried contacting them numerous amounts of times. I feel robbed.
Wish the hotel had some more facilities like a gym. Otherwise you can't go wrong booking here
A very nice and clean place. Staff is professional and cares about guests. The breakfast buffet is excellent and so much diversified with special thanks to Mr Abdullah luqumani for his attention and manners. I highly recommend this hotel for visitors of Makkah.
Great hotel
Nice
Nice place
There’s no shuttle and you have to go all the way to the other end to four points for shuttle service. Overall very clean hotel but housekeeping are not cooperative.
All good
Brilliant experience. Staff is friendly and hotel is very clean and tidy.
Overall, my experience at the hotel was mixed. The food was exceptional, offering a delightful culinary experience throughout my stay. The room was impeccably clean and provided a comfortable environment. The hotel's location was convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. However, my interactions with the front desk staff left much to be desired. They were consistently rude, displaying unprofessional behavior and a lack of consideration for guests' needs. Improvement in the training and demeanor of the front desk staff would greatly enhance the overall guest experience at this otherwise promising establishment.
fyy go
Buffet breakfast
Just fine
Hotel room didn’t even had international type outlets in the room and not even extra plugs etc. shuttle service was awful and never left on time
Great place loved the masjid al Rajhi so close to it
Everything was prefect
It was a great experience
Good
Hotel okay, but service staff not cooperating and not good.
Hotel is good and clean, the only con is that it has very limited shuttle bus to come back from Haram to hotel. They need to increase the frequency of shuttle buses on return.
The front desk forgot to charge me for my stay, then messaged me on whatsapp afterwards to get written approval to charge me. During checkin and checkout they just wanted to get rid of me and not paying attention to me. so completely their fault for not getting my payment. First room they gave me a heavy tile that fell from the wall and broke the toilet. My 4 year old had just got done with toilet, ty or else she could have been hurt badly. Upon complaining they just changed room with no sense of concern over what happened.
This is a five star hotel however I'd rate the room we stayed in more like a three star hotel. I believe everything about this hotel reflects a five star rating except the rooms. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was amazing. Room service and restaurant food options was immaculate. They have a shuttle that leaves the hotel on the hour and leaves Al Haram every half hour. Masjid Aisha Al Raji is a five minute walk away. Most of the five minutes is spent leaving the hotel. The location of the hotel is far enough from the business of Al Haram area while the shuttle service is a great perk to get to Al Haram. I would stay at this property again.
I like this place. I recommend is a good place to stay with family and friends.
One of the worst hotel In Makkah Al Naseem
I recommended as a 3 stars hotel it’s not a 5 stars hotel the main thing is no shuttle service to haram it’s very far from the holy mosque very dark area less taxi service available,Rooms are very dirty beds are not clean carpets is very dirty rooms are dark nightmare scary, Toilets are too small water leaking every where under the cupboard smells stings, Not recommend it at all, I will never book to stay with this hotel Park Inn by raddison Al Naseem
The property need more care concerning the cleaning of the rooms. There is buildings under construction surrounding the Hotel. Breakfast has limited choices Pro: Convenient transportation to Holly Mosque.
Checking in was a nightmare. It took 3 hours of waiting. So many people were affected There is a need to look at the checking in process
Had Room reservation 5 days in advance but in arrival was told room not ready till 10 pm. While check in time was 3 pm. Next day got notice on the door stating need to leave the room aT 12 noon. Otherwise will be charged extra rent. Gave me room key at 10 pm last night. Charge me full day for 14 hrs stay. Complete ripp off.
It took three hours to check in but they allowed us to check out later. The bed was not comfortable and breakfast was okay.
Good hotel and have everything around coffee shop and supermarket
Staff was more than awesome. Nice affordable hotel
Room wasn’t cleaned and too far from Haram. Shuttle bus didn’t run first couple of days.
small rooms and smaller size beds in the room
Wonderful service
10/10
This hotel was very clean and nice
Very Friendly and accomodating staff
great hospitable place
Good
Shuttle service not good
It’s good
Worst customer service ever wouldn’t help bathroom smells bad and no room service for the days I want there
Excellent experience
Quality and comfort of room was excellent. Shuttle service to Haram was scheduled every hour. Basement parking was not enough but there is a huge parking lot outside of adjacent mosque.
I would stay away
It's good hotel but overrated not sure why: 1. Hotel is in between the heavy construction area. Just looking outside is scary... 2. Reception guy who checked me in i felt like i district him from his phone and felt races. Nearly 80% of hotel was empty but gave me room that I have to walk 3 minutes after elevators to like the end of the building. 3. Only have 2 pillows for King bed when you try to request no response from their team 4. Wi-Fi slower than dial up connection. Only thing was good about it the room interior and furniture If you have to stay near this area I will recommend four points by Sheraton
Great stay
Receptionist hisham and Yusuf were top rate very polite and helpful. Very nice hotel bus service to the haram was great and always on time. Great stay will be coming back again.
Top hotel In Makkha bus service every 30 min 5 star hotel n service all staff in hotel friendly and helpful Room big and clean Regards Shabbir malji
Very good hotel clean and beautiful, the only bad thing is reception
At check in you should to pay extra 150 for check in befor 4 o'clock...the take money twice..all customers complain all around....very far to harram..by taxi from 50-80 riyal about 20-30 minut ...not recommended at all ...
Bad Experience
Toilet very bad smell. Room is dirty
few good but many bad things
the service was bad (they never answered room service, the operator never answer even after calling many different times). room was small and bathroom tiny and smelled. location far and not much around check in and out was fast and good. bus service was good to haram.
This is called a total mis-management. I can not believe this? I went and checked out at their so called front disk. Surprisingly, Two days later, I get a call asking me to check out????????????????? Needless to say that they are located in the middle of no where with no services what so ever around.
This hotel is good if you visit for work but not good for visitor like hajj or a umrah due to far from mosque and hourly shettle service if they can reduce to 30 min it will be much better
I arrived at about 11 pm and I was told by the reception staff, no available rooms at all and your reservation we cannot get you a room. I waited for about 1 hour until the manager on duty came and told me that the rooms will be ready soon. And finally we had the rooms about 12 am next day.
Great value, Newer hotel than most of what you can find. Little far from Haram but they provide shuttles every hour. Overall, greatly satisfied and happy with our stay.
Everything was good, except for the room service was bad and the room wasn't clean.
I think it deserves 3 stars.
It was our second stay at this hotel, every thing is more than perfect except for room service, the room wasn't clean and they give us tooth brush and hand wash gel only, when we asked for shampoo, conditioner shaving or sewing kit they told us they don't have it.
Not proficional reception team The bed is cut in half !!! Very bad and not comfortable !!! There is a door inside the most of the rooms The guest room level is really small espacilly the bathroom Overall didn't felt like it's a 5 star hotel at all
Good hotel
Great hotel if you consider the price and the service you get. It is not far from Haram and they have 24 hours bus rounds to the Haram. The only thing that I did not like is the bathroom which is small. Also, the hous keeping always come late in the evening to ask you for cleaning.
Great
Great location, Value for money, hotel offers a free shuttle to haram every hour, breakfast is a bit dissapoiting during hajj season & also you wait for service etc - sometimes your room does not get cleaned until you call housekeeping.
Great value for money
Hotel is value for money - has a shuttle to haram every hour which is convenient, breakfast is ok during peak periods they don't make fried eggs
Recommended
Very new and luxurious hotel
Strategic location with good services
It is a new branded hotel. It has good services in very strategic location.
Ice hotel.
Stayed for a night. The hotel was a way from Haram but they provide a bus every on hours. It was a good choice.
A new hotel. This is the 3rd time i stay here and the service is better time after time.
Quite comfortable room. Great food.
I stayed longer this time and had dinner. Very tasty and we'll presented.
